Hierarchy and Focus: The Yuki clan is one of the oldest clans from the Land of Fire. They are guardians of the ancient relic known as the Gensho and have an innate ability with the written word. They are gifted with detailed and creative minds, making them skilled with not only their clan's signature techniques which utilize writing and paper techniques, but quite adept at utilizing Genjutsu.
The Yuki clan is run by the oldest member of the clan that has completed all of the Rites of Passage and has read from the Gensho.
History: The Yuki clan itself was formed before the Sage as a group dedicated to the preservation of information. One of the first groups to develop a very formal language, the clan utilized the the abilities gained through the revelations of the Sage to enhance their ability to preserve information. The clan actually shrank due to the sacrifice of the members to craft the Gensho itself.
After crafting the book, and realizing the full extent of its power, the Yuki clan stayed within a small area in the Land of Fire. Fearful of those that might take the book, as well as members of their own clan that might tell others about the book. Thus, they developed a very unique set of techniques to guard the Gensho from not only outsiders, but those within the clan who may misuse it. However, much of the safeguards were not needed given the reverence the clan members had for the book.
It was noted early on in the years after the Gensho that no Yuki clan member lived past their 150th year. It would be later researched that it was due to their connection with the Gensho that caused their very static lifespan. It is theorized by the clan, that if a child was not exposed to the Gensho at all, they would theoretically be able to life past 150. However, the clan's obsession with the book has left this theory completely untested even hundreds of years later.
Misc: Many clan members chose to read large sums of the Gensho when they fall into ill health or to end their lives peaceful. By careful, methodical timing, this results in a very peaceful end to the Yuki clan member's life.

Clan leadership is determined by whichever members of the clan has the most verified sales of weapons or by any individual who has completed a work of superb caliber. After those members are identified, they are faced with forging a sword for a champion of their choice in a contest known as the Tetsu no Shōtotsu [Clash of Iron]. The winner, by either through defeating an opponent or by breaking the sword of the opposing champion, becomes leader of the clan. Lethal attacks are considered a violation of the rules of the current Tetsu no Shōtotsu, but this is has only been the rules for the last few years.

Originally from the Land of Iron, the Masazane are an old clan and have forged weapons for the samurai from the land for their entire existence. Smithwork in the Land of Iron was considered exceptionally noble, and much like nobles trade marry off children to other royals, the early smiths of the Masazane clan used their children to form connections with other smiths.
One smith, whose original name was long forgotten, was said to have had so many sons and to have made the most legendary weapons, that he was only referred to by his surname. Owning a weapon of the smith Masazane, or being married into his family (to be able to put the Masazane stamp on their productions), was considered an badge of honor. After awhile, all of the smith families within the Land of Iron were related.
Once the original Masazane died, leadership of the family fell into chaos. It was proposed by Masazane's third son that they determine who is to lead the clan through the Tetsu no Shōtotsu. It was not unheard of in the early days for this to be a bloody affair with assassinations of smiths and champions alike. After the first Tetsu no Shōtotsu, leadership of the clan fell to Masazane's fifth son, Ito, who was considered to be almost as skilled as his father.
Ito would run the Masazane in the longest reign of the clan for over 63 years. It was during Ito's reign that the Sage changed the world. With the heavy relation to a singular bloodline, many of the Masazane developed the ability to manipulate steel through a kekkei genkai known as Kōton, using a mixture of the fire and earth elements. It was also not unheard of for members to develop Jiton either in addition to Kōton or as a solitary alternative.
After the reign of Masazane Ito, leadership of the clan fell once again into disarray with leadership cycling repeatedly through a series of smiths that were closely matched between each other. Each year, the one currently in power would lose to one of the smiths he had defeated the year before.

However, this stabilization of leadership would continue to the reign of Masazane Io, who has lead the clan for the last 62 years. Io is often considered the reincarnation of the original founder of their clan with near unrivaled skill in the forging of weapons and the manifestation of both Jiton and Kōton at a high level. With the creation of Kyokujitsu no Tochi, many members of the clan have spread themselves out to other territories within their nation. Name of Weapon or Item: Ami no Jussaku(網の術策 'Network of Intrigue')
Description: Perhaps the largest of Syu-lerne's puppets, Ami no Jussaku is not one body, and is instead hundreds, which are all connected through seals and chakra. Controlled through the use of the Enkaku sōsa no jutsu and chakratic programming, Ami no Jussaku is composed of roughly one hundred to two hundred puppets in total, created over a period of twenty years. Each singular puppet is referred to as a Chiten(地点 'Point') and these individuals all look identical aside from the location of the Enkaku sōsa no jutsu's seal being located in one of six different locations.
While these puppets are numerous, they are far from something one would use for combat, but this is supplemented by the fact that the puppets are capable of erasing their presence via the use of Mujin Meisai, Tōton Jutsu, Meisaigakure no Jutsu, and of course the chakra suppression technique. However, unlike a biological shinobi, the Chiten are capable of condensing their chakra signature into a single point within their “body,” and then concealing it within a seal. Aside from this capability, each Chiten is capable of sensing chakra of any kind and can, when stationary expend larger portions of its chakra to obtain perception roughly equal to the Kagura Shingan in the level of detail and with an effective range of 100 meters. This allows the puppets to detect even killing intent, though they can only do this when in their active state, while stationary.
These puppets were created through Syu-lerne's unique brand of fuinjutsu combined with his kekkei genkai's capabilities—specifically his technique Keiro shinten. This allows the Ami no Jussaku to sense even when not being directly moved or controlled.
Moving on to their physical form, the Chiten of the Ami no Jussaku collective look like fairly basic human puppets constructed with wood, miniscule amounts of metal, and a fair amount of cord. These wires are extremely difficult to damage and are inside the puppet's primarily wooden body. The small amounts of metal utilized on the puppet are placed on the internal hollows where the cords run through. The metal is as such used to preserve the internal workings of the puppet, but so as not to weigh it down greatly the rest of it is not composed of the material, but is instead treated to be fire and water proof in addition to being infused with traits similar to rubber. This makes the wood a good deal more durable than normal, but not so strong that a well placed strike can't pierce or crack the substance.
Each puppet being about 5'6, they do not stand out in a crowd due to being constantly garbed in either cloak and hood, or hood and civilian wear. This is perhaps the point upon which there is contention in regards to the “identical,” appearance of the puppets as they are not all dressed exactly the same. Some of the Chiten are however, not dressed at all and these are typically placed in small settlements and put into a sort of standby mode wherein they will only activate if killing intent is detected or they are disturbed.
As with all of his puppets, the Chiten of Ami no Jussaku are capable of being summoned or reverse summoned so they may retreat. All of the seals on a given Chiten only respond to the proper “key(primer) seal,” when it is utilized with Syu-lerne's chakra. Additionally, if any single seal is tampered with in any way the whole system will override it, destroy it, rewrite it, and begin altering all of their keys simultaneously and continuously. Tampering with any seal at any point will also immediately notify Syu-lerne.

Description: Syu-lerne's massive, mobile, seperable lab. Its location is deep beneath the sands of The Land of Wind and it is always moving.

Description: A multitude of condensed labs, which typically “orbit” Kōdai Kaichū. These are considerably smaller and can be utilized for combat. Mobile. 20

Name of Puppet: Sekimiru(堰見る 'Watchlock').
Description: Comprised of 365 primary parts and 800 miniscule connecting parts, Sekimiru is one of Syu-lerne's most complex combat-based puppets. Most of the construct's parts are composed of various metals, with small amounts of wire and crystal here and there, all of it chakra conductive. Perhaps the scariest thing about this puppet is the fact that each individual part possess a small custom made chakra system all of which can connect to one another in a variety of different configurations. This moves us to how Sekimiru's many parts are connected, which is to say through magnetic fields, electrical energy, chakra, and small doses of heat at times. The puppet has an internal heat regulation system allowing it to focus and disperse heat or electrical energies through altering its own conductivity via chakra.
Due to its construction and mechanical nature, the puppet is capable of shifting its form by falling apart and putting itself back together in different configurations on the fly. Furthermore the puppet can levitate, magnetically or electrically charge things, and it can, to a limited extent, diffuse heat in and around its body. Nonetheless, a simple Goukakyuu no jutsu would scatter the puppet, forcing it to pull itself back together, and anything stronger is likely to damage at least some of its parts. Additionally, isolating or slowing down its various parts is the best way to disable it. Still, the puppet is far from something one would want to underestimate as while Syu-lerne can control it with chakra strings, the puppet is typically manipulated through three totally seperate means all at once.
The first means of control is a huge amount of Migotona hairetsu seals, at least 3 for each part, including even the smallest of them.
The second means of control are a set of seals that the puppet has “anchored,” to a field of sorts, which it projects over a 15 meter sphere. These seals manifest as pure chakra, or under ground, primarily and allow the puppeteer to extend threads of nearly invisible chakra to control the puppet from within. This also allows Syu-lerne to reassemble the puppet as long as all the parts remain within the area. When Sekimiru is in one piece this field moves with its main body. When dispersed outside of the main field each piece transmits a much smaller 2 meter field.
The third method of control stems from a physical control mechanism that manifests when the puppet is in no more than 3 main bodies. This system manifests a highly complex seal within its chakra system that acts as a projection field for physical chakra threads that extend through the puppet, and outside of it, only to reattach to its outer body.
If Syu-lerne himself is present, there is a fourth method, which is him manually controlling the puppet with any of his chakra string techniques.
This puppet's control scheme is so complex that Syu-lerne is only capable of controlling it on its lonesome. This meaning he cannot manipulate any of his other combat puppets at the same time. This does not include the Ami no Jussaku, Kōdai Kaichū, or Shison puppets.
Sekimiru's perceptual capabilities allow Syu-lerne to see in 320 degrees from the puppet's POV.
As with his lab puppets, Sekimiru is capable of being summoned or reverse summoned so it may retreat. All of the seals on Sekimiru only respond to the proper “key(primer) seal,” when it is utilized with Syu-lerne's chakra. Name of Weapon or Item: Kawari riron(ひも替わり 'String Surrogate').
Description: A puppet resembling Syu-lerne in mask and garb, Kawari riron is, under the cloak, a fairly normal puppet...at first glance at least. Within the thin metal outer framework are a serious of complex mechanisms designed to shift and move wire. The chakra system in the puppet channels through this almost muscle-like system of wires, creating a system much like the human body. Due to these powerful wire-muscles being fed chakra the puppet is considerably faster than a human and many measures more flexible. However, its durability is not terribly great as its outer surface is only about an inch thick. While its chakra system is effective, the puppet is only capable of defending one of its limbs at a time using chakra.
However, the puppet has two uses, one is for combat, wherein it uses the wires as a series of deadly weapons, which may cut or entrap its opponents. The other causes Kawari riron to retract the majority of its wire and instead extend chakra threads to control nearby puppets. It should be noted that Himo riron is only capable of controlling three puppets at once, including Chiten. Should Kawari riron be used to puppet Sekimiru the puppet will not be at its best.
It should be noted that Kawari riron's metal flesh has many small slots which may slip open to either allow wire or weaponry out of its internal workings.
At any given time, Kawari riron has senbon needles, kunai, and shuriken on its person. It has a number of these needles ready to protrude from its metal flesh, and a number more it can summon to it from a storehouse. Kawari riron is capable of being active almost indefinitely if not utilizing chakra, but will tire out at about the same rate as an elite chuunin shinobi in terms of jutsu use.
As with his lab puppets, Kawari riron is capable of being summoned or reverse summoned so it may retreat. All of the seals on Kawari riron only respond to the proper “key(primer) seal,” when it is utilized with Syu-lerne's chakra. Name of Weapon or Item: Sakyū ryōshi(砂丘猟師 'Dune Hunter').
Description: Possessing the largest chakra pool of any of his puppets, Sakyū ryōshi is designed for the hunt no matter the terrain and despite its name. Created with a similar make to Kawari riron in regards to its 'musculature', this feline puppet is so effective at hunting down, capturing, and/or killing its prey that the commonfolk of Sunagakure have taken to telling their children stories about it as a sort of “boogieman-like” figure. Possessing highly flexible and durable “skin” composed of a carbon nanotube weave, which has been treated with chakra to make it a form of super fabric, Sakyū ryōshi is only vulnerable to ninjutsu due to its body being built to withstand incredible physical wear and tear. The puppet is essentially immune to abrasion, piercing implements and being burned to a crisp—though fire can damage some of its metal portions making it more difficult for the puppet to deal damage or move.
The aforementioned durability and the make of its body allow it an elegance of movement, which one might view in a true predatory animal, such as a panther, except with the speed and strength of a shinobi. This of course makes the puppet capable of running straight through the walls, ceilings, or floors of buildings almost without breaking stride. This, like its ability to swim/move rapidly through various substances is however achieved, through the projection of a field of chakra which is designed to break substances down or weaken them at necessary points before the construct even makes contact. Unfortunately for its prey, this field, when not in use to destroy obstacles, is focused around the hunter's claws and the tip of its tail allowing it to cut through a good many substances with relative ease.
Returning to the puppet's chakra system, Sakyū ryōshi has a larger chakra pool not because it utilizes an assortment of ninjutsu, but because of its intended purpose. This being the hunting of that which has been deemed a dangerous element. Effectively making Sakyū ryōshi the hunter to Shinkirō's assassin archetype, the puppet is capable of seeing over 50 miles in a 180 degree field of view, with reduced range, but greater visual acuity within the 40 degree field of view that is its peripheral vision. Additionally, the puppet can visualize, smell, and feel chakra in even its most minute distribution. This allows Sakyū ryōshi to track people down from incredible distances with relentless, seemingly endless endurance.
Moving on to its ability to disguise itself, Suna's Hunter is capable of manifesting an effect that teeters between illusion and reality over the surface of its body. This allows the puppet to appear—to all senses—as if it were a living thing. This also means that it can camouflage itself with its environment by altering its coloration.
Final, and most notable, among its primary abilities are its instincts as, unlike Syu-lerne's other puppets, Sakyū ryōshi is designed to be almost entirely autonomous. Programmed with incredibly complex fuinjutsu and internal chakra mechanisms, this puppet is less mindless construct and more a deadly, thinking, automoton. Possessing the instincts of several highly experienced shinobi—gathered from war prisoners many years ago—and an altered form of its creator's intellect, Sakyū ryōshi is considered an analytical engine with a powerful instinct to capture and then incapacitate or kill its targets. It is capable of multiple lines of thought and, with prolonged tracking, is entirely able to learnt he habits, fighting style, and even psychological tendencies of its opponent making it capable of predicting them to a terrifying degree.
Still. Even with these traits one should not forget the spines which often remain folded against its back. Each of these spines is effectively a reservoir to a different neurotoxin, venom, poison, or harmful gas.
The front two are dedicated to a non-lethal numbing agent which can be drained into Sakyū ryōshi's fangs or excreted onto the surface of the spine or its claws—though the last of these requires the disintegration effect be forestalled. The middle most spine is dedicated to an irritating gass, which only causes numbness to pain with limited exposure, but eventually continues on to scramble the body's ability to properly translate neuro-chemical signals as it is inhaled and passed into the bloodstream and then muscles. This means that while the individual is not paralyze their coordination and bodily control will steadily decline the longer they are within the cloud. The last two spines, unlike the predecessors, are a lethal toxin, which due to its the chakra in it, first blocks tenketsu points, and then eventually damages the organs and important biological structures tied to them. Unless given the antidote roughly two hours after being dosed, the victim is sure to die.

