Marygold Isley

Location: Camp Half-Blood - 6E

"You are so nice there," she said towards Jace, rolling her eyes as well. She thought of calling him a name or something, to try and get back at him for being somewhat rude, but it seemed like Eva beat her to the punch. Sure, she would have actually punched the guy literally, but tripping him so that he almost fell down and look like a fool was a way better idea. Mary couldn't help but giggle at his misfortune, before he walked away from them, and now she turned to look over at Eva and Andy again.

"Nice one there Eva," Mary said to her with a smile, "And there isn't really too much of a need I don't think for you to act as bait or something Andy... The traps are mainly to catch anyone before they get a chance to come and try and get their hands on the flag. So, any ideas what sort of traps we should try to create? I also mean traps to catch the other team, not idiots," she said, adding the last sentence as a slight jab towards Jace.

Athanasia Theroux
Location Camp Half-Blood, 1F -> E2

Ash patted at the braid that bounded across her shoulder as she bounded after the others. She had little doubt that Arthur and she would be anything other than burdensome. They were young! She had never felt so small! Not to mention did Arthur even know how to use a sword or a dagger? Did Half-Bloods get some ingrained knowledge when they needed to use the weapons or was it survival based on how quick you were to pick up on those said skills? Questions flittered through her mind as she frowned at the skull on the pommel of the rapier. One small hand resting on the noggin's noggin lest he fall off.

"Using weapons is good and all but weren't people say something about powers?" Frowning more to herself as she stepped about a stick, the young girl tapped a finger on the skull's head. A sound accompanied by a complaint about each rap. "I don't really have any. Aside from being able to talk with my friends." Athanasia admitted, ignoring the outraged 'And giving new meaning to drumming up a headache!' from Chatters. "I do know how to stab peole though, and I can always throw Chatters at them." Offered the youngest of the group cheerily. Perhaps only cheered by the fact the skull could annoy more than merely her. Even if she was getting attatched to his incestent bable.

Mona chuckled slightly. "I didn't have a bracelet that turned into a spear or armor to protect me during that. I'd like to see those idiots try to come at me now that I'm armed." It hadn't occurred to her just yet, but the school seemed to be connected to this camp. After all, the lazy gym teacher knew about it. They had student cyclopses. And all of them were children of gods. Surely it wasn't a coincidence.

She pressed forward, keen on keeping an eye on the field in front of her. Mist control aside, she didn't know how each of the children of gods would work with regards to power. "Since I don't know what I can do exactly, can I get a rundown on the powers of Aphrodite? I'd like to have it as a back-up in case things go south out here." It wasn't like she was expecting powers that could blow things up or set fire or anything like that, but anything she could use to her advantage would be worth it.

Jade Schneider

The girl wore an expression of annoyance for a moment whenever the centaur addressed her and his advice was basically to just 'relax'. She had never been particularly good at hiding her emotions. Grumbling in annoyance to herself she turned back to her practice with the damn magic. She read through the spell once more, carefully analyzing how each little bit of it would work for her. Thinking to what the centaur had told her mere moments ago, Jade let out a small sigh before closing her eyes. Not that it made any difference, and taking a deep breath to try to control her breathing and relax a bit before trying her best at the spell once more. Once she felt her irritation ebbing away, and a calm settling in Jade attempted the spell once again. Focusing on the magics required to make it work, Jade attempted to form a flame in her palm.

Then was greeted moments later by the smell of smoke, and a few small sparks hitting her arm. The small burning sensation wasn't really all that painful, but the rage that flared in her chest certainly was. With a loud huff she threw the spellbook down and said quite a few words that were rather un-ladylike. Though a few moments later, her mind focused on a single thing. She had actually produced sparks that time! Instead of the usual just smoke! The girl almost squealed at this discover, as that was something she had been completely unable to do mere hours beforehand. She wanted to celebrate, but told herself not to do that just yet. She could celebrate when she could complete the spell. With new determination flowing through her veins, Jade picked up the spell book and dusted it off. Determined to make everything work for her this time around.

