Jenny felt Felix slid down her shoulder and lean onto her face, slowly she pulled a hand away from her face so she could try and see who the person was. Jenny out of the corner of her eye was the one who'd scaled her like a piece of playground equipment, long black tail and pointed ears one the top of her head were the first things Jenny noticed as they were some of the easiest things to spot. The girl did seem nice enough too, telling Jenny to go grab something to eat while she got the info from the briefing, though she also had no idea about the concept of personal space. "O-ok..." Jenny said in a voice so tiny it was hard to believe it'd come from her but before the giant could move to go eat she noticed that the slimy lady was talking to her, pointing out that Jenny was in the same class as the scary spider lady, this did little to comfort her as she gave the spider a quick glance before looking back up at the pair of bees.

Jenny's face was still beat red when she addressed them, "Do y-you guy want t-to get something to eat?" Jenny then started to cautiously shuffle towards the cafeteria looking to get her specialized food which in this case was a massive steel beam which was currently being wheeled out for her using a pair of forklifts. Ever so carefully Jenny leaned down and picked up the beam and sat herself down in a corner again, this time taking extra care not to knock around any tables with her tail. Once seated she started to nibble on the end of the beam her teeth ripping through the metal making the unpleasant sound of contorting metal. She almost for got to thank the people who brought out her meal, she quickly corrected her mistake and bowed her head "th-thank you!" she said, her face still a brighter shade of red.

Cahreli did not sound calm. Otherwise, there was nothing Roxanne needed to intervene in, and she was willing to wait until everybody was calm and quiet. Until Doctor Osborne possessed Ray's body and began the introductions for her. Very well, then. Even if Jenny was consuming a large metal girder at the moment, it wouldn't keep her from being heard.

'Your mission will take you to the planet of Triad 5,' she began, moving to the front of the hall so that everybody could see her, 'a feral planet with generally low seas and high humidity. The stranded operatives in question include Maia Reater, Azai Cislacen, and Kaselith Goto; to our best knowledge, all are currently in possession of their mechs, but lack a means to exit Triad 5's atmosphere, and are likely beginning to run low on power for their respective mechs.

'No infection risk is known to exist, but nevertheless, this is not a mission to take lightly, as the local monstergirls are often stubborn about allowing others into their territory, and at worst can become highly aggressive. That being said, they are also sapient beings, and therefore non-lethal takedowns will be rewarded, whilst intentional killing without due cause will be strongly punished. I will be present to assist the mission, as will Ray in her mech, Squiddy.

'Once you have all fed yourselves, you will prepare for departure from the hangar at precisely 1200 hours. You will not participate in this mission if you are late. Enjoy your meals.' With that said, Roxanne stepped away from the front of the hall again, and after some thought, decided to seat herself next to Eileen. She didn't often eat with other monstergirls, and Roxanne imagined she would appreciate the company even if she herself did not eat. One might consider that a machine with the capacity to imagine ought to be impossible, and yet, Roxanne could do it, visualising scenarios as they arose.

'Greetings. Is your meal satisfactory?' she asked. There were elements to Eileen's meal that would allow her to generate thrust from her wings, of course, as there would be in a non-humanised Valstrax's standard environment. That thrust may well see little use whilst Eileen was piloting her mech, but it was nonetheless a notable feature of her species.

Ineractions: Assistant Ray/Dr. Rei Osborne (@ShwiggityShwah), ALMA Unit "Roxanne" (@BCTheEntity), Jenny Kami* (@LemonZest1337)

"You and Jenny are part of the same class! That means they'll be plenty of opportunities for you guys to be friends now. Isn't that great?"

Well, the slimy assistant might have been jumping for joy, but Cahreli was not amused in the slightest. She even had the facial expression of disapproval down. The only good thing about that whole exchange was that she could finally put a few names to a few faces. Not that it served her any good. Cahreli would still rather go by the pet names that she'd come up with on the spot, anyway.

"Hey, I'm all for risking my life as much as the next gal, but I was kind of under the impression that I'd only have to do it out there," the admittedly less-than-mature Arachne was quick to voice her dismay, "Not in here, or more specifically..."

