Time: 10am
Location: Helius - Ironhold to Riverport
Interactions: Arn @Omni5876, Rue@Potter
Equipment: 1 hunting knife, a flask of alcohol, a backpack, small tent, blanket, waterskin, rope, fire starting kit, lightmaker, cooking pot, a bar of soap, some drugs; skaula (8 grams) and zemak (1 ounce), rolling papers, and 33 amas.

Bowyn only nodded and held back from voicing his thoughts as Rue spoke. Strength in numbers? What a joke. Two fairies and one dwarf weren’t exactly the sort of numbers that really made a difference. He couldn’t even truthfully agree with Rue when she said she was happy to see him again. He’d rather not see Rue here, he’d rather she remain home, and safe, and away from dangerous things, but whatever her reason for being here it wasn’t his job to talk her out of it. So he said nothing because he knew she would be able to tell if he lied and he did not want to ruin her mood, Rue seemed the most cheerful of the group. Even the previously calm and stoic Arn looked exponentially more uncomfortable onboard the Helius. In fact, Arn looked both like he was about to lose his breakfast and like he was embarrassed at the same time.

He noted the bashful eyes Arn made towards Rue and almost chuckled. That was good, if the young soldier liked Rue he’d make sure to keep her safe too. Arn already seemed idealistically noble and chivalrous, and rather than finding such naive behaviors irritating, Bowyn counted on Arn’s nature to ensure the dwarf would make sure Rue’s safety was a priority. He kept quiet as Rue and Arn spoke, watching those around them, breathing in the stale air inside the Helius, and the fingers of one hand drumming against the seat. The Helius was crowded enough that pacing wasn’t even an option and that just made the space feel smaller. Looking out the window didn’t help either, because they were now plenty high up in the air and all he could think about was how out of his control the situation was; it wasn’t like real flying at all, where he got to decide how high, how fast, and when to land.

“You should be afraid. Creatures aren’t meant to fly like this, it’s stupid. Big metal cage being flung about in the air, who even thought this was a good idea? Probably elves.” Bowyn half muttered to himself and half to Arn as the man had voiced his own displeasure for flying. At least Arn seemed to have sense, unlike the baffling majority of the Helius who were all gathering around windows, mouths agape, and pointing as if they’d never seen a damn mountain before. It was almost as annoying as being forced to be still while being hundreds of feet in the air and his fate in the hands of whatever fool was in charge of flying the Helius.

“Any sort of plan for when we get to River Port?” He added looking first at Arn, and then at Rue, who had always been a comforting presence. The two of them both had too many secrets he wasn’t exactly sure what they wanted to talk about but he knew he wasn’t interested in staring out the windows and talking about the scenery as if he’d never seen trees and mountains before. Hearing about a plan was distracting and knowing a plan was comforting.

Time: 10am
Location: Lower-class district of Roshmi, in the plaza right near the Nest

Equipment: Dress and thigh-high socks(Slits on the inner sides of the sleeves), Black boots, Pouch with amas, Lipstick

Yuka’s eyes opened up wide and she grinned down at the approaching vulpine. She listened to his words with some interest, her grin never faltering. What he did not seem to understand was that she had specifically come to the commoners knowing their often ignorance and lack of adequate education. It made a good framework to create gossip. Whether or not what she was stating was truthful did not matter. It did not even matter whether or not they all believed her. The odds were greatest in a populace of commoners that at least a few of them would be interested enough to talk about it. Then it would spread like fire from the bottom up to all of Roshmi just as she planned.

When it came to empathy towards parents losing their children, a King who made a choice to side with his child’s killers was not a good example of that. She had no idea what had been classist about her words, but she was excited to have possibly offended him. Joy filled her and she giggled out loud as he referred to her as prettied up. “Empathy! Woooow!”Yuka repeated and applauded him along with the others, “I sure did get a rise out of you, huh? Hahahaha!”

Looking down at Kuroi, she met his gaze with a smirk as some agreed with Kuroi’s words. She bent her head left and right as she examined him closely with a smile, commenting “I actually like your style! Fantastic work!”It did not matter as she had heard enough applause to her own to know her point had got across. Yuka had a retort to perhaps win back some opinions to further the cause, but none other than Princess Mikazuki came into the battle, doing all the work for her.

Yuka listened as the princess confirmed her words and seemed to even go against her own father publicly, wishing to end the Dark Elf alliance. She was a little thrown off as she had hoped the two of them could have been mortal enemies who had amazing hate-sex someday, but she found herself quite fond and understanding of the girl instead. One could certainly not choose their parents! Yuka had learned that the hard way. The crowd seemed to eat up Mikazuki’s words and started roaring and applauding in even more agreement than before.

”Yes! From the mouth of King Kasai’s daughter Princess Mikazuki! Sooo brave!”Yuka exclaimed, applauding along with everyone else, but she was mostly applauding her own luck. A new challenger approached not too long after that and she spun on her heels as the masked female spoke to her. She had even come up on the roof with her to meet eye to eye, which Yuka appreciated the vibe of a dramatic stand-off. As she spoke, Yuka poked a finger for each point and question she brought up. She sure seemed mad! It seemed like there was someone with a similar mask accompanying her off to the side, down below on the ground. Yuka giggled and closed the distance between them, bounding up to her happily, ” That poor cunt is a-okay! I made sure he landed in some hay. You see I am very thoughtful…” She drew off and gave her a peace sign, winking, ” And very kind!”

”As for the rest of questions… I am totally interested in what you got going on! I’d like to hear more. The more the merrier as they say-Ooooh!”Yuka continued her reply, only to ooo and gasp at the end of her statement as her attention was soon stolen again by someone very stylish in the crowd(@CitrusArms) as the folks in the area started to clear out of the plaza. She waved over the vulpine-like creature that had been spectating, ”Yoohoo! I like you. Come have a chat with us!”

What a strange thing to ponder. Lizzie thought as she studied Helio for a moment. She was willing to bet that this wasn’t the actual reason he was still up here, but she’d play along with him. If he didn’t want to divulge what was really on his mind then she wasn’t about to push that at this moment. When it came down to it Lizzie really didn’t care all that much, she was just making conversation. ”That’s quite the intriguing question. I suppose it would depend on whether or not the person was born blind or went blind later in life.” She said with a shrug as she glanced over to Barboda.