Camp Half-Blood:

Eva looked over her shoulder at Marygold and Andy smirking slightly mainly towards herself which was pretty funny seeing Jace nearly fall on his ass and face. She made a note to trip him more often whenever she had the chance to as she continued to move forward and looked at some of the trees and thought for a moment. Eva looked over at Andy and shook her head slightly she didn't like the idea of having her being used as bait for the more experienced campers. "Nope, not planning on using you as bait." Eva said as she thought of something looking at the closest trees. "We hide up in the trees so that we aren't seen, and then use the plants to our advantage and just snare them up like that." Eva suggested as she moved towards the closest tree and then then used her plant abilities like all children of Demeter have, and then pulled herself up into the branches of the tree and did the same for Andy knowing that she didn't have abilities like she and Mary did.

Theresa looked over her shoulder towards Desdemona when she asked about what abilties they had as children of Aphrodite had and smiled slightly before answering. "Well we have Amokinesis, minor Chlorokinesis though it's not as great as the children of Demeter, Nephelokinesis, and Charmspeak which is probably the rarest ones that we have. Which is basically kind of like mind control in a way I guess is the closest comparison." Theresa said as she got closer she stopped and saw that there were two campers who stopped in front of them, they both smirked slightly. Seeing that they had two children of Aphrodite there which were for the most part pretty easy pickings and Thresa got ready with her sword and shield as she moved forward and managed to knock one of them down and he scrambled back up to his feet.

Alannah heard Ash as she asked her another question and shrugged slightly, abilities passed down from their godly parents always did vary from each other. "It all varies from god or goddess, but seeing as your parent is Hades lord of the underworld and all you and your brother would have powers over his domain and the dead." Alannah said towards Ash as they continued to walk, now that they were behind the two Aphrodite girls now it was just the two of them now. Chiron watched as Jade continued to struggle with her magic he knew it would take awhile to get used to everything and even more to try and master a spell. "Maybe you should try something that is a little bit easier?" Chiron suggested to Jade.

Somewhere Just Outside of Kansas City: 6:05PM

The Ares boy and Hephaestus girl looked at one another and grumbled to themselves they really wished that they weren't on this quest with Aster of all people. "Well no, I don't have the fire ability i'm just really great at building things." She said, the fire ability was mostly for the really rare people their father gave to like Leo. The Ares kid then started to get an evil idea as soon as Aster left, he took out his hunting knife which was made of celestial bronze.

Once Aster was out of ear shot the Ares boy quickly grabbed all four of their fish, and snatched up Aster's jacket. "The Greek gods really do exist, though which parent you belong to we don't know at least until we get back to camp usually that's when you get claimed by your godly parent." She said as she took out a lighter and then started to get some firewood nearby and then quickly started the fire. The Ares kid started to gut the four fish purposefully and started to sneak up on Aster's stuff and purposefully dropping and leaving the bloodied guts on the jacket and quickly went back to cooking the fish.

Kiera Donovan

Location: Camp Half-Blood, C,4

Kiera watched with a little bit of amazement seeing Leda shooting rainbow beams out of her hands which was pretty amazing to watch as the whole thing. And it seems that Leda's little lightshow drew the attention of two more campers, as Tammy moved a little closer towards Leda and Kiera. One of them had a bow and the shot was missed pretty badly landing on a tree nearby, though the arrows were completely harmless it would let out a pretty bad smell as well causing Tammy to gag slightly as well as Kiera. She looked over at the creek nearby remembering that her father was the god of the sea, as she tried to use her ability, only to make small ripples in the water.

"Uhhh, yeah water powers I don't think are working.." Kiera said, as she thought about giving it a try but sadly didn't even work at all really as she sighed, Tammy ran forward as she managed to take the bow from the Ares kid and threw it to the side and looked over towards her sister. "Three on three is pretty fair." Tammy said as she took out her weapon, as Kiera took out her two swords as well looking down at them which were still pretty cool.

Kristin Reynolds

Location: Camp Half-Blood, E,2

Kristin looked towards Arthur for a moment when he asked her how long she had been doing this and smiled slightly and gave a slight shrug. "I've been at camp for about three years now, living here anyway." Kristin said as she continued to walk and she shook her head slightly. "This is just a simple training exercise, and fun so don't think of it like it's some kind of school assignment." Kristin told him they were now at the creek looking over at the water for a moment it would cover their tracks pretty well as well.

