With the warning delivered, Nuallán swiftly went back to his position nearby the two princesses, still keeping a vigilant eye on the few humans that were causing trouble. Fortunately, Caelan and the black haired human seemed to be the only ones acting in such a way, with the other humans even expressing their appreciation to the words Nuallán said, such as Ismael, who had thanked him and the quiet girl, who seemed to like his words so much to even applaud him. While he knew that both humans would probably be rather troublesome to deal with, he still was glad to know that at least two of them appreciated his efforts to keep things civilized and in order and the other humans seemed to understand the warning he gave. Giving a discreet nod towards Ismael, thanking him for his appreciation and jokingly giving a small, theatrical bow to quiet girl with a smile, Nuallán continued looking at both Caelan and the dark haired human. Not only the two of them had openly displayed hostile actions against the two princesses, the dark haired human was still armed and weaving his dagger around.

As the rest of the humans helped themselves to the clothes that were provided, with the females entering the curtains that were asked by Princess Annya per their request and brought by a maid and after a few words from Princess Annya to Caelan, who was perhaps the better one among the troublemakers, Nuallán gave a discreet nod, greeting Kharne as he spoke to Princess Annya.

When Nuallán thought things would calm down though, the dark haired human decided to continue with his little show, despite the situation he encountered himself into and the delicate warning that Nuallán himself gave. While the words he say would leave any other person lose their composure, Nuallán simply looked back at him, unfazed by the human's provocations as he continued to shout and insult those around him. While he didn't really care of what the human said to him, his arrogance, his hostile, uncivilized behavior and the complete lack of respect towards the princess were things that he wouldn't tolerate. While he walked around, it was clear by the way Nuallán was moving that the human had crossed a line he shouldn't have.

The very moment the dark haired human finished, before Nuallán could say anything, Princess Annya, who also seemed to be tired of the dark haired man's insolence began speaking. With a furious tone, she approached him, chastising him for his actions and speaking her mind regarding how he was acting. While Nuallán agreed with every word she said, knew how enraged she was and he knew exactly how skilled she was in combat, he still maintained close distance to him, worried he might try doing anything. As she finished, finally calming herself down, Princess Rosaria began speaking too, being way kinder and way more understanding than the human deserved, despite everything he did. When she was about to finish, a soldier interrupted her, whispering that the dark elves had begun to move and that they needed to leave now. Gently tapping on the dark haired male's hand, Princess Rosaria called him, Caelan and the quiet girl to follow them as she turned away.

"Certainly, Lady Rosaria." He said, with a respectful bow before turning towards Annya.

"Please, be careful as well, Princess Annya." he said with a bow.

The very moment Rosaria turned away, Nuallán moved closer to the dark haired male, swiftly and almost in an imperceptible manner, he moved in a way so the human would know that he couldn't escape him as he began talking to him in a low tone, only for him to listen.

"It seems you are under the impression that you occupy some kind of grand and important position, Human... Let me clarify, you were never in a position to order me around in the first place." Nuallán replied. If the change in his tone and even the way how he wasn't treating the human as a guest anymore weren't a clear enough indication that the human was now walking on thin ice, the fact that Nuallán was clearly moving himself in a way the dark haired man was always within his reach made it even clearer that the human could in fact die if he did any wrong movement.

"Do not mistake me for a common servant and do not mistake servants for slaves. The only ones in the entire kingdom who can give me orders are the Royal family, whom my own family serves and protects with pride since times immemorial." Nuallán continued, getting closer to the dark haired man, his eyes fixed on him almost in the same way a predator has it's eyes on it's prey.

"You were a guest, until the moment you rejected and stepped on the royal princesses' hospitality and goodwill, instead pointing your dagger at them. Now you are an inconvenience. A threat? No... Both of the princess do not need me to deal with someone like you. Still, I would gladly do so if that means they will not get their own hands dirty." Nuallán continued.

"This will be my last warning, human. Do not test my patience or mistake my politeness for passiveness. The next time you show any type of hostile behavior, no matter how small it may be, not even Princess' Rosaria's kindness will save you. I will be watching every breath you take from now on." Nuallán finished, moving away to the spot he was a moment ago before Princess Rosaria finished grabbing the bags that Annya had prepared for the humans.

Getting ready to leave, Nuallán moved towards Princess Rosaria's side as she left the castle, being greeted with a breathtaking view, almost as a sad reminder that they wouldn't be able to enjoy such view in tranquility for a long time. Smiling back kindly towards Rosaria, Nuallán couldn't help but be worried for her. While he knew princess Annya had a personality and a temper that were much more adequate to times of war, Princess Rosaria was different. He knew how determined and intelligent she was and how she was ready to do whatever it took for the kingdom and the people, but Rosaria was also overwhelmingly kind... And he knew that more often than not, such kindness had no place in times of war.

"The quiet human girl, she somehow remembers me of you when you were younger, my lady. I think you might enjoy her company." Nuallán said, standing besides her with a smile on his face.

"That said, I urge you to be careful around the dark haired human, Lady Rosaria. You do not need to suffer his insolence and rudeness. He does not deserve your kindness." he said looking to her with a worried expression.

Getting closer to the border of the forest, with the trees and the foliage not as dense as they were, Myra moved cautiously, not wanting to be discovered by any dark elf as she investigated her surroundings. The bad feeling that started when she saw the dark elves speaking in the sky was still with her until now, almost as if urging her to be careful. After a bit of walking though, Myra suddenly heard a noise coming a dozen meters ahead in the forest, together with an unfamiliar scent.

Using her camouflage, Myra sneaked closer to the strange scent, until she was met with a strange creature that was talking to itself. With sharp claws, gray skin and horns, the creature had a rather dangerous look, which contributed even more for Myra to not approach it outright, instead simply watching it from a safe distance while using her camouflage to hide herself. While the creature seemed to be a bit confused... or maybe thinking at first, it suddenly leaped forwards beginning to run on all fours towards north. Surprised with the sudden movement, Myra began running after it, still curious about what that creature was. While it wasn't exactly silent as it ran, instead being almost the exact opposite, it was undeniably fast. With her camouflage making her only somewhat transparent, due to the speed she was running, she continued going after the creature, sometimes running behind it, sometimes besides it, in a safe distance away as she curiously watched how it ran and how it moved in an agile, dexterous manner despite it's size and muscular build.