She was about to refer to Jenny as "Miss Badly Oversized Klutz", but before she could say much more than she had, the assistant's body had seemingly went all screwy on her and melted, before reforming itself with a few very slight changes. The assistant had then introduced herself as Dr. Rei Osborne, all the while speaking in a German accent of all things. Cahreli could only scratch her head in response to all this.

In any case, she unveiled a mission for everyone, before handing the debriefing over to another assistant who went by the name of Roxanne. Roxanne had also mentioned that everyone should meet at the hangar by 1200 hrs should they want to take part in the mission. It was at this point that Cahreli had a sudden epiphany, slamming an open palm against her face for having completely forgotten about it earlier.

"Awe, that's right; I was supposed to test those parts I just installed last night," she mentioned through gritted teeth.

Whether she even had the time any longer would be another story...

At the end of the briefing, Felix made her way back towards Jenny, who was busy trying to quietly nibble on a steel beam. She hopped onto her lap -since it was doubtful she'd hear anything- to get her attention.

"Rescue mission, pack extra fuel-cells unless you feel like dragging a dead mech or three by yourself. Planetside population is somewhat primitive, is also hot and humid. Try to avoid lethal force. We leave at 1200... so be sure to get to the hangar by 1150 unless you want to try getting dressed with everyone watching you." At the last part she nodded in Cahreli's general direction. "Seems you've made yourself quite a friend with that one."

Her tone, although much more human than Roxanne's briefing, gave a an air of being abrupt and to the point. Aside from noticing she'd probably given a less than stellar first impression for many of the people here, she also ended with a certain warmth that suggested she hadn't completely ruined her life here, yet.

"I'll be in the hanger if you need me to do anything else before we go. If you get lost, don't be afraid to ask Eileen or Ray for help; it's what they're here for."

She then hopped down and strolled away. Upon reaching the hangar she'd planned on budying herself with outfitting winches, grapples, and a recovery-module to Roche, her power-armor... mostly cleats to help anchor herself and a folding A-frame crane to help right any significantly larger mechs... plus repair-tools.

Jenny looked up as she felt Felix jump onto her lap, Jenny had chewed through about half the bar by this point. Jenny stopped eating so she could properly listen to Felix as the Nargacuga laid out what was going on, nodding along to the breakdown of their orders. Jenny's cheeks flushed red a little as Felix spoke of getting dressed in front of people, squirming a little as she started to feel a little less comfortable with this girl being on her lap.

To try and calm herself Jenny took a few more large bites out of the metal beam quickly cutting it down to about a quarter of it's starting length. Jenny's eyes followed where Felix nodded towards, upon seeing Cahreli Jenny quickly turned away and slowly chewed her food looking down at the floor. "Y-yeah..." she mumbled as Felix finished her relay of information and hopped off Jenny and headed off. "W-wait up!" Jenny said frantically following after Felix, slipping the last of the beam into her mouth kinda like it were a piece of toast. Jenny opted for crawling after Felix rather than standing up and taking a few steps before having to crawl through the door again. Luckily Jenny managed to not break any more poor tables and chairs on her way out of the mess hall and finally was able to mostly stand up again as she slowly toddled after Felix until they got to the hangar.

Jenny would finally be able to stretch her arms and legs out when she got into the hangar, she made a soft sigh of relief as her movement was no longer being restricted by the size of the rooms she was in. Breaking off from Felix she split off to her own power armor and grabbing her zero suit, as she held the tight form fitting suit in her hand she blushed a little remembering Felix's words about changing. Shaking her head Jenny walked into her docking section and pulled a massive blind that was installed just so she could get changed into her zero suit in the hanger. After getting that on she now moved on to her power armor which was fairly easy the only tricky bit was straightening out her tail so she could slide it in properly. The rest of it after that just involved leaning into the suit and letting it clamp itself together and putting on her special helmet. Jenny then started gathering a few extra fuel tanks for the others, if Jenny's power suit ran out of gas she could still move and everything so the extra fuel was almost purely for everyone else's benefit.

"Vary guud. Vis is a clear cut mission. Get ready, the planet utself is a class T planet, jungle. Hot un Humid. Bring Vater with you. Take is all."

