Chiyoko is a peculiar individual only accented by the fact she travels the world with/on a sheep. Chiyoko consistently can be found with a far off look to her face, despite her complete awareness of what is around her. She is, to the frustration of many, the type of person to answer a question with another question, or answer in a manner that isn't clear.
Hitsujiki is a sheep and is a steadfast companion to Chiyoko. Loyal, sturdy, and occasionally a bit petulant, he provides much of Chiyoko's grounding to reality.
Yuganori Tokiko is a cheerful child that is still learning about the world.【
History】
Chiyoko's history is as much her people's as it is hers. Chiyoko grew up the island of the Moon Country with a small, yet stable clan of spiritualists. Noted for their strong connection to the afterlife, her people continue to be extremely religious. Her clan possesses an extremely powerful Kekkei Genkai that allows them to serve as a gateway between the Pure Land and the real world. Because of this, spirits that refuse to move to Purgatory or the Pure Land often gravitate around her, as they are capable of seeing and communicating with these spirits (hitodama). As such, children of Chiyoko's clan often end up with guidance from relatives thousands of years deceased. In addition, Chiyoko was constantly with a sheep she named Hitsujiki, a lamb she had saved by instinctively tying a powerful spirit into its body.
Chiyoko was born as Kitti Ping-Sung. As a child she had an affinity for the manipulation of the water element and spent much of her time in the rivers around her village. It was noted by many that Chiyoko's gateway to the Pure Land was one of the strongest in the clan in recent memory, rivaled only by her cousin, who seemed to have an equally strong connection. As such, Chiyoko drew the attention of the Council of Nine as a potential for the next Sēji. The Council of Nine was the original nine members of Chiyoko's clan. At the time of their passing, they bound their spirits into nine blades and enshrined themselves in a temple. Communicating with the Council of Nine was difficult for most people in Chiyoko's clan, as the ability to call forth all nine at once was considered exceptionally difficult, and, given the nature of what was being done, extremely confusing.
Chiyoko's skills were fostered at an early age, receiving direct training from various individuals of the Council of Nine, along with another child in the village. They learned much about their clan's extremely ancient history and the extent of what they were capable. Both children demonstrated exactly what the Council of Nine had expected.
At the age of 17, both Chiyoko and her counterpart were to undergo the Trials, a first step in choosing the next Sēji. It also served as a right of passage into adulthood, despite the significant dangers of the ritual. As with all of the Trials before, Chiyoko and her counterpart were separated from their bodies forcibly, their spirits going into the Pure Land. Chiyoko was able to complete the trial and returned back to the council with full control over herself, while her counterpart had ventured into one of the realms of Naraka and was corrupted. However, at the time, this was not able to be sensed by either Chiyoko or the council.
Chiyoko's counterpart preformed the clan's forbidden technique - the Kodoku. Chiyoko, as a final step to becoming the leader of her clan, was charged with destroying the created malicious spirit and banish her once friend into a created realm in Naraka. To make this possible, the Council allowed Chiyoko to take the blades that housed them from the shrine and use them as weapons. The battle, with the power of Chiyoko and the council, was short and judgment was swift.
The Council relayed the information they had on the bijuu and that they had suspected they were a corrupted form of the deities they believed in. Chiyoko posed to the council that they seek out these creatures and purify them once again. Chiyoko was granted her clans puppets as well for her journey, believed to be crafted in the image of their gods. With that, she departed the Land of the Moon to seek out the bijuu as well as find the fragments of the legendary weapons from the times when their gods walked in the mortal world.
The first place she visited once on the mainland was Kyokujitsugakure. Yggdrasil was legendary in her clan as well, and Chiyoko had visited the tree spiritually many times. It was there she gained a new travelling companion in the form of Takiko. Hitsujiki immediately had taken a liking to the young 4 year old boy and the parents willingly parted with their son to provide him a life experience with the two travelers.【

Abilities and Special Traits】
Chiyoko is an exceptional spiritualist and considered to be the strongest in her clan since the Council of Nine (their powers existed prior to the sage as the base form did not utilize chakra), in fact, many consider Chiyoko by herself to have a stronger spiritual connection than the original founders.