Nabarra and Nimueh

Time: 9:00 AM
Location: Roshmi City Greenhouse & Rooftops
Interactions: Ourselves, bitch
Mentions: Ourselves, bitch
Equipment:

Nabarra watched the man struggle with his conscience before taking his hand off his sword and rolling his shoulders. She relaxed. She let the tension shed from her jaw and fists, flexing and relaxing to break free. She shifted her weight onto her left hip and started wiping the sweat off her head. That was too close. "Name's Nabarra by the way. Do ya know somewhere I can get a fuckin' -"

A sharp pain exploded in her right hip. An arrow clattered off the cobbles on the ground next to her. She noted the direction the man was looking in. That and the direction the arrow came from... the rooftops. Instinct took over as she made a dive-roll towards her weapons, scooping up her dagger and jamming it between her teeth.

She took off like an arrow. Ironic.

She ran to the closest wall, building momentum, speeding up into it. Her next step landed on the wall. She shot up and out, towards the opposite wall, grabbing at a ledge. The sharp movements caused the cut to burn. It seared through her mind. Drove her rage. Energised her. She pushed off the wall with all four limbs, leaping upwards, grasping onto the tiled roof above and hauling herself up. Now, crouched on the rooftops, she looked around for whoever shot at her.

Another arrow flew for her. “Shit.” Nimueh hissed under her breath as she nocked another and moved away from the ledge. Lunathea cursed her. The first should should’ve been near fatal. Instead her prey was drawing closer. She had no traps here. Only her knives. Had she underestimated Nabarra after all? No, no she would kill her and make her father proud!

Nabarra heard an arrow whizzing past and pivoted. There. Across the gap. A dark elf. Another fucking bounty hunter - her rage rose. Without hesitation she jumped, taking off with both feet, drawing her dagger mid-air. She landed on the opposite roof and used all the momentum from her jump to explode straight into a run.

Another arrow flew from Nimueh. It struck Nabbara in the upper arm. Nimueh threw her bow away then. It was useless anyway. With her twin knives drawn she charged forward. Her blood boiled but her eye was on the one knife of Nabarra. Once close she leapt forward like a spider for its prey. Trying to bite down with her daggers into Nabarra’s clavicles, but Nabarra was quick and stopped in her tracks. Nimueh fell short, but rolled back on her feet.

Nabarra stepped off to the left, not far, but enough. She lashed out for the other woman with a precise lunge, aiming for where the roll would take her. Nimueh spun to the right. The hit caught her cheek. The huntress yelped in pain but turned to face Nabarra again. Hate raged in her eyes. Personal hate. She rushed forward, getting close to Nabarra. Slashing at the raider’s knife to block it, while she tried to stab into the abdomen.

Nabarra pulled her knife from its path and changed tack, ducking down and off to the side, lowering her center of gravity. The jab missed her abdomen, but cut into her upper shoulder. Her left arm reached to the rear of Nimueh’s knee and her right arm reached up to catch the left arm arm and lock it against her back. She drove her left shoulder towards Nimueh’s hip, aiming to destabilise.

From spider to bug, Nimueh found herself caught. Panic overtook her. No, she would not end it like this! She would destroy Nabarra. With a clang she dropped her left dagger and pulled back to slash at Nabarra. As her arm moved shadows and blackness followed, going straight for her grappler. Halfway through the slash the darkness burned away in the sun.

This changed the plan. Slightly.

Nabarra stood upright, lifting Nimueh’s thigh in the crook of her elbow. The pain seeping from her wounds hurt like a bitch, but that was no matter. It just forced her to focus.

The tip of Nabarra’s dagger met the blow halfway, driving into Nimueh’s hand, sheathed in its own magic. It stopped the slash. The wound burned as the two women’s magic fought for dominance. It was close, but Nimueh’s magic was no match. Pain seared up her arm, eating into her nerves. Nabarra let go of her dagger and her right arm shot upwards, towards Nimueh’s throat. With her left arm around Nimueh’s knee, and her right arm around Nimueh’s throat, the fight was over.

With a short, sharp twist, Nabarra drove the other woman back-first into the roofing tiles. A satisfying crunch. She lifted Nimueh’s head and slammed it into the tiles a few more times for good measure.

”Who the fuck are you?” she spat. Her left hand recovered her dagger, and placed the point atop Nimueh’s heart. ”And why the fuck’re you following me? Fuckin’ answer or I’ll fuckin’ cut yer bloody throat out.”

Nimueh was wild-eyed. She tried to squirm away, to no avail. The questions sounded muted. As if both women were underwater talking. “Your end.” Nimueh managed to say. Or at least that is what she was supposed to be. She had failed and it revolted her. With every passing second she felt more sick with herself. “Did you think you could just run? You’re the shame of my fa-“ She stopped suddenly. No, no she was just a soldier under him now. “-the general.” Tears of pain began to pool in her eyes. She was such a bloody weakling. Nimueh grinded her teeth. “You have to die.” With her one free hand she was frantically looking for anything to use.

”Oh my fucking lord are you crying? And you’re saying that you’re my end? You’re fucking pathetic,” Nabarra replied, laughing. She let go of Nimueh’s neck for a second to let her catch her breath. And punch her in the jaw. She continued, I’m the shame of your family? Fuckin’ look at you! Now, again. Who. The. Fuck. Are you? What fuckin’ general?”

Nabarra’s jaw was set in a hard line and her eyes were steely with hate. She would not stand for these cowardly attacks.

Nimueh spat out a bit of blood to the side. The pain was growing dull. Like a distant sensation. But Nabarra’s words cut deep. “Ever the dark elf. You may think you can change but… well look at you.” Nimueh said softly, though in her heart she was seething.

“I am Nimueh, daughter of Xenelith, the Great General.” She locked eyes with Nabarra, and even though a tear dropped from the corner of her eye she met the raider’s steely, hateful gaze in kind.

Nabarra scowled. ”Oh. You,” she said. ”I have the skills yer fuckhead Dad drilled into me. But that doesn’t mean I am like you. Or your shitfucker father. Difference is that I’m beatin’ the shit out of you and not some helpless fuckin’ peasant who’s just tryna eat.”

She looked into Nimueh’s eyes and saw… hate. And pain. Feelings she knew all too well. Old emotions came flooding back into her heart as the tears welled into Nimueh’s eyes, betraying the hard edge she put forward. That hit Nabarra like a snowstorm - hard, fast, and cold. Her next words were full of sorrow. ”W- we aren’t so different. Your Dad - Xenelith - will never be impressed by you. Stop killing for him. For yer own sake.

That was a lie. If Nabarra knew it or not, her father had been impressed with the raider before. It made the word she spoke now sound hollow though. But what made Nimeuh really, irrationally angry were the insults towards her father. “That’s where you’re wrong.” Nimueh said, almost softly. “I’ll never be a traitor.” With the back of her right hand she pusher Nabarra’s knife away at the cost of a long gash. With her left, stabbed, hand swung with all her might at Nabarra. Hitting her square in the jaw, making just enough of an opening to jump from under her.

