The dramatically outpoken athlete and overachieving member of Freshmen Block 1B, Takari Kyoya is the sworn and sole rival of Mawatari Jun. Despite his obsession with her, Kyoya values his blockmates and together strive for greatness, setting all petty grievances aside. Kyoya is the 2nd choice for 1B's Male Homeroom Rep due to his high speech charisma and battle IQ, only exceeded by the unbiased humble guy, Yuzuki Akira. Together with Mawatari Jun, who ranks 1st and Kazuma Yui, who ranks 3rd, the three of them are known as 1B's Trinity Suns.

Kyoya went to school with Himura Amaya in Shiketsu High and interned on multi hero agencies, namely Endeavor's, Hawks, and Monoma's.

During Act 1's introduction arc, it's revealed that Kyoya didn't participate due to his internship with Ironman, spoiler for Act 2. Kyoya fought alongside everyone against the horde of High End Nomu.

Photokinesis

Gen 5 - Accumulator/Emitter Hybrid - Awakened

Haru’s Quirk allows him to absorb and store nearby photons to fuel his abilities. It has rather versatile applications; he can create orbs to illuminate dark places, emit powerful laser beams from his hands and eyes, blind enemies with flashbangs, and provide heating either through passive emission of warm “sunlight” or physical touch.

For the less intensive applications (warmth and lighting), the passive absorption of light throughout the day is more than enough. However, when firing beams or emitting blinding flashbangs, Haru will start consuming photons at an absurd rate, to the point that a 1 meter radius around him can become completely lightless whenever he uses a powerful move (and thus impossible to see in and out of without thermal goggles or a search type Quirk). As such, he has to keep changing positions in a fight to fully utilize his Quirk.

He will generally keep releasing absorbed photons over the course of a day, as storing too much at the same time can cause dangerous side effects such as nausea and fatigue. It's easy to tell when he has too much, too, as he'd quite literally be glowing by then.

When he's wounded, it would be apparent that his blood is glowing, at least when exposed to air

Starlight Assault: Fires a destructive beam of light into a single direction; this supermove is capable of melting through solid steel.

Sunclap and Flash: Summons forth an enormous flashbang, temporarily blinding anyone nearby who had failed to protect their eyes. Repeated exposure can result in permanent blindness.

Sunfire Interceptor: Creates small, focused beams of light that can rapidly destroy small, quickly moving objects such as drones, insects, and minor pieces of debris.

Solarite Broadside: Coalesces photons into several arrows of light that are sent towards enemy targets.

Orbital Strike Laser: While not literally from orbit, it works with much the same principle. Haru gathers photons in a sphere or spheres of light, which he then sends out in a chosen direction. The spheres then expend their photokinetic payload directly below them in the form of searing laser beams upon his command. Allows him to attack enemies behind cover and destroy fortifications.

United States of the Big Bang: Absorbs all photons within a 300 meter radius, which coalesce into a massive, destructive sphere of burning light. This can either be released as a single beam into a focused direction, annihilating almost anything in its path, or sent out into every direction, incinerating everything within a short distance.

Gen 5 - Transformer/Mutant Hybrid- Awakened

Izanagi’s quirk allows him to turn part or all of his body into a semi-solid shadow that resembles a gryphon… if a gryphon had a crow's head instead of an eagle's, had a horn on its head, had sharp teeth inside the beak, and was made out of pure darkness, and had no wings. When he first started, he could only turn parts of himself into what would become the greater whole, but eventually, he was able to successfully fully transform for the first time since he was a kid without going into a berserk rage.

Unlike the quirk of his older cousin, Tokoyami Fumikage, Izanagi does not get empowered by darkness or debilitated by light. Rather, it becomes stronger and controllable when its user is motivated by what he believes to be a righteous cause, goes berserk if rage and other similar negative, powerful emotions are at the forefront, and is weakened by feelings of sorrow and regret. Izanagi uses his desire for a more peaceful and just society as an anchor, keeping his quirk at its strongest possible state.

When transformed for a long time, he would often forget that he is, in fact, a person, and starts acting more like a cat. He will demand attention and pets, going as far as purr when that desire is granted. Embarrassingly enough, he will remember it all when he finally decides to turn back.

Terror in the Dark: Unleashes a smoke screen with the Dark Shroud before partially transforming into the Shadow Griffin, attacking enemies that had been blinded and confused by the smokescreen.

Umbral Joust: In a fully transformed state, charges forward with the intent of smashing against anything in his path.

Konshu’s Fury: By expressing repressed strong, empowering emotion, Izanagi enlarges his Shadow Griffin form to become what some may call a “raid boss.” This is extremely draining, though.

Judge, Jury, and Executioner: While Konshu's Fury is active, he grabs an opponent and puts them in his beak before chomping down hard in an attempt to rip them in half. A theoretical killing ultramove reserved only for the worst of the worst villains, like All For One.

