Name: Specter Dragon
Level/rank: LV 1
Attribute: Dark
Monster Type(s): Dragon
Effect: This monster cannot be destroyed by battle. If this monster is banished using a Monster's Effect move it into your graveyard during the End Phase. You may Special Summon this card from the graveyard during your next Main Phase provided you control no monsters and your opponent controls at least one monster that has 1500 or more ATK.

Wording is a little weird to me. Can you only special summon after its effect returning it to the graveyard activates? It feels like that's implied by the "your next main phase" clause after detailing that effect. Otherwise that's some reallly nice stally wally.

@Eklispe

Basically they want a wall that never dies and keeps going back to the graveyard meaning the only way to get rid of it is to send it to the deck or to the hand.

SO kinda broken really.

I interpret the effect like this:

Specter dragon is in the graveyard. It gets banished, then returns. Now, on the next turn after that effect resolves, it gets Special Summoned to the field as long as you control no monsters and your opponent does at least one.

If that is indeed the effect, I'm honestly fine with it. There's ways to get around a wall like that.

(plus, you could pull the card and augment a really strong DARK recycle chaos engine. Why would you be complainin'? =P)

@Xeiyenreisha, I want you to clarify how the effect is used in your own words so we can all get a better image of the card.

Name: Reading Up
Spell type: Normal
Effect: Remove 3 Spell Counters from your side of the field; Draw 2 cards. You cannot add any Spell Counters to cards you control when this card resolves.

I... I think I love this card. It's dope. Accepted.

Fixed by Ammokkx.

Name: Fusion Reload (so that it doesn't get confused for something that actually fuses)
Spell type: Normal
Effect: Reveal one Fusion Monster in your extra deck. If the specific materials listed on that card are in your graveyard, you can activate the following effect:
● Add those monsters and one Polymerization from your graveyard to your hand, if possible. Then, shuffle cards from your hand into the deck equal to the amount of cards added to your hand by this card's effect.

Edit: What do you guys think about this card? Anything wrong with it?

Everyone was fine with it, so accepted.

Name: Barrier Guardian of the Drought
Level: 8
Attribute: Earth
Monster Type(s): Effect/Rock
Effect: No monsters can be Special Summoned, except for EARTH monsters.
ATK/DEF: 1000/3000

Sorry for not getting around to it earlier. Naturally, it's accepted.

Hmm... it's been 2 days since any action in the ic has occurred. Which groups still have things to do?

Me and Xei have a duel going on, and Hayate/Vincent/Maisy have a round-robin style duel going on. Once those two go up I'll move it.

Okay, basically the card is to be interpreted it's on the field in face down position since you would set a card like that. During your opponent's turn, they declare an attack and try to destroy the monster, but it's impervious to destruction through battle. So they try to remove it from play with BLS effect and that's when it becomes like Treeborn Frog. Yes I know a lot of people hated that card because it was like a cancer which just came back. If it is banished with a Monster Effect it returns to the graveyard at the End Phase. During the owner of this card's Main Phase they can Special Summon it from the graveyard provided your opponent controls a monster that has 1500 or more attack and you have an empty field.

Since the card has 0/0 it has a major weakness against piercing cards like Cyber End Dragon which would be most certainly an OTK for the controller I don't see any problem with the card though certain cards could exploit its ability to return to the graveyard by using the Monster Effects of those cards to banish it. That is my main concern which is why I held off on it before I released it. That's about the easiest way to explain it.

So, I had a skype conversation with Xei and I'll explain the card for you guys.

IF it is sent to the graveyard by any means other than its effect, it can not revive.

IF the card is banished by any means, it will activate it's effect and move into the grave.

THEN, on the owner's next turn, it can revive itself granted the field is empty for them and the opponent controls a monster.

So, with this in mind, I consider the card fine as long as i fix the wording. Anyone have issue with it?

Yeah, I know and that's why I stalled on releasing that card, but I'm fine with it now. It helps people abroad so it's not that big of a deal for me. Glad people other than myself find some use out of cards I propose.

Name: Gambling Greed
Spell type: Normal
Effect: Roll a six sided die, then take damage equal to the result x700. If you do, draw two cards.

A hand is shown clutching a spiked die whilst a facedown card is locked within a glass case beneath it.

But, but, but, I mean holy fudge you could one shot yourself. I mean. I guess. Well. Spell economics and a few other things. I mean, if there was a card that could reflect that damage to your opponent it would be insanebut i'm to lazy to check, but if there's not then that's a scary cool card.

You need to take the damage in order to draw.

I know quite well the power of a Chaos deck. Thus, I must equip my nerf bat and alter the effects a bit.

EDIT: Hmm... maybe I was too quick on the nerf. Just gimme a moment.

DOUBLE EDIT: Done.

Just Gonna say its limited by the fact it needs Chaos Emissarys which generally don't have a way of summoning themselves to fulfil the cost outside of the dragon for synchro summmon. So. If the monster is synchro summoned by 2 level 4s for instance it will won't gain any attack. And it only has a once per turn proc of invincibility that can easily be worked around. So... say for instance the dragon is used. Thats 4 cards so 3000 attack points. Then it has that once per turn proc so 3200 attack points which is kinda over strong for a level 9. I guess the most effectvie way of nerfing is by nerfing it to not negate attacks but to just negate card effects, so cards can still plow through it.