"Are you cool with getting your feet and legs a little bit wet, we are going to walk along the creek it's the quickest way to the flag anyway." Kristin asked Arthur as she looked over and noticed a little bit of ripples of water in the distance. She had a feeling and knew who it was since the creek's waters were pretty calm for the most part anyway as she started to make her way to the shoreline of the creek.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Wyandotte County Lake Park
Skills:

”Well good news is that it seems you can build a fire, eh? But no seriously I’m so glad we aren’t having to eat raw fish so thank you.” Demetri moved over towards the Hephaestus girl, away from the gut collecting Ares kid, and sat down on the ground. He brought his knees up to his chest, resting his cheek against it as he watched her build the fire. For kids of gods, they seemed fairly chill and free, not unlike many others kids his age. He began to wonder to himself if the children of gods carried similar traits within families. Did all Ares kids like to pull pranks and rush in? Were all of Hephaestus’s children so nonchalant towards certain matters? Most importantly...were all of Aphrodites children like Aster? Because a whole camp full of him? No thank you.

Demetri unfurled a bit, stretching out his legs as the dirt pushed against his converse, adding a new layer of filth onto the whites of his shoes. His arms outstretched behind him, hands firmly planted down as he stared up at the sky trying to take this all in. Gods, Demi—gods, and myths come to life, how much more of this world was hidden behind a mist of deception? Demetri shook his head lightly, unbelieving at the fact that he was even entertaining the idea of higher powers that could have set the world in motion. If all this was to be true, if he truly was the child of a god, then who was his godly parent? This thought settled into his mind and he was reminded of a story his mother used to tell him when he was just a child growing up. She always referred to him as ‘The Light of Her Life’, stating that she knew his miraculous birth would occur when a golden ray of light showered upon her in the early morning, God willing her to have a child. Demetri had always thought the story some form of fairly tale, something a mother invents to bring wonder and joy to a child’s life. Now he sat here wondering if there was some truth to the tale.

Leda Storm

Location: Camp Half-Blood 4C
Skills: Rainbow Manipulation

"Pfft, my gran can aim better than that"! Leda taunted, seeing the arrow hit the tree and miss them completely. Her eyes were watering a bit from the smell, but given that she had just teased them for poor aim, she didn't want to give them the satisfaction of seeing her plug her nose. Leda also did not consider the irony that her aim had been piss poor a few moments prior as well. Instead, she got an idea from an old anime/cartoon she had seen on the telly. "Kiera, Tam, close your eyes," she told them quickly, before opening her fists in front of her, her fingers splayed as if she was about to do jazz hands.

Blinding rainbow light shot out, dazzling and disorienting the Ares campers. "Didn't anyone ever tell you not to look right at the sun?" Leda smirked, hoping that her little diversion would give her friends a moment to take the campers by surprise. She liked the idea of taking a few hostages on their way back to report on the scouting mission. Of course, getting one over on the Ares kids was always a fun time. They were all super into war, while Leda was more of a peaceful demigod (her mother was the original hippie, after all). "I'm just too hot for you arses."

Ezekiel Kel

Location: 6F ---> 6G ---> 3G -- Camp Half-Blood

”Let’s just focus on winning the game first,” Ezekiel laughed. He really couldn’t concentrate on more than one thing at a time. It would be either dedicating his time to pranking Kiera or helping his team win Capture the Flag. He looked out at the river and made sure his weapons were secured before he stepped into the water and started to wade across. They had to cross, no matter what. If they were detected then they could serve as a distraction.
Thankfully they both make it across with no issues and no one seems to jump on them immediately. Ezekiel sighed and grabbed his bow, notching an arrow before he continued to move forward.”We need to get on the other side of the tree line.” Until they were covered, they were sitting ducks out in the open, beside the river bed. It was easy moving for them as they made it to the trees and crept their way through the foliage. They had made a pretty far distance still without coming across anyone. ”Are they even playing?” He smirked to himself at his joke and started to scan around them. They should be getting close to the flag now.

Andy

Location:E6 (following Marygold as she moves)

That was that idea out Andy thought. She bit at her lip following Marygold and Eva. She took a long moment thinking before saying the next thing. "I can control electricity...sort of. I've never been super good at it, but I've hurt a few... uh Monsters with it in the past." She didn't dare mention the one fight she had had with the fellow foster kid. "I don't really have any ideas for how to do traps, except maybe like dig a hole, but I don't think you can do that with plant powers. If you could though you could cover the hole perfectly I bet." It was the only idea she really had when it came to traps.