And with that, Dr. Rei collapsed again into a puddle of green jello and wooly sweater with a skirt. It bubbled there for a quick second before it reformed itself using a nearby table for support as it form an arm, hand, fingers, than legs, then head and 'hair.' Ray was clutching her head when she became recognizable. She blinked. "Oh dear... I really wish he would give me more warning." And she was back to her bubbly self.

"Lets do our best!" She cheered.

At this point, Felix and Roxanne were kind of more important than Ray as she followed after the rest.

in the Hanger, Ray was playing with a bunch of dials and computer screens as she prepared her 'mech' looking more like an octopus that rolled out onto a crane, its tentacles hung about in different spots. "Support. Okay, I'm going to make sure we can repair any boo boos we get." She was happy, she was helping.

Felix was well-ahead of most of the class, largely by running along the walls to evade the crowded halls altogether, being beaten only by Eileen (because she was faster) and Roxanne (because she could just swap to a frame that was already in the hangar). Once there, she fired-up 'Roche' via a powered umbillial to run it through a quick systems-diagnostic as she prepared modules for immediate use on a revolving loading-tray.

A remote sensor (I-REMBASS II) and ground survaillence radar package was selected, in addition to fuel, dual-flamethrowers, twice the normal alotment of grapples, and a the standard minigun seemed to be the way to go for this sort of mission, and had them equipped, uplinked, and verified as armed before suiting-up, she caught a glimpse of Jenny half-suited, and was herself thankful that part of her own everyday wear was technically her flight/pressure suit in the event of anything short of complete decompression of her power-armor.

Despite the turbine-powered Roche's small size, it could still move fast enough to keep pace with the larger mechas, with added agility of not needing to keep track of several dozen tons of inertia at all times. This kept her generally in the lead as she claimed a drop-pod for her team, and looked back to see Jenny following her, along with Ray in her Shaggoth, and a clunky tall arachnid-shaped mech taking up the rear piled-in to take up what little space remained as the hangar-crew sealed them in.

"First combat-drop?" She asked the stranger in the gold spider-legged mech... She didn't get an audiable answer, largely because it was drowned-out by the launch, the rapid decompression of air around them causing a high-pitched turbulence that hurt Felix's ears as their pod was jettisoned into space sooner than expected.

"Looks like we're the first wave." She commented, as they began to enter the Triad-5's atmosphere. The pod began to oscillate and spin slightly, until its drogue-chute deployed and quickly re-established a stable descent to terra. "You two stick with Ray as I scope things out." She keyed over the pod's intercom, as she kicked out the pod's blow-out door and jumped into the dark abyss that was the night sky, leaving just whistling silence in her place.

Cahreli had wanted to test the WRM40L Warp Drives that she'd just installed onto The Colossus before the mission started, but she was barely able to turn it on before everyone else had arrived. That would mean she'd have to test them out later; for now, it was time to begin.

Ray, who by now had recovered from Dr. Osbourne's hostile takeover, had taken Jenny, Cahreli and the cat-like Felix with her. Felix had decided to take point and scout out ahead, which was fine by Cahreli herself. The Colossus was more of a sniping mech; it wasn't designed to be all that effective on the front lines. She did mind being stuck with Jenny, though, and would have to be careful not to allow that dreaded tail of hers to trip the Colossus over. It would cost valuable time for it to recover from that, in which case it'd be vulnerable to enemy attack. Suddenly, Cahreli could feel a foul moistening in her armpits, and small drops of sweat emitting from her forehead.

"Shit; Osbourne wasn't kidding when he said it'd be hot and humid!" Cahreli hated the heat; one could tell by the tone in her voice. But at least she had the perfect countermeasure for it... namely, turning the Colossus' air conditioning system on full blast. Within seconds, a cold gas was propelled directly inside the Colossus' core. Not so much that Cahreli would freeze to death or catch hypothermia from it, but just enough to counteract the hot air that was already trapped inside. More of this same gas could be seen being propelled outside the Colossus as well, in order to stop the humidity from seeping into the gaps in its armor, and keep it outside where it belonged.