Name of Weapon or Item: Shinkirō(蜃気楼 'Mirage').
Description: A puppet, which passively mixes its chakra system with natural energy, Shinkirō gained its name due to the fact that it uses this energy to manipulate the temperature in a 1 meter radius around its person. One would think that this ability would fascilitate the use of fire affinity techniques without the use of actual flame, but they would be dead wrong. Instead, Shinkirō releases yin chakra into this sphere as well while modulating the differences in heat around itself so as to create...you guessed it, mirages. However, the puppet takes this to a new level, infusing natural energy mixed with small portions of yang chakra into its surroundings. As such, even genjutsu resistant doujutsu will find themselves having to take a second, third, and eventually fifth glance wherever the puppet was when they last looked. The reason for this is a partial physical manifestation of the illusions created by Shinkirō's area of influence making it particularly difficult to discern whether or not the effect was an illusion or a part of reality one hadn't noticed before.
If this was not daunting enough, Mirage is exceptionally fast, able to move as if it was weightless and generated no air resistance...mostly because it doesn't possess a fixed weight at most points in time. This is caused by a space-time ninjutsu, which Mirage almost always has active, effectively making it a passive technique. While, despite the technique, Mirage can be struck by physical attacks, the puppet is effectively immune to traditional ninjutsu as it splits the yin and yang aspects of most techniques which pass into its area of influence redirecting them around the sphere. This makes it particularly difficult to defeat at long range as it is hard to predict and locate, and makes it fatal at close range where its movements are mostly obscured by the mirage around it, and its speed allows it to swiftly strike with the serrated flat blades, which are its appendages. It sure is a good thing it isn't coated with poison.
While one might be lead to believe that Shinkirō has no faults, they would, again, be quite wrong. In fact, the puppet is exceptionally frail as a well placed strike to any of its joints will cause the corresponding body part to seperate from its body. While most of its limbs are connected by wires—in addition to the aforementioned joints—the puppet's limbs can be removed from its person. If it wishes to regain this limb it must gain purchase on it or place the portion of its body to which the lost limb connects. Once the limb's joint is in position it is magnetically attracted to the puppet after which point the limb sends wire into the main body, which is merged with the other wires. It takes roughly 30 seconds for the limb's chakra system to recalibrate.

Name of Weapon or Item: Ami no Jussaku(網の術策 'Network of Intrigue')
Description: Perhaps the largest of Syu-lerne's puppets, Ami no Jussaku is not one body, and is instead hundreds, which are all connected through seals and chakra. Controlled through the use of the Enkaku sōsa no jutsu and chakratic programming, Ami no Jussaku is composed of roughly one hundred to two hundred puppets in total, created over a period of twenty years. Each singular puppet is referred to as a Chiten(地点 'Point') and these individuals all look identical aside from the location of the Enkaku sōsa no jutsu's seal being located in one of six different locations.
While these puppets are numerous, they are far from something one would use for combat, but this is supplemented by the fact that the puppets are capable of erasing their presence via the use of Mujin Meisai, Tōton Jutsu, Meisaigakure no Jutsu, and of course the chakra suppression technique. However, unlike a biological shinobi, the Chiten are capable of condensing their chakra signature into a single point within their “body,” and then concealing it within a seal. Aside from this capability, each Chiten is capable of sensing chakra of any kind and can, when stationary expend larger portions of its chakra to obtain perception roughly equal to the Kagura Shingan in the level of detail and with an effective range of 100 meters. This allows the puppets to detect even killing intent, though they can only do this when in their active state, while stationary.
These puppets were created through Syu-lerne's unique brand of fuinjutsu combined with his kekkei genkai's capabilities—specifically his technique Keiro shinten. This allows the Ami no Jussaku to sense even when not being directly moved or controlled.
Moving on to their physical form, the Chiten of the Ami no Jussaku collective look like fairly basic human puppets constructed with wood, miniscule amounts of metal, and a fair amount of cord. These wires are extremely difficult to damage and are inside the puppet's primarily wooden body. The small amounts of metal utilized on the puppet are placed on the internal hollows where the cords run through. The metal is as such used to preserve the internal workings of the puppet, but so as not to weigh it down greatly the rest of it is not composed of the material, but is instead treated to be fire and water proof in addition to being infused with traits similar to rubber. This makes the wood a good deal more durable than normal, but not so strong that a well placed strike can't pierce or crack the substance.
Each puppet being about 5'6, they do not stand out in a crowd due to being constantly garbed in either cloak and hood, or hood and civilian wear. This is perhaps the point upon which there is contention in regards to the “identical,” appearance of the puppets as they are not all dressed exactly the same. Some of the Chiten are however, not dressed at all and these are typically placed in small settlements and put into a sort of standby mode wherein they will only activate if killing intent is detected or they are disturbed.

Name of Puppet: Sekimiru(堰見る 'Watchlock').
Description: Comprised of 365 primary parts and 800 miniscule connecting parts, Sekimiru is one of Syu-lerne's most complex combat-based puppets. Most of the construct's parts are composed of various metals, with small amounts of wire and crystal here and there, all of it chakra conductive. Perhaps the scariest thing about this puppet is the fact that each individual part possess a small custom made chakra system all of which can connect to one another in a variety of different configurations. This moves us to how Sekimiru's many parts are connected, which is to say through magnetic fields, electrical energy, chakra, and small doses of heat at times. The puppet has an internal heat regulation system allowing it to focus and disperse heat or electrical energies through altering its own conductivity via chakra.
Due to its construction and mechanical nature, the puppet is capable of shifting its form by falling apart and putting itself back together in different configurations on the fly. Furthermore the puppet can levitate, magnetically or electrically charge things, and it can, to a limited extent, diffuse heat in and around its body. Nonetheless, a simple Goukakyuu no jutsu would scatter the puppet, forcing it to pull itself back together, and anything stronger is likely to damage at least some of its parts. Additionally, isolating or slowing down its various parts is the best way to disable it. Still, the puppet is far from something one would want to underestimate as while Syu-lerne can control it with chakra strings, the puppet is typically manipulated through three totally seperate means all at once.
The first means of control is a huge amount of Migotona hairetsu seals, at least 3 for each part, including even the smallest of them.
The second means of control are a set of seals that the puppet has “anchored,” to a field of sorts, which it projects over a 15 meter sphere. These seals manifest as pure chakra, or under ground, primarily and allow the puppeteer to extend threads of nearly invisible chakra to control the puppet from within. This also allows Syu-lerne to reassemble the puppet as long as all the parts remain within the area. When Sekimiru is in one piece this field moves with its main body. When dispersed outside of the main field each piece transmits a much smaller 2 meter field.
The third method of control stems from a physical control mechanism that manifests when the puppet is in no more than 3 main bodies. This system manifests a highly complex seal within its chakra system that acts as a projection field for physical chakra threads that extend through the puppet, and outside of it, only to reattach to its outer body.
If Syu-lerne himself is present, there is a fourth method, which is him manually controlling the puppet with any of his chakra string techniques.
This puppet's control scheme is so complex that Syu-lerne is only capable of controlling it on its lonesome. This meaning he cannot manipulate any of his other combat puppets at the same time. This does not include the Ami no Jussaku, Kōdai Kaichū, or Shison puppets.

Description: A puppet resembling Syu-lerne in mask and garb, Kawari riron is, under the cloak, a fairly normal puppet...at first glance at least. Within the thin metal outer framework are a serious of complex mechanisms designed to shift and move wire. The chakra system in the puppet channels through this almost muscle-like system of wires, creating a system much like the human body. Due to these powerful wire-muscles being fed chakra the puppet is considerably faster than a human and many measures more flexible. However, its durability is not terribly great as its outer surface is only about an inch thick. While its chakra system is effective, the puppet is only capable of defending one of its limbs at a time using chakra.
However, the puppet has two uses, one is for combat, wherein it uses the wires as a series of deadly weapons, which may cut or entrap its opponents. The other causes Kawari riron to retract the majority of its wire and instead extend chakra threads to control nearby puppets. It should be noted that Himo riron is only capable of controlling three puppets at once, including Chiten. Should Kawari riron be used to puppet Sekimiru the puppet will not be at its best.
It should be noted that Kawari riron's metal flesh has many small slots which may slip open to either allow wire or weaponry out of its internal workings.

Name of Weapon or Item: Sakyū ryōshi(砂丘猟師 'Dune Hunter').
Description: Possessing the largest chakra pool of any of his puppets, Sakyū ryōshi is designed for the hunt no matter the terrain and despite its name. Created with a similar make to Kawari riron in regards to its 'musculature', this feline puppet is so effective at hunting down, capturing, and/or killing its prey that the commonfolk of Sunagakure have taken to telling their children stories about it as a sort of “boogieman-like” figure. Possessing highly flexible and durable “skin” composed of a carbon nanotube weave, which has been treated with chakra to make it a form of super fabric, Sakyū ryōshi is only vulnerable to ninjutsu due to its body being built to withstand incredible physical wear and tear. The puppet is essentially immune to abrasion, piercing implements and being burned to a crisp—though fire can damage some of its metal portions making it more difficult for the puppet to deal damage or move.
The aforementioned durability and the make of its body allow it an elegance of movement, which one might view in a true predatory animal, such as a panther, except with the speed and strength of a shinobi. This of course makes the puppet capable of running straight through the walls, ceilings, or floors of buildings almost without breaking stride. This, like its ability to swim/move rapidly through various substances is however achieved, through the projection of a field of chakra which is designed to break substances down or weaken them at necessary points before the construct even makes contact. Unfortunately for its prey, this field, when not in use to destroy obstacles, is focused around the hunter's claws and the tip of its tail allowing it to cut through a good many substances with relative ease.
Returning to the puppet's chakra system, Sakyū ryōshi has a larger chakra pool not because it utilizes an assortment of ninjutsu, but because of its intended purpose. This being the hunting of that which has been deemed a dangerous element. Effectively making Sakyū ryōshi the hunter to Shinkirō's assassin archetype, the puppet is capable of seeing over 50 miles in a 180 degree field of view, with reduced range, but greater visual acuity within the 40 degree field of view that is its peripheral vision. Additionally, the puppet can visualize, smell, and feel chakra in even its most minute distribution. This allows Sakyū ryōshi to track people down from incredible distances with relentless, seemingly endless endurance.
Moving on to its ability to disguise itself, Suna's Hunter is capable of manifesting an effect that teeters between illusion and reality over the surface of its body. This allows the puppet to appear—to all senses—as if it were a living thing. This also means that it can camouflage itself with its environment by altering its coloration.
Final, and most notable, among its primary abilities are its instincts as, unlike Syu-lerne's other puppets, Sakyū ryōshi is designed to be almost entirely autonomous. Programmed with incredibly complex fuinjutsu and internal chakra mechanisms, this puppet is less mindless construct and more a deadly, thinking, automoton. Possessing the instincts of several highly experienced shinobi—gathered from war prisoners many years ago—and an altered form of its creator's intellect, Sakyū ryōshi is considered an analytical engine with a powerful instinct to capture and then incapacitate or kill its targets. It is capable of multiple lines of thought and, with prolonged tracking, is entirely able to learnt he habits, fighting style, and even psychological tendencies of its opponent making it capable of predicting them to a terrifying degree.
Still. Even with these traits one should not forget the spines which often remain folded against its back. Each of these spines is effectively a reservoir to a different neurotoxin, venom, poison, or harmful gas.
The front two are dedicated to a non-lethal numbing agent which can be drained into Sakyū ryōshi's fangs or excreted onto the surface of the spine or its claws—though the last of these requires the disintegration effect be forestalled. Name of Kekkei Genkai: Itten no hōsetsu(一天の包摂 'Firmament's subsumption').
Clan: Uranaisha.
Description: Granted with the advanced utilization of Onmyouton, inheritors of the Itten no hōsetsu are capable of achieving a great many things. However, the essential traits of this kekkei genkai lie in the amplification of an inheritor's yin affinity chakra, causing them to typically be far more intune with the mental and spiritual aspect of existence. The physical manifestation of this makes members of the Uranaisha clan particularly intelligent, but the Itten no hōsetsu's abilities do not stop there. Rather, they extend to the physical aspect of yang chakra, but not in a way that is typical as rather than grant members of the clan with exceptional life force, durable bodies, or enhanced physical abilities, it grants their mind the ability to, up to a certain degree, manifest concepts and ideas of a sort in a variety of ways.

