"Haaah, not a new record..."

Fuuka sighed as she looked at her timer. The perpetrator currently sat, several meters away from her, out like a light. The guys who'd come with her would be landing to pick up his unconscious body soon enough. Around here there was the destroyed remains of of the stone warriors he'd deployed in his attempt to... to... ah, whatever, she really didn't care. She was more frustrated about not beating her last time. The black-haired schoolgirl drew out another stick of pocky as she hopped off one particularly enormous stone body, and slipped it into her mouth.

It was around then, while the cleanup arrived, that a black van pulled up, a pretty older woman in a suit opening the door and stepping out. She was a figure that Fuuka was pretty familiar with, and would have looked like a normal human if not for the quite noticeable glow around her eyes.. She stared for a few moments at the wreckage left behind, before taking a deep breath.

"You're needed for a meeting, Minami-san," she said, clamly. Fuuka came to a halt.

"Ehhh? Right now? After I just did a mission?" she sighed, "Ah, jeez, that sounds boring. Do I seriously have to show up?"

"Yes, Minami-san," the woman said, more insistently.

"You better buy me some pocky for this, nee-san," Fuuka responded, climbing into the back of the van. She leaned back in the seat, and didn't bother with a seatbelt.

"Don't call me 'nee-san'," protested the woman, obviously not liking the less formal address that Fuuka had applied to her. "And put on a seatbelt."

"Fine, Yumi-chan," replied Fuuka with a smile as she belted herself in.

"Don't say 'Yumi-chan', either! It's Yumiko! Kobayashi Yumiko!"

Fuuka giggled to herself.

She always got a kick out of annoying 'Yumi-chan'.

Minami Fuuka, after the Meeting

"I knew it'd be boring," Fuuka said with a sigh as she headed to the Agency's Cafeteria, down one of the usual off-white hallways, Her hands were firmly in her pockets as she strolled along. What was the point of all that? Introduce yourselves? Eh, like she needed that. If she wanted to know someone she'd get to know them, not sit through some of the higher-ups demanding them to get to know their fellow Outbreakers. Whaaaaatever.

The small schoolgirl pushed open the door to the cafeteria and stepped inside. She didn't know what she'd be getting, but... eh, something. Anything. It'd be more exciting then that meeting.

Kitagawa Miyu

Miyu sighed. She'd been worried some of the Outbreakers wouldn't care too much for a forced introduction meeting, and that had proved her right. Most of them had seemed all too eager to get out of there. The rabbit youkai had hoped her superiors' idea would have gone well, but... it very plainly had just resulted in annoyance among some of their agents.

She leaned a bit on her desk. Well, on the bright side of things, at least the Outbreakers would now all know each other's names... even if at least one had immediately come off a mission in order to attend the meeting. Privately, Miyu questioned the planning behind that, but it was over now and she was sure there had to be a reason. But, for the moment...

Miyu didn't have any paperwork she needed to deal with, and her superiors weren't calling on her to do anything... potentially embarrassing! And so, it only made sense for the rabbit-eared woman to take this down time to enjoy herself. Oh, certainly, Miyu would be ready to immediately go back to business, but, well...

For now, Lovely Flower Kiss and some nice tea were waiting for her, and there was no-one else in the room at the moment...

Izumi Kotori

"It's not as if I'd do anything less."

While the Outbreakers were getting their meeting, the Mobile Suit division of the Outbreak Agency was wrapping up a test piloting. Kotori, as she was always certain she would, scored incredible marks on her synchronization and efficiency. The researchers had congratulated her for her performance, but Kotori knew that it would never be anything less then the best. But sure, their praise wouldn't bother her. She liked it. Her fellow pilots had done good as well, but she was the best. It was simply set in stone.

For now, Kotori headed to the female locker room, to change out of her flight suit and retrieve her normal clothing.

Jennifer White

The World's Greatest Swordsman, and also the world's oldest Junior High Student to her knowledge, exited the meeting with about as much interest in it as she had entered: none. Anyone carrying a sharp implement had been noted before the girl returned to completing a piece of homework that she was certain had been used the last time she was taking this class... in another city entirely and a decade earlier.