Now that that was done, Cahreli raised the Colossus' lens up higher than it normally rested at, allowing her to see over the canopy of the forest that lay before everyone as well as within the trees themselves. The last thing she did was warm up all five of the Electromagnetic Rail Lances, figuring it was better to do so before the enemies were engaged as opposed to during the engagement. She wondered something else, too.

"Ya think there'd be anyone to sue us if we took down these trees?" she turned to Ray as she asked this question.

The humidity and heat of the jungle night was rather unwelcome, but it was the only thing Azai Cislacen was needing to worry about right now and that was an improvement. She had angered local natives of the planet after they tried to take some ofbher food. She had responded in kind, with an MRE bomb to keep them away. It had the opposite effect, and now she had become separated from the rest of her team and the Jackhammer was now low on power. She switched the mech off along with all the systems. The remaining power was now being used to power the Emergency Transponder Beacon, which thankfully was simple and didn’t require a large output to work.

The oni sat on the shoulder of her mech, wearing a tank top and spats with her uniform inside the cockpit, draped over thr seat and still damp with sweat. She cradled a small, old-world relic of a weapon over her shoulder as she scanned the surrounding area with her thermal-imager for threats and signs of life.

“Late...very late...” She muttered to herself. “Azai will have heads roll if Azai left behind like this. Or maybe Azai haunt former comrades. Torment them for abandonment. Hmmm...”

Jenny slowly stepped out of the drop pod after everyone else and gingerly looked around at the surrounding jungle. It really was dense, Jenny could hardly see anything in any direction. The only area she could get a decent read on was directly below here, and when you're on a search and rescue mission only being able to see under your feet is... Not ideal. Jenny jumped a little as her tail gently umped into something, turning around Jenny saw it was the massive spider mecha. Oh no! The pilot was for sure going to yell at her! Jenny quickly moved her tail away hoping the light dink didn't make enough noise to be noticed by Cahreli. It was then that Chareli hinted at removing a bunch of trees, most likely to assist with vision. Even all the way up in that mecha Chareli was having vision problems, that mecha was the only thing that really made Jenny feel small and even that thing couldn't see above the trees. "I-I don't think we have a choice. The trees are going to make i-it hard to move around"

Jenny looked up at the colossus and smiled sheepishly, not that her face could actually be see through her helmet. "E-even if we all got out of out mecha, I'd still be too big... Heh..." Jenny twiddled her thumbs and waited for orders on where to go.

Having the capacity to very rapidly switch into a new body was an extremely useful ability. Roxanne's Judge chassis proved this quite adroitly: at fifteen meters tall, it might have taken ten minutes to prepare the mech for any biological pilot. A mere five seconds was all that she required to enter it and properly calibrate it for use, and two of those were spent returning to the Mainframe first and issuing a command to retrieve the Jury chassis. No faults detected, all systems online. A smooth transition all round.

Ray's team dropped first. Problems weren't anticipated, but potential issues were planned around: both teams had some capacity to contact one another, for starters, so they could reunite once the lost targets were found or reaffirm their plans if one drop team was uncertain of their objective; if both teams failed to find the targets within a reasonable timeframe, they would regroup at a specified drop point to discuss further options, and likewise if casualties were suffered or a team member became too aggressive; and if worst came to worst, and an entire drop team lost contact, the second team would be capable of tracking their mechs to survey the damage.

Regardless, Roxanne would lead the second team's drop. Despite their construction, none of her combat chassis could survive an unprotected combat drop, and so she had to enter into a drop pod the same as every other mech present. Of course, she didn't particularly "feel" the extreme G-force of re-entry into Triad 5's atmosphere, nor the softened but still heavy impact with the planet's surface. Not the same way as a biological being would, anyway, even contained and protected inside of a mech. Regardless, stepping out would reveal that they had landed in a somewhat dry patch of land - not necessarily "arid", but plant life was relatively sparse, and the heat was as intense as one might expect, at least outside of the mechs themselves.