Chiyoko is also a skilled puppeteer, an art that has been passed down through her people since the Council of Nine. However, Chiyoko's clan initially practiced a unique form of puppetry utilizing spirits instead of chakra strings. With the knowledge gained from the Sage, her clan was able to adapt alternatives to tapping into the power of spirits.
Chiyoko is also a skilled close range fighter, capable of holding her own with a variety of weapons and is especially skilled with her blades and staff. Most puppetry techniques require her sacrifice some of this skill in order to utilize them.
Hitsujiki is a sheep from Chiyoko's homeland. The sheep's spirit is intertwined with another, making Hitsujiki as intelligent as a person (even though he is incapable of communicating any more than a normal sheep). It also grants the sheep the ability to use jutsu and exceptional longevity.
Tokiko is a small child and has not developed any powers.【
Weapons, Tools and Equipment】
Name of Weapon or Item: Fudō-myōō [Immovable One]
Description: The Fudō-myōō is a weapon passed through Chiyoko's clan since its creation. A product of the original Masazane and Council of Nine, the sword is imbued with incredible power. Its one, and only trait, is that the sword that cannot be moved by any force other than its wielder. The sword was designed to be mass produced as a defensive weapon for their wandering monks, but the effect could never be reproduced, which led the clan to herald the weapon as being imbued by the power of a deity.
Appearance: Normal wakizashi with ornate inscriptions on the blade. Chiyoko straps it to the base of her back or left hip.
Name of Weapon or Item: Kuji Kiri [Nine Cuts]
Description: A set of nine tantō. Each blade is inscribed with the name of the spirit from the council that is held within it. Each of these spirits are forged directly, and willingly, into the weapon. These spirits are used in a number of Chiyoko's other techniques. These knives, when placed into the flesh of a person, making forming jutsu difficult due to the second spiritual presence affecting the body.
Appearance: Normal tantō with exceptionally fine inscriptions. Chiyoko straps these all about her body.
Name of Weapon or Item: Eien no Sai [Judge of Eternity]
Description: The most ancient weapon to Chiyoko's clan. Forged through a collaboration with the Yuganori clan, the Eien no Sai is a twelve ringed shakujō. Each of these rings may be freed from the center ring and used as a projectile weapon. These are easily controlled in flight by the wielder of the Eien no Sai. Small golden threads are faintly visible when the rings detach between the ring and the staff itself. These threads have no physical form until chakra is pushed through them. However, these threads also have no beginning and end and can continue forever. The rings themselves are designed to increase or decrease in size in order to clasp onto the wrists, ankles, or neck of an individual. This provides the wielder of the Eien no Sai a variety of techniques utilizing the staff. The length of the threads can be locked in place by exerting chakra, or even shortened.
As an additional ability, hitodama are naturally drawn to the Eien no Sai and can be stored within its confines.
Appearance: Shakujō.
Puppets Name of Puppet: Ōryū
Description: Ōryū is the second largest puppet on Chiyoko's arsenal and has no base form. It is, like Seiryu, a Chinese style dragon, but is about 100 feet in length and with a body diameter of over 10 feet. He also has the second thickest structure, paling only to Genbu's Transcendent Form. Ōryū is primarily used for defensive purposes, but boasts a potent arsenal. Because of the significant infusion of wood from Yggdrasil, Ōryū is especially tuned for creating potent barriers between its various links and as a protection naturally too its body. Additionally, Ōryū was designed to gather hitodama at a rapid rate and utilize them in its various abilities, making it a truly unique puppet.