One person in the meeting had gotten Jennifer's attention. She knew that Fuuka had gotten out of school the same time she had but for the other schoolgirl to nearly be late... well, obviously she had to have been doing something more exciting in the meantime. It was worth asking about but, more importantly, it would give her a lead to asking if the same piece of homework had been used last year or if she was just imagining things.

Of course, an outside observer would never have pegged them for attending the same school--the same bag that held Jennifer's swords also had a pocket for clothing and she would always change into something more casual the instant she found the chance. The same bag tapped against her ankle relentlessly as the slightly shorter girl followed Fuuka towards the cafeteria.

"Minami-senpai--" Jennifer said, as they approached the back of the queue. She failed to get any further before the bag, as it often did, found its way between her feet. She hit the floor a moment later.

"Ow..."

— Outbreak Agency Cafeteria —

The android entered the cafeteria a handful of steps behind Jenifer, just in time to witness the lead up to and execution of her fall. To say that Tamako was entirely unable to prevent this would be incorrect. Her footsteps slowed to a stop and she looked down with a vaguely puzzled expression as her system worked to come up with the correct response.

Should she offer assistance? One of her fellow agents was down and possible injured. This wasn't exactly a serious situation, however. Maybe it might be best to simply walk away? Tamako wasn't entirely sure why she was here in the first place. She didn't need to eat.

The girl, after a mere half seconds pause to process the situation and what seemed like a subjective eternity to her, reacted in a more impulsive way.

"... Ha."

Wait, maybe that wasn't right. It certainly wasn't a proper laugh, all things considered. Another period of processing followed. She should make amends. Tamako slipped the small duffel bag from her shoulder and reached inside, arm disappeared to the elbow as she pushed aside the closets worth of clutter and weaponry contained within. Finally she pulled out a pizza box and held it out with a somewhat blank expression. Truthfully she had made it for the meeting but had forgotten.

"I have a pizza."

Zann didn't have do introduce himself during the meeting like the other agents, and so his name and who he was wasn't revealed. Not that he attempted to hid it, just the no one, at least openly, questioned his presence. He stood behind Miyu's chair the entire time and found the whole thing just as boring as the other agents did, though he did pay attention to who was who, if only just to know the names that belonged to those faces.

He had quietly slipped out a little early for the reason of fetching some tea for Miyu, the cup that was already there had been sitting for a bit during the meeting and got cold. Sure, the whole being her assistant thing was essentially a cover but he might as well play the part well right?

The meeting had ended while he was on his way back and the other agents had gone off to do their own things for now, Zann passed a few by the cafeteria along the way, stopping for a moment when he heard the thud of someone eating the floor. He looked to see that it had been Jennifer White, if he was remembering names correctly. He didn't stop long however, as he remembered what he was doing and continued on his way to Miyu's office, entering as quietly as he had left and replacing the cup of tea on her desk. Miyu seemed to be engrossed in something and didn't even notice when he was next to her replacing the tea. When he realized her distraction he smirked and leaned in so that his head was next to her's and murmured right in her ear in a somewhat teasing tone...

"Will you be needing anything else, Miss Miyu?"

Minami Fuuka

Fuuka could hear the slightly jangling of metal behind her, the familiar sound that accompanied one of her fellow Outbreakers. Jennifer White, the English girl who also attended the same junior high as she did, wasn't exactly a stranger. Far from it, in fact. However, even as she heard the girl topple over(something that happened quite often), the schoolgirl found herself wondering about another matter. It was something that kind of confused her every time she heard it, if she was being frank.

"Why do you call me senpai?" she asked, folding her arms and looking a little thoughtful. "I'm pretty sure you're older then me 'n all, so it's sort of confusing, you know?"