'Standard search pattern, kilometer-long steps,' Roxanne's voice announced from the speakers mounted within the chassis' body, hovering above the ground just slightly. A moment later, it began to move forward at decent clip, directly north, and would only stop to turn east at the kilometer mark. Essentially, they would travel in "steps" a kilometer long each, keeping track of everything to both sides of them as they progressed and shifting to the next compass notation at appropriate marks, forming an increasingly-large rectangular spiral and examining as much ground as possible until further notice gave reason to do otherwise, be it a physical obstacle or signs that the lost pilots had been present in the area.

Getting her mecha ready wasn't something Eileen had trouble with anymore, she'd done it plenty of times and could probably do it blindfolded. Her mecha while being a decent bit smaller than Roxanne's Judge mecha but what Eileen lacked in size she for sure made up for with speed. Eileen was relatively content on during the entire drop, Roxanne not being one for small talk definitely helped make the drop more tolerable. Stepping out of the drop pod and into the arid landscape Eileen let out a soft sigh and listened to Roxanne's orders, "Understood. I'll take to the sky if we encounter any obstacles. For now it'd be better to conserve fuel, save it for when the terrain is less hospitable." Eileen wasn't a fan of traipsing around in the middle of nowhere, hopefully they would pick up on a distress signal soon, then she could simply fly straight to the lost pilots and get them safe as quickly as possible.

Lab Assistant Ray:
Reporting from Support Craft Shaggoth, Ready for Duty

@Foster@LemonZest1337@BCTheEntity@AdmrlStalfos19

"Im reading all systems go from all frames." She had sat in her cockpit, a type of biogel filling it as a bit of a gravitation cushion for dealing with the high speed maneuvering the odd squid like ship as it used the tendrils to grip and 'walk' on the hanger as the engines began to fire up. She hit the catapult and was launched out with a very ecstatic "WHHHHEEEEEEEEE FASTER FASTER!" her chatter filling up the channels.

Dr Osbourne shut that down by overriding the channels. "Ray behave yourselv."

"Oops, sorry doc."

She had latched herself onto Cahreli colossus on the drop into the atmosphere, seeing it as a simple way to save energy and maybe be available to help with the drop just in case the big mech was going to need it. Such a big machine falling seemed like it would hardly even be able to get back into space. But it was tough, way tougher than her maneuverable little Shaggoth. Jenny's mech seemed more like what Ray was used to. "Start entering your drop vectors." She was just making sure everything went smoothly and the two mech had somewhere to be.

Felix went off ahead and Ray was agreeing, safely on the surface, among the trees, Cah complained about the heat "I like it. It makes me feel aalll gooey." like a sauna. Then the trees screwing up the sight line and Jenny agreed. "I mean, probably just some animals. We're not supposed to break anything but... Safety first." Cant fight if they can't see. She happily agreed "A few shouldn't hurt. Step back Jenny!" she warned, giving the spider plenty of room...

She in the meantime seemed to hover without issue. "I have one of my arms as a scanner relay. I'm going to try to see if I can help find those pilots. Let you know if I see anything." She set herself to climb and grip the tree tops, one tentacle looking more like a satellite dish as it surveyed the valley and lands beyond.

Lilianna Rotz

Not So Long Ago

"Doctor, you made us late to get here!" the undead Gazer said, floating at top speed through the station as a floating, claw-armed robot, with a brain inside a jar on top of it at that, was moving alongside her at haste (unlike pic, one monitor is displaying eyes/mouth more neatly, other two mechanical limbs are just deft mechanical hands with five fingers each).

"It is not my fault! Those blasted crew need to learn how to properly carry a valuable specimen in its chamber! I had to oversee the installation in my part of the lab anywho...had to make sure everything was in its place so i know if that lout i heard works here touched it or not!" the male human voice of Dr. Chamberlin rang out from the moving robot via a speaker, a slight crackle to it that seemed both...eerily sensitive about the matter yet also distinctly grumpy.

As the two moved, they nearly ran into several people...some of which gave confused looks or glares at the near-collisions it seemed.

"So you sent the mech here early, right? And you are SURE they are letting you borrow that small drop pod so we can catch up?" Lilianna shouted back once more towards Dr. Chamberlin, a bit peturbed but hasty in her tone herself, "And are you sure you wanna come along? I'm not sure how weird this is gonna be!"