The words the man spoke weren’t at all surprising to her, death and murder were dear friends to Lizzie at this point, but it did seem his words were a bit of a surprise to Helio. She briefly noted the dumbfounded look on the fairy’s face, knowing that her next words needed to be chosen carefully if she didn’t want to completely shock the red haired man. She decided to reassure Helio first before answering Barboda. ”I know it sounds extreme because it is a bit extreme but, if it helps any, know that the crew of this ship weren’t good people. They were involved in some minor slave trade. They already had one man in a cage below deck and they attempted to capture me as well, likely to be bound to the same fate.” The lie rolled off her tongue with such conviction and ease, she only hoped that Helio would be against slave trade. Lizzie may be a terrible person, but she still had some morals and she believed deep in her soul that people weren’t cargo. They deserved to be free, no matter what.

She then looked back to Barboda once more to finally answer him. ”I understand your concern, however if you killed the whole crew then who’s coming for the ship any time soon?” She gave him a small grin, but then laughed a little. ”Besides I dare them to interrupt me while I’m eating.” Her attention was soon caught by shouting below deck as well as Nym coming up and preparing the ship to leave. Yes, she definitely liked that man. The voice of the shouting, however, she was beginning to wonder if he was too much of a loose cannon. If he tried anything, though, she could have him tied up to the main and strip the flesh from his back. If that didn’t work then he may end up dancing the hempen jig. She let out a sigh and shook her head, deciding to let whatever was happening below deck happen for now. In the meantime, she actually needed to see if the captain’s quarters had a map so she could familiarize herself with it. She also knew she’d need to confide in someone about not knowing anything about this world, but who would be the best choice for that? Éliane would likely be the one most likely to keep it a secret, but the woman was below deck and Lizzie didn’t feel like going down there. Nym was shaping up to be her first mate, but he was busy doing as she’d asked. Helio and Barboda also seemed to already be full of secrets, perhaps they could keep one more?

”I have a task for the two of you, care to follow me to my quarters?” Before either of them could answer, however, she was walking towards the captain’s quarters. She also needed to change into her new outfit.

Time:10 am
Location: Heading towards the Helius-Ironhold
Interactions:, Rue @Potter Bowyn @Helo
Equipment: basic travel pack, medical pack, foot soldier armor, foot soldier shield and weapons. 769 Amas

The young soldier tried his best to keep his stoic composure. He had been trained to keep his cool in the face of an incoming orc horde. As a medic, he had been seen more blood and gore that some adventurers had seen in their whole lives without even feeling queasy. Yet for some reason riding on the veritable flying death trap as the white haired fairy lad was thinking, seemed to be challenging him on a level he was not prepared.

Arn did not want to lose whatever image his reluctant companions had of him. They probably expected him to be some sort of strong and stable dwarf given that he had introduced himself as a soldier. In truth, there was little that frightened the young medic other than loosing patients and loosing himself in a bloody carnage haze from which he could not wake from.

Unknown to Bowyn, Arn was actually a pretty good asset. He was skilled in healing and combat triage. Known as Death’s Torn, many in his squad owed their lives to him. Despite the fact he avoided fighting, he was not opposed to defense. While the actual benefit of the trio’s addition to the Light Elven princess’ party was still uncertain, it would indeed be interesting.

Unknown to Arn, the white haired lad had noticed the dwarf’s awkwardness towards ladies, especially pretty girls such as Rue. It was not that Arn was feeling romantic inclinations towards his fairy companion but that he truly appreciated the beauty reflected in her. He, like many of his race, was not good with emotions that did not stem from pride, outrage, or drunken stupor.

These romantic feelings would not be required for the young soldier to be a shield and protector, not only to Rue but also to Bowyn. Though they had just met and the pair of winter fairies were nothing more than strangers, The medic would ensure no harm came to either. Not because he was some sort of chivalrous knight but because he had taken a vow to safeguard life.

“You should be afraid. Creatures aren’t meant to fly like this, it’s stupid. Big metal cage being flung about in the air, who even thought this was a good idea? Probably elves.”

Arn nodded his agreement slowly. “You have my backing on that statement M…” He stopped, not only because he was about to say the annoying word Bowyn hated but because he felt a gurgling on his stomach. “The creatures that were meant to fly already have the means to do so. While I do think that the design and engineering that went into constructing the Helius was masterful. (burp)”.

He stopped again. He found that talking actually helped him concentrate on something other than the almost imperceptible motion of the Helius that only he and probably the winter fairies seemed to be attuned to. After a second or two of fighting his upset stomach he continued.

“Dwarves are nothing if not industrious and we always seek to push the boundaries of the possible. The Helius has been instrumental in the increase of transportation of marketable goods and has even been considered for military applications.” He remembered the slower, bulkier version that the Legions had trained on. They had been little more than cattle or bulk goods. Compared to that one, this Helius was actually quite roomy and felt less claustrophobic.

“Any sort of plan for when we get to River Port?”

In truth, the young soldier had no idea. This was the reason why he had desperately sought Bowyn’s advice though he felt it was little more than drunken bragging by the white haired lad. The only thing he knew was that his newly revealed royal father had told him where to go, who to seek and what to deliver. A scroll, sealed with the royal seal, had been presented to Arn. He in turn was to present it to Princess Annya. The meeting with the King had been rather brief and not enlightening at all.

Arn had hoped that it would have revealed more of the reason why he had been sent into secrecy to the extent of having one of the kingdom’s most famous generals as his step father. Yet, it soon had seemed that the revelation had been nothing more than a tactical move following the unfortunate demise of the true heir to the throne. Even now, the memory of it cause a spark of anger to build up on the otherwise calm and collected Arn.

“M…I mean Bowyn. I must be truthful in saying that my plan is very simple. I need to find Princess Annya and am to present a letter to her given to me. I then believe I am to offer my services and be of use in any way I can. I have a very passing knowledge of River Port but I assume the princess, much like me, will not travel in an obvious or official manner….” He trailed off.

The young soldier remembered how easily the fairy lad had seen he was part of the Ironhold military. Not that it mattered too much, but perhaps he needed to find something much less conspicuous. “I believe I may need to find some different gear or something to cover my unit issued armor.” He admitted to his companions.

It was not his intention of keeping secrets from the but he did not know if he should fully trust people he had just met. After all, spies were sure to exist. There was no way that royalty and high profile individual such as the ones who had been sacrificed would have been taken so easily without months of surveillance and inside assistance.