The hitodama are launched as weapons through Ōryūs mouth. Being hit by hitodama makes it much harder to use jutsu, much like Chiyoko's Kuji-kiri. Additionally, Ōryū can be used to exorcise spirits from a body, including the soul from a living person, by clenching its jaws around them, removing the soul from them. The main use of these Hitodama is the usage of them in conjunction with all of the seals on its body. These seals absorb light, which is then sent through to a corresponding seal internally, to the series of mirrors that continue to bounce the light around. When it comes time to release this, the seals within its body open up, releasing the focused light energy. Often this is done through the mouth of the puppet, passing through a lense with a series of purification symbols on it, where the light is laced with purified Hitodama (similar to the Purifying Flame). If an opponent is struck with this blast, their soul will be purified, as well as likely their physical form being burned as well - completing the ritual. Because the Hitodama are laced in the light energy, the blast is significantly slower than a natural light laser. If the light is not released from the mouth, which is an alternative by opening the seals on its body, it can create a series of burning beams of light all around its body. The longer this puppet is in the sun, the more dangerous it becomes.
Ōryū's final ability is the ability to devour a technique within its jaws, then releaes it later.
Name of Puppet: Suzaku
Description: Suzaku is one of Chiyoko's favorite puppets. Like all of Chiyoko's puppets, they are humanoid and are clothed similarly to cloaked ANBU. Suzaku wears a phoenix mask and is cloaked in a vibrant red color. Weapon wise, Suzaku is most noted for its back and lower arms. Four plates will rise up from the lower arms and open in a diamond like pattern to reveal the metal frame beneath them. These plates then spin rapidly, spraying a flammable liquid and igniting it as it passes over the lower arm. This creates a fairly potent flamethrower. The 'fingers' of Suzaku are technically red kunai that have the same flammable coating on them and can be fired out at an opponent and the struck on fire. Throughout Suzaku's body there are other holes for the release of flames, allowing Suzaku to torch multiple directions at once, also creating a powerful defense. There are also holes on the upper shoulders of the puppet used to launch combustible kunai with explosive tags.The 'final' ability of Suzaku is to unleash the wings in its back which unfurl. The 'feathers' are, once again, kunai on wires. They can be launched out from the back and encircle an enemy, or enemies in a cage of wire and kunai. Once Chiyoko does a handsign she an use the very small seals on the wire to summon explosive tags that stick to the wire, otherwise the wires will often just be ignited with fire. Suzaku also carries a nodachi that creates sparks when struck and flames when drug across a surface with combustible material.
Transcendent Form: In Suzaku's Transcendent form, the puppet takes on the appearance of a large phoenix. With a wingspan of 60 feet, it is an impressive puppet. Like before the feathers on the wings are made of red kunai with a seal on them that release a flammable mist. When attack, Suzaku will often release these feathers above an area with enemies and fill the area with intense mist. It is also possible for these kunai to be in lines connecting to the puppet, which provide additional control and attacks options. Like before, the wires can summon explosive tags, but in addition on the Suzaku puppet in this form, the wires can release duplicates of the kunai they are launching attacking at the point of wire with another line of wire. The tail feathers of Suzaku can also do these things.
There is, of course, a basic flamethrower ability from the mouth of the puppet. The front of the wings on Suzaku is also sharpened, allowing the wing to easily cleave through things. Seals that are imbued into the puppet allow it to release flammable mist from its body as well as sent flames out across its entire body at once (essentially lighting itself and the area around it on fire).
Name of Puppet: Byakko
Description: Byakko is another one of Chiyoko's puppets. Like the Tiroi puppet, this puppet has two 'forms', a Tiger form and a humanoid form. In humanoid form it possesses many of the same abilities as the Tiger form, at least to some degree. However, more commonly the puppet will make use of the claws that are on top of its feet and hands. These are attached via a chain along the arm that is extremely strong. In this form, it can 'stack' its lower and upper arms on top of each other and expose the senbon Gatlings. This is the same as the one in the mouth.