Being pulled up into the tree by the tree itself was a little odd. Andy seemed a bit freaked out by that, but once she was up in the tree she was fine. "I can help spot people coming though." She offered, not sure how else she could help. She didn't want to try to draw any electricity to her in case it gave away their location, but she would blast anyone if Eva or Marygold asked her to.

Aster Damien Luxiel

Location: Wyandotte County Lake Park
Skills: N/A

Aster remain unaware of the disgusting prank the boy was playing, enjoying the feeling of weightless from floating on the lake. There wasn’t any sense of responsibility or worrying about other people. You could just watch the world turn and not give a damn about clothes or parents. But with water came pruning and Aster would be damned if he’d be seen with wrinkles. He let himself indulge for a few minutes longer, diving beneath the surface before he stepped back up on land. His nose wrinkled at the smell of fish gut and the mess splattered all over his jacket. While certainly annoying, the jacket would disappear soon anyways. Leave it to an Ares kid to pick the worst target for a prank. Idiots.

He grabbed his sandals out of his bag and slipped them on after making sure his feet were clean of dirt. Aster didn’t bother with other clothes, lacking the typical embarrassment nudity inflicted. He made his way up to the fire, using the conjured shirt as a mat to protect him from the ground. He pulled his phone out of his bag, logging into instagram and scrolling as he caught up on the world at large.

“Have we figured out who his parent might be yet?” Aster asked, not looking up from his phone. “And by the way, I’m showing him around camp when we get back. Finders keepers and all that.”

Arthur Stanford

Location: E2 ->E3

Arthur gave a funny look at Ash, "When did you learn how to stab people?" He asked, surprised. Not that stabbing was a very hard thing to do, but it was an odd thing for Ash to say. Especially considering that she was a little girl, this struck him as particularly concerning. He figured that if he tried to stab somebody, he'd have at least a little bit of trouble, even if just from having to work up the nerve to hurt somebody in that way.

"Yeah, I don't mind getting my feet wet." Soaked socks were far from the best thing in the world, but he'd need to build up a bit of resilience if he was going to be a running around with demigods, and wet feet seemed like a good place to start. He followed her to the shoreline, ready to step in when it came to that. He took a quick look around, starting to feel a little bit on edge from the game, wondering when they'd start to see their opponents.

Athanasia Theroux
Location Camp Half-Blood, E2 -> E3

Athanasia considered Alannah's explanation of the powers one might receive from one's godly parent and found it rather dissatisfactory. The fact her friends rarely left graveyards and such was explained by that. She had long ago suspected them to be exactly what they were. Ghosts. The sad forlorn looks they had when she had left had made her want to stay and talk with them more, but her mother had always insisted. Graveyards were dangerous after night Mother had said. The ghosts who were friendly would be of little help against the boogeymen that went bump in the night. Shivering at a particularly nasty recollection, Athanasia eyed the rippling creek and tried to forget that horrifying night.

It wasn't that she didn't mind getting wet, but it seemed a little bit extreme. Especially if this was only a game. "Stab. Slash. Parry." She quipped at Arthur as she flipped her braid over one shoulder. A smug smile on her lips. "Mother insisted on me learning how to fight. I begged her to let me learn about fencing." Though she was barely a novice, she still knew very well which end went into her opponent and where ideally to hit. It was more about the form and the practice now than the actual fighting. Ingrain the good habits early, her teacher had said. Whatever that meant. Though that seemed about to change. Stepping carefully, Athanasia tried to keep clear as much water as she could, glowering at the slippery rocks.

Desdemona Pemberton

Location: Camp Half-Blood - F5

Mona fought off a sigh as she knew Theresa meant well, but she was growing frustrated. "So, I attended a school I had no idea was full of mystical creatures. Even though my grades were good, we never took classes on magic powers and greek lore, so forgive me when I say I still have no idea what you are talking about. Saying the names isn't going to make me learn them faster. What are they specifically so in the event I may need to use them, I'll know."