Nimueh ran towards the edge of the roof, looked down, then back at Nabarra. “I’ll get you!” She yelled. “You’ll die by my hand. I swear on Halastra!” With those words spoken she let herself fall backwards off the roof.

”Stop fuckin’ followin’ me!” Nabarra yelled after the elf. She put her dagger back between her teeth and climbed back down the wall, finding herself face-to-face with the man from before. She looked him in the eyes as her pain caught up with her. ”Let’s get a drink.”

Annya returned his greeting and offered food as well, which earned the small woman a bit of a toothy grin in response. "Thank you for your, and your sisters, hospitality." He stated before shifting fluidly away from her. His movements lacked a type of grace, but his animalisticness added its own to him. He'd never win a dancing contest but movement and combat he'd probably be pretty damn good. He moved wide around the humans gathering at the food cart to give them a little space. After all they had probably never seen anything like him before.

As he shifted away the dark skinned human essentially lost any semblance of civility. More dagger waving, exclamations, words put in others mouths, insults, disrespect to the man-servant of Princess Rosaria. Basically making a right ass of himself while also assaulting food for no reason, as if stabbing a roasted chicken was threatening. If this had been his own home there would be questions for a week on what the flying object from his dwelling would have been. But this wasn't his circus, nor his monkeys.

While the dark skinned human kept talking, and was almost immediately reamed into by Annya, Kharne used a knife present and carved off a chicken breast and snagged a drumstick. Food and a show! His teeth made short work of the drumstick, bone and, while Princess Rosaria started speaking. He tried chewing quietly, but bones snapping and crunching up was a little hard to muffle with lips. Annya was fire, Rosaria was ice in this situation it felt like. Annya told it how it was and didn't seem to care if her words upset, while Rosaria tried to cool and calm the situation down.

Either way this chicken was good and it was time to move out judging by both Princess' saying so after all the girls got changed. Why did women take so long to get changed? His armor was on in five minutes! Still he popped the chicken breast into his maw while he waited and made sure his hands were clean of any chicken grease. He did take note of...Nuallán? hovering around the dark skinned human. He could just get slight whispers but from how the man moved it was a clear display of 'I could kill you and there's nothing you can do about it'. That got a tiny smirk from the giant.

Still he shifted back over to Princess Annya. "Once we're in less of a rush and more settled I would like to discuss what my duties are going to be, Princess." He rumbled respectfully.

Sophie & Caelan

Time: 9am
Location:Sun Elf Castle Hall → Outside
Mentions: @baraquielJomari @Potter Rosaria

Caelan was interested in what the princess had told him as she proclaimed that he was a geokinetic. “I guess my training is gonna be a rocky road.” He mused, laughing at his own joke as he spoke. The other princess chick gave him more info, letting him know that he could control dirt and rocks, which he already knew anyway. She also told him that he would have to mind his emotions. “I am so fucking down, this is lit.”

Then he listened as the elf with the pony-tail spoke politely to them all. He was too high to break down what he was talking about, but he got that the gist was to cut the shit. mockingly said, “Yes, Sir!” while saluting the man.

They soon brought out clothing for them, and later a changing room. He went over to the rack and picked up an outfit at random. He began changing right then and there in the middle of the hall with no shame, not bothering to use the curtained stall. The booming voice of someone greeting Annya and he knew immediately that it had been the dragonborn. His eyes lit up with delight.

The dark-skinned dagger-man started bitching again. He caught on to the general idea of what he was saying as with the butler, but the details easily slipped his mind. He watched, thoroughly entertained and slightly annoyed. He thought that he was going too hard about this. When one is summoned to an alternate dimension, one does not simply argue with the only people who can send one back!

Then the Annya chick started going after him furiously. She had some good points even though she sounded overly emotional to him. “Get rekt.” He commented towards the man.

Meanwhile, Sophie had taken advantage of going into a dressing room to change once they were brought out. She was rather quick in her movements, not wanting to take up too much time. She shoved her old clothes in her bag once she had pulled her dress on and the pair of boots that had been brought out for her. She could hear the intense guy from before, still shouting, from inside the curtains. It was difficult to pinpoint what this story was about for Sophie; it was oddly specific and strange. She glanced down at her dress for a moment, picking up each side of the skirt and spinning it back and forth with amusement. Pilgrim.

As Sophie emerged a few moments later, the sight of the brunette in armor charging after the man was before her. Sophie thought the two of them were both really good actors, but the roleplay was getting a little too intense for her. She wasn’t sure she could really keep up with them.

Tapping her chin thoughtfully, she began to consider what time it even was. She let her backpack slip down one arm and she began to open and shuffle through it until she grasped her phone. Sophie pulled it out and glanced at it. It’s definitely not 10pm and I don’t even have service here. From the way the sunlight was peeking through the edges of the curtains, it had to be day time. If she had been in her dorm last night, that meant today… “I have class.”She suddenly thought aloud. As she thought more into it, she became pretty certain she had a quiz today too. Sophie cursed her forgetful nature. It was vital she rushed out of here. Her clothes would be fine since the whole cottage-girl look was a trend anyway; she could just give them back later.

Sophie cleared her throat and struggled to raise her voice to a loud enough volume for all to hear, especially with the chaos going on, ”Sorry, I have to go. Thank you for everything.” Casually, she spun on her heels and began walking to the doorway to make her leave.

Caelan was watching as Annya got notified of something by some other elf. She ended up pointing at him, the angry guy and the purple-haired girl, letting them know they’d be going with her and the butler. When she told them to take a ring, he moved over and took one, glancing over to see if the others were. It looked as if the cute purple-haired girl had not been paying attention whatsoever, again, and was intent on leaving.

He hesitated, then took a ring for her and ran over to her. Caelan grabbed her wrist as she had been walking, which caused her to tilt her head over her shoulder and pause. He put the ring on her finger and told her, “Hey, I don’t know if you’re paying attention but we are not on Earth anymore. This is real. I don’t think you should leave on your own. Come with me we got assigned to the same group.’

“Uhm. Sorry I don’t have time to do this roleplay right now…” Sophie told him in reply, her tone tinged with a bit of nervousness. Her gaze slid to his hand on her wrist and her cheeks reddened, adding, “I will bring the clothes back, I promise! J-Just in a rush.”

“No, watch!” He said, opening her hand. With his one finger, he pointed at the floor. There was a small pebble on the ground. Caelan focused with all of his might like he was taught by all the Jedi from the Star Wars™ series on moving the pebble. It didn’t initially work. The two ended up staring at the pebble awkwardly.

Sophie shuffled her feet, not wanting to waste any more time here. However, she also didn’t want to be rude so she played along, staring at the pebble with him. As nothing happened, she glanced back up at him in confusion, whispering, ”Do you want me to pretend it moved?”