In tiger form the puppet becomes a terrifying seige weapon. From its back three powerful weapons will be released. These are placed on the puppets back and can rotate via attachments to the puppets innards. The middle construct has minimal side to side movement independently, but can change its angle easily. The two side constructs handle the sides of the 'tiger' and also move very easily to change the arc. There is also a third mechanism inside of the puppet that allows them all three to turn at once. The main abilities of these are to fire vast amounts of senbon at enemies while also mixing in some metal orbs and some 'shells' that are filled with explosive tags. In tiger form there is also access granted to the hind leg weapons, which can turn about 210 degrees in total each. These fire three (each – can be reloaded via fuuinjutsu but has a slower rate of fire) of the more destructive shells much like a modern day rocket – using an explosive force as a propellant. Also in this form, the arm weapons will open up from the frame and point forward, sliding to attach on the sides of the arm frame, allowing more movement freedom in the assault. It should also be noted the mouth of this puppet is also capable of firing metal orbs as well. The metal orbs have a strange functionality in that they explode much like a grenade, but have an exceptionally durable, yet thing wire that connects a series of controlled shrapnel. These create a center point of line when they explode and send bits of metal like barbed arrows out with line on them. This can create an annoying obstruction for some people and be quite dangerous.
Transcendent Form: Byakko is a 20 foot tall tiger with appropriately proportioned body. Similar to his original tiger form, much of the functionality is maintained (but on a slightly larger scale). However, in this form, this puppet gains Tiroi's functionality with a larger cannon.
The advantage Byakko has in this form is that each of the projectiles are infused with Reihan seals as they are launched allowing them to preform a version of Glimpse of Heaven over a short range with only a singular sign from the wielder.
Name of Puppet: Seiryu
Description: Seiryu is another common puppet that is used by Chiyoko. Taller than both Byakko and Suzaku by a small margin, Seiryu wears a dragon mask and is cloaked in a deep, dark blue with white streaks that look much like lightning. The puppet wields two crossbows that are designed to augment it sability to utilize electrical attacks through what is essentially a chakra powered tesla coil in the internal structure of the puppet. The bolts release small amount of silver powder as they fly which is used to direct the electrical energy from the coil. Because the electricity needs some guidance, the generated bolts are much slower than natural electricity.
The puppet has a number of spikes under it cloak, predominantly at the joins of its body allowing it to fight at close range quite effectively. The last ability of the Seiryu puppet its the ability for it create a massive burst of liquid nitrogen from its mouth.
Transcendent Form: Seiryu's Transcendent form is a drastic departure from its previous. In this form, Seiryu becomes a fairly large chinese style dragon with his body, from tip to tail, measuring over 70 feet. The back ridge has about a foot long spike that protrudes every couple of feet. These spikes can be launched as a form of rudimentary ballistics, should they be needed, but that is rarely used as the potency of Seiryu's armaments comes from his much larger series of Tesla Coils within his body. Using a number of internal fuuinjutsu to behave as weapon scrolls, the energy generated by the coil is stored within Seiryu's body and released when Chiyoko activates the outer seals. In addition, seals on the outside of the body of Seiryu can be used to launch kunai. These kunai can release Liquid Nitrogen in surprising quantities, accessing the vast stores both within Seiryu's body and that stored within the seals themselves. Additionally, these kunai are designed to provide some control to the electrical energy released by Seiryu's body. Additionally, like all projectiles from Seiryu's Transcendent form, they are marked with a forumula that allows Seiryu to transport to them.
The final, potentially most dangerous part of Seiryu's arsenal is the very controlled blast of electrical energy it can release from its mouth. By utilizing her chakra as a containment field, Chiyoko is capable of allowing Seiryu to fire what is essentially the destructive power of a fairly high level Raiton technique without actually molding the element herself. The blast can vary somewhat in shape and size, depending on how much chakra Chiyoko wishes to expend.
Name of Puppet: Genbu
Description: Genbu, compared to the base forms of all of her other puppets, is the largest of them all, over 10 feet in height and a massive girth. However, unlike her previous puppets which are stylized after ANBU members, Genbu is a massive 'stone' body which looks like a walking suit of armor. Genbu wields a massive 'stone' hammer, which is about 8 feet in length. There is a gap at the base of the handle for Fudō-myōō, so the bade of the weapon can be inserted. The shield offers the same functionality.
Genbu's shield is an equally massive tower shield that covers Genbu's massive size. Like all of the 'stone' used for Genbu, it is actually a metal that is designed to imitate stone. Below that, like all of her puppets is wood take from Yggdrasil. This shield has a special fuuinjutsu inscribed onto it, allowing for Genbu to create powerful barriers with it by utilizing the natural properties of the Yggdrasil wood (this expands an addition foot out of the tower shield). Hitsujiki is capable of allowing Genbu to be used as a conduit for his Doton element, giving the puppet actual abilities to preform Doton techniques.