"Don't be such a frightened child! They won't miss it, not like i asked them anywho, and it will be faster to get planetside this way! I say...we should be congratulated for finding such a great way to get you to your new team!

"....wait....WHAT?!"

Current Time

The second team would, if looking skyward or having sensors on, detect a fast-falling object....a large one-

-wait, had someone used one of the drop pods Jenny could fit in?!

"Attention, second landing team. This is Dr. Chamberlin, a high ranking personnel and a new transfer to the station. I am here escorting my ward, who has been transferred to your team.

Of course, due to 'crew issus' we have arrived late...just got to the station not that long ago i'm afraid. So unprofessional!

But in lieu of this, i deigned to borrow a drop pod to get my charge and her mecha here quickly. Of course a bit of tweaking to the launch speed had to be made, but it is acceptable within the pod's design parameters.

So with this in mind, i heard another was around these parts, a certain-"

Dr. Chamberlin's voice chimed over the comms in a calm, professional, restrained mannerism befitting perhaps a gentlemen of a nation once called 'England' in the far, far past. But before he could continue speaking another voice cut him out over the comms, perhaps background noise ringing out as the dear doctor had the comms still turned on.

"DOC, I'M GONNA KICK YOUR ROBOT ASS INTO NEXT WEEK IF WE LIVE THROUGH THIS!!!"

Oh dear.

And that drop pod was moving...ah!

T-That was a bit to fast a velocity to safely-!

CRASH!!!

The drop pod slammed into the ground, the sound of metal crumpling some under gravity and kinetic impact. A dramatic entranc that kicked up some dirt, to be sure...but any questions as to the status of the individuals inside of it was soon to be revealed. Arm by arm, a set of tentacled mechanical limbs pulled open a pair of dented and warped metal panels on the side of the drop pod. This was eventually followed by more of these arms, and one with a satellite-dish-like appendage at the end, and then eventually a floating center body that seemed to have a bunch of red eyes.

The air would clear a bit, revealing the odd look of this particular mechanical being more clearly in all of its metallic glory.

"Ah..hah....NEVER. AGAIN. DOCTOR.

Wait! The comms are still on?! Er...

Ahem, Lilianna Rotz, reporting for duty! The lateness and this...crash can be blamed on the dear doctor who decided to come with me for some reason. Heh....ugh.

Lilianna was not happy about this entrance. Not at all. Even her tentacles were almost writhing in her frustrations at Chamberlin right now. Albeit, the doctor was too busy checking system and...was he whistling? The gazer rolled her various eyes at the whistling track the doctor had loaded into his vocal interface, apparently.

Maria was checking the panels of the inside of her mech, Making sure she was not spotted by any hostiles. Using her own radar to check where her new teammate was being a few miles away. Being told by her CO to meet with her teammate about helping her complete her current mission, She wondered what her new teammate would be like. Hopefully her first impression would not sour and ruin their teamwork during this mission, She would try to be on her best behavior.

Gaining closer distance to her teammate, Her mech flying over the landscape scanning the area still but could see the octopus like mech on the ground. Keeping her distance for a moment floating a few feet off the ground. Scanning her mech and making sure it was the right person she was looking for, Her A.I confirmed that it was the Gazer she was looking for.

Carefully lowered her mech onto the ground, Opening the pilot hatch and flying out and landing on the ground. Floating a few feet off the ground, Her feet barely touching the ground. "H...hello...my name is, Maria i am suppose to be your...new teammate" She said to the Gazer in a shy soft tone of voice.

Eileen's radar picked up an object hurtling towards her at incredible speed, she looked up to see an escape pod hurtling towards her and her party she casually drifted out of the way and then jetted down after it. That's when the coms came on and a mans voice came on, but it wasn't the thick German accent she was used to, no this was a much more understandable. A very angry sounding girl cut the man off threatening to kick the doctors ass. They sounded like they would be enjoyable to have as part of the squad... Eileen would touch down next to Roxanne and crossed her arms as the the girl introduced herself. Eileen raised an eyebrow as another new arrival came along and introduced herself " Eileen de Laroche. Nice to meet both of you. We should talk on the move, there is a lost pilot who we need to find." Eileen's monotone voice would make it hard to tell if she was sincere or not, before she could get a response she'd already turn and start heading off. She would take a few steps then jump into the air and jet off so she could go back to surveying from the skies.