Kawatake, in part, has cheated as he has amplified his body's control over his tenketsu via the yang affinity's amplification capabilities.
Weakness: If his tenketsu are blocked or his chakra is sealed he cannot utilize this technique. Additionally, heavy physical damage in areas can prevent him from emitting chakra there. It is particularly dangerous to mold elemental jutsu prior to them exiting the body due to the difficulty in restraining the elemental effects and activating them at precisely the right moment. The last weakness is noted in that he can damage himself if he releases the wrong jutsu from the wrong place making this a potentially hazardous technique if misused.

I feel like she has enough already. It's almost laughable to be asking you to remove one technique given the sheer magnitude she possesses, but nonetheless this should be removed. Even if she could only apply it to one portion of her body at a time, it's too much on top of everything else.
How does this technique work exactly? I understand what it does, but I'm not sure how it is achieved.
I am wary of this technique. Particularly its empowered state.... I'm not sure what else to say. I don't really want to say no to it, but I think it needs to require a bit more than contact to work properly.
While it would be stupid to attack a kage in their village aside from a very well planned assassination, this strikes me (in its full form) as very abuse prone. How much chakra does Yggdrasil allow her when in the full form of this? Compare to the amount of chakra in an average S rank. How many of these S ranked shinobi is the chakra amount comparable to?
This should not be useable on the plants that make gates to the pure world.
Would these individuals have any significant/relevant fighting prowess? If so...I need to know around what level they'd be to know if this is fine in combat.
My problem with this is we don't know who the past Sankages/Hokages were so there's no way for me to fact check you on what skills you're drawing from Yggdrasil via this technique. I'm fine with it enhancing her ability to deal with various combat tactics, or sharpening her mind, but I'm not really fine with it actually giving her more skills since she's already VERY skilled in plenty of areas.

Country of Origin: Land of Iron.
Hierarchy and Focus:
Focused on the mastery of their sword art, the Shizukana-ryū-ji(Style of the Tranquil Path), the Mayonaka are renowned swordsman both within and beyond the Land of Iron.
Choosing to lead themselves through mastery, the Mayonaka allow only those who have truly mastered their style and who are within their family, to reign over those who might learn their infamous style. This typically results in their being four or so grandmasters and one “Heir,” which seeks the grandmasters for council. The heir is the descendent of the previous heir, their bloodline, in some form or another, leading back to their clan founder.
The current Heir is Mayonaka, Seisui and he is out on a pilgrimage to finetune his art.
History:
A long time has passed since the origins of this clan were lost, no longer do any of the outside world know where the Mayonaka spawned and how the now ancient style was forged into improving perfection. The outsiders do not know, but then they are not meant to, as a clan's history is its own. The Mayonaka clan, founded somewhere in what is now the land of iron, were far from notable before their style's creation. Their 1st master was a simple man, a hunter, living off the land and assisting the people in the few ways he could. Many years passed for him and he gradually grew in his wisdom until one day he was visited by a man. A strange man with a look of majesty, power, and wisdom in his many lively orbs, visited him for a time, asking for simple shelter for a time. Providing it, the foremost master of the yet to be created style gave the man all he needed, as he appeared to be recovering from some strange ailment. The man was weak of body at that time, but the two began to grow close, learning from each other, and the Mayonaka found himself overtaken with the smallest fragments of kinship with the man.
A short time turned to weeks, and weeks turned to months and the man began to speak of things which the Mayonaka could barely understand. He was isolated from the world, knowing little of the arts being created and the politics or intricacies of things. Even as he worked the forge, he found something changing in himself, yet unsure as to what, and when he asked the man there was no reply, just a solemn look. The next day, the man had vanished, no traces left of his presence. This bothered the Mayonaka greatly and eventually he decided it was time to leave his home, he could no longer isolate himself, he was no longer satisfied by the simple wilderness, something in him longed for what he knew not. So he saved his money and then used it to acquire a weapon for while he was no true warrior he was a skilled hunter and he knew that wielding a blade, even of lesser quality, would be useful.
He carried on, traveling slow and learning as much as he could bout his surroundings, the world he had been apart from for so long. It took two years before he saw exactly what he had been looking for, the spark that awakened a new passion in him: He witnessed the dual of two swordsman.

He traveled again, now returning home, changed, knowing what he had to do. So, while he returned he challenged many, defeated by some and winning against others, until his name was known well. So, he changed it for his face was not yet known. He became No-hassan Mayonaka(Emanation of Midnight), a growing legend among swordsman, and then he arrived home. His blade, of lesser quality still, no longer served him, he could not wield it, but he had learned more in his trade of blacksmithing. With money from his fallen adversaries he acquired the best of metals, specific mixtures, and from there he began to work. It was hard, for challenges often braved the long path to reach him in hope of besting the rising legend in combat.
None did.
It took months, and on the last month he was nearly defeated. However, strangely, his opponent decided to forestall their match midway, saying that his opponent could not possibly be serious. The look in the challenger's eyes seemed somehow familiar for they were knowing, wise, and filled with majesty.
That day his blade had come to fruition, and it was the last day it had needed to cool and to harden into perfection. There was time still, two more days to pass before their match was to resume. No-hassan however decided he would no adjust to his blade, no, he would not even touch it.

A trusted friend carrying his blade wrapped in cloth to their field of battle, No-hassan's challenger awaited them, ready, but relaxed. Bowing he finally took the blade and its sheath readying it on his belt and bowing to his opponent. "You are a man of honor, and this day I can assure you that by the end, you will witness my best," something awoke in No-hassan Mayonaka that day, something calm, peaceful: Tranquility.
His hand had been placed against the tsuka of his katana, and his stance shifted. The challenger drew his blade and approached him cautiously, ready to strike at any opening, but No-hassan had none. There was not a single true opening, but to the challenger their appeared many, it appeared as if the Mayonaka had laid himself bare to the world, ready to be felled in any moment. Then she collapsed into the peacefulness and serenity of death, her end as pleasant as her beginnings.

Some have even coined their style the “Equilizer,” as it appears to allow those who have mastered it or one of its forms, a degree of resistance to the techniques of shinobi, though not in a manner one would call defense.
Nonetheless, the Mayonaka, these days, take in students from far and wide to train in their art thus making them one of the leading swordmaster families in the world.

Hierarchy and Focus:
Focused on the mastery of their sword art, the Shizukana-ryū-ji(Style of the Tranquil Path), the Mayonaka are renowned swordsman both within and beyond the Land of Iron.
Choosing to lead themselves through mastery, the Mayonaka allow only those who have truly mastered their style and who are within their family, to reign over those who might learn their infamous style. This typically results in their being four or so grandmasters and one “Heir,” which seeks the grandmasters for council. The heir is the descendent of the previous heir, their bloodline, in some form or another, leading back to their clan founder.
The current Heir is Mayonaka, Seisui and he is out on a pilgrimage to finetune his art.
History:
A long time has passed since the origins of this clan were lost, no longer do any of the outside world know where the Mayonaka spawned and how the now ancient style was forged into improving perfection. The outsiders do not know, but then they are not meant to, as a clan's history is its own. The Mayonaka clan, founded somewhere in what is now the land of iron, were far from notable before their style's creation. Their 1st master was a simple man, a hunter, living off the land and assisting the people in the few ways he could. Many years passed for him and he gradually grew in his wisdom until one day he was visited by a man. A strange man with a look of majesty, power, and wisdom in his many lively orbs, visited him for a time, asking for simple shelter for a time. Providing it, the foremost master of the yet to be created style gave the man all he needed, as he appeared to be recovering from some strange ailment. The man was weak of body at that time, but the two began to grow close, learning from each other, and the Mayonaka found himself overtaken with the smallest fragments of kinship with the man.
A short time turned to weeks, and weeks turned to months and the man began to speak of things which the Mayonaka could barely understand. He was isolated from the world, knowing little of the arts being created and the politics or intricacies of things. Even as he worked the forge, he found something changing in himself, yet unsure as to what, and when he asked the man there was no reply, just a solemn look. The next day, the man had vanished, no traces left of his presence. This bothered the Mayonaka greatly and eventually he decided it was time to leave his home, he could no longer isolate himself, he was no longer satisfied by the simple wilderness, something in him longed for what he knew not. So he saved his money and then used it to acquire a weapon for while he was no true warrior he was a skilled hunter and he knew that wielding a blade, even of lesser quality, would be useful.
He carried on, traveling slow and learning as much as he could bout his surroundings, the world he had been apart from for so long. It took two years before he saw exactly what he had been looking for, the spark that awakened a new passion in him: He witnessed the dual of two swordsman.

He traveled again, now returning home, changed, knowing what he had to do. So, while he returned he challenged many, defeated by some and winning against others, until his name was known well. So, he changed it for his face was not yet known. He became No-hassan Mayonaka(Emanation of Midnight), a growing legend among swordsman, and then he arrived home. His blade, of lesser quality still, no longer served him, he could not wield it, but he had learned more in his trade of blacksmithing. With money from his fallen adversaries he acquired the best of metals, specific mixtures, and from there he began to work. It was hard, for challenges often braved the long path to reach him in hope of besting the rising legend in combat.
None did.
It took months, and on the last month he was nearly defeated. However, strangely, his opponent decided to forestall their match midway, saying that his opponent could not possibly be serious. The look in the challenger's eyes seemed somehow familiar for they were knowing, wise, and filled with majesty.
That day his blade had come to fruition, and it was the last day it had needed to cool and to harden into perfection. There was time still, two more days to pass before their match was to resume. No-hassan however decided he would no adjust to his blade, no, he would not even touch it.

A trusted friend carrying his blade wrapped in cloth to their field of battle, No-hassan's challenger awaited them, ready, but relaxed. Bowing he finally took the blade and its sheath readying it on his belt and bowing to his opponent. "You are a man of honor, and this day I can assure you that by the end, you will witness my best," something awoke in No-hassan Mayonaka that day, something calm, peaceful: Tranquility.
His hand had been placed against the tsuka of his katana, and his stance shifted. The challenger drew his blade and approached him cautiously, ready to strike at any opening, but No-hassan had none. There was not a single true opening, but to the challenger their appeared many, it appeared as if the Mayonaka had laid himself bare to the world, ready to be felled in any moment. This is the Shizukana-ryū-ji no, the style of the tranquil path," - Mayonaka, Yōi-tsūka.
The style of the Mayonaka clan is a constantly renovated masterpiece, for while many a style does not change once one has considered it perfected, this style is not as such. With every passing generation it is altered slightly to reach further towards the ideal of perfection.
There are two codes which practitioners of the Shizukana-ryū-ji no live, the first set of codes are those of the Mayonaka family, while the second are the dogma of the Shizukana-ryū-ji no itself. While those from outside can attempt to learn the Lotus dogma and become practitioners of the Style of the Tranquil Path, it is unlikely that they would ever truly be full practitioners of masters as they lack the background of the Mayonaka.

The four petals of the lotus flower, a flower which sits upon the surface of the water and spreads its arms in the four directions, represent the four core ways that the blade is drawn and wielded in the Shizukana-ryū-ji no. These four methods of unsheathing and positioning the blade are considered part of the No geijutsu nodjiita ken(の芸術野地板剣 'Art of Sheathing a Sword'). These forms are each named after one of the four cardinal directions each of which have their own purpose in the scope of the style, without one form the others would simply not be in balance, that is the way of tranquility.
Kita-muki Renge-hen(北向き蓮花片 'North Facing Lotus Petal') draws the blade with its edge facing forwards and its tip pointing upwards, the sheath comes off by pulling it up along the blade rather than drawing the blade from the sheath. This is considered one of the most bizarre of the No geijutsu nodjiita ken, but is nonetheless necessary. Typically the user will place the sheath upon their shoulder with the edge of their blade pointing away from their body even while within the sheath. One of the few dogmas that has the user fully draw the blade almost at all times, the Kita-muki Renge-hen is used for frontal attack. Once the blade is drawn, the sheath tends to move to the shoulder opposite where the blade was originally drawn from. The blade itself is then held with the dominant hand with the blade vertical, tip pointing up, edge facing away and forwards. The pinky is used to stabilize it, while the rest of the hand grasps it, the arm in a diagonally downwards position. This dogma is actually used to create openings by sliding the attacks down the blade, and then utilizing the sheath to strike the attacks away from the blade as it flows right into position to strike the opening. It tends to throw the attacker off balance while allowing the wielder to flow from defense into attack almost effortlessly.
Azuma-muki Renge-hen(東向き蓮花片 'East Facing Lotus Petal') begins with one of the wielder's shoulders facing towards their enemy as they stand sideways. The left palm cradles the sheath, the blade's point aimed forwards towards the enemy or target and the sheathed edge facing away from the user's side, to the right. The fingers of the left hand are pointed towards the hilt as the hand cradles the sheath while its kin on the right hand easily grasp the grip of the blade. With this the stance is set and the user may use the variable movements of the sheathed tip with precision to disrupt the flow of attacks and then sway the blade to the other side of the body, exposing the other shoulder and hiding the prior thus allowing the blade to be drawn, its edge still facing right, to strike. This No geijutsu nodjiita ken is utilized to disrupt and then simultaneously block and strike the following counter if necessary. It is an intriguing and certainly unique form of the style.
Minami-muki Renge-hen(南向き蓮花片 'South Facing Lotus Petal') is likely the most bizarre forms of the Shizukana-ryū-ji no as it is not used in true conflict, or at least that is not its primary purpose. Rather than conflict the form is used to disarm an armed opponent, even if this opponent's weapon is their body, their jutsu, or their mind. Standing with feet apart and the point of the blade facing to either side, blade horizontal and sheathed edge pointing towards the wielder, this style begins. Beside the blade itself, as the sheath is seldom used in this form, a guard on the forearm is typically applied so as to shield from the wielder's blade as it is held in reverse grip with the edge facing towards the arm rather than away. Another of this form's defining characteristics is that most of its attacks are delivered backwards and are piercing or pincer oriented. Beyond this there is only one other truly unique thing to be said regarding the Minami-muki Renge-hen, and that is that it is the only form (excluding the Shinzui no Hasu) of the Shizukana-ryū-ji no that can tap into the yin and yang of both the wielder and their opponent intentionally. It does this by using the blade as a conduit, which is how they manage to seal off certain capabilities, or even tenketsu if one is skilled enough. In this way it differentiates itself from the other No geijutsu no nodjiita ken.