She kept her guard up as they continued, though she was sure they were inching towards the flag. Defenses would be up, of both the physical and mystical variety, so the quicker she learned what possible tricks she had up her sleeve, the better her chances of coming out on top. Or at least, not embarrassing herself.

Jade Schneider

The girl stopped practicing for a good while, her attention stolen by the sounds of the fighting from the capture the flag game going on in the background. The sounds of people fighting made her wonder how many people were getting hurt out in the fight, despite the fact that the ones running the place didn't overly seem concerned about the games. She wondered if her cabinmates were winning the fight, and almost wondered what would have happened had she try to participate. Though that thought was quickly pushed out of her mind as a mere fantasy, considering she had virtually no combat skills and couldn't even see for that matter. She would've served no purpose except as a punching bag for the other team. Letting out a long sigh as she tilted her head to the side, she wondered about how long it would take for her to learn enough skills to be useful in such a situation.

Turning her attention back towards the spellbook that sat open in her lap, she let out a long sigh as she tilted her head towards the book. As if she was reading the book despite not being able to really see the book. After a few moments, she ran her fingers across the braille once more, yet again trying to figure out if she had missed anything in the spellbook. Satisfied that she had quite completely managed to read every bit of information that one could gleam from the text. Then focusing once more on the process of calming herself, gathering the magic, and exerting it to gather the air in enough to ignite. Then focusing on igniting the air and turning it into a ball of flame floating above her palm, like a true little sorceress. Except that wasn't exactly what happened, instead a few small embers popped this time along with the sparks, followed by a sigh of an irritated young girl.

Marygold Isley

Location: Camp Half-Blood - 6E -> 5D
Skills: Chlorokinesis

Mary nodded her head in agreement with Eva. "Yeah, there isn't a need for anyone to try and lure anyone over here," she said simply to Andy. There wasn't a need to have anyone act as bait, it was more then a little bit pointless. Not to mention it would have put Andy in danger, and that wasn't a good idea. "Tripping them up a bit with our powers tends to be more of what we do, though we probably could do the hole thing if we really wanted to. That probably would be more then a little bit funny."

After a few moments, and watching Eva get herself up into the tree and pulling Andy up with her powers as well. Then it was her turn to use her powers to get herself up the tree. It took her a little longer to pull it off then she would have liked, but eventually she was up in the tree with the other two. Mary nodded her head at what Andy said, "So, sounds like our job can start then if the other team is already making their way over here, that certainly will make things way more interesting."

Camp Half-Blood:

Theresa rubbed the back of her neck slightly and smiled awkwardly, she should have given some kind of description of their abilities. "Well Amokinesis, but basically it's love manipulation, make people fall in love with you, or someone or if you are really wanting to mess with someone make them love a rock or something like that. Chlorokinesis basically you can control over plants, like I said nothing on the level of the Demeter kids and make plants grow, or wither if you wanted to. Or even have use them as weapons or traps I guess. Nephelokinesis, is control the formation of clouds which I guess you can have them used for making cover or something in a fight, and then Charmspeak you can make people do whatever you want." Thresa answered Desdemona, she then stopped where she was as she noticed three people and then glared directly at Jace who was standing in the between of the two Ares kids and smirked a bit towards them. "Hey there newbie, i'll let you guys have the first shot if you like." Jace said towards them, which made Thresa a little bit annoyed as she took her sword and quickly managed to knock down the kid on the right.

"Well you did choose to go along the creek so some people probably really don't want to get wet." Bryan said jokingly as he could hear some people talking, by the sounds of it was Thresa and then took out his bow as well looking over at Zeke as they made their way through the treeline. So far there wasn't really anyone who was close by which was pretty good at least they wont have any problems at all which was good. "So, thoughts on the whole prophecy thingy Rosie called out a few days ago or whatever?" Bryan asked Zeke as he looked around a bit more still on alert for any traps.

Eva watched as Marygold started to have a little bit of trouble getting up onto the tree she had chosen, and was tempted to help her out but Mary ended up getting into the tree with no problem. She leaned back a little bit looking over towards Andy saying that she had managed to kill a monster on her own at her age was pretty amazing. But then again children of the Big Three were always the most powerful in the first place. "We are pretty close to the water you could zap the water in case anyone comes through." Eva suggested as she stopped when she heard a sound and raised an eyebrow looking over her shoulder a bit. When she saw it was just an Ares kid making his way through the woods she calmed down a bit. "Well we could just vine them kind of like batman style you know dangling upside down or something." Eva suggested, she noticed a flash of light and a few other colors from over by Zeus' Fist. "Looks like the Iris kids are having fun."