Yui’s Quirk allows him to absorb and manipulate kinetic/potential energy. His body functions as an organic battery that passively accumulates a set amount of energy and can be further charged by either personal motion or siphoning it from the world/objects around him. He can use this energy to enhance himself in various ways, such as supercharging his speed and mental processes or significantly accelerating his healing capabilities to recover faster. Since his Quirk automatically absorbs any kinetic energy that comes into contact with him, he must continuously utilise the accumulated power to prevent overload. His body generates erratic bolts of pure kinetic energy when he uses a certain percentage of his battery.

Yui can also transfer energy between bodies, supercharging them to varying degrees or, inversely, siphoning energy from objects/people around him to slow them down, which also lets him control the energy content within them. While either usage is extremely lethal if used for such, they also possess the capacity to be beneficial. His ability extends to replicating the same effects he usually applies to himself with others, if not quite to the same extent.

° Bunker Buster/Collision: Propelling himself forward at supersonic speeds and rapidly charging his battery in the process, Yui can cross large distances in a short timeframe. Upon impact with an obstacle, he can hit with enough force to shatter reinforced structures without slowing down. Hitting an obstacle without sufficient velocity to break through unleashes a powerful shockwave charged with enough kinetic energy to crumple steel.

° Thermal Charge/Reversal: Sending out a wave of kinetic energy in a certain radius around himself, Yui supercharges everything within its range to undergo combustion. The process can be reversed by reabsorbing the spent energy, as well as some of the excess energy that whatever is caught in the effect possesses, causing the opposite effect to occur. He can also instantly transfer more energy into an object than it can safely store all at once through touch, which causes an explosive reaction, varying in size based on the material injected with energy. It works just as well on organic matter, though it has rarely never been used on a living human being.

° Kinetic Missile/Railgun: Charges objects with kinetic energy, allowing them to be remotely controlled and able to hit small, fast-moving objects or saturate an area with high-velocity impacts. Alternatively, they can be shot at hypervelocity to inflict massive damage on a singular target. Most effective when used in tandem with his Siphon Spheres.

° Redline: Once his battery reaches 100%, Yui can expend most of the stored energy at once. This act pushes his Quirk beyond the redline, supercharging all of his capabilities into overdrive. It unleashes so much kinetic energy in one go that Yui physically cannot remain motionless for more than a few seconds without combusting. When past the redline, bolts of arcing “electricity” dance periodically from his body regardless of whether or not he is wearing his armour, exploding with force en masse when he deactivates it. Due to its very nature, energy cannot easily be generated faster than it is consumed.

As its name suggests, Starfall is a Quirk that allows Sora to simulate the properties of the lifecycle of a star. Furthermore, he can produce energy that is extremely dense in its “solid” state and can be projected into various forms at will or used to enhance his physical capabilities. When activated, it generates immense heat for several minutes before cooling rapidly until reaching an inverse temperature.

° Nebula: Neutron floods a large area with gaseous energy to obscure vision and aid in the setup of his stellar mines. It also serves as an amplification field for his other abilities.

° Celestial Minefield: Neutron sets up a field of barely visible energy spheres in a wide area that explode upon contact with an enemy, or if he wills it. Depending on how long the spheres have been set without being charged, the explosions could hit with either extreme heat or mostly concussive force.

° Stellar Arsenal: As the name implies, Neutron solidifies and shapes his energy into various weapons. These weapons are significant upgrades to regular weaponry and remain solid and usable until he reabsorbs them. They can also double as explosives if he so wishes.

° Luminous Fall: The move that serves as the namesake for Neutron’s Quirk. Upon usage, it fills the skies with enough motes of energy to essentially turn day into night over almost an entire city. While more of a spectacle than an offensive action, it is nonetheless an important move, though in a less obvious way than others. Offensively, it can be used to conceal actual attacks within its radiance.

° Singularity Emergence – Hypernova: Neutron condenses his energy to unleash a powerful, incandescent burst of pure energy that decimates everything around it. It explodes with such force that it not only incinerates everything within its range but also ejects a large amount of destroyed matter as superheated plasma.

Kaiga is an extroverted and kind boy who's the self-proclaimed number-one fan of Endevor. He's constantly looking for way to upgrade his technique hoping to one day reach Endevors level. He's quite smart and can be quite resourceful Kaiga likes to joke around a lot he tries to drag others into the fun, a bane of introverts around the world.

Stageplay
Kaiga was one of the unfortunate victims of Jaku city losing his entire family in the war orphaned and alone he had no where to go and was passed from orphanage to Orphanage before finally growing up enough to be able to leave after he left he was filled with nothing but despair and sadness.

Kaiga wallowed in his self-misery before eventually coming to blame heroes for his troubles if they were only stronger none of this would have happened he wouldn't have lost his family though his thought process all changed when he was attacked by a villain and defeated.