The blade is drawn by simultaneously pulling the sheath back with the left arm and drawing the blade with the right hand. The only explicit rule of this dogma is that the edge must always face towards the user's left side, meaning if it is drawn from the right side, its edge must be pointing towards the left. Many applications of this style do not actually fully draw the blade. Rather the sheath and hilt are used to block and trap the weapons or attacks of the enemy, flick them away and then quick draw when openings are present. Lastly it does one thing that no other form of the Shizukana-ryū-ji no, it discards the sheath.

A blade whose essence has been passed down through the Mayonaka family since its beginning, Chinmoku changes with each of its wielders' passing. The blade, due to how many times it has been altered and had chakra poured into its magnificent form has become nigh unbreakable and gained an edge so sharp that in the right hands it could easily sheer through even the strongest of substances. Due to the nature of Chinmoku and the fact that with each passing generation it is reforged and renamed, something unique has come of its existence making it much more than just an ancestral blade. With each passing wielder it is melted down and taken apart only to be created once more to better suit the inheritor. Its name is than chosen via the use of the wielder's closest relatives, for while the user names the blade themselves and to express its new form and how it will be used, it must still reflect several of its more recent wielders to remember its place in the world. Beyond these facts there is still a very unique aspect that many never truly realize is present in Chinmoku, for only with in depth meditation and reflection with the blade can one realize that within the blade is something similar to a soul or consciousness of some form. In fact, from the very beginning, Chinmoku has imprinted the skills and wisdom of its wielder into itself, acting as an ancient record of all those who have wielded it in earnest. These skills and this wisdom can be accessed through meditation and trained into a form that can become reliable in combat, but in no way are they easy to obtain. After all, the blade has a consciousness, and to truly unlock its secrets Chinmoku's sheath must be taken off the wielder's person so that there is no filter between the blade and the wielder's consciousnesses. It becomes a tug of war, a power struggle to see whom shall truly influence whom. Once the blade has however lost this struggle and its wisdom and imprinted skill has been unlocked, the user can once again don Tōrenai-men to naikō and still access the bounty of experience imprinted within Chinmoku.
To expand, one ought to understand the nature of Chinmoku's sheath, Tōrenai-men to naikō, for without this sheath chinmoku would become an unwieldable monster, or rather it would be foolhardy to wield it if one did not want to go insane. In essence, the Tōrenai-men to naikō was created to filter the influence of Chinmoku's soul on its wielder. When Chinmoku is sheathed its influence is entirely filtered, and even if drawn it is not able to subjugate or totally influence its wielder as long as the Tōrenai-men to naikō is on their person. Shio's primary focus is neurology, with a secondary specialty in surgery. Her steady hands and fine chakra control lead her to develop a series of techniques that increased the survival rate of all surgical procedures across the board by 35%, all by the age of 18. This is her source of her nickname as the Shadow Surgeon, given her preference to work in pitch dark.
It was at the age of 18 she would meet Kinuko, who she would eventually marry after a month. The two had determined that they would be appropriately compatible companions for a long term and that to delay any longer would only delay the necessary step of creating an offspring to carry on their skills. As such, within another month they had worked with Ayameko to develop a technique to allow the two women to have a child. Of course, neither wanted to bear the pregnancy so that service was outsourced to one of Shiō's cousins. The child, a son they named Tokiko, would be born still before Shiō's 19th birthday. Weakness: Short range for more common uses can make it difficult to utilize. Circulation can be cut off at the higher parts of the wound, should it be lower on an appendage to prevent too rapid of bloodloss from the technique.

Chiyoko is a peculiar individual only accented by the fact she travels the world with/on a sheep. Chiyoko consistently can be found with a far off look to her face, despite her complete awareness of what is around her. She is, to the frustration of many, the type of person to answer a question with another question, or answer in a manner that isn't clear.
Hitsujiki is a sheep and is a steadfast companion to Chiyoko. Loyal, sturdy, and occasionally a bit petulant, he provides much of Chiyoko's grounding to reality.
Yuganori Tokiko is a cheerful child that is still learning about the world.
【History】
Chiyoko's history is as much her people's as it is hers. Chiyoko grew up the island of the Moon Country with a small, yet stable clan of spiritualists. Noted for their strong connection to the afterlife, her people continue to be extremely religious. Her clan possesses an extremely powerful Kekkei Genkai that allows them to serve as a gateway between the Pure Land and the real world. Because of this, spirits that refuse to move to Purgatory or the Pure Land often gravitate around her, as they are capable of seeing and communicating with these spirits (hitodama). As such, children of Chiyoko's clan often end up with guidance from relatives thousands of years deceased. In addition, Chiyoko was constantly with a sheep she named Hitsujiki, a lamb she had saved by instinctively tying a powerful spirit into its body.
Chiyoko was born as Kitti Ping-Sung. As a child she had an affinity for the manipulation of the water element and spent much of her time in the rivers around her village. It was noted by many that Chiyoko's gateway to the Pure Land was one of the strongest in the clan in recent memory, rivaled only by her cousin, who seemed to have an equally strong connection. As such, Chiyoko drew the attention of the Council of Nine as a potential for the next Sēji. The Council of Nine was the original nine members of Chiyoko's clan. At the time of their passing, they bound their spirits into nine blades and enshrined themselves in a temple. Communicating with the Council of Nine was difficult for most people in Chiyoko's clan, as the ability to call forth all nine at once was considered exceptionally difficult, and, given the nature of what was being done, extremely confusing.
Chiyoko's skills were fostered at an early age, receiving direct training from various individuals of the Council of Nine, along with another child in the village. They learned much about their clan's extremely ancient history and the extent of what they were capable. Both children demonstrated exactly what the Council of Nine had expected.
At the age of 17, both Chiyoko and her counterpart were to undergo the Trials, a first step in choosing the next Sēji. It also served as a right of passage into adulthood, despite the significant dangers of the ritual. As with all of the Trials before, Chiyoko and her counterpart were separated from their bodies forcibly, their spirits going into the Pure Land. Chiyoko was able to complete the trial and returned back to the council with full control over herself, while her counterpart had ventured into one of the realms of Naraka and was corrupted. However, at the time, this was not able to be sensed by either Chiyoko or the council.
Chiyoko's counterpart preformed the clan's forbidden technique - the Kodoku. Chiyoko, as a final step to becoming the leader of her clan, was charged with destroying the created malicious spirit and banish her once friend into a created realm in Naraka. To make this possible, the Council allowed Chiyoko to take the blades that housed them from the shrine and use them as weapons. The battle, with the power of Chiyoko and the council, was short and judgment was swift.
The Council relayed the information they had on the bijuu and that they had suspected they were a corrupted form of the deities they believed in. Chiyoko posed to the council that they seek out these creatures and purify them once again. Chiyoko was granted her clans puppets as well for her journey, believed to be crafted in the image of their gods. With that, she departed the Land of the Moon to seek out the bijuu as well as find the fragments of the legendary weapons from the times when their gods walked in the mortal world.
The first place she visited once on the mainland was Kyokujitsugakure. Yggdrasil was legendary in her clan as well, and Chiyoko had visited the tree spiritually many times. It was there she gained a new travelling companion in the form of Takiko. Hitsujiki immediately had taken a liking to the young 4 year old boy and the parents willingly parted with their son to provide him a life experience with the two travelers.