Caelan waved it off and concentrated determinedly. He recalled something about emotion so he thought about something that motivated him as he focused. He moved his other hand to try and make it better to control. Suddenly, the pebble lifted from the ground up. It shakily rose in the air and dropped back to the ground. He cursed under his breath and attempted again. And again. The third time, as he moved his hand along with the pebble, it finally raised above her hand, then fell in her palm. “See we have powers here. Mine is Geokinesis.”

Sophie watched, dumbfounded as the pebble rose in the air again and again. He can actually move it? She was silent as it fell into her palm. She suddenly waved her hand in the space above the pebble, checking for strings. Grasping it in her palm, she stared at it intensely. After retreating into her thoughts for a few moments, she realized his words made sense in the back of her mind. Something in her gut had felt off from the beginning and the facts hadn’t added up. Not to mention, the color of the sunlight had a pink hue that was very unfamiliar. As much as she had been picking up on these things the whole time, her mind had tried to rationalize it all anyway.

Sophie tried to wrap her head around what had all been said so she could make some sense of the situation, but there had been so many details. ”... So… This is a different realm...”She began slowly as if she were tasting her words on her tongue, ”And they brought us here to help them because we have powers here?”

“Yes, that’s exactly it. They need our help. They even offered to help train our powers and if you’d like, we can be partners and learn together.” Caelan looked up at her; he hadn’t noticed how truly pretty she was until he was up close, almost backing down from nervousness. Girls like a guy who takes the lead right?
He thought to himself, before standing confidently behind his words, smiling towards her.

Sophie folded her arms around herself, blushing at his statement. She took a moment to recall his name then stated, ”Ummm… Caelan, right?”

“Yep, Caelan is my name. I don’t think I caught your name though may I ask what it is?” He replied, still smiling.

”I’m Sophie...”She replied with a slight smile, however, her voice drew off as she added,”But… I don’t know if I’m so cut out for this type of thing. I am not sure why I was chosen.” She looked around nervously to get a read on the situation. The dark-haired princess, Rosaria, was definitely trying to leave now and she wanted them two to accompany them. The rush of the situation caused anxiety to rise and she looked back at Caelan, ”My family. I think they’re going to be so worried if I stay…”

“That is a very beautiful name. I can help you like I said we can learn together. I know some Kendo I could possibly teach you. As for being chosen, I think it was random. Look at that guy who stabbed the chicken. “ He stopped talking to point at him, ”He’s not from our time. I don’t even know if you came from the same year I did. I’m sure maybe they can send us to the exact same time so your family doesn’t even know you’re gone. You can ask the princess about it. Just come with us for now because she said it isn’t safe for us to stay.” Caelan then took her hand so she wouldn’t be so afraid or feel like she was alone in this. “Come, we should probably go quickly.” He finished lightly pulling her along.

Sophie stumbled after but quickly picked up her pace. She supposed what he said had made sense and decided to just go with it for now, though she felt overwhelmed by the situation. At least, Caelan seemed sweet. Him holding her hand had eased her fear a little. It had been hard to truly let the idea of being in a new realm sink in, but once Rosaria and her butler had led them outside the castle, there was no denying its truth. She had stared up at the castle, looking over her shoulder in awe as they made their way over a beautiful bridge that seemed like something out of a dream. Sophie would at least have some beautiful things to paint despite everything.

Caelan was awestruck by the outside; he was unsure if him being a little high made everything more colorful but even so the place was beautiful, the castle architecture and the city around looked like it came straight from D&D. His heart raced with excitement from both holding hands with this girl and the world around him. The air felt nice and the lack of smog or pollution was definitely noticeable.

The Joverine Boar

Time:10am
Location: By Riverport
Interaction:@Infinite Cosmos Orenn

Out of the thicket of the deciduous forest, the sound of a snort filled the air. It was a warning to the creature in his territory. The six-foot-long boar looked towards the intruder, digging its front hoof on the dirt as it prepared its charge from the bushes. Moments later, the boar rushed toward Orenn as quickly as possible, aiming its sturdy tusks at him.

Ismael had taken to eating, after all, from the information being presented in the actions of those around them, something was coming, and it was coming fast. So he wanted to make sure he was able to eat what he could before they probably had to leave and march for an unknown amount of time. He wasn't a slob about it though, as he ate he nodded and gave small smiles and nods to those who gave him them.

Ismael watched the scene unfold, his eyes were watching with great detail, these moments tell of a person more quickly than they realize, such situations show what people are most like. Some of the women here seemed to be confused on the situation they are in, some unknowing of the situation, others slow on the uptake of everything altogether. While the men varied so wildly, himself accepting and moving with the chorus, the boy with the Geokinesis, as the princess called it, seemed to think this is some game to play, and the dark-skinned man seemed even to go as wild as to start playing a dangerous game, one where he could find himself trapped in a world where war could be on their doorstep.

Ismael didn't care what the man thought of him, obviously, whatever war he was fighting he wasn't a real fighter in it. If he was a fighter he had nothing on him that said it other than the blade. His hands were too nice, his figure was too slim, and his handle of a weapon was too sloppy, no, he wasn't a fighter. His show was just that, a show, a display, like a Lion's roar or an ape thumping its chest. And it was most apparent he wasn't a fighter, because he would have known from the get-go what to do. Yet with all of that culmination of wrong calls, the worst one was he chose the wrong crowd to show such things to, after all, a display of dominance only works against weaker opponents. Here everyone assumes they are the Apex, that is just the nature of thinking beings, as they will always assume some form of superiority and use it.

Soon those who had enough with his actions had made a show of the situation. Like a burning fire, Princess Annya let into the man about his show and display. She called him out on everything he did wrong, how he tried to play the Strawman card, distorting the actions and ideas of everyone here to set himself on to a pedestal to make himself the better. How he was nothing but a shriveled parasite, and how he would find nothing in this pursuit. Ismael agreed, if this was all you offered as a person, what will you be in 10 years, the man seemed to have beauty as his one saving grace. But all women do, and they are afraid of the same thing, time and age. All flaws are shown when there is nothing else hiding them. And Annya seems not afraid of such things and knows what is right and good, he respected that.

And before anyone could have reacted Princess Rosaria spoke in a cool and calm manner. Leveling and keeping it calmer and trying to move things along. Ismael was actually quite impressed with her, to keep calm when family had been attacked and the very weight of everything falling onto her and around her. Her calmness is quite admirable, and he had respect for her, that isn't something someone can do easily, to stay calm and stoic in the face of such issues as people you summoned to assist you seemed to be against you, quite remarkable.