Certain of his death Kaiga decided to waste his last breath cursing heroes but in a flash Endeavor appeared saving him. Kaiga was shocked but being saved didn't make him forget about his grudge upon seeing Endeavor who he remembered to have failed to save his city Kaiga yelled at him letting everything he bottled up out.

Endeavor stayed and listen before giving Kaiga the hope to move on for his family and friends for everyone lost in Jaku city.

-Akira gained the interest of the new Class 1B advisor and leader of Blackhawks Rin Himura and unknown to him the crime boss and mayor of Shibuya, Ryukazuki Keyaru's as well.
-As of now, he promised to prepare his spear and what he can muster in Class 1B to stand against Keyaru. Personally, he resolved himself to assist in opposing Keyaru, if only to reassure himself the safety of Mei Kaku. He also currently aware that his current strength is not enough and had taken steps to improve himself.

_{P e r s o n a l i t y}
A creepy mad-scientist otaku type. Though introverted in that she prefers being left to her own devices, Kagari is excessively passionate about military technology and mecha, utilizing her talents and her Quirk to create all sorts of nonsense (that usually gets her in trouble afterwards). In a world where superheroes are a reality that children can actually aspire towards, she nevertheless chases another fantasy.

While not entirely heroic in the same 'protect the weak' way that her fellow peers are, Kagari nevertheless sticks with the profession because there's nowhere else she can test out her gear.

_Origin
Some found their calling in the real-life heroics of real-life heroes. Maybe they saw All Might drag twenty civilians out of a burning building at once. Maybe they saw Endeavor drop a Prominence Burn on some dastardly villain in 4k. Maybe they just saw the interviews, associated heroes with celebrities, and decided that they wanted to be famous too.

Shirakawa Kagari, however, already had her heart stolen at the age of eight, when she watched her first Gundam movie off of her older brother's tablet PC. Her parents entertained her dreams, then became concerned when it was clear that it wasn't just a childish dream. With outsized passion, a compatible Quirk, and a desire to do whatever was necessary, the girl got to work.

After all, her teachers always told others to follow their dreams. Heroes always told others to reach for their aspirations. Politicians always told others to desire a better tomorrow.

So Kagari...well, Kagari didn't want to make 'customized hero suits' or 'practical gadgets for apprehending criminals'. She wanted to become the pilot of a twenty meter tall mecha!

Kagari can speak with machines and metals through physical contact. Through this communication, she can learn how they are constructed, understand their current capabilities, and 'ask' them to do things. A computer that's password-locked will open up if she asks nicely. A motorcycle would push past its mechanical limits if she was the one riding it. Metal itself would bend and contort in incomprehensible ways if she told it what to do. Nuts and bolts will loosen or tighten, gears will spin or pop off.

With a touch, Kagari can give machines life.

° Disassemble: Eurmajesty asks an object to take itself apart, causing it to unmake itself. Though exceptionally effective towards high-tech gadgets, even simpler objects can be affected by this, such as a regular sword have the tang slip off the handle.
° Quick Fuse: One object connects with other objects, disassembling and then repurposing their components to create a new machine according to the designs inside Eurmajesty's mind.
° Man-Machine Integration: Eurmajesty dives deeper into a machine, enabling her to move, manipulate, and use something as if it were an extension of her own body, while simultaneously boosting the machine's own capabilities. When utilized upon a computer, she can literally dive her mind into the internet, but this causes greater mental strain than if she only used this ability to drive a car good.

_Ultramoves
° AWAKEN, MECHANICAL EMPEROR DANTALION! Eurmajesty pushes her Quirk to the maximum, while utilizing a special Support Item to call her magnum opus to her location. Dantalion is a five meter tall mecha that currently is incapable of moving if not for Eurmajesty's own Quirk working to supplement its mechanical capabilities. Armed with a pile bunker, an energy saber, as well as four armored plates strapped upon its back, Dantalion is able to move at speeds rivaling trains and has rocket boosters to enable it to leap thrice its height in a single bound.

Right now, it has a maximum operating limit of three minutes, before it overheats and shuts down in consideration to its pilot.

Naito is the Quirkless nephew of Enji Todoroki. Through the sheer determination of the fiery will inside of his heart Naito beat all the odds and became a Pro Hero. Though he did it in unconventional ways. He worked his mind and body to their limits. Despite being quirkless Naito never had a vendetta against those with quirks, not even his twin sister who became known as the literal golden child of the generation. He loves heroes and grew up studying them and their quirks to better understand them and what made them different from him. He also started focusing on villains to see what turned someone with a quirk into a villain. Was it the kind of quirks they had and how society treated them, were they just blinded from the darkness in front of them, or are some people just rotten? These thoughts led to him studying psychology to reach people in a different way.