She contemplated this fact for a few moments, before shrugging. It's not like she disapproved. She was clearly awesome enough to be considered the older one of the two, after all. Fuuka just had to wonder why, though. It's not like she'd asked for it or anything. Oh well. She also took note of the girl offering pizza. Tamako? Yeah, yeah, the future robot girl! She was offering pizza...

"Hey, that means we can ditch the line," said Fuuka, approaching the artificial girl. It was only then that she paused for a moment and turned to offer Jennifer a hand up.

Kitagawa Miyu

Oh, was it about to happen? Yes, their lips were getting so close... the background was filled with flower petals... Miyu's own heart was beating faster as she prepared to turn the page... and then, right in her ear, she heard a voice. The sound that came out of her mouth could possibly be described as 'UWAAAAAWAAAHWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!' if one had chosen to do so, but the end result of the event was the rabbit youkai lurching forward as she threw her arms frantically in the air, going bright red. Sadly, this had the side effect of sending her manga catapulting towards the ceiling and across the room, where it landed near the door.

Quaking and bright red, Miyu turned weakly towards the source of the voice, her entire body shuddering as she did.

Ayumu Tanaka

- Outbreak Agency Rooftop -

It was mostly tedious, boring, and inhumanely tortuous to attend one of those meetings. It just wasn't his want nor his need to go; and so he didn't. He had gotten the call just like the others and the escorts arrived shortly afterwards but he firmly told them to leave. Once they vanished his eyes fell back to the dim glow of his phone. Nothing of import was on it, a few news articles on recent events, a daring race in America, and a armed robbery not too far from himself. It was quickly squashed by the Outbreak Agency though.

Ayumu glowered before closing out of the story and putting his phone on standby.

"What a boring ending... Such a disappointment."

Bragi

That meeting was... interesting. It was always very interesting in seeing new faces. While many people didn't seem to like them very much, Bragi enjoyed them. They were the perfect place to analyze his fellow agents. Some of them sparked his interest. They were... different from the others, he felt like they had secrets to hide. And he is very interested in secrets. It can be said that is one of his... hobbies discovering them. The most well hidden they were, more interested he would become.

After the meeting, he laid down on the couch outside the cafeteria -his favorite one- and started to sleep peacefully.
His sleep wouldn't last long though, being cut short by a scream and a noise of something falling down. The scream was probably Miyu, The noise of something falling down came from the cafeteria.
"*yawn* Why they can be like normal people?" he asked, shaking his head as his stomach growled.
He hasn't ate anything in a few hours, and it didn't matter how much of a hassle it was, he would have to get up to get some food.

As he stopped in front of the cafeteria door, he wore his headphones, All Along the Watchtower, by Jimmy Hendrix started playing loud enough for people to hear it when he passed by. It was an old tactic he used. People often would often completely ignore his presence when he was wearing those, and continue their conversations without fear to be heard, how foolish of them. Besides, modern music was ok, but none of the new ones had the soul and the feelings that the old ones passed.

Slowly opening the door,, he looked around the cafeteria, looking and said, looking to the people inside:
"Man... You all are making quite some noise here..." he yawned.
Walking to the counter, he grabbed a bag of chips and sat lazily on the chair, slowly eating it.

"Well, now that I am already awake, we might make things a little more lively here, cant we?" he said.
"This silence is maddening!" he said, putting a modern electronic music to play and putting the headphones on the table.

Suddenly they started to play a lot higher than it would be normally possible with headphones. The music filled the room, loud, but not loud enough to be irritating.

"I've never said that I disliked the modern music, have I?" He thought to himself, with a smile.
"Come on! We have some free time before the next mission. Have fun!" he said, snapping his fingers as the completely normal lamps from the cafeteria began to flash with many different colors.

Still sitting in the chair, he carefully looked around, evaluating the other outbreakers' reactions.

Sleepless Panda ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ

"I need to sleep..." She mumbled.

The sight of a pale girl with extremely dark circles on her eyes wandering the halls, toting a large beanbag would no doubt be strange to some; but for a few of the senior staff in the Outbreak Agency, it was a familiar sight. She had difficulties sleeping at night so she sought out people she felt safe around at a pretty much random hour of the day, then simply plonked down and fell asleep. But in comparison to the other times, it was still relatively early.