Right when she finished a silent killer emerged from the shadows, the butler. He showed his skills, his movements were gorgeous, swift, silent, and told a thousand words. His reach had been perfect, right outside of the man's yet just close enough. His swiftness was remarkable, his elegance was that of the idea of a dance, and his eyes were that of a killer. He was trained and very well, as his moves were perfect, Ismael just wished he could hear what was being said, he is a bit of a nosy person. Yet the situation seemed to change and Ismael stopped his scanning the moment a guard rushed in.

Everything seemed to be kicked up, as the stoicism on Princess Rosaria's face weakened to dismay for a short moment before hardening again. It seemed whatever was happening was happening now. As Ismael looked to the bags that are set out, and 10 rings were set for everyone to wear. Ismael quickly took one and put it on as something changed about him. His face had changed, it shifted how his face looked and made the Demi-human ears on his head look perfectly attached as if he was always a demi-human.

Once Ismael set the ring onto his finger, he quickly started grabbing the rest of the rings and bags that weren't grabbed and handing them to everyone. He knew whatever was coming, it was coming fast, so they needed to go. Yet once he got to Jomari, he went up and set the bag and ring in his hand as he said, "No one cares where you came from nor what you did before right now. We aren't home, the best thing to do is cooperate to survive. You best learn that now...". As Ismael turned and started to hand out the rest of the equipment, but not before finishing off with, "since that's the only thing you seem good at".

Once Ismael finished passing things out, he waited until Annya and the others were ready to leave. Once they left he was met with a shockingly beautiful sight, crystal clear waters, a bright blue sky, and near suffocatingly clean air. This was definitely not home.

"It has become colder… Ice Devils? No. Not here. Not in this plane… Why then?" The concept of the temperature dropping relative to his direction of travel seemed a bit strange for Vrexen. Too simple for a creature from the chaotic realm of the Abyss. He'd definitely need to see more of this plane and take in as many details as he was capable. It would make him a much more effective hunter.

As he moved through the forest, his nose picked up something faint. Blood and… Vrexen looked to his right and left as he moved, but saw nothing, or more so missed a detail in his poor attempt at searching. There was something with him, but he couldn't see it. No matter how he traveled or what direction he veered off in, it was there! Close enough to smell, but constantly elusive to his sight. And so, he slowed to a stop and stood upright and still. He narrowed his eyelids with his head on a swivel and his tail whipping around almost wildly.

"Demon… Show yourself, brethren, as you have no need to clash with me. Our mother wills cooperation. And so, I will grant it…"

"For now… I will gut you and stain the snow-covered ground in your warm blood if you test my patience…"

It was a dark mumble from under his breath. He would keep natural hostility at bay as it was required. Vrexen promised his mother he would try, but the red-faced demon had his limits.

Lizzie made a mental note that she could, in fact, acquire a gun in this world and it was from the dwarves. She was unsure what that would entail entirely, but she definitely needed one. If push came to shove she was sure there were some around here who carried guns, she could likely steal one if she were crafty enough. That was definitely an option she would have to carefully weigh.

They drew in closer to the two men she’d seen and realized they were who Barboda was leading them towards to talk to. She eyed both of the men with a slight smirk as Barboda addressed them. He was very to the point with things which she supposed could be a good thing at times. Lizzie personally enjoyed throwing out some flattery at times and apparently she wasn’t alone with this. Nym had introduced himself as the finest sailor there and the bastard of the sea. He also asked who the captain was and she was about to step forward, but the fairy called Helio caught her attention with his flirty remark.

As this was all happening, another joined their group whom Éliane also seemed to know, which had Lizzie wondering if the woman knew everyone. Éliane seemed to be distracted recounting all that had happened and Lizzie took this moment to respond to the other two. ”Why don’t you come back with me to my captain's cabin so I can show you some of my art?” She took a moment to look the red headed fairy up and down before looking to Nym.

”You’re more than welcome to join as well. It could be quite a bit of fun and us bastards need to stick together, savvy?” She gave the man a wink as she took in his appearance. He was quite exotic looking, but in a way that truly intrigued Lizzie. She noted the one eye being covered and wondered what the story was there. He also looked strangely like...a shark? This land truly did have some neat characters. It also didn’t escape her notice that Helio was a prince. If that were the case then perhaps it would be good to keep him around, especially if he had coin.

Her attention was now pulled to Éliane as she introduced the new woman as Tigerlily. She gave the blue haired woman a nod of her head and smirked. She was truly getting lucky with all these lovely looking people. She briefly wondered what Barboda looked like under that helmet again, but brushed that off. She gave Éliane a smile as Lizzie now spoke to everyone. ”Aye, thank you for the introduction, my dear. The names Captain Lizzie, please don’t let my current appearance fool you. I’m in need of a new outfit, a hat, rum, food, and a crew. If you’re willing, I would be delighted to have ya join me.” She exclaimed, giving Tigerlily a wink as she mentioned food and rum. Lizzie realized it had been a hot minute since she’d eaten a decent meal.

Orias simply watched as the dark elf, Nabarra, clambered up the wall and after the archer. This was not his fight, and even if he did believe her a traitor to her own race, he wasn’t risking his neck for a dark elf. This turn of events actually made things a lot easier, he’d leave whether or not he was going to extend a small amount of trust to Nabarra up to the gods. If she died, the problem was over, if not he’d accept her story. By Nabarra’s own admission she’d killed plenty, he’d lose no sleep over the death of a dark elf, and he could think of far better ways for him to die, than getting involved in another’s business.

So Orias waited and after a brief amount of time, Nabarra returned looking a little worse for the wear. You have a rather twisted sense of humor, Lightgiver. If it was Solaris’s will for him to keep company with a dark elf who was he to question it, the gods had given their answer. As Nabarra suggested a drink he gestured towards the exit from the alleyway, preferring for her to lead the way. Maybe he accepted her story of being a traitor but he certainly wasn’t going to give his back to any dark elf.

“You realize that you will draw unnecessary attention, a dark elf, walking through a tavern, bleeding all over the floor. Let’s spare the fine citizens the heart attacks and pick up a cloak and some bandages first.” He suggested. “I’m Koldar.” He added, the fake name sliding off the tongue without hesitation, as it had for nearly a century. “So, you said you were in Roshmi to protect, got someone in mind?” He asked. A way to fight dark elves while staying in Roshmi City sounded a whole lot better than going back to his kingdom.

Raven let out a sigh of relief when Annya called for dressing rooms to be pulled out. She’d been truly worried for a moment that she was going to have to change right there in front of everyone and that thought just made her a bit nervous. She took the outfit she’d chosen and made her way into one of the little curtained rooms, closing it. Getting the dress on was easy, however lacing up the corset took her a hot minute. Thankfully she’d laced up corsets many times before, however when you were doing it on your own it always took awhile.