“Bowyn….” Arn suppressed a burp. “It seems you and Miss Rue know each other. That is fortunate I hope. I have to confess there are not many if at all, who I can call friend. Would either of you mind telling me about your home…” His voice became softer as a small jostle was felt from the Helius. “It would sure help distract me from this horrid travel motion sickness.”

Myra was still sniffing the weird fish-horse creatures, trying to decide if the mild 'fishy' smell could be considered as 'stinky' or not, when the man suddenly shouted at her. The creatures already nervous due to how close Myra was, snapped and started to trash around, with one of them quickly turning it's head towards Myra and trying to bite her, making her quickly jump back and look at the creatures again, hissing and showing her teeth at them, clearly unsatisfied with their hostile reaction.

Fortunately, the conflict between Myra and the strange creatures was avoided when Astra called her, making Myra turn towards her, giving one last, sharp look towards the stinky fish-horses and then enter the boat.

The moment she entered the boat though, Astra suddenly asked her to hold the 'map' she had stolen earlier while she spoke with Vrexen and the old dark-skin. She didn't really understand why there was that strange atmosphere between Astra and Vrexen as they talked to each other but since Vrexen didn't seem to be as 'unstable' as he was before, Myra thought everything would be fine.

Vrexen had no clue what Astra meant by MFDIC, but it did not seem to be an insult so he chose to focus on the map Myra held up. The entirety of Avalia and Daka were displayed, giving the red-faced demon a great reference.

“Now allow me to explain. We're up here. Daka Island.” Astra pointed at the northwestern island. “See? Yeah, good." She wanted to keep this short so they could all finally leave. She then pointed to the large tree illustrated on the map in the southeast. “And this is where we have to go. The big tree where all of the oversized pixies live. That'll be where you find some demons. So to get from Daka to here, we have to hit Yenworth first. See?”

“Yenworth... Fine.” Vrexen said plainly while his eyes focused on the map. Avalia. We will make it unrecognizable to its people. Indescribable!

“Well, you heard 'im! Lord Vrexen wants us to leave for Yenworth! Chop chop Traven!” Astra grabbed the map from Myra. Thank you, Myra.” Astra rolled the map and placed it back into her bag just before Traven grumbled something incoherent up front. He had been gripping his reins the entire time, waiting for his passengers to finally settle.

“Swim you bastards!” Traven swiftly whipped hippocampi that groaned before pulling the carriage forward. And surprisingly, it was a smooth takeoff. The small watercraft left the port with Traven being mindful of the large navy ship stationed and sailing

“So Myra, you've been quiet this whole time, so how about you tell me about yourself. It's your first day here in Avalia, right?” Despite trying to make small talk with Myra, Astra kept her eyes fixed on Traven.

Annya groaned as she tripped to the ground and hit it with a harsh impact. She attempted to push herself up with determination, only to find herself yanked backward and yanked into the air. The blood rushed to her head as the world became a blur of color. Faster than she could think, she was being smashed into the ground. Dizziness overcame her as a sharp pain filled her body with every slam into the ground. The taste of blood filled her blood and the fast, repetitive motion seemed to steal her perception of the world. One thought managed to pass in the madness through her mind.

No... I can't fail here.

She cried out in pain and frustration at herself as she let light imbue her armor in her desperation. Letting a troll grab you was the worst thing you could do as outpowering one enough through strength alone was near impossible. If Kharne wasn't doing any better, then she'd have to hope that she could burn the troll's hand enough to let her go, but even then, she had no chance to assess how hurt she was. Could she hold it off on her own even then? ...She had to. The humans were counting on her and she could not embarrass herself in front of them.

Run or Die

Character death will result if you try to engage

Time::10am
Location: Jungle near Sun Elf Kingdom
Interactions:Jomari @baraquiel, Rosaria @Potter, Nuallán @13org Aurora @chrysocoma, Sophie, Caelan

The vuothoran halted in its tracks as lightning went through its body causing the creature to roar and convulse. Its body writhed for a few seconds as it fell to the ground before trying to regain its composure. Moments after three light elves emerged from the jungle surrounding the vuothoran, one spoke up, calling to Rosaria,“Go princess, we will distract the creature!”

The elf was quickly grabbed by the monstrous hand of the creature seconds after speaking; screams echoed in the area from the elf as he was thrown into the maw silencing him forever. The crunch of bones could be heard and blood and chunks of flesh now freely pouring and falling to the ground as it chewed. The other two elves blasted the creature with a barrage of magic hoping the group would continue fleeing.

Rosaria

Time: 10:00 am
Location: Jungle
Interactions: @baraquiel Jomari @Alivefalling Caelan @13org Nuallán @princess Sophie @chrysocoma Aurora

The events happened so quickly, Rosaria barely had time to process them. One moment Sophie was beside her, but Caelan quickly swept her up. The duo fell behind, but were quickly accompanied by Nuallán. Next, the Vouthoran nearly killed them, which made Rosaria skit to a halt and run forward when Sophie’s power revealed itself with unmistakable bolts of lighting. Impressed, Rose watched as the Vouthoran slowed down and was stunned. Rosaria quickly caught up with Caelan, Sophie, and Nuallán and continued to run when voices reached her ears.

“Go princess, we will distract the creature!” She glanced over her shoulder to see three light elves coming to her aid. Rosaria inhaled as the familiar voice of Julian, one of her friends from the light elf army, rang out. They had been friends for well over a few centuries and had been trained by her. Briefly she began to wonder if Ember and Jean, his best friends, were there and watched with a mixture of horror and panic as they appeared. Clearly, the roars had reached the kingdom and they had sent reinforcements. Her mind raced briefly as she froze up, watching her friends. Was Annya and her group safe? Did they run into any of their own danger? No. She couldn’t think of them now. Rose gasped when the Vouthoran grabbed him and devoured him. Tears threatened but she turned and continued to run, not wanting their sacrifice to be in vain. The sound of light magic behind her was enough to let her know that two of them had lived so far. Rose gritted her teeth.

Not wanting to appear weak or distracted, she led them for another ten minutes until they were finally far enough. The group would stop near a clearing with a nearby river and a canopy of trees surrounding them. She stopped, wiped the sweat off her brow, and looked at the group. ”Is everyone okay?” She began to take a head count and her gaze rested on the humans. Guilt panged inside as she felt sorry for them having to experience something so menacing and dangerous so quickly. Were they terrified? Who wouldn’t be? Jomari’s screams had caused her heart to ache with each vocalization. They deserved an explanation.