That meeting was awful... She thought.

She was feeling down about the introduction meeting. She was well known in the Oubtreaker Agency for her bad sleeping habits. The meeting had been her one chance to change that but she hadn't been able to say anything. She had tried but her voice was so small compared to the others... She stopped herself before finishing a word. Despite how she looked, she was fairly sensitive. It's just that her Father had taught her that it was a bad idea to show weakness. It was best to hide it and find a solution to deal with it before anyone found out what the weakness had been, and her one way of dealing with secret embarrassment usually involved one particular member of the Outbreak Agency.

"Kitagawa-san..." She whispered, knocking gently on the door.

She heard a small thud, and Kitagawa-san's shouts. She quietly opened the door to see what the fuss was about.

Sadly, this had the side effect of sending her manga catapulting towards the ceiling and across the room, where it landed near the door.

Quaking and bright red, Miyu turned weakly towards the source of the voice, her entire body shuddering as she did.

"Z-Z-Z-Zann-san...?"

It was just Kitagawa-san and her personal assistant. She wasn't quite sure why she was so surprised. Would it really be unusual to see her assistant right behind her. Then her eyes gravitated towards the fallen manga, which had conveniently flipped over one page from where Kitagawa-san had been reading. A furious red blush came to her cheeks.

"K-K-Kitawaga-san!" She said, darting forward.

But she had forgotten that she was holding a beanbag. She let go of it to pick up the book, and it dropped at her feet, sending her flying forward. She managed to reach out and snap the book shut before landing with a loud thud. So much noise, there was no way the wouldn't have noticed her. And holding the book in such an awkward position as well...

"Y-Your manga..." She said, still on the ground.

Kikunojo Kichiro

Kichiro arrived just in time for the meeting, and nearly turned right back around and left. It was enough that a terrible headache pounded away behind his eyes, and the looks he had gotten from the handful of agents who knew him had an almost physical weight. Most of them looked at him with open disdain. A few gave him hesitant smiles or nods. The very few agents who had worked particularly close with him went a little pale, and looked away. Despite the the intense awkwardness of the situation, Kichiro's main concern had been staying awake. He leaned against a wall, sipping his third cup of coffee that morning and trying to focus on what anyone was saying.

No dice, though. The words were bouncing off his sleep deprived brain like sponges off a brick wall. He hadn't gotten into bed until four that morning, coming in from a grueling, twelve hour exorcism. The house was purified, the family safe, and he was two million yen richer for the trouble, but still... He'd rather have had the night's sleep.

Food. Okay, yeah, that was a good start. In fact, it was one of the few things he could find at the Agency. He made a decent living now, but he could remember sneaking into the cafeteria with partially legitimate credentials just to eat. He'd just stepped through the doors when his senses abruptly overloaded. Pumping bass and pulsing lights sent ripples of pain through his skull. Poltergeist! Oni! Tommyknocker! Some part of his mind screamed frantically, and Kichiro reacted on instinct. The spiritual forces in the room coalesced around him, then lashed outward. On the streets, and in a real emergency, it would've kept a rogue entity from knocking his head off. In a room with no danger, however, it simply shorted the lights. The bulbs went out in a series of pops, leaving the room in darkness, EDM still thumping away through the gloom.
Oh.” Kichiro said nonchalantly to the room at large. “Your lights. Oughta have someone take a look at those.

The English girl didn't hesitate to take the offered hand, dusting herself off and adjusting the bag to hopefully not trip her up in the next few minutes. For some reason the strange robot girl was offering pizza when they were in the cafeteria but that wasn't something to object to. Food now rather than food in ten minutes, free, was something to never look down on.

That was when some idiot came in and started messing with the cafeteria. It was an insult to music to call the sounds of a generator having sex with carcass of a proper band anything other than a cacophony and the source: headphones. The schoolgirl's attention homed in on the monstrosities as she reached for the closest available weapon.