As she was finishing up changing, she could hear the one man with the dagger flipping out more. He was verbally attacking all of them and Raven just found it strange. Why would you be so rude to the people who obviously have great power? They somehow summoned all of us here, something Earth isn’t able to do. What other powers do they have? She wasn’t stupid, she knew the best way to survive is to comply and NOT insult the magical beings that could likely murder you in a second.

She emerged from the changing room to watch the man stab some chicken. W-what? Is that some sort of power move or something? I mean I guess it was something… She thought to herself as she glanced around, wondering if anyone else was as confused as she was. “Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger; anger leads to hate; hate leads to suffering. I sense much fear in you.” She mumbled, quoting Yoda as if she were brave enough to speak up to the angry man. Her attention was quickly caught, however, as Annya went OFF on this man. She watched the woman in complete admiration, stifling a small laugh. Yes! Go OFF! She silently cheered.

Rosaria spoke next with a much calmer tone which Raven could admire as well. One time her father said the best way to deal with someone yelling was to reply in a calm, quiet manner and try to get them to ask you to repeat yourself. As the other elven princess spoke, however, she noted the incredibly scary butler moving around the crazy man. She shivered, knowing she didn’t want to be in that human's shoes currently.

They seemed to be breaking off into groups as it seemed like it became even more urgent to leave now. Apparently she, Saoirse, and Ismael were to go with Annya and...the dragonborn! How exciting was this! Before she could nerd out anymore, Ismael was in front of her handing her the bag and the ring. ”Oh...uh thank you.” She said as she gave him a thankful smile, then giggled a little. ”Who would have guessed my cosplay would come in handy today?” She glanced over to Saoirse, wondering what her thoughts were on all of this. While the two girls didn’t really get along all that much anymore, Raven did still find herself relieved that she wasn’t going to be split up from Saoirse. It would hopefully be easier for her to have someone she knew around.

”Oh I’m Raven, by the way. I just realized I hadn’t actually introduced myself yet.” She said to the group as they all left and then glanced over at Khane. ”Also I am HONORED to be in the presence of a Dragonborn!” Was that what they were called her? She certainly hoped so. It was at this moment that she caught sight of the outside.

”Holy shit…” She stared in utter awe at the beauty of it all. ”You step into the road, and if you don’t keep your feet, there is no knowing where you might be swept off to.” She softly quoted Tolkein before she looked at her whole group with a grin. “We truly have entered a world that Tolkein could have invented!” She was more excited than she probably should have been.

Jomari leered at Annya as she gave him a piece of her mind. How dare this foul-mouthed princess tell him that he's selfish. He doubted she surely won't act all kindly and respectable if she were the one in his place. He would've said more about them being taken from their world by force but Jomari remembered he jumped through the portal himself. Technically speaking, he wasn't actually being taken by force as he came here voluntarily. He wouldn't want them to win by a technicality over him so he just raised his eyebrow and rolled his eyes at Annya's long and boring rant. Even the elf butler with a name he couldn't even pronounce right for the first time chimed him as well though Jomari's thoughts brought him elsewhere, imagining himself shoving Nuallán's face on the ground to shut him up.

He would've wanted to return the favor and engage Annya in a verbal fight if it weren't for Rosaria. She still retained her kindness and gracefulness when talking to Mari even when he blatantly disrespected her, her people, and probably everyone else present in the hall. Even when everyone else seemed to want to chime in on the situation to make him look even more of the bad guy, even when all he wanted was to be brought into a world that doesn't have death and destruction looming over the horizon at once. She reminded him of his Nanay Minda with her kind words and the tapping on his hand. Even when it was obvious there was trouble somewhere, she kept on a strong yet soft expression on her face to not scare them, just like how Nanay Minda would do to the kids at their base whenever guns and cannons kept firing away outside.

Jomari growled in annoyance but he just did as he was told. It's probably useless to waste more time shouting anyway and he doubted they'll let him roam around aimlessly especially when he and the other humans were brought in to help in the war. While the others were eating and preparing, he too got to his own preparation. He skipped over the clothing for men and went straight to the women's, finding the most daring outfit he could find. Once he got what he needed, he managed to eat quickly while putting on his chosen clothes. It was a habit of his to tease his targets while he's stripping his clothes off as Jomari noticed a few of the elven guards kept glancing at him.

"What? Never had human before?" Jomari teased them, causing them to clear their throats and avert their eyes as their cheeks blushed under their helmet. He laughed in an amused way before he continued to change clothes, finding a way to make the accessories he stole from his last target's wife work with his current outfit. Once he's done, he couldn't help but admire himself. 'I look richer than all of my targets...' He thought to himself as he marveled at the way his chosen clothes fit him so perfectly.

Once he's done, the guy called Ismael gave them their rings and bags one by one and managed to give Jomari some advice before giving his for last. "Tell that to someone who cares, suck-up." Jomari replied while smiling in a sarcastic way as he wore his ring and put on his ears, making him look like a dark-skinned elf. When everyone finally got ready, the group was divided into two where one half would get to join one princess and his bodyguard to go to someplace they all don't know yet. At least he won't be walking along with the other princess though that meant Mari was stuck with the elven butler.

Each of their group made their way out of the hall as Rosaria and Nuallán lead them through a series of hallways that seemed to be literally made of gold. Jomari deemed that all of the riches of the Spanish bastards probably couldn't compare to even a single hallway of these rich elves. Heck, that one single gem on Rosaria's necklace was probably tons more expensive than Jomari's own pitiful life. He did notice the way she was holding her bow and arrow, clutching them as if she was expecting an ambush. He looked at the other humans that were with him who seemed to have formed a connection and were now holding hands. Jomari rolled his eyes. These poor elves had such poor options for humans.

The group finally made it outside and all of them were met with the breath-taking view of the world outside the elves' castle. The air was fresher and the seas were more blue and pristine, no traces of ashes and the stench of death could be found anywhere. There's something about this place that made Jomari felt more alive. Nanay Minda always said the 'diwata' came from magical worlds; who knew those fairytales were actually based on the truth? "So what now? You probably didn't spend a lot of your magic to summon us here to just sight-see. Where is the enemy?" Jomari said as he looked around.

Myra's little investigation of the creature was going fine, so much that she was getting closer to the creature without realizing. That was, until it began looking around, making Myra jump away from it, back to the position she was in the first place. Unfortunately, it seemed like he had already caught the scent of the chunk of meat from the boar she was still carrying. Stopping to a halt, the creature continued looking around while calling for her. After waiting a bit without saying anything, simply looking at the creature as it stood there, with it's tail whipping around, she slowly walked forward, still in a safe distance as she undid her camouflage, slowly appearing.