Over at the dining pavilion things were kind of quiet now still while others were watching the game of capture the flag there Rosie finally appeared now as she made her way and started to grab herself a plate, and made her way over noticing that Jade was there. The Oracle came over towards her and sat down next to her. "Hi there, how are you?" Rosie asked extending her hand towards Jade.

Somewhere Just Outside of Kansas City: 6:30PM

The Hephaestus Girl (give them both names if you two want. :P) looked over towards Demetri and smiled slightly as the fire was as big as she could get it right now. She leaned back a bit as the Ares kid came walking back as he put the fish down on the fire to cook and checked it every once in awhile. "So, got any questions?" The Ares Boy asked Demetri as he whipped his hands of fish guts and blood on his pants, not really caring if it was dirty or not. They had been away from camp for the past week or so now, as he cracked his neck and leaned back. The Hephaestus girl turned her attention over towards Aster and shook her head slightly, she didn't know yet but she was pretty sure it was Zeus. "Maybe the big guy Zeus or something since he can shapeshift." The Hephaestus girl said.

Kiera Donovan

Location: Camp Half-Blood, C,4

Kiera looked over towards Leda and nodded as Tammy knew what she was going to do as well and managed to cover her eyes just in time as Leda lit up the area blinding the three of them. Kiera then opened her eyes again as she could see the three Ares kids were stumbling and groaning a bit disoriented. "That's actually pretty useful for quick getaways." Kiera said, as she looked over towards the nearby creek again as she started to try again and then concentrated on the water on the creek again. And she managed to actually get it working this time as a large wave of water from the creek came rushing over, knocking the three Ares kids down even more.

Tammy clapped Kiera on the back and smiled a little bit, seeing that the Ares kids were still alright they were just stunned and completely disoriented as well. "Well she's certainly a keeper." Tammy said looking over at Leda and smirked causing Kiera to blush slightly a little bit as she looked back the way they came. "Want to continue on or head back and tell them whats up?" Tammy asked Leda and Kiera as she looked at the two of them and shrugged slightly. "I am fine with continuing onward." Kiera said shrugging slightly she was actually having a lot of fun as well.

Kristin Reynolds

Location: Camp Half-Blood, E,2

Alannah looked between Arthur and Ash, shrugging slightly as she stared at Kristin she shrugged slightly. "We should split up, and we can cover more ground that way." Alannah suggested looking at Ash. "I can take her through the woods, and you two along the creek sound good?" Alannah also added. Kristin nodded towards her sister, splitting up did sound easier for them. "So, me and Arthur and then you and Ash?" Kristin asked and nodded.

To the two Hades kids it probably would be a bit bad separating them, but it would probably throw the Ares team off seeing them separated. "You two okay with splitting up?" Kristin asked, she didn't really know if they would be on board with the plan getting split up or not was a good thing for them or not.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Wyandotte County Lake Park
Skills:

Demetris head turned over to face Aster as he heard his voice in the distance. The child of Aphrodite stood there naked, for all to see. It made sense really, Venus emerging from the sea, naked and free for all, and then there stood her child emerging from a lake naked as well. Honestly Demetri was beginning to think that there must be some shared characteristics between parent and child, it made sense genetically, but just how much do genetics play into the world of gods? He turned his gaze away from the nude child and looked at quite literally anything else. ”Dear lord have you no sense of dignity? Don’t answer that, I’ve an inkling i already know what you’ll say.” Demetri tried to recall anything that would help in the search for his parent, some detail that may spark some sort of catalyst before being claimed. He listened as the Hephaestus girl mentioned her theory on Zeus being his parent and he just laughed at the idea.