It was a complete change from the clumsiness that Jennifer displayed simply walking about and the grace simply uncanny, fluidly drawing closer to her target even when some idiot blew the lights for no reason. The cut was clean, swift and exactly on target: right through the connecting wire, halting the sound. The spoon responsible for the gash in the table was firmly left in front of Bragi whilst the swordsman made her way back to Fuuka, this time walking into the furniture a lot more.

"You're in a higher year, Minami-senpai," she said, picking up as if the conversation hadn't been interrupted, "... why don't we go outside with Tamako-san?"

Kasami Teito

-Conference Room, Before Meeting...-

Before the announcement of the introduction meeting between everyone, Kasami was already back from her mission early in the morning, a small incident at the pond at the park nearby. Bring back her spare materials, she looked at the list of who would be attending and began pulling out pieces of paper and cutting out little figurines that would represent them. Writing each of the names of the individual who would come to the room, they were customized name tags as she decorated each one with a variety of art. Setting each one down in their respective seat as she continued onto the next one and when she was done with everyone, her focus went onto the centerpiece of the room. Setting down a light brown vase as she pulled out spare flowers from earlier and began snipping off stems of the flowers before setting them into the vase. With a backdrop of green leaves and a few flowers with a minty green tone to them combined with white flowers. Together the white flowers blended with the minty green petals and yet still contrast to the hard green leaves and stems.

Taking a step back after placing her arrangement onto the center of the table, wrapping it up literally with a with a green ribbon before taking a step back. Watching the vase tingle with magic as it seemed to be the finishing piece of a ritual, glowing infectiously as the name tags began to glow as well. Lining the room with a simple charm to promote friendship and the creation of bonds. Smiling at her work, she cleaned up the mess around her before leaving the room with a small smile on her face. Closing the door behind her, she left the room unaware that the room was changed last minute. Oh well... Either way, she fulfilled her job along with dodging the agents tailing her to relay the 'mandatory' meeting to her.

-Some Random Street-

Walking down the street, she smiled as she raised her hand from her pocket as the wind picked up the paper flowers in her hand that she made in the conference room. Glowing the same but dull color that made each of the flowers, gliding in the air as they turned into crystals before turning into dust a moment later. Continuing her walk down the street as her pockets were finally empty of everything she didn't need. Looking at her phone, she watched as time ticked on along her way to wherever she took herself.

Yoshida Suzume // Sparrow

...

The meeting had gone just as Suzume, or rather "Sparrow", had expected. Not very many of the agents were warm to the idea of socializing with each other, just as she was. This made it easy to avoid attention. Well, it made it easier. The busty cyborg ninja in the room obviously caught plenty of attention. It was difficult for anyone to miss her. Some might've wondered why she was attending such a simple meeting fully armed and in her suit, as most who arrived were very casual and unprofessional, but Sparrow readily explained to anyone who asked that she was going to preserve her identity even in social situations. Surely the Agency itself didn't appreciate this but it was in the contract. Suzume was to be referred to as "Sparrow" and her identity was to be protected. A meet-and-greet was no exception to these rules.

After the meeting had finished the agents were quick to disperse. Some went to go get food at the cafeteria, others just left. Suzume herself was feeling hungry. She had two choices: to leave and get food on her way back to Yoshida Corp. or to stay here and eat. Obviously the food at her headquarters was superior in quality. The corporate elite of the business would never eat cheap food. But Suzume felt a desire to eat something different for a change and so she decided to remain at the Agency for a few minutes longer. The other agents that went into the cafeteria ahead of Suzume seemed very immature to the ninja, who made sure to avoid them while she was in line to get food. She settled with a tray of steak and mashed potatoes, a very simple meal that Suzume never been used to. She made a deliberate effort to sit away from the others but such a simple aversion wasn't enough.