Looking at the creature that was now a few meters in front of her, face to face, she tilted her head as she continued staring at it. She had never seen such creature in the forest before. Other than the ogres, the trolls and the other beasts, the only others that were in that island were the dark, pointy eared people. Sure, she had never approached their city, but she doubted that such a wild and hostile looking creature would be tolerated inside their city.

Seeing how he had probably caught her by the scent of the chunk of meat she was carrying and was still staring at her, Myra thought he was either hungry or wanted a piece of the meat she was carrying. Taking the meat off her mouth, Myra cut it in half with her claws before giving a few cautious steps forward, leaving the piece of meat in the middle of the way between her and the creature, before bolting away to the position she was a moment ago, continuing to look at it curiously.

The pain from Nabarra's wounds began to set in as the adrenaline died down. In the thick of a fight it meant nothing, but now it meant trouble walking without a limp until it heals. She put her weight on the uninjured leg and looked over to Koldar, who was gesturing to the exit of the alleyway. She knew what he was getting at. "Yeah alright. Just lemme get my shit first," she said, walking over to the pile of steel. She sat down and began donning her armour. "An' yeah. Yer right," she started, staring Koldar in the eyes "I'm not fuckin' welcome 'ere at the moment, am I? Nice to meet ya though."

The question as to who Nabarra was protecting caught her off guard. She hadn't thought of that. "Uh... jus' fucken' protectin' I guess. Before I came 'ere it was small towns. Shit's changed now."

She wondered... What next? Protecting small towns wasn't going to cut it now. The Dark Elves were sending out their proper armies, and Nabarra knew just how poorly that would go for her. "Maybe I'll join a resistance. But first," she said. She stood up slowly, placing weight on her uninjured limbs. She didn't wince in pain, but she knew just how important it was to keep cuts stable. With a final haul, she slung her billhook by a rope over a shoulder.

"Where do we get a cloak?" she asked, walking towards the exit of the alley.

Barboda merely noted the names of the elven girl and the shark demi-human. He was unable to note the newcomer with blue hair’s name, but he was sure he’d find that out soon. Barboda was silent as everyone spoke as he truly was not one for small talk. He just wanted to get out of this place. Barboda allowed their conversation, taking in their personalities and reactions to what was being said.

He lucked out with Lizzie being a captain. The man called Nym also seemed familiar with things related to the sea and would probably come to good use. The others he supposed would hopefully prove useful in other ways. ”Alright. If you all are quite finished, I would like to get going soon. There’s an Odds and Ends across the street if you want to pick anything up before we go. We have food and ship supplies, so don’t waste your money on those things.” He glanced at Nym and Helio, ”Not on alcohol either. There’s a good supply of many kinds already.”

When he finished, he pointed to the docks at a quite lavish ship. “That is our ride. I will be waiting there, getting some things ready while you grab what you are looking for.” He then proceeded to walk off towards the boat.

And like that, the demon showed itself. Small, white, and lithe. Her natural camouflage was intriguing, as not being triggered by magic made her invisible to even his third eye. There was no greeting between them as he remained just as silent as she. Mostly due to Vrexen expecting her to speak first. When she tilted her head, he mimicked her but also took a good whiff of her scent too.
0

"Hmmmmmmm." He mused aloud. She had the means to harm, but she did not aim to use them, at least not on him. Even when she held the advantage of being unseen, she did not. The raw meat between her teeth was proof of her capability. It was clearly torn from a larger creature as he noticed a lack of extremities on it when she removed it from her jaws. "What is this?" He was perplexed by the interaction so far. She had been stalking him, all so she could observe him?

When she offered half of the meat, he noted her caution. It was not that of a coward but as an attempt to not make herself vulnerable. She did look appetizing and bared his teeth at the thought of giving in to such a satisfying temptation.

Vrexen crouched down and moved slowly on all fours towards the bloody chunk of meat, his eyes fixed on the demoness. He gave the meat a whiff before grabbing it and taking a careful bite. It was very fresh.

"Mmmm…" He chewed and swallowed the bite. "Mother would be satisfied with our… cooperation. Yesss. I am Vrexen dear sister." He took a larger bite and chomped it down with less reluctance. His teeth tearing at the meat in his hand as he took a seat on the cold ground. Blood trickled and dripped from his hand and mouth. "Delectable. Yes. Delectable… Hmm… Dear sister, are the ones that command the darkness this way?" He tilted his head northward which was the direction to her rear.

Rosaria

Time: 9am
Location: Castle Hall of Sun Elf Kingdom
Interactions: @baraquiel Jomari @Alivefalling Caelan @13org Nuallán @princess Sophie, @Potter Saoirse

Rosaria had glanced at Nuallán once he had spoken to her; then her gaze shifted towards the humans. The quiet girl revealed herself to be Sophie, and she was chatting with Caelan. The aura the give provided was peaceful. She knew he was right and she’d be much easier company than the other two boys. It would be a difficult mix, but at least Caelan seemed to be playing nice. Her gaze returned to Nuallán as he cautioned her about the dark-haired boy.

”Nuallán, with due respect my dear, I think he needs my kindness more than any of them. Give him a chance. We must keep in mind that humans live much shorter lives than us and he is considered young. With some much needed care and understanding, I see the potential of a passionate and good man. I can handle him; no need to worry.” She patted his arm gently and gave him a firm nod and confident smile.

Annya had run over and thrown her arms around her in a hug, surprising her. Rosaria hugged her back, ”Be safe.” She whispered to her before they had gone their separate ways. Soon, she was outside the castle with Nuallán, Sophie, Caelan, and Jomari.

Rosaria put an arm out to Sophie and Caelan to halt them. Next, she turned on her heels to swiftly address Jomari with a friendly, yet serious expression. ”The enemy is in a far land, and we are not ready yet to face them. I will train, guide, and protect you all until that time has come and we are confident in your abilities. It is going to take some time for that to come to fruit. Please be patient and focus right now on calming your anger. We need to get off to a good start and I’d appreciate your cooperation. Why don’t we start off by telling us about ourselves?”

She paused as she let the question hang and then continued as if nothing had missed a beat. ”I’m Princess Rosaria, and I’m 1,022 years old. I am the next heir to the Sun Elf Kingdom. I have light magic and I am quite proficient with it as well.“ She added next, ”Humans here have magic unlike our kind. Fairies have the ability to either have cryokinesis or chlorokinesis. Some can talk to animals, which is called zoolinguilism. I’ve met fairies who have befriended the many creatures we have here. That’s one example. So, as I was saying, humans have elemental magic. There’s been pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis, lightning, aerokinesis, and geokinesis. Our Knight here, Caelan,” She gave him a soft smile as she played a joke on his name, ”Is a geokinetic. I’m curious to see what you two have.” She nodded to Jomari and Sophie. ”But we don’t need to worry about it yet until we’re at our next safe point. For now, please stay close to me.”