【Abilities and Special Traits】
Chiyoko is an exceptional spiritualist and considered to be the strongest in her clan since the Council of Nine (their powers existed prior to the sage as the base form did not utilize chakra), in fact, many consider Chiyoko by herself to have a stronger spiritual connection than the original founders.
Chiyoko is also a skilled puppeteer, an art that has been passed down through her people since the Council of Nine. However, Chiyoko's clan initially practiced a unique form of puppetry utilizing spirits instead of chakra strings. With the knowledge gained from the Sage, her clan was able to adapt alternatives to tapping into the power of spirits.
Chiyoko is also a skilled close range fighter, capable of holding her own with a variety of weapons and is especially skilled with her blades and staff. Most puppetry techniques require her sacrifice some of this skill in order to utilize them.
Hitsujiki is a sheep from Chiyoko's homeland. The sheep's spirit is intertwined with another, making Hitsujiki as intelligent as a person (even though he is incapable of communicating any more than a normal sheep). It also grants the sheep the ability to use jutsu and exceptional longevity.
Tokiko is a small child and has not developed any powers.
【Weapons, Tools and Equipment】
Name of Weapon or Item: Fudō-myōō [Immovable One]
Description: The Fudō-myōō is a weapon passed through Chiyoko's clan since its creation. A product of the original Masazane and Council of Nine, the sword is imbued with incredible power. Its one, and only trait, is that the sword that cannot be moved by any force other than its wielder. The sword was designed to be mass produced as a defensive weapon for their wandering monks, but the effect could never be reproduced, which led the clan to herald the weapon as being imbued by the power of a deity.
Appearance: Normal wakizashi with ornate inscriptions on the blade. Chiyoko straps it to the base of her back or left hip.
Name of Weapon or Item: Kuji Kiri [Nine Cuts]
Description: A set of nine tantō. Each blade is inscribed with the name of the spirit from the council that is held within it. Each of these spirits are forged directly, and willingly, into the weapon. These spirits are used in a number of Chiyoko's other techniques. These knives, when placed into the flesh of a person, making forming jutsu difficult due to the second spiritual presence affecting the body.
Appearance: Normal tantō with exceptionally fine inscriptions. Chiyoko straps these all about her body.
Name of Weapon or Item: Eien no Sai [Judge of Eternity]
Description: The most ancient weapon to Chiyoko's clan. Forged through a collaboration with the Yuganori clan, the Eien no Sai is a twelve ringed shakujō. Each of these rings may be freed from the center ring and used as a projectile weapon. These are easily controlled in flight by the wielder of the Eien no Sai. Small golden threads are faintly visible when the rings detach between the ring and the staff itself. These threads have no physical form until chakra is pushed through them. However, these threads also have no beginning and end and can continue forever. The rings themselves are designed to increase or decrease in size in order to clasp onto the wrists, ankles, or neck of an individual. This provides the wielder of the Eien no Sai a variety of techniques utilizing the staff. The length of the threads can be locked in place by exerting chakra, or even shortened.
As an additional ability, hitodama are naturally drawn to the Eien no Sai and can be stored within its confines.
Appearance: Shakujō.
Puppets
Name of Puppet: Ōryū
Description: Ōryū is the second largest puppet on Chiyoko's arsenal and has no base form. It is, like Seiryu, a Chinese style dragon, but is about 100 feet in length and with a body diameter of over 10 feet. He also has the second thickest structure, paling only to Genbu's Transcendent Form. Ōryū is primarily used for defensive purposes, but boasts a potent arsenal. Because of the significant infusion of wood from Yggdrasil, Ōryū is especially tuned for creating potent barriers between its various links and as a protection naturally too its body. Additionally, Ōryū was designed to gather hitodama at a rapid rate and utilize them in its various abilities, making it a truly unique puppet.
The hitodama are launched as weapons through Ōryūs mouth. Being hit by hitodama makes it much harder to use jutsu, much like Chiyoko's Kuji-kiri. Additionally, Ōryū can be used to exorcise spirits from a body, including the soul from a living person, by clenching its jaws around them, removing the soul from them. The main use of these Hitodama is the usage of them in conjunction with all of the seals on its body. These seals absorb light, which is then sent through to a corresponding seal internally, to the series of mirrors that continue to bounce the light around. When it comes time to release this, the seals within its body open up, releasing the focused light energy. Often this is done through the mouth of the puppet, passing through a lense with a series of purification symbols on it, where the light is laced with purified Hitodama (similar to the Purifying Flame). If an opponent is struck with this blast, their soul will be purified, as well as likely their physical form being burned as well - completing the ritual. Because the Hitodama are laced in the light energy, the blast is significantly slower than a natural light laser. If the light is not released from the mouth, which is an alternative by opening the seals on its body, it can create a series of burning beams of light all around its body. The longer this puppet is in the sun, the more dangerous it becomes.
Ōryū's final ability is the ability to devour a technique within its jaws, then releaes it later.
Name of Puppet: Suzaku
Description: Suzaku is one of Chiyoko's favorite puppets. Like all of Chiyoko's puppets, they are humanoid and are clothed similarly to cloaked ANBU. Suzaku wears a phoenix mask and is cloaked in a vibrant red color. Weapon wise, Suzaku is most noted for its back and lower arms. Four plates will rise up from the lower arms and open in a diamond like pattern to reveal the metal frame beneath them. These plates then spin rapidly, spraying a flammable liquid and igniting it as it passes over the lower arm. This creates a fairly potent flamethrower. The 'fingers' of Suzaku are technically red kunai that have the same flammable coating on them and can be fired out at an opponent and the struck on fire. Throughout Suzaku's body there are other holes for the release of flames, allowing Suzaku to torch multiple directions at once, also creating a powerful defense. There are also holes on the upper shoulders of the puppet used to launch combustible kunai with explosive tags.The 'final' ability of Suzaku is to unleash the wings in its back which unfurl. The 'feathers' are, once again, kunai on wires. They can be launched out from the back and encircle an enemy, or enemies in a cage of wire and kunai. Once Chiyoko does a handsign she an use the very small seals on the wire to summon explosive tags that stick to the wire, otherwise the wires will often just be ignited with fire. Suzaku also carries a nodachi that creates sparks when struck and flames when drug across a surface with combustible material.
Transcendent Form: In Suzaku's Transcendent form, the puppet takes on the appearance of a large phoenix. With a wingspan of 60 feet, it is an impressive puppet. Like before the feathers on the wings are made of red kunai with a seal on them that release a flammable mist. When attack, Suzaku will often release these feathers above an area with enemies and fill the area with intense mist. It is also possible for these kunai to be in lines connecting to the puppet, which provide additional control and attacks options. Like before, the wires can summon explosive tags, but in addition on the Suzaku puppet in this form, the wires can release duplicates of the kunai they are launching attacking at the point of wire with another line of wire. The tail feathers of Suzaku can also do these things.
There is, of course, a basic flamethrower ability from the mouth of the puppet. The front of the wings on Suzaku is also sharpened, allowing the wing to easily cleave through things. Seals that are imbued into the puppet allow it to release flammable mist from its body as well as sent flames out across its entire body at once (essentially lighting itself and the area around it on fire).
Name of Puppet: Byakko
Description: Byakko is another one of Chiyoko's puppets. Like the Tiroi puppet, this puppet has two 'forms', a Tiger form and a humanoid form. In humanoid form it possesses many of the same abilities as the Tiger form, at least to some degree. However, more commonly the puppet will make use of the claws that are on top of its feet and hands. These are attached via a chain along the arm that is extremely strong. In this form, it can 'stack' its lower and upper arms on top of each other and expose the senbon Gatlings. This is the same as the one in the mouth.
In tiger form the puppet becomes a terrifying seige weapon. From its back three powerful weapons will be released. These are placed on the puppets back and can rotate via attachments to the puppets innards. The middle construct has minimal side to side movement independently, but can change its angle easily. The two side constructs handle the sides of the 'tiger' and also move very easily to change the arc. There is also a third mechanism inside of the puppet that allows them all three to turn at once. The main abilities of these are to fire vast amounts of senbon at enemies while also mixing in some metal orbs and some 'shells' that are filled with explosive tags. In tiger form there is also access granted to the hind leg weapons, which can turn about 210 degrees in total each. These fire three (each – can be reloaded via fuuinjutsu but has a slower rate of fire) of the more destructive shells much like a modern day rocket – using an explosive force as a propellant. Also in this form, the arm weapons will open up from the frame and point forward, sliding to attach on the sides of the arm frame, allowing more movement freedom in the assault. It should also be noted the mouth of this puppet is also capable of firing metal orbs as well. The metal orbs have a strange functionality in that they explode much like a grenade, but have an exceptionally durable, yet thing wire that connects a series of controlled shrapnel. These create a center point of line when they explode and send bits of metal like barbed arrows out with line on them. This can create an annoying obstruction for some people and be quite dangerous.
Transcendent Form: Byakko is a 20 foot tall tiger with appropriately proportioned body. Similar to his original tiger form, much of the functionality is maintained (but on a slightly larger scale). However, in this form, this puppet gains Tiroi's functionality with a larger cannon.
The advantage Byakko has in this form is that each of the projectiles are infused with Reihan seals as they are launched allowing them to preform a version of Glimpse of Heaven over a short range with only a singular sign from the wielder.
Name of Puppet: Seiryu
Description: Seiryu is another common puppet that is used by Chiyoko. Taller than both Byakko and Suzaku by a small margin, Seiryu wears a dragon mask and is cloaked in a deep, dark blue with white streaks that look much like lightning. The puppet wields two crossbows that are designed to augment it sability to utilize electrical attacks through what is essentially a chakra powered tesla coil in the internal structure of the puppet. The bolts release small amount of silver powder as they fly which is used to direct the electrical energy from the coil. Because the electricity needs some guidance, the generated bolts are much slower than natural electricity.
The puppet has a number of spikes under it cloak, predominantly at the joins of its body allowing it to fight at close range quite effectively. The last ability of the Seiryu puppet its the ability for it create a massive burst of liquid nitrogen from its mouth.
Transcendent Form: Seiryu's Transcendent form is a drastic departure from its previous. In this form, Seiryu becomes a fairly large chinese style dragon with his body, from tip to tail, measuring over 70 feet. The back ridge has about a foot long spike that protrudes every couple of feet. These spikes can be launched as a form of rudimentary ballistics, should they be needed, but that is rarely used as the potency of Seiryu's armaments comes from his much larger series of Tesla Coils within his body. Using a number of internal fuuinjutsu to behave as weapon scrolls, the energy generated by the coil is stored within Seiryu's body and released when Chiyoko activates the outer seals. In addition, seals on the outside of the body of Seiryu can be used to launch kunai. These kunai can release Liquid Nitrogen in surprising quantities, accessing the vast stores both within Seiryu's body and that stored within the seals themselves. Additionally, these kunai are designed to provide some control to the electrical energy released by Seiryu's body. Additionally, like all projectiles from Seiryu's Transcendent form, they are marked with a forumula that allows Seiryu to transport to them.
The final, potentially most dangerous part of Seiryu's arsenal is the very controlled blast of electrical energy it can release from its mouth. By utilizing her chakra as a containment field, Chiyoko is capable of allowing Seiryu to fire what is essentially the destructive power of a fairly high level Raiton technique without actually molding the element herself. The blast can vary somewhat in shape and size, depending on how much chakra Chiyoko wishes to expend.
Name of Puppet: Genbu
Description: Genbu, compared to the base forms of all of her other puppets, is the largest of them all, over 10 feet in height and a massive girth. However, unlike her previous puppets which are stylized after ANBU members, Genbu is a massive 'stone' body which looks like a walking suit of armor. Genbu wields a massive 'stone' hammer, which is about 8 feet in length. There is a gap at the base of the handle for Fudō-myōō, so the bade of the weapon can be inserted. The shield offers the same functionality.
Genbu's shield is an equally massive tower shield that covers Genbu's massive size. Like all of the 'stone' used for Genbu, it is actually a metal that is designed to imitate stone. Below that, like all of her puppets is wood take from Yggdrasil. This shield has a special fuuinjutsu inscribed onto it, allowing for Genbu to create powerful barriers with it by utilizing the natural properties of the Yggdrasil wood (this expands an addition foot out of the tower shield). Hitsujiki is capable of allowing Genbu to be used as a conduit for his Doton element, giving the puppet actual abilities to preform Doton techniques.
The final abilities of Genbu are the seals used to produce an aura of mist around him in impressive quantities and the high pressure water jet that can be released from either his 'mouth' or center of his shield. He is also capable of using a version of Chakra Enhanced Strength, even through his shield and hammer.
Transcendent Form: In transcendent form, Genbu becomes an absolutely massive beast. Over 100 feet in length and over 70 feet wide (and appropriately proportioned height), Genbu is Chiyoko's largest puppet. Genbu, as a puppet, took the longest to make of her set, taking generations of her clansmen to make. It is made of very thick wood taken from Yggdrasil. The metal coating, as well as the seals are additions added on by Chiyoko, to give the puppet more power.
It should be noted, however, that due to Genbu's size, it essentially cannot move and if it does, it is very, very, very, very (keep going) slow. In this form, it can utilize a much stronger version of its water pressure cannon and can create a more expansive mist from its body. All throughout Genbu's body are seals which Chiyoko can utilize to enter an internal counterpart of that seal.
Name of Puppet: Vashi
Description: Vashi is another commonly used puppet by Chiyoko. Vashi's purpose in Chioyko's battles is generally supportive. Vashi wears a solid cornflower blue cloak and a mask that is that of a human face with blue face paint. Vashi is capable, unlike her other puppets, to actually preform handsigns with its 6 hands. This allows, if Chiyoko needs, another 'jutsu preparer' in a situation that may need multiple ninjutsu. The palms of this puppet also can protrude blades, much like the Seiryu puppet. Also like the Seiryu puppet, it is capable of utilizing liquid nitrogen from its palms.
Name of Puppet: Shiboshu
Description: Chiyoko’s smallest puppet. This puppet wields a metal staff with holes in it. The staff has a series of cylinders inside it at incredible pressure which can oscillate at will, allowing the staff to draw air in through the holes and cause it to modulate. This sound is devastating to the vestibular system and all who hear it are stricken by intense pain, so much so that they are bought to their knees and their ears begin to bleed. This can cause the eardrums to burst. The staff is also extremely strong and can be used for basic attacks.
Name of Puppet: Suzuno
Description: One of Chiyoko’s more dangerous puppets. This puppet looks much like a regular woman, at least when cloaked. However, there are countless holes in this puppet in various part allowing small needles to be pushed up from them on command. They can, as well, be sprayed out on lines, much like the ‘hair’ the puppet has. The puppet is one of the few that creates a good illusion of hair, with a bunch of needles on metal wire. This puppet wields a yari with a head that can be launched as a projectile. The puppet is also capable of firing the metal orbs and needles from its palm. In addition to Suzuno, there is a metal sphere that floats around her that is capable of expanding around objects through a series of seals and sliding mechanics to provide protection to allies.
Name of Puppet: Aesni
Description: A peculiar puppet that looks like a small woman. The puppet is covered in tiny pore-like holes and is filled with sand. When released from the seals, they are thrown out with surprising force, making a fairly significant dust cloud. This puppet prefers to be in close range, using four khopesh strapped to its body. It can fuse them together at the hilt to form a khopesh shuriken, two khopesh bladed staves, or use the normally and have Chiyoko control the remaining with puppet strings or launch them from its body.
Name of Puppet: Tasri
Description: Tasri is a puppet made of an odd substance that is identical to diamond except significantly less hard, though it is still harder than almost all metals. Tasri has a small chamber inside of it filled with flash-tags and a seal that contains hundreds of flash tags, and is able to ignite these flash tags from inside itself at will. The light from inside Tasri is refracted by its body, causing it to radiate with an exceptionally bright rainbow. This puppet can expand a 5x5 wall of this hardened diamond like substance in front of it with a raised palm.
Like some of Chiyoko's other puppets, this one has an alternative form, in which it can take the form of a fenghuang. The puppet maintains the appearance of diamond with flash tags in it. The feathers from this puppet can be launched much like Suzaku. However, each of these feathers behaves as a flash tag that are also visible in its core body.
Name of Puppet: Tiroi
Description: A large puppet that can shift between a “lion” form and a “human” form. The humanoid form wields a straight sword and kite shield. The seal on the sword allows a spiritual projection of the blade to be released when swung. Objects that come in contact with the projection are marked, allowing the puppet (or Chiyoko) to transport to it via jutsu. The projection has a range of 20 feet. The shield is marked with a seal as well that releases a surge of energy that is capable of stunning an individual for a moment. The shield cannot be used again within 30 seconds after it has been used while the fuuinjutsu recharges.
In the “lion” form, the puppet becomes a ‘living’ Gauss Cannon with its claws dug into the ground. The puppet’s interior is a chamber that contains a series of electromagnets on rings that can spin around at an incredible rate with an attractive force. The magnets have seals on them that create the “electro” part, feeding them with electrical energy. The seal is linked to a coil of wire around each magnet. This causes such forces of attraction that the puppet can release a torpedo (made of the same material/contents as Byakko’s metal balls) at an immense velocity. This takes 5 minutes to charge. The puppet’s interior has been soundproofed, meaning the charging of the cannon is silent. Because the magnets are controlled by chakra, the execution of the attraction and the bullet’s path are flawless.
Name of Puppet: Yokohama
Description: A white wolf masked puppet that has one of the smallest arsenals of all of Chiyoko’s puppets. It possesses a diasho. The katana of this daisho is infused with an ability similar to a flash tag in which it can produce a large amount of light from the blade. This puppet, as well, has a number of flash bombs that can be launched from its palms. This puppet also wears white and silver samurai armor with a three spiked shoulder piece over the left shoulder.
Name of Puppet: Sordichi
Description: A puppet with the mask of a woman that wields a large bow. This puppet gathers natural energy passively, even while moving. To use this, the puppet fires its bow and tries to lodge an arrow infused with natural energy within a target, which makes preforming techniques very difficult. Sordichi can also transfer natural energy through touch.
Name of Puppet: Kanoga
Description: The bladed whip wielding serpent masked puppet. It, like the Seiryu puppet, is capable of producing an electrical current through its weapon. In addition, it does have two kodachi that it can use, much like a regular fighter. The puppet is extremely flexible and it has an inner system that allows it to stretch and extend (movement much like a snake). It is humanoid with a snake mask.
Name of Puppet: Thifareemit
Description: Thifareemit is an owl masked puppet of black and gold. This puppet wields a staff with a series of rings on the top of it. These are connected to very strong lines of metal and the rings can be launched from the staff. They are not only very sharp and bladed, but also are capable of grabbing a hold of objects before clasping shut once again. Thifareemit also possesses many more of these rings around its body, allowing the puppet to use these as additional restraints. It should also be noted that the main lines from the staff possess the symbols for Chiyoko’s Tojikomemasu, allowing the lines to restrict jutsu usage if they are able to clasp onto an opponent.
Name of Puppet: Unotori
Description: One of Chiyoko’s more dangerous puppets. This puppet possess a large amount of explosive powder. This can be released from various 'pores'. The tip of its staff is capable of producing fire through a striker and fuel within the weapon. It has large shruiken mounted onto its back which can spin to push the black powder towards an opponent. It also has this powder in a small orb that can be thrown at enemies where it explodes into a cloud. This puppet is also humanoid and wears a black wolf mask. It can also launch the shuriken on its back or shuriken from stored seals on its body that are tipped with explosives.
Name of Puppet: Virae
Description: This puppet is made specially to allow it to use the abilities of the Glimpse of Heaven without significant preparation. However, it can only do this for a short range. The puppet wields two ninjato and does have a number of toxin coated needles and orbs. It is a classical ninja. The puppet is humanoid and slightly shorter than a normal person. Like her previous puppets, it is dressed like a member of ANBU, this time with a fox mask.
General Notes: All of Chiyoko's puppets are made up of wood from the tree Yggdrasil unless explicitly stated otherwise. Other accents are produces by the Masazane, Yuganori, and Yuki clans (or Chiyoko's clan itself). Many of the puppets with less variety in weaponry are designed to appear as human as possible. This means they tend to move more fluidly than other puppets.