One of the other agents, a young man, began to play loud and obnoxious music while tampering with the lights. This was fairly brief as Suzume did her best to ignore the display, but when the lights all shattered it became increasingly difficult to ignore. Of course Suzume could see in the dark just fine, especially considering it wasn't even all that dark in the room, but it was the audacity of the other agents that got on her nerves. Clearly there wasn't much professionalism to go around. She felt that her decision to wear the suit here was a wise one, as the visor hid most of her face and would keep these loons from recognizing her should any ever accidentally spot her in passing outside of a mission. I don't even work with the other agents very often, Suzume thought to herself as she chewed her steak. I have to imagine they are only being so casual because the meeting request made this seem like a casual event. Regardless she continued minding her own business, acting as if she had completely ignored everyone else in the room.

— Outbreak Agency Cafeteria —

Tamako wasn't particularly irritated by the noise although she did have the luxury of simply filtering it out. The following blast of spiritual energy however acted on a few of her less hardened components in a manner similar to that of the lights. Abruptly the majority of her optical sensors failed leaving the android blind.

She made a startled squeak and froze in place with the pizza still held out in front of her. Her eyes lost their vibrant colour as the systems struggled to cope with the loss of functionality. She frowned for several seconds before the infrared imaging module finished booting up.

Blinking for a second to adjust, Tamako looked around before nodding to Jenniffer.

"Yes, we should."

Minami Fuuka

Fuuka stared, blankly, when one of the older Outbreakers came in and, well... Fuuka liked a lot of music. Rocket Aoi, Ayanami Kagami, Luna Lunar Love, and many others. Even some foreign bands, though she didn't understand a lot of the lyrics. This, however. This was music she could instantly cite as something she didn't like. Not only was it annoying, but it was loud, and the lights were strobing... it was pretty clear the cafeteria as a whole was not in the mood for this. Eh, even if he was a fellow outbreaker...

Fuuka cracked her knuckes. A jerk was a jerk, after all, no matter who they were. But before she could do anything about it, not only did all the lights shatter, but Jennifer took care of it first, slicing through the headphones in a flash. With a spoon, even. Fuuka blinked, then shrugged as Jennifer returned to her. "Ehhh, you've got a point there, I guess."

She looked towards the older guy talking about the lights for a moment. Hm, yeah, she'd seen him at the meeting... Kichiro or something?

"... Guess he's right too," she added, assuming the tampering with the lights had been the cause of their destruction. "Oiii, White-san's got the right idea. Let's go, Tamachan."

Zann snickered at Miyu's reaction, Still leaning in close he cupped her cheek when she had turned but before he could say anything someone stumbled in and tripped right in front of the desk. Shifting his attention, he leaned out over the desk to see who it was, finding the girl that everyone kept referring to as "Panda?" the hand he had on the desk were suddenly shifted into paws as he climbed over the desk, unintentionally poofing Miyu in the face with one of his tails, and gracefully landed on the floor with hand and feet again, kneeling down to look at the fallen girl.

He first reached out for the manga she was holding up, gently taking it and leafing through a few pages before casting a quick smirk over his shoulder back at Miyu. He put it on the desk a second later and turned his attention back to Panda, offering his hand to help her back up "good evening Panda, is everything alright?"

Sleepless Panda ʕ •`ᴥ•´ʔ

She glowered at him. Zann was a tricky fox. It seemed like most of the time he was only working for Kitagawa-san because out of anyone in the Outbreak Agency she'd have the best reactions to his mischief. Granted, in the same position she would've also done the same thing but since they weren't in the same position they were in conflict. That logic was kind of circular but she didn't care.

"I don't need you..." She muttered, ignoring his hand and pulling herself up to her feet.

She was extra quiet, but maybe he could still hear it with those fox ears of his. She couldn't do anything about that attitude of his, but even though it was her who had no experience with social sparring she doubted anyone could do anything about that attitude of his. She picked up her beanbag and turned back around to face him.

"Change back into a fox!" She shouted. "It's cuter that way..."

Bragi

As the music started playing and the lights flash, he kept there, silently observing.

Just as a young man entered the cafeteria, the lights popped, one after another.

Your lights. Oughta have someone take a look at those.

