If it's alright with you would you be able to give her a name? I want someone in the Outbreak Agency to give her one since in her backstory she never had a name.
If it's alright with you would you be able to give her a name? I want someone in the Outbreak Agency to give her one since in her backstory she never had a name.
Name:
Age: 15
Appearance: Relatively long, but thin white hair and a fairly androgynous face. It is still quite girly on closer inspection, but you'd be forgiven for thinking she was a guy with long hair. She always has dark circles under her eyes and she always wears her father's fur-lined brown coat which is still a size or two too large for her.
Personality: In a social setting she is very awkward and clumsy around almost everyone due to having little exposure to other people over the years. She speaks very quietly and sometimes finds it hard to be understood. In battle she likes to have specific orders so she can focus solely on the battle at hand. Outside of work she is like a very sleepy cat, and she's very defensive about her father.
She can't be parted with her guns, and she only washes her coat when she has to, as they're the only things she has left of her father.
Equipment: Dual golden six-shot revolvers, and six orbiting drones which make up the Talon system. The revolvers are like standard firearms only golden, which doesn't even make too much of a weight difference due to the masterwork craftsmanship. The drones are shaped similarly to a bird's talons if the talons were straight rather than curved, and are also gold.
The drones each generate a magnetic field which keeps each other afloat, and keep them in close proximity to the dual revolvers. The drones are not actually autonomous and have two formations. Typically they will float in a half-ring formation behind the holder of the revolvers, and their magnetic field has the ability to disrupt the flight path of bullets and metallic projectiles. If an enemy gets too close the drones will deliver an electric shock, similarly to a bug zapper but with higher voltage.
The second formation involves forming a ring of three drones each around the gun barrel of each revolver. The drones magnetize the revolvers, turning them into miniature railguns. This greatly increases bullet velocity and firerate as the electricity is used to ignite the gunpowder rather than the gun hammer, meaning only the cylinder needs to turn and the gun will fire. The bullets fired this way leave behind an electricity trail; but it's not like a normal person would be able to see them anyway.
Powers: None whatsoever. She has extraordinarily fast reflexes but this is due to training and not an ability.
Skills:
Backstory: She knew very little about life before joining the Outbreak Agency. Her early life had only ever been running away, with her father beside her. Her mother had allegedly died at childbirth, and her father was a wanted hit-man. Supposedly her mother had been Russian and her father Japanese, but she had only found out much later when she had read her father's journal.
As soon as she had been born, her father had been forced to run without even an opportunity to give her a name. They spent many years on the run without being able to stop. Her father never told him what he had done, but to her it didn't matter. She was her one and only father and he was sacrificing so much for her by even bringing her along like this. It was obvious her father would do much better on his own but he never abandoned her.
She grew up learning the discipline of a hit-man on the run. Your hand must always be steady, every missed shot could be the end, you must survive no matter the outcome. One day however, he was gone. She woke up on the doorstep of the Outbreak Agency with only her father's coat on her shoulders, his weapons on the ground in front of her, and his journal inside her pocket. With little else she could do, she turned and joined the Outbreak Agency.
Other: She's chronically sleep deprived, but not because of insomnia or anything like that. She's always slept very irregularly so she has difficulties sleeping at night. She'll fall asleep much more easily if she feels safe and she's with someone she trusts so she generally sleeps during the day fairly on-and-off.

Powers: None whatsoever. She has extraordinarily fast reflexes but this is due to training and not an ability.
Skills:
- Quickdraw; she isn't the most accurate marksman but she is able to draw her revolvers with remarkable precision and skill.
- Sharpshooting; she is deadly accurate in reference to the human anatomy at close range but has very little experience with long range shooting. She has a steady hand so she would still be able to hit targets at long range, but she wouldn't be as proficient at hitting precisely.
- Video Games; she has difficulties sleeping at night so all she does is play video games. She is very good at action games but secretly avoids dating sims as they are too embarassing for her to play.