”Vuothoran,” she said as she began to steady her breathing forcefully, ”very territorial and powerful. Won’t come after us again; I did not know we were that close to its territory so I do apologize. We are in a safe area now, so you all can catch your breath. I’ll stand guard. By the way, Sophie, congratulations on finding your power; you have electrokinesis if you didn’t know yet.” She had remained impressive and calm until she turned her back to them and walked a few feet away. Stringing a bow to her arrow, she briefly allowed a brief, pained expression wash over her face before becoming impassive again.

Your deaths will not be in vain.

Orias only nodded as Nabarra replied with anger-tinted words. He was beginning to suspect her rage came from a place of passion, a strong belief in whatever it was she believed in, rather than the unbridled hate he expected of dark elves. He didn’t question her stance against dark elves, so whatever belief system fueled her anger was something he was accepting as a worthy allegiance. As the dark elf let out a sigh that began to transform into a growl he briefly considered reminding her that despite the feline mask she was, in fact, not a cat, and growling was something better left to bestial creatures. Now seemed a poor time to bring up decorum, so he rolled his eyes instead, and followed the dark elf up the side of the building to the rooftop.

As Nabarra continued to speak, Orias could only notice the hostility in her words, the anger that rose and fell and never seemed to fully dissipate. Some indignation on behalf of the demihuman who had been kicked from the rooftop, but he doubted that was the sole source. Still, he found it wildly uncharacteristic for a dark elf to give a second thought to such things. He found only surprises with Navarra, so different from what he expected out of a dark elf. Yuka only seemed to respond with glib amusement. He moved from the edge of the rooftop to place himself between the two of them. While Yuka’s methods were unconventional at best, she was clearly in opposition to King Kasai. Without unseating the monarch they would be no way to either prevent or dissolve Roshmi’s union with the dark elves. That was a task that would take more than two elves and he was in short supply of allies. Working with both Navarra and Yuka seemed the only way to aid his kingdom, and his sisters, in the war efforts.

“Koldar.” He spoke his false name as he lifted the mask and bowed as he introduced himself to the lioness. “Please excuse my cousin’s temper, but in the interest of compromise maybe we can agree to keep our mutual enemies as the targets of any future attacks rather than random citizens. The support of the masses can only serve to our benefit if we wish to undermine the King and his alliance.” He said before sliding the mask back down. He hoped introducing Nabarra as a cousin would lead to the assumption that she too was a light elf. Their races were connected enough that he did not see it as an outright lie, but rather a stretch of the truth. He wasn’t sure how long she sought to keep up the ruse but maybe this would make two masked strangers seem less suspicious.

“Perhaps there is somewhere we might share a drink or a meal and discuss our pans with your companion?” He offered as he glanced at the demihuman fox creature Yuka had addressed.

“Our village is like a long harsh winter, often survival is a struggle, it takes work to keep going but the people there are a hearth, a community, that provides all the warmth we need. No monarchy, just a collective of leaders who are no better and no worse than the rest of us. Small enough that everyone knows each other to some extent. We don’t have much, but we make do, ensure that we all survive together rather than compete with one another. A place I never felt alone in, a home that felt like peace.

I loved my home, and I have seen enough of Avalia that I know without a doubt I do not wish for it to spoil my home. You’re not a bad guy Arn, under different circumstances we might have been friends, but that’s not what I’m looking for. If our goals remain aligned we can stay allies, but I’m not here to risk my life for a dwarf, and I would not choose you over myself or my own kind. I’m going to ensure that this war doesn’t touch my home, that dark elves do not remain a threat to my people.”
Bowyn spoke softly enough for only Arn and Rue to hear. While he understood and felt for Arn’s loneliness, it was not his problem and he wasn’t interested in making new friends. Speaking about a home that he knew he would never see again only made his heart feel unbearably heavy for the loss of it, but it did keep his mind off the uncomfortable lack of space within the Helius.

“I would neither stab you in the back nor risk my neck for you. Our path is the same for now; I too, wish to get as close as I can to this war, find a place where I can do the most damage and I think you’ll lead me there. If you chose to part ways then I’ll go back to looking on my own.” Bowyn continued, his tone slowly becoming more detached. He saw no point in hiding anything from Arn. He left out how he had no plans for after the war, no need to make new friends when he saw his own chances of survival as nonexistent. That part he simply left out to avoid upsetting Rue.

“If your letter is from the dwarven king, and he is supporting the light elves in the war, why do you need to hide your position in his army?” Bowyn asked, noting how Arn had mentioned the elven princess would likely travel in disguise and that the young dwarven medic felt he would need to do the same.

Rue

Time: Morning
Location: Helius above Ironhold
Interaction: @Helo Bowyn & @Omni5876 Arn
Equipment: Small backpack, two knives, rations, water flask, hygiene products

While Arn was being bashful, Rue was preoccupied with petting Moony to distract herself from the tension. She hadn’t noticed it yet and was trying to remain calm. Her adventure was taking an important turn and she didn’t know how to feel. Could she trust Arn with her knowledge? She already trusted and believed in Bowyn. Her mother had warned her to wary of strangers and not to do anything stupid. Her father had advised her to only speak when unnecessary. She sighed and looked up in time to see the bashfulness in Arn and went red in her cheeks. Was there food on her face? She hoped not. Nobody had said anything, but she wiped her face off with her sleeve in case.

So far, her impression of Arn was neutral. He had been kind thus far, but secretive and mysterious, and Rue wasn’t sure if she liked that. To be fair, though, so was she. Rue looked down, not catching the rest of the interaction while she was lost in thought. How would Bowyn react to finding out her job? She had a feeling he’d react negatively. Being a healer for the war meant she’d be in the midst of the action. She wasn’t even sure if she liked her job. It wasn't as if she was the best at fighting; healing and zoolinguilism were her strong suit. Her offense was lacking. Rue honestly didn’t know if she’d survive. The idea though, of her village being attacked by the dark elves and her home burned to the ground was enough to spring her into action. Losing her parents, after losing everyone else, paralyzed her with fear and grief.