Description: The Kāidǎo is a Kekkei Genkai that affords those that bear it a level of unique spiritual insight, granting them access to specific abilities relating to the Jōdo [Pure World] as well as their own soul.
The first gift bestowed by the Kāidǎo is the ability to create small, temporary gates to the Jōdo. Users of the technique can enter the Jōdo themselves through these gates in order to communicate, or can temporarily draw spirits out of the Jōdo in order to communicate with them.
The second gift bestowed by the Kāidǎo is a unique spiritual insight, allowing them to sense the soul and spiritual energy of individuals. Bearers of the Kāidǎo are typically fantastic sensor ninja due to this ability. Through this gift, the bearers of the Kāidǎo can also sense Hitodama.
The final gift bestowed by the Kāidǎo is the ability to astrally project, separating the spirit from the body and sending it to other locations.

Description: Tenmon can be initiated in one of two ways, either using the Eien no Sai or the Kuji Kiri. In the instance of the Kuji Kiri, the blades are placed in a circle around a person or persons and the handdsigns are preformed. Those trapped within the confines of the seal at the conclusion of the technique are sent to the Pure World, even if they are living. Chiyoko can contain a living person in the Pure World as long as she does not open the gate a second time. The second method of initiation is to completely encircle someone with threads from the Eien no Sai and collapse the barrier created the threads onto the person.
Within the pure world, the body will take on a corporeal form. While jutsu will still work in a spiritual form, taijutsu and weapons will be rendered useless - even specialty weapons not of the Pure World or Naraka.
Weakness: Displacing the knives or avoiding encirclement by the Eien no Sai. Living people trapped within the Pure World do not age, thirst, or hunger. Exertion in combat (as that is still possible) will exhaust the person.

Description: Taijū-kei Katamukemasu can be executed in multiple ways. In the normal world, the technique can be initiated by contact with each of Chiyoko's Kuji-kiri. In the case of usage on the Pure World, Taijū-kei Katamukemasu can be executed more similarly to Tenmon in which the Eien no Sai can be used for the technique. The technique is one of the most terrifying of Chiyoko's techniques and is used to judge a person's soul, allowing Chiyoko to send them from the Pure World into a level of Naraka.
The alternative to this technique [Jō to Kagi] is to send someone to an entirely unique realm of Naraka created by Chiyoko herself. This is done by engulfing a person with her Purifying Fire at the same time she uses Taijū-kei Katamukemasu. The terrifying aspect of Jō to Kagi is that only Chiyoko is capable of accessing that realm of Naraka.
Weakness: Very specific method of executing this technique.
Name of Technique: Tengoku no Hitome [Glimpse of Heaven]

Description: Tengoku no Hitome can be used in a variety of ways. In the simplest form, Tengoku no Hitome places one of the rings from the Eien no Sai onto a person or object. After this has been done, the staff is tapped against the ground which allows the person or object to be transported immediately through to the Pure World and then immediately back out in a new location. The distance this can be done is dependent on the size of the object and the distance transported, providing a seal has not been already placed to determine the exit location. The alternative method and usage of this technique is as a barrier and transport technique for multiple people. By encircling a person or persons with the lines from the Eien no Sai in a wide net, the user can create a barrier in which any object passing through it will be temporarily transported to the Pure World. Techniques and physical objects will cease to function in the Pure World, rendering the technique useful in countering powerful techniques. People that make contact with the barrier will merely come out of another point of the barrier after a brief delay. The construction of the barrier must be done by creating a net like pattern with the Eien no Sai. The shape of this net pattern is flexible, but there must be a geometric shape that does not intersect with a living person before the barrier is initiated. The closer woven the lines are together, the more efficient the technique is.
Weakness: High chakra cost if not well prepared. If the technique is initiated with a ring of the Eien no Sai, then the transported individual is then free.

Description: This technique engulfs the hands and feet of the user in what appears to be a white fire. However, the fire is a specialized ritual fire comprised of purified hitodoama. When this fire, which can be applied to objects such as the Eien no Sai, make contact with anything containing any form of spiritual energy, it will separate that energy from whatever it was mixed with. By providing extra chakra, this technique can be used as a short range projectile (5 feet) and increase the amount of fire. This is often run along the lines of the Eien no Sai. This can be applied to normal fire and fire techniques as a combination technique.

Many other techniques that use Gathering Spirit will create visible effects despite them using hitodama and shiki. Description: An impractical technique to use in combat. This technique binds a fully formed spirit into service of Chiyoko, giving them the title shiki. Shiki are different in hitodama in that they are always faintly visible unless they are within a container. The advantage to shiki is that unlike hitodama which are much weaker, shiki are strong and will not disperse to the Pure Land as long as Chiyoko remains alive. Shiki are usually stored within objects or even the person conscripting their service themselves. Shiki are often alternatives to using hitodama for a technique. Shiki that are used in place of hitodama that are consumed will return to their owner after a minute. Shiki can move fairly quickly and freely in the world and be used as focal points for many other spiritual techniques, such as Gathering Spirit or Safe Passage.
Weakness: Takes a long time to conscript a spirit. Not just any spirit can become a shiki either. These must either be willing participants or souls of the recently departed or souls that are already bound to another object. Chiyoko has currently 3 Shiki in addition to the Council of Nine and Hitsujiki, both of which are forms of shiki.

Description: A powerful ritual technique passed down through the leadership of Chiyoko's clan. By collecting a large number of souls within a container, Chiyoko can create a spiritual free for all within the created object. The souls will consume each other over the course of a month. The last soul remaining becomes exceptionally powerful, depending on the number of other souls consumed. At this point, the new soul can be placed within a mortal body and enhance their power drastically. Alternatively, should a sacrifice be given to the new soul, it can take a physical form that is determined by the amount of consumed spirits and the will of the initiator of this technique. It is theoretically possible to give a gennin the power of a kage with this technique.
Weakness: The Kodoku is a kinjutsu within Chiyoko's clan for good reason. While able to create an exceptionally powerful entity, there is a price for the power granted. Each month a person must be consumed by the individual that contains the spirit or the initiator of the technique must feed the created beast. In the event the best cannot be fed, it will immediately consume its host until it can find another host.

Description: As an alternative to utilizing other forms, Chiyoko can confine hitodama and shiki into an area that creates the effects of the seal. While this can be applied to any sealing technique the user is capable of learning or cooperating with, Reihan's true and actual form is to seal spirits and bijuu into appropriate containers. The advantage to Reihan constructed seals is that they will not degrade over time and continue to persist even if the technique creator would die. However, most complex spirit seals will require a shiki to be freed and used as a focal point for the technique.
Many in Chiyoko's clan shape their own spirits into Generic Weapon Seals using this technique. This can also be used for summoning puppets in their base form, but without any specialty effects from the specific summoning. Each puppet can be summoned with a singular sign (including a group of puppets).
Reihan can additionally be used to tie a seal into a shiki or object and the next instance of contact with that object or shiki will apply the seal's effect (shiki can move about as fast as a thrown kunai).

The benefit of this form is that they are largely immune to physical attacks (jutsu will still work), which means even in the event that her puppets have been physically destroyed, she can still utilize them by forming hitodama into the appropriate structure. The puppets maintain all of the original functionality, but boast a significantly higher chakra cost. They can still be harmed by physical attacks, but only when gathering energy to utilize their techniques or when attacking themselves. If they are harmed, the hitodama will scatter and the structure will fall apart quickly over time (depending on the damage).

Chiyoko is a peculiar individual only accented by the fact she travels the world with/on a sheep. Chiyoko consistently can be found with a far off look to her face, despite her complete awareness of what is around her. She is, to the frustration of many, the type of person to answer a question with another question, or answer in a manner that isn't clear.
Hitsujiki is a sheep and is a steadfast companion to Chiyoko. Loyal, sturdy, and occasionally a bit petulant, he provides much of Chiyoko's grounding to reality.
Yuganori Tokiko is a cheerful child that is still learning about the world.
【History】
Chiyoko's history is as much her people's as it is hers. Chiyoko grew up the island of the Moon Country with a small, yet stable clan of spiritualists. Noted for their strong connection to the afterlife, her people continue to be extremely religious. Her clan possesses an extremely powerful Kekkei Genkai that allows them to serve as a gateway between the Pure Land and the real world. Because of this, spirits that refuse to move to Purgatory or the Pure Land often gravitate around her, as they are capable of seeing and communicating with these spirits (hitodama). As such, children of Chiyoko's clan often end up with guidance from relatives thousands of years deceased. In addition, Chiyoko was constantly with a sheep she named Hitsujiki, a lamb she had saved by instinctively tying a powerful spirit into its body.
Chiyoko was born as Kitti Ping-Sung. As a child she had an affinity for the manipulation of the water element and spent much of her time in the rivers around her village. It was noted by many that Chiyoko's gateway to the Pure Land was one of the strongest in the clan in recent memory, rivaled only by her cousin, who seemed to have an equally strong connection. As such, Chiyoko drew the attention of the Council of Nine as a potential for the next Sēji. The Council of Nine was the original nine members of Chiyoko's clan. At the time of their passing, they bound their spirits into nine blades and enshrined themselves in a temple. Communicating with the Council of Nine was difficult for most people in Chiyoko's clan, as the ability to call forth all nine at once was considered exceptionally difficult, and, given the nature of what was being done, extremely confusing.
Chiyoko's skills were fostered at an early age, receiving direct training from various individuals of the Council of Nine, along with another child in the village. They learned much about their clan's extremely ancient history and the extent of what they were capable. Both children demonstrated exactly what the Council of Nine had expected.
At the age of 17, both Chiyoko and her counterpart were to undergo the Trials, a first step in choosing the next Sēji. It also served as a right of passage into adulthood, despite the significant dangers of the ritual. As with all of the Trials before, Chiyoko and her counterpart were separated from their bodies forcibly, their spirits going into the Pure Land. Chiyoko was able to complete the trial and returned back to the council with full control over herself, while her counterpart had ventured into one of the realms of Naraka and was corrupted. However, at the time, this was not able to be sensed by either Chiyoko or the council.
Chiyoko's counterpart preformed the clan's forbidden technique - the Kodoku. Chiyoko, as a final step to becoming the leader of her clan, was charged with destroying the created malicious spirit and banish her once friend into a created realm in Naraka. To make this possible, the Council allowed Chiyoko to take the blades that housed them from the shrine and use them as weapons. The battle, with the power of Chiyoko and the council, was short and judgment was swift.
The Council relayed the information they had on the bijuu and that they had suspected they were a corrupted form of the deities they believed in. Chiyoko posed to the council that they seek out these creatures and purify them once again. Chiyoko was granted her clans puppets as well for her journey, believed to be crafted in the image of their gods. With that, she departed the Land of the Moon to seek out the bijuu as well as find the fragments of the legendary weapons from the times when their gods walked in the mortal world.
The first place she visited once on the mainland was Kyokujitsugakure. Yggdrasil was legendary in her clan as well, and Chiyoko had visited the tree spiritually many times. It was there she gained a new travelling companion in the form of Takiko. Hitsujiki immediately had taken a liking to the young 4 year old boy and the parents willingly parted with their son to provide him a life experience with the two travelers.