”That’s a laugh. Finding a kid of Zeus must be like finding a needle in a pushpin. There, apparent, and way too many to actually fit. I mean honestly, who hasn’t the guy porked? I wouldn’t be surprised if I was his.” The moment that he’d gotten his weapon flashed into his mind, the bolt of lightning that came crashing down onto the earth just before the monster had attacked him. Could every appearance of such weaponry always be so flashy? Or was this due to his parent being a lord who wields bolts of thunder and used one to send it to him? Too many questions and not enough answers at the moment, though Demetri was sure that all this speculation was no real help until someone decided to pony up and claim him. He had decided to keep these thoughts to himself, not letting on as to what exactly his powers were nor how he got his weapon or the story of his ‘miraculous’ conception. ”So just how many kids of Zeus are there? Oh and while we’re at it, is Heracles actually real? Cuz he seems like he’d be an...interesting older brother to say the least.”

Leda Storm

Location: Camp Half-Blood 4C -> 6E
Skills: Superhuman Speed

"You act like she's up for adoption," Leda teased Tammy, after her sister called Kiera a keeper. She knew her sibling could tell that Leda liked Kiera, but she was also majorly cramping her style. She didn't want Kiera to know just yet. She wanted to lay an intricate net - one fit to catch Aphrodite, even - and then spring the trap. Going through all of the secretive planning in just a day? That was boring. She wanted to play a bit of a long game with Kiera. It would be more fun that way, especially since in Leda's opinion, most relationships were destined to end eventually. Why rush into things? "Let's keep on going," Leda agreed.

Picking up Kiera bridal style, she gave the daughter of Poseidon a wink before she took off again at superhuman speed. It was exhausting, running while carrying someone else. She was so tempted to just let go of Kiera and let her walk the rest of the way, but waiting for Kiera to catch up was more annoying than how exhausting it was to carry her. Making sure to try to stay out of sight as she moved across the field, Leda stopped running once they got to the flag location, panting profusely and her blood was pounding in her ears. "Give me a mo'," she requested, trying to catch her breath as she braced her arms against her knees, bent over slightly.

Ezekiel Kel

Location: 3G -- Camp Half-Blood

As they walked through the trees, virtually undetected, Ezekiel would raise the bow up every once in awhile to sight something he saw moving or just to give pause to everything else he was doing so he could completely focus on one thing. Other than birds and distant shouting, Ezekiel didn’t see or hear much of anything. It was as much of a relief as it was boring. He looked over at Bryan when he mentioned the prophecy and he smirked.
”I wonder sometimes if Rosie just gets bored in that cave and makes things up. ‘A world of darkness shall bring all of the Gods to their knees…’ Really? That is highly unlikely. Our father is the literal Sun God. If there is going to be a world of darkness it's because he forgot to turn the light back on. Hades is virtually caged up so I don’t see him turning the world to darkness. The whole prophecy thing is stupid and I don’t see why it is our problem to worry about.” As much as Ezekiel had this unyielding need to prove himself, he sure didn’t like having to fight the battles of others. He didn’t ask for this life but he did like being at camp. It’s why he was full-time from nearly the beginning. This was his home and he would protect his home but he didn’t care about the rest of it. No one else ever did.

Aster Damien Luxiel

Location: Wyandotte County Lake Park
Skills: N/A

“Nope. Not a single Zesus kid at camp. Those cabins have been empty since before I started attending.” Aster said, leaning back on his hands as he ignored Demetri’s protesting squawk. The swim helped immensely, scrubbing off the sweat and dirt from the earlier fight but he still felt gross. He really should add more supplies to his bag. He rummaged through it, pulling out one of his chapstick and applied it as he thought. Shapeshifting was a terrible indicator. Basically all the gods did in one myth or another. He tossed the chapstick at Demetri afterwards and pulled out his lotion. Child of the Goddess of Beauty or not, there was still work to do to look perfect.

“Put that on. I can practically hear your lips cracking. It hurts my soul. You too, Jackson. Angie actually takes decent care but the canyons will distract me tonight.” Aster demanded as he rubbed the lotion into his hands, tossing the bottle into his bag. A smug grin tugged itself over his lips. “If you’re one of Zeus’s children, then I struck gold. Me, single handedly bringing in one of the big guy’s kids and after I saved him from a cyclops. I do love being me.” Aster sighed happily, checking his reflection out of habit. His grin tugged downwards into a thoughtful frown. “No other useful clues? How’d you get your hands on celestial bronze? I doubt you just stumbled across it.”