Arn and Bowyn’s voices interrupted her reverie. She looked up to hear the end of Arn’s sentence, which had been directed at them both: what was their village like? Before she could answer, Bowyn did, so Rue listened quietly and nodded in agreement. As he spoke, Rue envisioned the cold winter settlements and sniffled. Her eyebrows rose curiously when Bowyn spoke of not risking his neck for Arn, which made Rue wonder if she would have to as well. Rue knew she’d do everything possible to save someone, but she had a job, and the Resistance group was counting on her to help heal and keep the humans safe. How could she tell Arn that? What would happen if she did? Would Arn leave them both and leave them on their own. Would Bowyn leave her too? That thought scared her; of being alone again and not knowing what to do. She wanted to return home with enough money and supplies for their village to thrive in. Though he spoke of not wanting to make new friends, did that mean they wouldn’t be either? She analyzed his response. He mentioned his plans now, to find a place where he could fight and take out as many enemies as possible and if Arn couldn’t help him, he’d search on his own. Bowyn didn’t relay his plans for after the war, which made Rue wonder if he thought he wouldn’t survive either. What a pair they were. She decided to ask him about it later.

Rue wanted to comment on the life saving, though she wasn't sure if she could stick to her word. Would she save him if she had too, or would she run? Time would only tell. Dying wasn't on her agenda and she wasn’t interested in being a captive of the dark elves either. She sighed and commented quietly while glancing pointedly outside to distract herself from her shyness. ”You are a good dwarf Arn; I sure hope the others have your kindness and selflessness. The world could use more of it than the cruelty we saw yesterday.”

She then contemplated Bowyn’s last question and nodded in agreement. ”Bowyn’s right. Why are you trying to hide so much?” The royals and the light elf general having their necks slit was a foreboding message. Only those related to the monarchy or higher ups would be in danger more than the rest of the citizens. With a sigh, she glanced outside quickly to see if they were approaching Riverport and couldn’t help but wait to get off the Helius now too. When she didn’t see anything resembling a port, she turned back to her companions and sighed. Being cramped on this Helius together and having the conversation they were, didn’t make for a relaxing trip, and she wondered if they would be likely to part ways. Rue started to fidget in her seat and glanced at Bowyn with nervousness.

Quite a lot had just transpired, though things had gone well in the end. The princess herself had come forward to speak against her father. After last night, he understood why. A war declaration is one hell of a way to have your drink spoiled. This was refreshing, however. He wished the princess every success in her coup. Maybe he'd even help, but getting caught up in a civil war sounded stressful. Not that sitting under the king was going to be great, either. The way things were going, they might get tracked down and enlisted. Be made to give people nightmares or something else unsavory.

As he ruminated, he caught someone waving, and calling to him. Oh dear, so much for the shadows. It was the woman on the roof, and she'd made friends. A few more friends than just that, perhaps. It sounded like she'd also found out she was siding with the princess.

But that wasn't really Aiko's concern.

At first surprised to be called to by a stranger, this woman seemed friendly, despite the ruckus. Some people had a way of being two-faced like that, though, but being overly cautious never got anyone anywhere. So they approached.

He looked up at the woman on the roof, fluffy tail flicking behind him. "My, to have charmed such a lady already. I really must practice better discipline." Whether he had calmed things down himself or it had just occurred naturally was hard to say. In the midday sun like this, he doubted he'd done much.

"You seek a retreat and regroup?" The fox demon flicked his tail, smiling, "I know a place, just that way, the way I came. Cozy little tavern, good food and drink. Comfy beds," a slight smirk, here, a soft chuckle, "but let's not get ahead of ourselves. We've hardly even dined together." Another, heartier chuckle, though still subdued. Warm and at ease.

"Has the show ended? This is the after-party? It seems your show went rather well, better than you could have hoped. Shall we go and celebrate?"

Myra held up the map as per Astra's request, trying her best to pay attention to her explanation as she pointed towards a few different places on the drawings. Thanks to Astra's clear and concise sentense as she explained where they were, Myra finally began understanding what was a 'map'. Lowering the map to her chest and looking over it to the place Astra had pointed towards, Myra was surprised to see that the place they were, or as Astra called, "Daka" was so small compared to the other places on the map. While she knew that the island had a limited space, she still thought it was pretty big. The other place she had pointed towards though did make Myra curious. In the map, it was drawn as a huge tree. Considering the size the entire island "Daka" was, that tree should be bigger than any other tree Myra had seen in her life.

With Astra's explanation finished, after thanking Myra for the help, the group was ready to move. With a crack of his whip, the old dark-skin made the apparently-not-so-stinky fish-horses begin to swim. While the initial yank Myra felt when the boat began to move did startle her a bit, it wasn't nearly as much of an issue as the constant rocking of the boat as it moved through the water was for Myra, making her feel a bit dizzy and upsetting her stomach. She was still considering if she should lie down to see if that would make her feel better when Astra called her making a few strange questions.

Myra tilted her head, looking at Astra with a confused expression. While she coud somewhat make sense of a few words Astra said, Myra simply didn't know how to answer those questions. For her, being quiet was not something she did knowingly, it was just how she normally was. Other than when she wanted to defend her hunt from other creatures that might want to steal or try to intimidate them, hissing, Myra didn't really feel the need for making any other noises.

After thinking for a few moments, Myra looked to Astra again, opening her mouth almost as if she was going to try saying something but hesitating and closing it soon after. After that, she pointed towards the sun and then opening her hands, showing all her fingers many times, in a clear indication she had absolutely no idea of how many 'days' old she was.

No matter how much they ran, the Vuothoran continued relentlessly chasing them. Not only his sheer size and weight, coupled with it's extremely aggressive disposition enough of a threat, but as the chase continued, Nuallán could feel the creature gradually closing the gap between him and the rest of the group. Fortunately, Sophie seemed to be recovering from her shock. Even though she was still clearly in panic, she was still willing to show some initiative as she said she should begin running instead of being carried. Unfortunately, even though it would probably help, it would only do so for a short time. If the Vuothoran continued chasing them, he would soon be able to catch up to their pace.

Desperately, Nuallán looked to the group and then began looking around trying his hardest to think in a way to solve the situation. They were incredibly unlucky in having met that specific creature. Vuothorans were known for being notably difficult to deal with for a number of reasons. One of them was his tendency to relentlessly chase it's prey, being incredibly hard, if not almost impossible to make it lose interest. With no other answer in sight and ready to throw his own safety away if that meant saving Lady Rosaria, Aurora and the rest of the group, Nuallán was already reaching for his throwing knives as he looked over his shoulder towards the Vuothoran. Even though he knew he had no hope in a fight against it, he could try to attract it's attention towards himself instead of the group and lead them away from them. That would not only take the danger away from them, but it would be easier for a single person to try to lose or outspeed the Vuothoran than it would be for an entire group to do so.