Interesting... Kichiro, was it? Its highly improbable that the lights just popped on their own. After all, I only control the light the lamps emit, not the lamps themselves. Probably is some kind of ability related to this Kichiro. he thought to himself, disappointed.

Without even reacting to the lamps popping, Minami Fuuka, walked to his direction. With a swift movement, he cut his headphones in half, turning back and walking away.

Without even reacting, he sighed, disappointed. This will be the worse team I ever worked with... No subtlety, lack of social skills, needless bravados and displays of power. It was difficult to think he was amongst trained individuals... He felt like he was around children, who didn't knew how to behave. He wasn't even a little comfortable in trusting his back to those people.

Even in the dark, Bragi had no problems seeing, due to his abilities. He took out another set of headphones, a foldable one he kept hidden inside his coat. Wearing it and putting some BB King to play, he looked around to the other outbreakers. This is some kind of joke, isn't it? They don't have even the slight training! All that I can see after this brief test is brutes without any kind of tactical skills. Those people died very quickly in his line of work.

"*sigh* It will be hard to work with this team." he said, shaking his head

"Are you sure you are trained agents? The only thing that this brief test I made revealed me is the absence of the skills necessary to do what I do. And what you're supposed to do too. You act like children. Noisy, unsubtle, lacking social skills to infiltrate even a kindergarten. Lacking control of yourselves, lacking the restrain necessary to keep calm in a stressful situation which you cant solve by waving your fists around with no consequence." he said, shaking his head.

"Popping the lamps? Was that really necessary?" he said, looking to Kichiro.

"Yes, the lights weren't my fault. I control the light waves. Not the lamp itself."

"And cutting my headphone in half, with a spoon? What are you? Circus clowns?""I'm sorry if I'm sounding too harsh, but in our line of work, we don't have a second chance. And I wont trust my life to untrained agents that may compromise my mission, and certainly my life." he said, tucking his hands on his coat's pockets.

"Next time maybe I should play a different type of music?" he asked, looking to them with a smirk as he walked out.

He walked on the corridors, still worried about the "team" he was supposed to work with.

*knock knock* Bragi opened the door.

"Miss Kitagawa Miyu, yes?" he said, with a serious face.
"I see we have some... guests. Well, never mind. There is no problem for them to hear it too." he said, looking to the sleepy girl and the fox like person.

"Don't worry, i wont ask what you were doing here." he said looking around, noting the manga, the girl on the ground... "I don't think you two will be interested in what i have to say, so if you want to leave..."

"Miss Miyu, I believe we have a... problem with our team. Probably you already know about my skills and abilities. You probably also know about my modus operandi. The brief test I made revealed that the team is unsuitable to work with more delicate missions. They might make a good search and destroy team, waving their fists around, yelling and acting harshly, but I'm not comfortable trusting my life to them. I'm certain they don't have the necessary skills to partake in missions that don't involve brute force."

From his headphones, which he was still wearing, you could hear a blues tune if you paid attention.

Jennifer blinked languidly as the man with the destroyed headphones got out yet another pair of headphones and started to complain about... all of them. Complaints that seemed to perfectly describe his own actions: a lack of social awareness from coming in and playing music loud enough to interfere with casual conversation, then losing his composure to complain about their unsuitability for spec-ops. There were also children present, which surely justified a bit of childishness?

"Maybe we should start giving the special forces recruits counselling when they join?" she wondered, one arm outstretched--and now holding a shinai--to prevent her hot-headed senpai from making any moves to put the unfortunate man through the wall, "They always seem to have trouble adjusting to the Agency's civilian work."

And that was just the crux of it, really: the Agency might work with the military but the Outbreakers were anything but. When you were picked for your ability to individually deal with the greatest threats the world had to offer, military discipline and secondary abilities came a distant second.