Luna lets out an over exasperated sigh, waking to the sound of the drop pod that she had been hiding away in, crashing into something. She shakily stands, giving her fur a quick brush and prune before stretching lazily.

"Why did they have to interrupt my cat nap?" She asks aloud to no one in particular, rubbing her eyes with the back of her hand.

She walks over to her mech looking over it, making sure it isn't damaged or anything.

"I am glad to see you're all safe love!" She says cheerily whilst climbing into her power suit. "Time to go find out where we are!" She says to herself once more while climbing out of the drop pod and seeing a mech, a suit and a... she wasn't sure what the other one was but she looked cute.

Luna walked hovered over to the new people, lowering herself down to the ground and stepping out of the suit. Looking over the girl who I didn't recognise, noticing she looks like a moth.

"Maria, you say?" She asks as she jumps onto the side of the girl named Maria nibbling on her shoulder gently "it's nice to meet you cutie, I'm Luna"

A.L.M.A. Unit "Roxanne"

Roxanne much preferred it when plans went as intended. Unfortunately, this could not always be so, and it was important to be able to adapt and incorporate any changes as necessary. Lilliana's late arrival was not exceptionally unexpected, and the Automaton expected that Eileen would be able to inform her of their tactical plan. Doctor Chamberlin's presence was less anticipated, but manageable. The further arrival of both a papillon and a vampiric catgirl, however, represented a change in affairs that needed to be actively rectified - especially since Eileen hadn't properly communicated to them what the plan was before jetting off.

By the time the Judge chassis reached the first kilometer mark and paused at it, Roxanne had identified the two new arrivals as Maria Falena and Luna Rawl. She could return to them, but that would be an expenditure of unnecessary resources; instead, she spoke through the group's commlink system, stating bluntly 'Greetings, Lilliana, Doctor Chamberlin, Maria, and Luna. I am A.L.M.A Unit "Roxanne", the designated leader of this drop group. If you are not aware of our mission, it is to retrieve a group of lost personnel from a feral world.' As she spoke, data on the planet would upload itself to the data systems of their respective mechs. 'Our current modus operandi is standard search pattern, kilometer-long steps.' There wasn't any particular warmth or chill to the instructions, merely a statement of intent, and with that conveyed, she followed through on it, turning to the East and beginning her second step of the search protocol.

Lilianna Rotz

Lilianna waved to the moth girl with one of her mech's arms. Though before she could get a word out, a stowaway from the drop pod emerged, seemingly only a bit off-put by the disastrous landing. The gazer couldn't blink her eyes enough in surprise at that, before shaking her head and putting a hand to her forehead. To her the catgirl was a bit of an idiot for dropping down with them like this...impact could have been very fatal very fast! But as much as she was ticked, it wouldn't have been like this if a CERTAIN SOMEONE-

"I must say, my dear girl, that fact a moth girl is here could be most fortuitous for you. In case of danger you could-"

"Doctor, if you suggest seducing the next moth girl i see with my eyes again, i am going to scream until the glass on your dome breaks," Liliana said without a second thought about what the doctor was actually saying, before taking a light pause, taking a deep breath, and attempting to rectify herself a bit, "But...ok, i do appreciate the thoughtfulness of maybe drawing a teammate away if there is great danger.

I'm sorry for being snappy. It's just, this idea of yours was stressful enough for now. I need to begin the search pattern with the others as well."

Liliana read the information as it passed onto her screen from Roxanne, herself and the doctor seeming to nod (or the equivalent of it) ijn affirmation on their end as they listened to the mechanical unit transmit over the comms. It seemed easy enough to the Gazer, to start off with this, though frankly if they were looking for stranded personnel...well, she hoped there would not be too much trouble with this assignment.

"Look alive girls, we've got some people to find!" the Gazer called out in a positive manner over the external speakers of the mech, seeking to get the two girls that had been on the ground together to suit up and get started.

She then began to ahve her mech fly in a different direction than the others, seeking to initiate the search pattern that had been transmitted to her mech.