Fortunately, before Nuallán could do anything, Sophie, who was in a state of shock until only a few minutes ago, did something unexpected. With the adrenaline and the fear of death as a catalyst, Sophie ended up using her ability, even though it was not her intention as she threw her arms in front of her face to protect herself against the approaching creature. Surprised, Nuallán watched as bolts of electricity were fired towards the Vuothoran, making it fall down to the ground. Even after that, Nuallán knew that it wouldn't stop the creature, instead it would only slow down as he knew he would continue chasing them the moment he regained his composure. Even though, those precious seconds that Sophie bought them would not be wasted.

The very moment the creature began regaining it's composure, three light elves suddenly appeared from among the trees, quickly surrounding the Vuothoran, shouting for Rosaria to run.

"No!! Don't try to fi-" Nuallán shouted towards the elves, turning his head only to see the moment when one of them was grabbed by the Vuothoran and thrown into the creature's powerful jaws, followed by the gruesome sound of screams, followed by the sickening sound of bones cracking and flesh being crushed and torn by it's teeth. Hopelessly, Nuallán watched as the other two elves began blasting with magic instead of running away.

With no choice but to continue running, Nuallán clenched his fists in a mix of frustration, anger and sadness as he forced himself to continue running. He should have heard the Vuothoran's steps sooner, he should have been harsher on the humans when he said for them to be silent, he should have considered the possibility of the group being intruding on a Vuothoran's territory when they entered the forest... But he didn't. No matter how one might want to phrase it, there were no excuses. Even if the circumstances that led to meeting the Vuothoran were unavoidable or completely out of his control, that didn't change the fact that three brave soldiers died in the end.

It took about ten minutes of running before the group felt that they were safe enough to stop to rest on a clearing. Nuallán's dark expression was like an iron mask as he silently heard Rosaria's words. His emotions, indecipherable for all but those who were incredibly close and knew him very well.

"Please, take your time to rest and recover. Any questions or requests you might have, I will ask you to direct them to me or Aurora for the time being." he said, using of politeness and formality as a mask, something he was very experienced in doing due to his years of training and experience as a butler.

"Our journey will be long and dangerous. Although you are under our protection for as long as you remain Lady Rosaria's guests, let what happened be a lesson. Even though we are skilled and powerful, we are not immortal nor omnipotent and there are many creatures in the world of Avalia which are best left undisturbed." he said, his voice much more serious.

"Your role and your importance makes your lives and your safety a priority over most. Please be aware of this fact." He finished after delivering a heavy sentence with a multitude of meanings as he walked towards Aurora.

"I am terribly sorry for asking this of you so soon but... The humans might need your assistance calming their hearts... Now more than ever." He said in a low tone and with a discreet bow to Aurora.

"My lady, are you unharmed?" he asked, bowing towards Rosaria as he presented himself, worried about her well being, especially after realizing why she had walked away from the humans. Despite his apparent calm, Rosaria would probably be able to guess what he was feeling, due to the time they spent together.

Kharne could have kept his pace up for another hour or two despite the size and weight of his weapon. Decades of using it, proper technique to not waste energy, and how to breathe properly while striking made the rate at which he tired much slower. Nevermind the fact his top tier lungs processing oxygen for his blood to keep his muscles from cramping was a great boon. But fights were never guaranteed in someones favor, especially when unpredictable things happening.

Like for example a foe turning its back to get away despite a rain of slashes. The troll retreated quickly before charging and tackling the behemoth. The pair rolling, the giant blade being knocked out of hand, before the troll was using its stubbed arm to hold the dragonborn down and laid into the bulky mans face.

Having several hundred pounds of muscle and bone thrown at someone was enough to wind even the most seasoned fighters, so the troll got a few good solid hits into him. Crimson blood was stark against the white reptilian mans hide. Blood was trickling from his nose and from a busted lip before his arms came up and worked on blocking. Trolls were much stronger than they looked so those few punches had actually hurt in comparison to a humans or elves.

Those troll limbs were also long, he couldn't retaliate with his own punches because the damned things face was still out of reach despite a portion of its arm missing. He just might be able to tickle its chin with a fingertip but otherwise all he'd be able to reach is the torso. Negligible damage for something that regenerates.

Time: Morning
Location: The Sea East of Malthemoor Port
Interactions: Myra @13org
Mentions: Equipment: None

Astra patiently awaited Myra’s, but in the meantime, she continued to keep her eyes on Traven the boatman handling the hippocampi. The dilemma of getting to Riverport was eating at her, and if she didn’t figure something out soon, Vrexen might soon be eating at her like he did the runaway slave. Traven was the obstacle, one that would not be convinced easily if at all. Her eyes suddenly focused back on Myra who was laying down and tilting her head up at her. Cute. Astra grinned and anticipated the demon finally speaking, but she simply didn’t. Instead, she pointed towards the sun struggling to break through the overcast sky. Myra then proceeded to open her hands and show off her fingers as if she had just gotten her nails done.

“Uhh… What? Oh, you’re counting!” Astra exclaimed with excitement that quickly faded back into confusion. “But… I don’t have fuckin’ clue what you’re trying to tell me. Never been too good at the whole uh… nonverbal communication thing. I mean, body language isn’t too hard. I use it myself.”

“She’s been in this realm much longer than I have. Much longer judging by how detached she is from her nature. She cannot speak… Or chooses not to.” Vrexen narrowed his eyes at Myra while a low growl emanated from him. “It is one of the reasons I acquired you, Astra.”

“By Halastra…” Astra’s eyes widened as she realized the only person she would be talking to during this long trip was Vrexen. “...that is very interesting. So you found her where? Like right outside the city?”

“Yes.”

“And you were just like ‘Hey girl! Come follow me!’ and she just scurried right along with you?”

“Yes.”

“Today?”

“Yes.”
19

“Wow! And you both got the whole naked thing down and everything. I like it. It’s weird as fuck, but I like it.” Astra shrugged, her eyes landing on Myra. “By the way, I think Myra is getting a little seasick.” Astra pointed at Traven whilst looking at Myra. “Face his back, or just face the way we’re traveling and listen to us talk. It’ll help you feel a little better.”

Time:10 am
Location: Helius between Ironhold and River Port
Interactions:, Rue @Potter Bowyn @Helo
Equipment: basic travel pack, medical pack, foot soldier armor, foot soldier shield and weapons. 779 Amas

Slowly, the nausea began to subside. The almost imperceptible motion of the exceptional Helius began to fade. The dwarf listened to the passionate recollection of the white haired lad. The love for his people, and land evident in Bowyn’s speech. For a second, the medic saw behind the walls that the winter fairy had put up to protect himself or perhaps protect other from him. Isolation was isolation. Apparently Rue felt the dissertation deeply as she sniffled back emotion.