The final abilities of Genbu are the seals used to produce an aura of mist around him in impressive quantities and the high pressure water jet that can be released from either his 'mouth' or center of his shield. He is also capable of using a version of Chakra Enhanced Strength, even through his shield and hammer.
Transcendent Form: In transcendent form, Genbu becomes an absolutely massive beast. Over 100 feet in length and over 70 feet wide (and appropriately proportioned height), Genbu is Chiyoko's largest puppet. Genbu, as a puppet, took the longest to make of her set, taking generations of her clansmen to make. It is made of very thick wood taken from Yggdrasil. The metal coating, as well as the seals are additions added on by Chiyoko, to give the puppet more power.
It should be noted, however, that due to Genbu's size, it essentially cannot move and if it does, it is very, very, very, very (keep going) slow. In this form, it can utilize a much stronger version of its water pressure cannon and can create a more expansive mist from its body. All throughout Genbu's body are seals which Chiyoko can utilize to enter an internal counterpart of that seal.
Name of Puppet: Vashi
Description: Vashi is another commonly used puppet by Chiyoko. Vashi's purpose in Chioyko's battles is generally supportive. Vashi wears a solid cornflower blue cloak and a mask that is that of a human face with blue face paint. Vashi is capable, unlike her other puppets, to actually preform handsigns with its 6 hands. This allows, if Chiyoko needs, another 'jutsu preparer' in a situation that may need multiple ninjutsu. The palms of this puppet also can protrude blades, much like the Seiryu puppet. Also like the Seiryu puppet, it is capable of utilizing liquid nitrogen from its palms.
Name of Puppet: Shiboshu
Description: Chiyoko’s smallest puppet. This puppet wields a metal staff with holes in it. The staff has a series of cylinders inside it at incredible pressure which can oscillate at will, allowing the staff to draw air in through the holes and cause it to modulate. This sound is devastating to the vestibular system and all who hear it are stricken by intense pain, so much so that they are bought to their knees and their ears begin to bleed. This can cause the eardrums to burst. The staff is also extremely strong and can be used for basic attacks.
Name of Puppet: Suzuno
Description: One of Chiyoko’s more dangerous puppets. This puppet looks much like a regular woman, at least when cloaked. However, there are countless holes in this puppet in various part allowing small needles to be pushed up from them on command. They can, as well, be sprayed out on lines, much like the ‘hair’ the puppet has. The puppet is one of the few that creates a good illusion of hair, with a bunch of needles on metal wire. This puppet wields a yari with a head that can be launched as a projectile. The puppet is also capable of firing the metal orbs and needles from its palm. In addition to Suzuno, there is a metal sphere that floats around her that is capable of expanding around objects through a series of seals and sliding mechanics to provide protection to allies.
Name of Puppet: Aesni
Description: A peculiar puppet that looks like a small woman. The puppet is covered in tiny pore-like holes and is filled with sand. When released from the seals, they are thrown out with surprising force, making a fairly significant dust cloud. This puppet prefers to be in close range, using four khopesh strapped to its body. It can fuse them together at the hilt to form a khopesh shuriken, two khopesh bladed staves, or use the normally and have Chiyoko control the remaining with puppet strings or launch them from its body.
Name of Puppet: Tasri
Description: Tasri is a puppet made of an odd substance that is identical to diamond except significantly less hard, though it is still harder than almost all metals. Tasri has a small chamber inside of it filled with flash-tags and a seal that contains hundreds of flash tags, and is able to ignite these flash tags from inside itself at will. The light from inside Tasri is refracted by its body, causing it to radiate with an exceptionally bright rainbow. This puppet can expand a 5x5 wall of this hardened diamond like substance in front of it with a raised palm.
Like some of Chiyoko's other puppets, this one has an alternative form, in which it can take the form of a fenghuang. The puppet maintains the appearance of diamond with flash tags in it. The feathers from this puppet can be launched much like Suzaku. However, each of these feathers behaves as a flash tag that are also visible in its core body.