【Abilities and Special Traits】
Chiyoko is an exceptional spiritualist and considered to be the strongest in her clan since the Council of Nine (their powers existed prior to the sage as the base form did not utilize chakra), in fact, many consider Chiyoko by herself to have a stronger spiritual connection than the original founders.
Chiyoko is also a skilled puppeteer, an art that has been passed down through her people since the Council of Nine. However, Chiyoko's clan initially practiced a unique form of puppetry utilizing spirits instead of chakra strings. With the knowledge gained from the Sage, her clan was able to adapt alternatives to tapping into the power of spirits.
Chiyoko is also a skilled close range fighter, capable of holding her own with a variety of weapons and is especially skilled with her blades and staff. Most puppetry techniques require her sacrifice some of this skill in order to utilize them.
Hitsujiki is a sheep from Chiyoko's homeland. The sheep's spirit is intertwined with another, making Hitsujiki as intelligent as a person (even though he is incapable of communicating any more than a normal sheep). It also grants the sheep the ability to use jutsu and exceptional longevity.
Tokiko is a small child and has not developed any powers.
【Weapons, Tools and Equipment】
Name of Weapon or Item: Fudō-myōō [Immovable One]
Description: The Fudō-myōō is a weapon passed through Chiyoko's clan since its creation. A product of the original Masazane and Council of Nine, the sword is imbued with incredible power. Its one, and only trait, is that the sword that cannot be moved by any force other than its wielder. The sword was designed to be mass produced as a defensive weapon for their wandering monks, but the effect could never be reproduced, which led the clan to herald the weapon as being imbued by the power of a deity.
Appearance: Normal wakizashi with ornate inscriptions on the blade. Chiyoko straps it to the base of her back or left hip.
Name of Weapon or Item: Kuji Kiri [Nine Cuts]
Description: A set of nine tantō. Each blade is inscribed with the name of the spirit from the council that is held within it. Each of these spirits are forged directly, and willingly, into the weapon. These spirits are used in a number of Chiyoko's other techniques. These knives, when placed into the flesh of a person, making forming jutsu difficult due to the second spiritual presence affecting the body.
Appearance: Normal tantō with exceptionally fine inscriptions. Chiyoko straps these all about her body.
Name of Weapon or Item: Eien no Sai [Judge of Eternity]
Description: The most ancient weapon to Chiyoko's clan. Forged through a collaboration with the Yuganori clan, the Eien no Sai is a twelve ringed shakujō. Each of these rings may be freed from the center ring and used as a projectile weapon. These are easily controlled in flight by the wielder of the Eien no Sai. Small golden threads are faintly visible when the rings detach between the ring and the staff itself. These threads have no physical form until chakra is pushed through them. However, these threads also have no beginning and end and can continue forever. The rings themselves are designed to increase or decrease in size in order to clasp onto the wrists, ankles, or neck of an individual. This provides the wielder of the Eien no Sai a variety of techniques utilizing the staff. The length of the threads can be locked in place by exerting chakra, or even shortened.
As an additional ability, hitodama are naturally drawn to the Eien no Sai and can be stored within its confines.

Puppets
Name of Puppet: Ōryū
Description: Ōryū is the second largest puppet on Chiyoko's arsenal and has no base form. It is, like Seiryu, a Chinese style dragon, but is about 100 feet in length and with a body diameter of over 10 feet. He also has the second thickest structure, paling only to Genbu's Transcendent Form. Ōryū is primarily used for defensive purposes, but boasts a potent arsenal. Because of the significant infusion of wood from Yggdrasil, Ōryū is especially tuned for creating potent barriers between its various links and as a protection naturally too its body. Additionally, Ōryū was designed to gather hitodama at a rapid rate and utilize them in its various abilities, making it a truly unique puppet.
The hitodama are launched as weapons through Ōryūs mouth. Being hit by hitodama makes it much harder to use jutsu, much like Chiyoko's Kuji-kiri. Additionally, Ōryū can be used to exorcise spirits from a body, including the soul from a living person, by clenching its jaws around them, removing the soul from them. The main use of these Hitodama is the usage of them in conjunction with all of the seals on its body. These seals absorb light, which is then sent through to a corresponding seal internally, to the series of mirrors that continue to bounce the light around. When it comes time to release this, the seals within its body open up, releasing the focused light energy. Often this is done through the mouth of the puppet, passing through a lense with a series of purification symbols on it, where the light is laced with purified Hitodama (similar to the Purifying Flame). If an opponent is struck with this blast, their soul will be purified, as well as likely their physical form being burned as well - completing the ritual. Because the Hitodama are laced in the light energy, the blast is significantly slower than a natural light laser. If the light is not released from the mouth, which is an alternative by opening the seals on its body, it can create a series of burning beams of light all around its body. The longer this puppet is in the sun, the more dangerous it becomes.
Ōryū's final ability is the ability to devour a technique within its jaws, then releaes it later.
Name of Puppet: Suzaku
Description: Suzaku is one of Chiyoko's favorite puppets. Like all of Chiyoko's puppets, they are humanoid and are clothed similarly to cloaked ANBU. Suzaku wears a phoenix mask and is cloaked in a vibrant red color. Weapon wise, Suzaku is most noted for its back and lower arms. Four plates will rise up from the lower arms and open in a diamond like pattern to reveal the metal frame beneath them. These plates then spin rapidly, spraying a flammable liquid and igniting it as it passes over the lower arm. This creates a fairly potent flamethrower. The 'fingers' of Suzaku are technically red kunai that have the same flammable coating on them and can be fired out at an opponent and the struck on fire. Throughout Suzaku's body there are other holes for the release of flames, allowing Suzaku to torch multiple directions at once, also creating a powerful defense. There are also holes on the upper shoulders of the puppet used to launch combustible kunai with explosive tags.The 'final' ability of Suzaku is to unleash the wings in its back which unfurl. The 'feathers' are, once again, kunai on wires. They can be launched out from the back and encircle an enemy, or enemies in a cage of wire and kunai. Once Chiyoko does a handsign she an use the very small seals on the wire to summon explosive tags that stick to the wire, otherwise the wires will often just be ignited with fire. Suzaku also carries a nodachi that creates sparks when struck and flames when drug across a surface with combustible material.
Transcendent Form: In Suzaku's Transcendent form, the puppet takes on the appearance of a large phoenix. With a wingspan of 60 feet, it is an impressive puppet. Like before the feathers on the wings are made of red kunai with a seal on them that release a flammable mist. When attack, Suzaku will often release these feathers above an area with enemies and fill the area with intense mist. It is also possible for these kunai to be in lines connecting to the puppet, which provide additional control and attacks options. Like before, the wires can summon explosive tags, but in addition on the Suzaku puppet in this form, the wires can release duplicates of the kunai they are launching attacking at the point of wire with another line of wire. The tail feathers of Suzaku can also do these things.
There is, of course, a basic flamethrower ability from the mouth of the puppet. The front of the wings on Suzaku is also sharpened, allowing the wing to easily cleave through things. Seals that are imbued into the puppet allow it to release flammable mist from its body as well as sent flames out across its entire body at once (essentially lighting itself and the area around it on fire).
Name of Puppet: Byakko
Description: Byakko is another one of Chiyoko's puppets. Like the Tiroi puppet, this puppet has two 'forms', a Tiger form and a humanoid form. In humanoid form it possesses many of the same abilities as the Tiger form, at least to some degree. However, more commonly the puppet will make use of the claws that are on top of its feet and hands. These are attached via a chain along the arm that is extremely strong. In this form, it can 'stack' its lower and upper arms on top of each other and expose the senbon Gatlings. This is the same as the one in the mouth.
In tiger form the puppet becomes a terrifying seige weapon. From its back three powerful weapons will be released. These are placed on the puppets back and can rotate via attachments to the puppets innards. The middle construct has minimal side to side movement independently, but can change its angle easily. The two side constructs handle the sides of the 'tiger' and also move very easily to change the arc. There is also a third mechanism inside of the puppet that allows them all three to turn at once. The main abilities of these are to fire vast amounts of senbon at enemies while also mixing in some metal orbs and some 'shells' that are filled with explosive tags. In tiger form there is also access granted to the hind leg weapons, which can turn about 210 degrees in total each. These fire three (each – can be reloaded via fuuinjutsu but has a slower rate of fire) of the more destructive shells much like a modern day rocket – using an explosive force as a propellant. Also in this form, the arm weapons will open up from the frame and point forward, sliding to attach on the sides of the arm frame, allowing more movement freedom in the assault. It should also be noted the mouth of this puppet is also capable of firing metal orbs as well. The metal orbs have a strange functionality in that they explode much like a grenade, but have an exceptionally durable, yet thing wire that connects a series of controlled shrapnel. These create a center point of line when they explode and send bits of metal like barbed arrows out with line on them. This can create an annoying obstruction for some people and be quite dangerous.
Transcendent Form: Byakko is a 20 foot tall tiger with appropriately proportioned body. Similar to his original tiger form, much of the functionality is maintained (but on a slightly larger scale). However, in this form, this puppet gains Tiroi's functionality with a larger cannon.
The advantage Byakko has in this form is that each of the projectiles are infused with Reihan seals as they are launched allowing them to preform a version of Glimpse of Heaven over a short range with only a singular sign from the wielder.
Name of Puppet: Seiryu
Description: Seiryu is another common puppet that is used by Chiyoko. Taller than both Byakko and Suzaku by a small margin, Seiryu wears a dragon mask and is cloaked in a deep, dark blue with white streaks that look much like lightning. The puppet wields two crossbows that are designed to augment it sability to utilize electrical attacks through what is essentially a chakra powered tesla coil in the internal structure of the puppet. The bolts release small amount of silver powder as they fly which is used to direct the electrical energy from the coil. Because the electricity needs some guidance, the generated bolts are much slower than natural electricity.
The puppet has a number of spikes under it cloak, predominantly at the joins of its body allowing it to fight at close range quite effectively. The last ability of the Seiryu puppet its the ability for it create a massive burst of liquid nitrogen from its mouth.
Transcendent Form: Seiryu's Transcendent form is a drastic departure from its previous. In this form, Seiryu becomes a fairly large chinese style dragon with his body, from tip to tail, measuring over 70 feet. The back ridge has about a foot long spike that protrudes every couple of feet. These spikes can be launched as a form of rudimentary ballistics, should they be needed, but that is rarely used as the potency of Seiryu's armaments comes from his much larger series of Tesla Coils within his body. Using a number of internal fuuinjutsu to behave as weapon scrolls, the energy generated by the coil is stored within Seiryu's body and released when Chiyoko activates the outer seals. In addition, seals on the outside of the body of Seiryu can be used to launch kunai. These kunai can release Liquid Nitrogen in surprising quantities, accessing the vast stores both within Seiryu's body and that stored within the seals themselves. Additionally, these kunai are designed to provide some control to the electrical energy released by Seiryu's body. Additionally, like all projectiles from Seiryu's Transcendent form, they are marked with a forumula that allows Seiryu to transport to them.
The final, potentially most dangerous part of Seiryu's arsenal is the very controlled blast of electrical energy it can release from its mouth. By utilizing her chakra as a containment field, Chiyoko is capable of allowing Seiryu to fire what is essentially the destructive power of a fairly high level Raiton technique without actually molding the element herself. The blast can vary somewhat in shape and size, depending on how much chakra Chiyoko wishes to expend.
Name of Puppet: Genbu
Description: Genbu, compared to the base forms of all of her other puppets, is the largest of them all, over 10 feet in height and a massive girth. However, unlike her previous puppets which are stylized after ANBU members, Genbu is a massive 'stone' body which looks like a walking suit of armor. Genbu wields a massive 'stone' hammer, which is about 8 feet in length. There is a gap at the base of the handle for Fudō-myōō, so the bade of the weapon can be inserted. The shield offers the same functionality.
Genbu's shield is an equally massive tower shield that covers Genbu's massive size. Like all of the 'stone' used for Genbu, it is actually a metal that is designed to imitate stone. Below that, like all of her puppets is wood take from Yggdrasil. This shield has a special fuuinjutsu inscribed onto it, allowing for Genbu to create powerful barriers with it by utilizing the natural properties of the Yggdrasil wood (this expands an addition foot out of the tower shield). Hitsujiki is capable of allowing Genbu to be used as a conduit for his Doton element, giving the puppet actual abilities to preform Doton techniques.
The final abilities of Genbu are the seals used to produce an aura of mist around him in impressive quantities and the high pressure water jet that can be released from either his 'mouth' or center of his shield. He is also capable of using a version of Chakra Enhanced Strength, even through his shield and hammer.
Transcendent Form: In transcendent form, Genbu becomes an absolutely massive beast. Over 100 feet in length and over 70 feet wide (and appropriately proportioned height), Genbu is Chiyoko's largest puppet. Genbu, as a puppet, took the longest to make of her set, taking generations of her clansmen to make. It is made of very thick wood taken from Yggdrasil. The metal coating, as well as the seals are additions added on by Chiyoko, to give the puppet more power.
It should be noted, however, that due to Genbu's size, it essentially cannot move and if it does, it is very, very, very, very (keep going) slow. In this form, it can utilize a much stronger version of its water pressure cannon and can create a more expansive mist from its body. All throughout Genbu's body are seals which Chiyoko can utilize to enter an internal counterpart of that seal.
Name of Puppet: Vashi
Description: Vashi is another commonly used puppet by Chiyoko. Vashi's purpose in Chioyko's battles is generally supportive. Vashi wears a solid cornflower blue cloak and a mask that is that of a human face with blue face paint. Vashi is capable, unlike her other puppets, to actually preform handsigns with its 6 hands. This allows, if Chiyoko needs, another 'jutsu preparer' in a situation that may need multiple ninjutsu. The palms of this puppet also can protrude blades, much like the Seiryu puppet. Also like the Seiryu puppet, it is capable of utilizing liquid nitrogen from its palms.
Name of Puppet: Shiboshu
Description: Chiyoko’s smallest puppet. This puppet wields a metal staff with holes in it. The staff has a series of cylinders inside it at incredible pressure which can oscillate at will, allowing the staff to draw air in through the holes and cause it to modulate. This sound is devastating to the vestibular system and all who hear it are stricken by intense pain, so much so that they are bought to their knees and their ears begin to bleed. This can cause the eardrums to burst. The staff is also extremely strong and can be used for basic attacks.
Name of Puppet: Suzuno
Description: One of Chiyoko’s more dangerous puppets. This puppet looks much like a regular woman, at least when cloaked. However, there are countless holes in this puppet in various part allowing small needles to be pushed up from them on command. They can, as well, be sprayed out on lines, much like the ‘hair’ the puppet has. The puppet is one of the few that creates a good illusion of hair, with a bunch of needles on metal wire. This puppet wields a yari with a head that can be launched as a projectile. The puppet is also capable of firing the metal orbs and needles from its palm. In addition to Suzuno, there is a metal sphere that floats around her that is capable of expanding around objects through a series of seals and sliding mechanics to provide protection to allies.
Name of Puppet: Aesni
Description: A peculiar puppet that looks like a small woman. The puppet is covered in tiny pore-like holes and is filled with sand. When released from the seals, they are thrown out with surprising force, making a fairly significant dust cloud. This puppet prefers to be in close range, using four khopesh strapped to its body. It can fuse them together at the hilt to form a khopesh shuriken, two khopesh bladed staves, or use the normally and have Chiyoko control the remaining with puppet strings or launch them from its body.
Name of Puppet: Tasri
Description: Tasri is a puppet made of an odd substance that is identical to diamond except significantly less hard, though it is still harder than almost all metals. Tasri has a small chamber inside of it filled with flash-tags and a seal that contains hundreds of flash tags, and is able to ignite these flash tags from inside itself at will. The light from inside Tasri is refracted by its body, causing it to radiate with an exceptionally bright rainbow. This puppet can expand a 5x5 wall of this hardened diamond like substance in front of it with a raised palm.
Like some of Chiyoko's other puppets, this one has an alternative form, in which it can take the form of a fenghuang. The puppet maintains the appearance of diamond with flash tags in it. The feathers from this puppet can be launched much like Suzaku. However, each of these feathers behaves as a flash tag that are also visible in its core body.
Name of Puppet: Tiroi
Description: A large puppet that can shift between a “lion” form and a “human” form. The humanoid form wields a straight sword and kite shield. The seal on the sword allows a spiritual projection of the blade to be released when swung. Objects that come in contact with the projection are marked, allowing the puppet (or Chiyoko) to transport to it via jutsu. The projection has a range of 20 feet. The shield is marked with a seal as well that releases a surge of energy that is capable of stunning an individual for a moment. The shield cannot be used again within 30 seconds after it has been used while the fuuinjutsu recharges.
In the “lion” form, the puppet becomes a ‘living’ Gauss Cannon with its claws dug into the ground. The puppet’s interior is a chamber that contains a series of electromagnets on rings that can spin around at an incredible rate with an attractive force. The magnets have seals on them that create the “electro” part, feeding them with electrical energy. The seal is linked to a coil of wire around each magnet. This causes such forces of attraction that the puppet can release a torpedo (made of the same material/contents as Byakko’s metal balls) at an immense velocity. This takes 5 minutes to charge. The puppet’s interior has been soundproofed, meaning the charging of the cannon is silent. Because the magnets are controlled by chakra, the execution of the attraction and the bullet’s path are flawless.
Name of Puppet: Yokohama
Description: A white wolf masked puppet that has one of the smallest arsenals of all of Chiyoko’s puppets. It possesses a diasho. The katana of this daisho is infused with an ability similar to a flash tag in which it can produce a large amount of light from the blade. This puppet, as well, has a number of flash bombs that can be launched from its palms. This puppet also wears white and silver samurai armor with a three spiked shoulder piece over the left shoulder.
Name of Puppet: Sordichi
Description: A puppet with the mask of a woman that wields a large bow. This puppet gathers natural energy passively, even while moving. To use this, the puppet fires its bow and tries to lodge an arrow infused with natural energy within a target, which makes preforming techniques very difficult. Sordichi can also transfer natural energy through touch.
Name of Puppet: Kanoga
Description: The bladed whip wielding serpent masked puppet. It, like the Seiryu puppet, is capable of producing an electrical current through its weapon. In addition, it does have two kodachi that it can use, much like a regular fighter. The puppet is extremely flexible and it has an inner system that allows it to stretch and extend (movement much like a snake). It is humanoid with a snake mask.
Name of Puppet: Thifareemit
Description: Thifareemit is an owl masked puppet of black and gold. This puppet wields a staff with a series of rings on the top of it. These are connected to very strong lines of metal and the rings can be launched from the staff. They are not only very sharp and bladed, but also are capable of grabbing a hold of objects before clasping shut once again. Thifareemit also possesses many more of these rings around its body, allowing the puppet to use these as additional restraints. It should also be noted that the main lines from the staff possess the symbols for Chiyoko’s Tojikomemasu, allowing the lines to restrict jutsu usage if they are able to clasp onto an opponent.
Name of Puppet: Unotori
Description: One of Chiyoko’s more dangerous puppets. This puppet possess a large amount of explosive powder. This can be released from various 'pores'. The tip of its staff is capable of producing fire through a striker and fuel within the weapon. It has large shruiken mounted onto its back which can spin to push the black powder towards an opponent. It also has this powder in a small orb that can be thrown at enemies where it explodes into a cloud. This puppet is also humanoid and wears a black wolf mask. It can also launch the shuriken on its back or shuriken from stored seals on its body that are tipped with explosives.
Name of Puppet: Virae
Description: This puppet is made specially to allow it to use the abilities of the Glimpse of Heaven without significant preparation. However, it can only do this for a short range. The puppet wields two ninjato and does have a number of toxin coated needles and orbs. It is a classical ninja. The puppet is humanoid and slightly shorter than a normal person. Like her previous puppets, it is dressed like a member of ANBU, this time with a fox mask.
General Notes: All of Chiyoko's puppets are made up of wood from the tree Yggdrasil unless explicitly stated otherwise. Other accents are produces by the Masazane, Yuganori, and Yuki clans (or Chiyoko's clan itself). Many of the puppets with less variety in weaponry are designed to appear as human as possible. This means they tend to move more fluidly than other puppets.