KIKUNOJO KICHIRO

Ah, yes. There it was. His dear old friend Mr. Headache, back again to park himself between the lobes of Kichiro's brain. He grit his teeth and pinched hard on the bridge of his nose. It had only taken him, what? Maybe an hour, to make an absolute ass of himself? That had to have been a record for him.
It didn't help that the little shades and wisps that inhabited the building were now in a small stir because of his knee-jerk reaction. For Kichiro it was like standing on a running carousel. Gravity seemed to shift and sway around him as minor entities swirled around him. He had to admit, he had been just a little jumpier than was necessary, but at least he wasn't the goon that had decided to cause a ruckus in an otherwise peaceful cafeteria.
Nah, Kichi, He thought ruefully, you just made it worse. Another classic moment for the gag reel.
And speaking of ruckus causing goons, a guy not older than himself was now standing and addressing everyone. Kichiro hadn't pinned him as the source of the impromptu rave a few minutes ago, but now he was... lecturing everyone? The guy was going to wreck his transmission switching gears like that. It was one thing to be big doofus and screw with people to get your jollies. Kichiro understood that, and respected it in a way. He was known to cause some trouble here and there himself. Acting all sanctimonious, however, and giving the old 'oh it was just a test and you are poorly lacking, la di da' rubbed him significantly the wrong way.
When the fellow addressed him directly, Kichiro was so nonplussed he could only gape for a moment. The dude had just done quite literally the least necessary thing Kichiro had ever seen, then had the balls to turn to him and ask him if something were necessary.
Hey, Agent Dickmouth, if you-” Kichiro began when he found his voice, but the man in question was already striding away by that point. What the hell? He just talked a truck load of smack, then walked off like the big I-Am?
Oooooooohh, no. There was a short list of things Kichiro was in the mood for, and this was not one of them.
Kichiro jammed his hands in his pockets and strode out of the building, a plan formulating....

Elsewhere, in a nearby side-street...

Kichiro knelt on the concrete in front of a small circle. Childish, eh? Unnecessary? He could do both of those things.
You'll find him.” Kichiro said the small spirit he had called up. He sent another firm image of the man from the cafeteria.
Confident yes. Restrained excitement. Mild confusion? The feelings came in quick succession.
Oh, I dunno. He's got some kind of headphone fetish, work with that.
The spirit flitted away, a barely audible giggle floating on the air behind it.
Kichiro cackled maniacally. He stood, brushed himself off, and lit a cigarette. Not his proudest moment, but sometimes it was the principle of the matter.
It was only then that he saw the young woman walking down the street towards him. He had a moment of clarity, to wonder why he had decided to do this in the middle of the sidewalk, then attempted to surreptitiously scrub the arcane symbols away with his foot. She appeared to be focused on her phone. Kichiro hoped that she hadn't seen him gibbering like a loon to the empty air. Apparently he had image problems abound today.

-Back at the Agency...

Little, quickly manifested spirits aren't good for much, except small, simple tasks. As it were, wrecking things was about as simple as it got. The wisp made it's way to Bragi immediately, Kichiro's will keeping it on task. It remembered only two things: The man's face, and something about headphones. It reached out, and the headphones around Bragi's neck let out a hideous squeal of feedback before giving out two puffs of smoke and going silent.

Kitagawa Miyu

"..."

Miyu trembled as she watched... watched... oh, no, what was her name again... Everyone always called her Panda... Was it Panda? Regardless that was at least something to call her and that wasn't really the point. She'd picked up the manga and looked right at the page... for a few moments, the rabbit-eared woman buried her face in her hands, flushing in embarrassment(moreso when a tail hit her in the face). Weakly, she took the manga back and quickly placed it in her desk drawer, returning her face to her hands almost immediately. This was... this was too much, she hadn't expected anyone to walk in right now, not at all...

And... yet another person entered. Bragi? That's right, the sharpshooter... Miyu swiftly tried to compose herself even as her cheeks still held a lingering flush of embarrassment.

"... U-um, Bragi-san, er..." she trailed off for a few moments, "... I'm... the head of mission control, I d-don't have anything to do with that..."

Really, if he wanted to raise that sort of topic, he'd need to aim higher. Though... Miyu didn't at all understand his complaints.