Name of Puppet: Tiroi
Description: A large puppet that can shift between a “lion” form and a “human” form. The humanoid form wields a straight sword and kite shield. The seal on the sword allows a spiritual projection of the blade to be released when swung. Objects that come in contact with the projection are marked, allowing the puppet (or Chiyoko) to transport to it via jutsu. The projection has a range of 20 feet. The shield is marked with a seal as well that releases a surge of energy that is capable of stunning an individual for a moment. The shield cannot be used again within 30 seconds after it has been used while the fuuinjutsu recharges.
In the “lion” form, the puppet becomes a ‘living’ Gauss Cannon with its claws dug into the ground. The puppet’s interior is a chamber that contains a series of electromagnets on rings that can spin around at an incredible rate with an attractive force. The magnets have seals on them that create the “electro” part, feeding them with electrical energy. The seal is linked to a coil of wire around each magnet. This causes such forces of attraction that the puppet can release a torpedo (made of the same material/contents as Byakko’s metal balls) at an immense velocity. This takes 5 minutes to charge. The puppet’s interior has been soundproofed, meaning the charging of the cannon is silent. Because the magnets are controlled by chakra, the execution of the attraction and the bullet’s path are flawless.
Name of Puppet: Yokohama
Description: A white wolf masked puppet that has one of the smallest arsenals of all of Chiyoko’s puppets. It possesses a diasho. The katana of this daisho is infused with an ability similar to a flash tag in which it can produce a large amount of light from the blade. This puppet, as well, has a number of flash bombs that can be launched from its palms. This puppet also wears white and silver samurai armor with a three spiked shoulder piece over the left shoulder.
Name of Puppet: Sordichi
Description: A puppet with the mask of a woman that wields a large bow. This puppet gathers natural energy passively, even while moving. To use this, the puppet fires its bow and tries to lodge an arrow infused with natural energy within a target, which makes preforming techniques very difficult. Sordichi can also transfer natural energy through touch.
Name of Puppet: Kanoga
Description: The bladed whip wielding serpent masked puppet. It, like the Seiryu puppet, is capable of producing an electrical current through its weapon. In addition, it does have two kodachi that it can use, much like a regular fighter. The puppet is extremely flexible and it has an inner system that allows it to stretch and extend (movement much like a snake). It is humanoid with a snake mask.
Name of Puppet: Thifareemit
Description: Thifareemit is an owl masked puppet of black and gold. This puppet wields a staff with a series of rings on the top of it. These are connected to very strong lines of metal and the rings can be launched from the staff. They are not only very sharp and bladed, but also are capable of grabbing a hold of objects before clasping shut once again. Thifareemit also possesses many more of these rings around its body, allowing the puppet to use these as additional restraints. It should also be noted that the main lines from the staff possess the symbols for Chiyoko’s Tojikomemasu, allowing the lines to restrict jutsu usage if they are able to clasp onto an opponent.
Name of Puppet: Unotori
Description: One of Chiyoko’s more dangerous puppets. This puppet possess a large amount of explosive powder. This can be released from various 'pores'. The tip of its staff is capable of producing fire through a striker and fuel within the weapon. It has large shruiken mounted onto its back which can spin to push the black powder towards an opponent. It also has this powder in a small orb that can be thrown at enemies where it explodes into a cloud. This puppet is also humanoid and wears a black wolf mask. It can also launch the shuriken on its back or shuriken from stored seals on its body that are tipped with explosives.
Name of Puppet: Virae
Description: This puppet is made specially to allow it to use the abilities of the Glimpse of Heaven without significant preparation. However, it can only do this for a short range. The puppet wields two ninjato and does have a number of toxin coated needles and orbs. It is a classical ninja. The puppet is humanoid and slightly shorter than a normal person. Like her previous puppets, it is dressed like a member of ANBU, this time with a fox mask.