Description: The Kāidǎo is a Kekkei Genkai that affords those that bear it a level of unique spiritual insight, granting them access to specific abilities relating to the Jōdo [Pure World] as well as their own soul.
The first gift bestowed by the Kāidǎo is the ability to create small, temporary gates to the Jōdo. Users of the technique can enter the Jōdo themselves through these gates in order to communicate, or can temporarily draw spirits out of the Jōdo in order to communicate with them.
The second gift bestowed by the Kāidǎo is a unique spiritual insight, allowing them to sense the soul and spiritual energy of individuals. Bearers of the Kāidǎo are typically fantastic sensor ninja due to this ability. Through this gift, the bearers of the Kāidǎo can also sense Hitodama.

Name of Technique: Tenmon [Heavenly Gate]

Description: Tenmon can be initiated in one of two ways, either using the Eien no Sai or the Kuji Kiri. In the instance of the Kuji Kiri, the blades are placed in a circle around a person or persons and the handdsigns are preformed. Those trapped within the confines of the seal at the conclusion of the technique are sent to the Pure World, even if they are living. Chiyoko can contain a living person in the Pure World as long as she does not open the gate a second time. The second method of initiation is to completely encircle someone with threads from the Eien no Sai and collapse the barrier created the threads onto the person.
Within the pure world, the body will take on a corporeal form. While jutsu will still work in a spiritual form, taijutsu and weapons will be rendered useless - even specialty weapons not of the Pure World or Naraka.
Weakness: Displacing the knives or avoiding encirclement by the Eien no Sai. Living people trapped within the Pure World do not age, thirst, or hunger. Exertion in combat (as that is still possible) will exhaust the person.

Description: Taijū-kei Katamukemasu can be executed in multiple ways. In the normal world, the technique can be initiated by contact with each of Chiyoko's Kuji-kiri. In the case of usage on the Pure World, Taijū-kei Katamukemasu can be executed more similarly to Tenmon in which the Eien no Sai can be used for the technique. The technique is one of the most terrifying of Chiyoko's techniques and is used to judge a person's soul, allowing Chiyoko to send them from the Pure World into a level of Naraka.
The alternative to this technique [Jō to Kagi] is to send someone to an entirely unique realm of Naraka created by Chiyoko herself. This is done by engulfing a person with her Purifying Fire at the same time she uses Taijū-kei Katamukemasu. The terrifying aspect of Jō to Kagi is that only Chiyoko is capable of accessing that realm of Naraka.
Weakness: Very specific method of executing this technique.
Name of Technique: Tengoku no Hitome [Glimpse of Heaven]

Description: Tengoku no Hitome can be used in a variety of ways. In the simplest form, Tengoku no Hitome places one of the rings from the Eien no Sai onto a person or object. After this has been done, the staff is tapped against the ground which allows the person or object to be transported immediately through to the Pure World and then immediately back out in a new location. The distance this can be done is dependent on the size of the object and the distance transported, providing a seal has not been already placed to determine the exit location. The alternative method and usage of this technique is as a barrier and transport technique for multiple people. By encircling a person or persons with the lines from the Eien no Sai in a wide net, the user can create a barrier in which any object passing through it will be temporarily transported to the Pure World. Techniques and physical objects will cease to function in the Pure World, rendering the technique useful in countering powerful techniques. People that make contact with the barrier will merely come out of another point of the barrier after a brief delay. The construction of the barrier must be done by creating a net like pattern with the Eien no Sai. The shape of this net pattern is flexible, but there must be a geometric shape that does not intersect with a living person before the barrier is initiated. The closer woven the lines are together, the more efficient the technique is.
Weakness: High chakra cost if not well prepared. If the technique is initiated with a ring of the Eien no Sai, then the transported individual is then free.

By providing extra chakra, this technique can be used as a short range projectile (5 feet) and increase the amount of fire. This is often run along the lines of the Eien no Sai. This can be applied to normal fire and fire techniques as a combination technique.

Many other techniques that use Gathering Spirit will create visible effects despite them using hitodama and shiki. Description: An impractical technique to use in combat. This technique binds a fully formed spirit into service of Chiyoko, giving them the title shiki. Shiki are different in hitodama in that they are always faintly visible unless they are within a container. The advantage to shiki is that unlike hitodama which are much weaker, shiki are strong and will not disperse to the Pure Land as long as Chiyoko remains alive. Shiki are usually stored within objects or even the person conscripting their service themselves. Shiki are often alternatives to using hitodama for a technique. Shiki that are used in place of hitodama that are consumed will return to their owner after a minute. Shiki can move fairly quickly and freely in the world and be used as focal points for many other spiritual techniques, such as Gathering Spirit or Safe Passage.
Weakness: Takes a long time to conscript a spirit. Not just any spirit can become a shiki either. These must either be willing participants or souls of the recently departed or souls that are already bound to another object. Chiyoko has currently 3 Shiki in addition to the Council of Nine and Hitsujiki, both of which are forms of shiki.

Description: A powerful ritual technique passed down through the leadership of Chiyoko's clan. By collecting a large number of souls within a container, Chiyoko can create a spiritual free for all within the created object. The souls will consume each other over the course of a month. The last soul remaining becomes exceptionally powerful, depending on the number of other souls consumed. At this point, the new soul can be placed within a mortal body and enhance their power drastically. Alternatively, should a sacrifice be given to the new soul, it can take a physical form that is determined by the amount of consumed spirits and the will of the initiator of this technique. It is theoretically possible to give a gennin the power of a kage with this technique.
Weakness: The Kodoku is a kinjutsu within Chiyoko's clan for good reason. While able to create an exceptionally powerful entity, there is a price for the power granted. Each month a person must be consumed by the individual that contains the spirit or the initiator of the technique must feed the created beast. In the event the best cannot be fed, it will immediately consume its host until it can find another host.

Description: As an alternative to utilizing other forms, Chiyoko can confine hitodama and shiki into an area that creates the effects of the seal. While this can be applied to any sealing technique the user is capable of learning or cooperating with, Reihan's true and actual form is to seal spirits and bijuu into appropriate containers. The advantage to Reihan constructed seals is that they will not degrade over time and continue to persist even if the technique creator would die. However, most complex spirit seals will require a shiki to be freed and used as a focal point for the technique.
Many in Chiyoko's clan shape their own spirits into Generic Weapon Seals using this technique. This can also be used for summoning puppets in their base form, but without any specialty effects from the specific summoning. Each puppet can be summoned with a singular sign (including a group of puppets).
Reihan can additionally be used to tie a seal into a shiki or object and the next instance of contact with that object or shiki will apply the seal's effect (shiki can move about as fast as a thrown kunai).

The puppets maintain all of the original functionality, but boast a significantly higher chakra cost. They can still be harmed by physical attacks, but only when gathering energy to utilize their techniques or when attacking themselves. If they are harmed, the hitodama will scatter and the structure will fall apart quickly over time (depending on the damage).
Weakness: Only one puppet can be used in this manner in the mortal world. The maximum time this can e done is 3 minutes. In the Pure World these restrictions are bypassed.

Shingen asserts himself as the true Mizukage on his strengthening of allies, and refuses to step down, even when bloodshed occurs. He rarely appears himself, and always trust his allies to take care of things.
Personality: Shingen is a charismatic men, who uses his trust in his allies to bring out their true strength. He depends on their them, and they depend on him in turn. He always talks hopefully about the future, and has an very high zeal for it. Shingen shows an even greater zeal for rebuilding the Mist, and to make the nightmare of the bloody mist fade from everyone’s minds.
He’s a very hard man to get a hold of. He does everything according his to his own time schedule, when he feels is best. He would upstage a kage if he felt he had better things to do.

I know a significant amount of Naruto already, have been in a Naruto RP before (Although even I need to refresh my memory on some of this. Especially if it has anything to do with post-shippuden.). Sharigan is always nice (Although there is a 5 limit I see) and I have always liked lightning style jutsu so I'll probably lean toward that village. As for what rank and everything, plot wise... Um... Agaun, reading. And it's so very expansive I really don't know where to start...
But I will find my way!

I'm going to like you a lot, I can tell. As for needing to know about Naruto and its world, I don't know much myself. I've only seen a few shows, read a bit of manga, and so far the crew has been pretty helpful. You just had to nudge them and as long as you have a basic knowledge, you can likely get by easily. Right now it's more of a sandbox type rp so there's an over arc and current world events. As for village leaning in lightning chakra nature, we're sort of all over really. I might suggest booping people and asking which village needs members and what ranks currently. Take it one step at a time and you'll be fine.