As she talked, she resumed moving and waved her hand to urge them to as well. Escorting the group into town, she led them through the beautiful and whimsical elf architecture. The street was a bit sparse when it came to civilians. Rosaria knew many of them were mourning the death of the general and being cautious of being outside. It was also Sollar Day, so it was possible many were swimming. She led them over to a stall that had a sign that read “Odds and Ends.”

”Take a look and see if you need anything. I might not be able to buy you things that are too expensive, but feel free to indulge on something small. If you have questions, let me know. I’m happy to help and be here for you.” She fell silent as to allow them to take it in and scanned the crowd. Her hand never left near her bow as she walked and she wasn’t going to let it drop anytime soon. Rosaria’s gaze was intense, like a prey animal watching for its predators, but kept a relaxed demeanor for the humans.

Saoirse had stood back and observed the chaos before her once she, too, had changed her clothing. It was quite amusing to watch the guy stab a chicken and then get chewed out by Princess Annya. During his rant, she hadn’t noticed she had taken another step next to Raven and put a hand on her pocket, where a pocket knife was concealed. However, she made no move to involve herself. She met Raven’s gaze and gave her a slight smile, but she was uneasy. She was out of her element and clearly around unstable people. The black-haired man soon handed her a bag and ring. She held it up and examined it for a moment, hesitant. Self preservation Saoirse, will get you farther than anything else… With a sigh, she put it on. Her elf ears immediately looked realistic. She stared at her reflection against the reflective floors and blinked thrice with wide-eyes. This was...

It turned out that she and Raven would be with the dark-haired fellow and the big dragon. Great, as if this world wasn’t already weird enough, I have a talking-walking dragonborn-thing. This is some advanced fantasy shit. She thought dryly and had followed Annya into the hall. Once they were outside, Saoirse looked around at her surroundings. It looked like something out of a movie. She glanced Raven’s way as she quoted some nerd shit as she always did and laughed. To cover it up, she rolled her eyes and remained silent afterwards. Saoirse knew, however, in the back of her mind, this was real. If this was her escape from jail, she would gladly take it; but her crew… She gritted her teeth and let out a long sigh. There wasn't anything she could do; and besides, would they freak out like the man had? She groaned despite her circumstances and became stoic.

Me, Saoirse, a hero, huh… She suppressed the urge to snicker again.

Myra carefully watched every movement the creature made from a safe distance as it moved towards the piece of meat she had put on the ground. It was a very tense moment, with both Myra and the unknown creature looking at each other, without even blinking. Grabbing the piece of meat and giging a first, cautious bite, he confirmed that it was safe to eat, taking a larger bite out of it just after. As his posture changed, with him sitting on the ground to enjoy the meat, Myra relaxed a bit more as well. While that didn't mean she fully trusted the creature, at least it didn't show itself to be hostile. That and he still had a very dangerous appearance...

While she didn't really know who was that 'mother' he kept talking about nor why he called her 'sister', she did understand as he introduced himself as Vrexen. In a much less wary stance, Myra spelled out her name in the air with her finger as she looked at Vrexen. When Vrexen asked about darkness, pointing towards where the city where the dark skin pointy eared people lived, Myra displayed visible discomfort for a moment, before looking back at him and nodding her head. While normally she already disliked them, after what happened in the previous night, she had a very bad feeling about what the dark skinned people were up to. That said, while Myra knew how dangerous the dark skinned people in the city were, she still had to do something. She knew that hiding in that forest and just waiting until something really bad happened, like her instincts were telling her that would, was a very bad idea.

If Vrexen was going to the city, Myra knew he would draw MUCH more attention than she would. Maybe if she used his presence as a distraction, she would be able to pass by unnoticed. Maybe even use some of the big floaty things the dark skinned people sometimes used to cross the water, or even, if she was lucky, the big things that they used to fly in the air.

Nuallán listened to Rosaria as she spoke about the dark haired man with a sigh. It was true that humans were a... young race. Prone to emotional outbursts and impulsive. Still even though Rosaria was inclined to try and help the dark haired man, he still didn't like how easily he threatened with his dagger. Such... volatile behavior could prove to be a threat to them later on... if not corrected or dealt with as soon as possible.

"You are too kind, Lady Rosaria... and that is exactly what worries me the most." Nuallán said, with a sigh and an understanding tone.

"Even if humans are prone to emotional outbursts, it is still not acceptable to threat someone, especially a princess with a weapon. Please understand that as long as I am by your side, it is my duty do anything to keep you safe." Nuallán said, looking at her with a serious expression.

"As long as he doesn't point a weapon at you again, I will give him another chance. Remember that we are at war. We do not need a threat inside our own forces or someone with such a... volatile and unpredictable behavior." He said, still worried about how kind Rosaria was to other people, but still respecting her desires.

"Still... If it's you, you might be able to do it. Even the coldest of the hearts would melt when met with your kindness." He said in a low tone with a smile and a chuckle, jokingly teasing her a little bit.

Approaching the dark haired human once again, Rosaria began talking to him, briefly explaining that they were not ready to face the enemy yet and asking for their cooperation before introducing herself to the group once more. As she finished, Nuallán gave a step forward to introduce himself.

"My name is Nuallán Varnion. I am 928 years old and I am Princess Rosaria's butler, bodyguard and personal attendant. The Varnion family made an old and long lasting oath to serve and protect the royal family, which we have been doing so for a very long time. While Princess Rosaria might be more suited to teach you about magic, If necessary, I can definitely be of help by instructing you on armed and unarmed combat and physical training if necessary." he said, beginning to introduce himself.

"Lastly, as long as you are her highness guests, you need but to ask if you have any questions or requests." Nuallán finished with an elegant bow.

As the group moved into town, Princess Rosaria soon stopped near a stall, leading the humans to it and saying they were free to browse it's wares and buy anything, as long as it wasn't overly expensive. Even though Rosaria kept a calm and relaxed demeanor near the humans, Nuallán could say how much on edge and alert she was, with her hand on her bow and incessantly scanning her surroundings with her eyes.

Gently touching the hand that was over her bow, Nuallán turned towards Rosaria with a kind smile and a discreet bow.

"Please Lady Rosaria, there is no need for you to worry yourself so much. Let me take care of escorting you, the humans and keeping you all safe." he said with a discreet smile, trying to make her relax a bit. He knew how taxing the war would be for Rosaria and the entire royal family and if he could help to lift some of that burden off them, he would gladly do so.