General Notes: All of Chiyoko's puppets are made up of wood from the tree Yggdrasil unless explicitly stated otherwise. Other accents are produces by the Masazane, Yuganori, and Yuki clans (or Chiyoko's clan itself). Many of the puppets with less variety in weaponry are designed to appear as human as possible. Description: The Kāidǎo is a Kekkei Genkai that affords those that bear it a level of unique spiritual insight, granting them access to specific abilities relating to the Jōdo [Pure World] as well as their own soul.
The first gift bestowed by the Kāidǎo is the ability to create small, temporary gates to the Jōdo. Users of the technique can enter the Jōdo themselves through these gates in order to communicate, or can temporarily draw spirits out of the Jōdo in order to communicate with them.
The second gift bestowed by the Kāidǎo is a unique spiritual insight, allowing them to sense the soul and spiritual energy of individuals. Bearers of the Kāidǎo are typically fantastic sensor ninja due to this ability. Through this gift, the bearers of the Kāidǎo can also sense Hitodama.
The final gift bestowed by the Kāidǎo is the ability to astrally project, separating the spirit from the body and sending it to other locations.

Description: Tenmon can be initiated in one of two ways, either using the Eien no Sai or the Kuji Kiri. In the instance of the Kuji Kiri, the blades are placed in a circle around a person or persons and the handdsigns are preformed. Those trapped within the confines of the seal at the conclusion of the technique are sent to the Pure World, even if they are living. Chiyoko can contain a living person in the Pure World as long as she does not open the gate a second time. The second method of initiation is to completely encircle someone with threads from the Eien no Sai and collapse the barrier created the threads onto the person.
Within the pure world, the body will take on a corporeal form. While jutsu will still work in a spiritual form, taijutsu and weapons will be rendered useless - even specialty weapons not of the Pure World or Naraka.
Weakness: Displacing the knives or avoiding encirclement by the Eien no Sai. Living people trapped within the Pure World do not age, thirst, or hunger. Exertion in combat (as that is still possible) will exhaust the person.

Description: Taijū-kei Katamukemasu can be executed in multiple ways. In the normal world, the technique can be initiated by contact with each of Chiyoko's Kuji-kiri. In the case of usage on the Pure World, Taijū-kei Katamukemasu can be executed more similarly to Tenmon in which the Eien no Sai can be used for the technique. The technique is one of the most terrifying of Chiyoko's techniques and is used to judge a person's soul, allowing Chiyoko to send them from the Pure World into a level of Naraka.
The alternative to this technique [Jō to Kagi] is to send someone to an entirely unique realm of Naraka created by Chiyoko herself. This is done by engulfing a person with her Purifying Fire at the same time she uses Taijū-kei Katamukemasu. The terrifying aspect of Jō to Kagi is that only Chiyoko is capable of accessing that realm of Naraka.
Weakness: Very specific method of executing this technique.

Description: Tengoku no Hitome can be used in a variety of ways. In the simplest form, Tengoku no Hitome places one of the rings from the Eien no Sai onto a person or object. After this has been done, the staff is tapped against the ground which allows the person or object to be transported immediately through to the Pure World and then immediately back out in a new location. The distance this can be done is dependent on the size of the object and the distance transported, providing a seal has not been already placed to determine the exit location. The alternative method and usage of this technique is as a barrier and transport technique for multiple people. By encircling a person or persons with the lines from the Eien no Sai in a wide net, the user can create a barrier in which any object passing through it will be temporarily transported to the Pure World. Techniques and physical objects will cease to function in the Pure World, rendering the technique useful in countering powerful techniques. People that make contact with the barrier will merely come out of another point of the barrier after a brief delay. The construction of the barrier must be done by creating a net like pattern with the Eien no Sai. The shape of this net pattern is flexible, but there must be a geometric shape that does not intersect with a living person before the barrier is initiated. The closer woven the lines are together, the more efficient the technique is.
Weakness: High chakra cost if not well prepared. If the technique is initiated with a ring of the Eien no Sai, then the transported individual is then free.