Whether he agreed with Bowyn regarding seeking to thrown himself head long into war and killing as many dark elves as possible, it did not keep the young dwarf from validating the reason why the fairy wanted to protect such a memory. Arn knew firsthand that war had a nasty habit of changing people, and places. Certain locations where big battles had been fought in present or olden times had become dead zones. No matter, how stoic, nobody left the battlefield unscathed. War changed you.

I loved my home, and I have seen enough of Avalia that I know without a doubt I do not wish for it to spoil my home.
Arn nodded. “Your home does indeed sound like a worthy place to defend. There is no cause mor righteous than to take up arms to protect.” The young dwarf gave the fairy lad a nod of respect. At least now the medic knew that Bowyn was not just fighting for the sake of fighting. The flame that burned in the winter fairy’s heart would help him keep the cold grip of despair at bay.

The dwarven solider listened to the rest of the lad’s speech. A slight smile painted on his face as the lad explained
his position. The dwarf did not disagree or had issue with anything that was said. After all, they were strangers. Why should he expect these two to give up their lives for him? That was not something he would ask of them to begin with. Yet, in his heart, he knew that he would protect them, strangers or not.

When Bowyn finished Arn gave him an acknowledging nod. “I do not seek anything of you Bowy. If allies are all that we are meant to be then so be it. I welcome it. I shall walk by your side as long as our paths take us. If I am able to even in some small way prevent this war from reaching your village, then I gladly accept my role.” He offered him a weak smile because his body was stills suffering from the vertigo of the flight. “I promise you also that no harm shall come to you via my hand. However, I hope you do not begrudge me being unable to leave you to harm if any is to befall you. I will do it with no payment or repayment in mind.” The medic shrugged. “I am vowed to heal the sick and care for the wounded.”

“If your letter is from the dwarven king, and he is supporting the light elves in the war, why do you need to hide your position in his army?”

Arn took a deep breath. His mind weighing in the answer that he was to give the winter fairy. “Thank you for being so open with me. So I shall attempt to return the favor. A dwarven Legionnaire does not serve as a lone asset. While it is not strange for a dwarf to explore the world, it is done while on leave and in civilian manner. A single dwarf in Legion issued gear will raise some eyebrows for sure.” He adjusted his armor as if the weight of the things he was saying had become physical. “The secrecy was imparted on me by the king itself. I promise to reveal more when we have a less likely audience.” He looked around to drive home his point.

”You are a good dwarf Arn; I sure hope the others have your kindness and selflessness. The world could use more of it than the cruelty we saw yesterday.”

Rues comment actually caused Arn to break into a tender look. Her comment had truly touched him. He smiled in her direction and nodded to her too. “I am afraid you think too much of me Miss Rue but I am thankful for the sentiment regardless. I agree with you that this world would be a much better place if people talked before submitting to violence but unfortunately, that is not so. Therefore, I commit to saving as many lives as I can. If that be by my medical skills or by delivering this letter and its contents to the Princess of the Light Elves then so be it.”

There was a firmness to his voice that was not normally there. He did indeed want to save lives, even those of the dark elves. In the medic’s eyes, any life was important. He was just saddened that some people decided to cause harm and pain while living their lives.

”Bowyn’s right. Why are you trying to hide so much?”

Arn looked at the winter lass in a pensive matter. “Miss Rue, as I have promised. I will reveal as much as I can without harm. I promise I do not keep this from you to vex you but I hope you understand that in these times one must be wary. Also, I fear that you think I am holding some big secret. In deed, I feel that the truth may leave you with more questions. What I can tell you freely is the following. I was raised by my mother and father..” He paused a little at this but continued on. “My mother’s name was Vera and my father’s is Thur Battlehammer.”

He took a deep breath again as he alternated looking at either fairy as he spoke. “As required by our kingdom, I enlisted in the military when I came of adult age. I trained in the medical field as a combat medic but I am also able to perform certain surgeries and other type of care. As a medic, I hate taking life. That does not mean that I will allow my allies to be harmed.” He looked at Bowyn when he said this as if to make a point that the fairy could trust him on this.

“This also does not mean that I will not take life if absolutely necessary. I just believe that peaceful resolution should be given a chance. I was recently appraised of some information that I am not at liberty to share right now but I promise you I will. It is this new information that started me on this quest. Though I must say that despite the distress I felt when I first heard it, I am glad that it allowed me to cross paths with you two.” He shrugged as he did a flat slightly uncomfortable smile.

“A Legionnaire often forgets that there is a bigger world out there when we are looking at the world over the rims of our shields or the confines of a cavern. Perhaps one day I may be lucky enough to visit your village.” He offered the two a friendly smile.

It ate him up that he was not able to be fully open with them but his duty as a soldier still overruled his own feelings. Why was he such a good damned soldier. He was not part of the military machine. There was not rank structure to follow. Orders and regulations did not apply to clandestine operations such as these.

However, for a foot soldier such as him being thrust into the unknown on a mission he had basically no information about to do the gods knew what, his training was the anchor that allowed him to keep putting his foot forward. War was about to break over the world of Avalia like the fires of a forge. All the inhabitants would be pounded between hammer and anvil and only the gods knew what would be left over.

Barboda picked up on the woman lying to Helio but made no comment, nodding along with her words as if to confirm them to him. He turned to face Lizzie, telling her in reply, ”Well they were from the light elf army, and if the Kingdom hear no reports back, then they will know something happened, especially to the ones who summoned you.” He was certain that they would be chased and hoped he could make Lizzie understand that as she was not too privy with this world.

The sound of shouting caught his attention for a mere second, but he didn’t really care and Lizzie did not seem to either as she sighed. When she asked them to come to the captains quarters, he nodded silently as his reply, following her immediately.

Equipment: A D&D miniature, a blunt and the clothes he was given

Caelan heard a calm voice in his ear letting him know she was going to protect him. He did not want to glance her way but managed to nod his thanks, catching her kind smile out of the corner of his eye. He forced a smile back. He was pretty terrified and focused on running. He could hear the creature slamming into trees behind them and his heart raced as he ran. He could feel Sophie clutching tightly to him and did not want to know the sight she saw.