Description: This technique engulfs the hands and feet of the user in what appears to be a white fire. However, the fire is a specialized ritual fire comprised of purified hitodoama. When this fire, which can be applied to objects such as the Eien no Sai, make contact with anything containing any form of spiritual energy, it will separate that energy from whatever it was mixed with. By providing extra chakra, this technique can be used as a short range projectile (5 feet) and increase the amount of fire. This is often run along the lines of the Eien no Sai. This can be applied to normal fire and fire techniques as a combination technique.

Description: This technique gathers hitodama or shiki into an object or area that Chiyoko has made recent contact with. Once there, spirits will gather and await direction. This technique is usually done fairly passively on a regular basis as a method to utilizing her other techniques. Objects such as the Eien no Sai create a faint glow when imbued with the effects of Gathering Spirit. Many other techniques that use Gathering Spirit will create visible effects despite them using hitodama and shiki. Spirits can be gathered at a location at range, but doing so makes the location visible even to those that are not capable of sensing spirits naturally.

Description: An impractical technique to use in combat. This technique binds a fully formed spirit into service of Chiyoko, giving them the title shiki. Shiki are different in hitodama in that they are always faintly visible unless they are within a container. The advantage to shiki is that unlike hitodama which are much weaker, shiki are strong and will not disperse to the Pure Land as long as Chiyoko remains alive. Shiki are usually stored within objects or even the person conscripting their service themselves. Shiki are often alternatives to using hitodama for a technique. Shiki that are used in place of hitodama that are consumed will return to their owner after a minute. Shiki can move fairly quickly and freely in the world and be used as focal points for many other spiritual techniques, such as Gathering Spirit or Safe Passage.
Weakness: Takes a long time to conscript a spirit. Not just any spirit can become a shiki either. These must either be willing participants or souls of the recently departed or souls that are already bound to another object. Chiyoko has currently 3 Shiki in addition to the Council of Nine and Hitsujiki, both of which are forms of shiki.

Description: A powerful ritual technique passed down through the leadership of Chiyoko's clan. By collecting a large number of souls within a container, Chiyoko can create a spiritual free for all within the created object. The souls will consume each other over the course of a month. The last soul remaining becomes exceptionally powerful, depending on the number of other souls consumed. At this point, the new soul can be placed within a mortal body and enhance their power drastically. Alternatively, should a sacrifice be given to the new soul, it can take a physical form that is determined by the amount of consumed spirits and the will of the initiator of this technique. It is theoretically possible to give a gennin the power of a kage with this technique.
Weakness: The Kodoku is a kinjutsu within Chiyoko's clan for good reason. While able to create an exceptionally powerful entity, there is a price for the power granted. Each month a person must be consumed by the individual that contains the spirit or the initiator of the technique must feed the created beast. In the event the best cannot be fed, it will immediately consume its host until it can find another host.

Description: As an alternative to utilizing other forms, Chiyoko can confine hitodama and shiki into an area that creates the effects of the seal. While this can be applied to any sealing technique the user is capable of learning or cooperating with, Reihan's true and actual form is to seal spirits and bijuu into appropriate containers. The advantage to Reihan constructed seals is that they will not degrade over time and continue to persist even if the technique creator would die. However, most complex spirit seals will require a shiki to be freed and used as a focal point for the technique.
Many in Chiyoko's clan shape their own spirits into Generic Weapon Seals using this technique. This can also be used for summoning puppets in their base form, but without any specialty effects from the specific summoning. Each puppet can be summoned with a singular sign (including a group of puppets).
Reihan can additionally be used to tie a seal into a shiki or object and the next instance of contact with that object or shiki will apply the seal's effect (shiki can move about as fast as a thrown kunai).

The benefit of this form is that they are largely immune to physical attacks (jutsu will still work), which means even in the event that her puppets have been physically destroyed, she can still utilize them by forming hitodama into the appropriate structure. The puppets maintain all of the original functionality, but boast a significantly higher chakra cost. They can still be harmed by physical attacks, but only when gathering energy to utilize their techniques or when attacking themselves. If they are harmed, the hitodama will scatter and the structure will fall apart quickly over time (depending on the damage).
Weakness: Only one puppet can be used in this manner in the mortal world. The maximum time this can e done is 3 minutes. In the Pure World these restrictions are bypassed.