Sophie had called out asking him to put her down and he replied hastily,“Uhhh I think it might be worse to risk stopping!” He would have to hesitate in order to drop her, or she would in order to bolt into a run and that would be enough to get snatched up. The loud sound of, buzzing behind him soon reached his ears and Caelan wondered what was going on back there, but did not bother looking back.

A new voice in the distance called, “Go princess, we will distract the creature!”
The sound of crunching and other horrible noises soon followed and Caelan felt a little sick inside.
He did not bother commenting and hoped Sophie had not seen too much. Once they finally got away from the creature, Caelan slowed and leaned his hands on his knees, letting Sophie slide down his back.

Rosaria told them the name of the creature was a Vuothoran, but they were out of its territory and safe. Apparently, Sophie had electrokinesis, which would explain the buzzing noises, but he had not gotten to see much of what had happened and he was disappointed. He listened to Nuallán as he started to talk to him and nodded in agreement. it was really starting to feel like he truly was in a game of Dungeons and Dragons at this point.

Location: Barboda's Ship - Living Quarters

Tigerlily glanced over when Nym gave orders and nodded as he left. She glanced at her time teller and noted the time for reference. Next, she turned to Éliane and smiled at the woman gently. ”Time to find your inner pirate, lass. If you need fresh clothes, let me know and I’ll find you some. We don’t want you getting sunburned out there.” She winked at the women and turned to face the newcomer, Tesoro.

As he investigated the room and his gaze landed on her, Tigerlily felt a bad vibe. It didn’t take long to figure out why either, as the manic light elf suddenly shouted at her. His words didn’t surprise her though she was surprised. Eyebrows raised, she sipped her rum with curiosity and a smirk. So this is how he wanted to play, huh? Tigerlily watched his movements carefully and angled her chair away from the table in case he lunged at her across it like a deranged, wild animal or the gutter rat he indeed was proving to be. Did he have rabies? The thought made her want to laugh but she concealed it. Her body language remained poised yet calm as the smirk never left her face. Radiating serenity, Tigerlily leaned over as if to fix her outfit and slipped a dagger out of her boot and hid it in a front pocket inconspicuously. Despite her outlook, she felt fury rising inside and took slow, deep breaths so she didn’t lose it. Normally, she’d mind her business with a sarcastic remark, though she knew she had to deal with this if she wanted to have peace on the ship.

The gutter rat continued to converse with Nym and she sipped her rum. His words brought amusement to her though she didn’t show it. When she thought the street rat would finally shut his trap, he continued lamenting over her. Tigerlily giggled this time, unable to help herself. The absurdity of it was something she was sadly used to and didn’t bother her quite as much anymore. ”Aww, and here I was thinking we could be best friends, rat.” Her voice was sweet as sugar, but her gaze was cold. ”Too bad you choose otherwise. See Él, we have our typical light elf. Thank the Goddess Cari you turned out differently.” She stood up in case he did try to kill her and folded her arms as her expression became a combination of seriousness. Her one arm was slightly lower toward her belt should she need a weapon. She didn’t care what happened; if this man was posing a threat, she’d do whatever it took to survive. In a hand to hand fight or weapon, she would lose; although thankfully, the man wasn't aware of her powers, which were her secret weapons.

”Listen up rat, you stand there shouting at me without knowing me. You don’t know if I’m friends with the captain or anyone else here, do you? I have nothing to gain from being a threat to this ship. Sailing a ship alone in this war would likely be tough as shit. If I wanted to kill everyone on this ship, the lot would be dead already. Sorry, love.” The last bit of her comment was toward her friend. She moved forward at an angle from Tesoro, making it harder to close any attempted gaps as she continued.

”You can’t look past your racist outlook to discover how much of an asset I am to this ship rather than a threat. Typical light elf, thinking you know everything.” She rolled her eyes and continued. ”A mermaid who was born and raised in the sea will know it better than any gutter rat would. You sail the sea, but haven’t lived in it. Tell me, who would you have scout ahead in the water and warn of incoming danger below sea? Dangers difficult to spot to a landwalker? Lure potential ships to loot, or even force an enemy ship away should we need to run? Should you fall over and be in danger of drowning in a storm which I can survive, should I not come save you? I’ve watched many people drown, though without a choice, and won’t blink an eye if a rat like you does. Who needs one anyways?" Tigerlily picked her rum up from nearby, took another swig, and then set the empty bottle down with a grin. She checked her time teller and knew it was about time to head back to the deck. It was a shame how awful Tes’ attitude was, because he seemed useful.

”Besides, I don’t need to use my beauty to woo anyone, especially not a friend like Nym. I can do it quite naturally.” She glanced at him up and down and fixated on his face with a wicked grin. ”Looks like that’s something you need help with, rat.” She gave him a mock bow and left the living quarters onto the deck. She fixed her hat over her face to shield it from the sun. She noticed the captain beckoning Helio and Barboda with her to her cabin and raised her brows. What’s that about?

Impassive, she turned back to Nym and raised her eyebrows at him with a stormy expression on her face for him to see briefly as she let it dissipate. There wasn’t enough rum to get her through this damn day. She addressed Nym with a slight scowl and angled herself away from the living quarters and a hand near her belt in case she had to defend herself. The chances were likely, and she was prepared to defend herself. ”What should I be doin, mate?” She kept an eye on the doorway, poised to move out of the way quickly.

Myra was visibly disappointed when Astra looked at her with confusion after Myra began trying reply to her questions. Fortunately, Vrexen soon began explaining to Astra. Myra would have been a bit wary about the low growl and Vrexen's eyes as he looked at her if it was a while ago, but by now, Myra already knew how unstable Vrexen was and this was nothing compared to what happened a while ago. Instead, Myra just looked at Astra, letting out a faint smile, despite how weird she felt, as she nodded her head, almost confirming what Vrexen had said.

Astra continued talking with Vrexen, but at this point, Myra was starting to get worried about how she was feeling and focused on her own body, trying to understand what was happening. She definitely didn't get hurt recently, nor she ate anything with a strange taste... other than the meat Vrexen gave her, but even that was still meat, even if tasting a bit different, not in a weird way though. After a few moments, Astra looked at her again, mentioning that it would probably get better if she just looked towards the weird old, dark-skinned man or laid down looking backwards. Nodding towards Astra, Myra carefully went to the back of the boat, sitting down with her tail around her and both of her hands on the railing with just her head poking out as she kept looking towards Daka, slowly getting smaller and smaller on the distance.