Naito has DiD triggered by placing his hero helmet on.

Naito was trained by the vigilante Knuckleduster and spent time with his sister as a Pro Hero in the United States and spent some personal time in Kessel. They're now both returning for college.

The Paladin Suit is made to resist flames, electricity, and extreme weather conditions, but it doesn't completely nullify the effects. Extreme flames will start to melt the suit and damage him inside and repetitive bolts of electricity will damage the suit as well. His cape is retractable and can be taken off to give to others for comfort or protection.

His side pouch holds his grappling gun and collapsible reinforced steel bo staff. His utility belt holds the aforementioned gadgets but also a rebreather, a pen, and tracers. His helmet provides him with infrared and uv light vision for investigative purposes. It also acts as a radio and is connected to his phone if he needs to communicate with anyone. The gloves of his suit also act as a taser or defibrillator when activated.

Hinata is as bright as her quirk and name implies. She has an infectious personality that can't help but get the grumpiest grumps out of their dumps. She's rarely seen with a sad expression and the only times she got angry were on behalf of her loved ones and the innocent people that villains hurt. And you do not want to be there when this bright star gets angry. You know how the right amount of sun gives life and too much sun gives death? Yeah. Don't make her mad.

She's the twin sister of Naito Todoroki and from a young age had a lot of weight on her shoulders due to the development of her quirk. She was being primed to be the heiress of the Todoroki Family Legacy. But she never cared about any of that. She just wanted to be a hero. Not for the prestige, but to save those in need. She and her brother grew with a strong moral compass and admiring the legendary heroes All Might and Star and Stripe despite the former's fall. But she found him and what he stood for so noble and was determined to learn from his protege, Star. And so for her entire high school career she and Naito moved to the United States where she interned under Star and Stripe and quickly became eligible to join the country's Hero Rankings.

Hinata left the United States on a high while her brother didn't have as much luck. But the two were more determined than ever to bring what they learned to Japan and their uncle's school.

As the name suggests Hinata is a solar battery. Her cells are able to absorb the radiation from the sun providing her with darker skin and a range of abilities. For starters she has super strength allowing her on average to lift up to twenty-five tons, but this lowers as her stored energy depletes.

She can also release her contained energy to fly and release beams of solar energy from her hands and eyes. She can also enhance her punches this way, but it makes her use up more energy.

Her powers also enhance her eyes allowing her to see heat signatures, even through smokescreens.

She can also act as a human flashlight.

Akai Jace (Going, most often, by Ace) is a generally light hearted and playful person, preferring to face the world with easy laughter and mischief well suited to the creatures his family have long been compared to. Well aware of the androgynous nature of his appearance, and the reputation of his mythical cousins, he is also something of an incorrigible flirt, though harmlessly so- rarely, if ever, taking things beyond the surface.

He has a deep seated love for music that rivals even his commitment to heroism, to the point that he very nearly attended a college of the arts rather than a hero college, the final decision made entirely upon the knowledge that, even without additional schooling, he could at least continue to pursue music in his free time, where the reverse might have meant losing the opportunity to work as a hero entirely.

_Origin

Ace comes from a long line of supers who share, to one degree or another, his quirk. There are some who believe his bloodline was somehow engineered to be as they are, given the uncanny similarities they have to a creature of myth and the broad range of their abilities- and not even Ace knows the truth of the matter. All he knows for certain is that he has a gift, and he intends to use it for the betterment of the lives around him.

While some in his lineage have been heroes, they were fairly minor- and far more recent, fresh in the minds of the people, is his mother. A notorious villainess, she modeled herself after the legend of Tamamo-no-Mae, the spirit of a Kitsune supposedly trapped within a sessho-seki in ages past. She wielded her powers of enchantment to sow chaos amidst the government and the hero association, and was only barely brought down near the culmination of her plans by Endeavor.

With the shadow of his mother's actions looming over him, unable to escape ridicule, Ace became determined to overcome adversity, to undo the damage she had done, and become a beacon of good and hope where she had been one of paranoia and suspicion. While his powers are ill suited for the flashy displays and powerful blasts common to hero work, he works hard to be a comforting presence, and while he might not blow a villain away, he makes a point to handle them quickly and efficiently.

Kitsune- Like the mythical creatures of old, those with this quirk are possessed of a singularly persuasive and mischievous nature, and physically altered to resemble the foxes these mythical beings were modeled after. With powers of illusion and suggestion, they may warp the minds and perceptions of their foes, for good or ill, and guide them towards a new course of action.

° Suggestion: While a foe is glamoured, they are far more susceptible to persuasion and direction, and he may suggest a course of action to them. So long as he makes it seem reasonable or enticing, and the foe doesn't possess high mental fortitude, they may feel compelled to go along with it.

° Hallucinate: Ace may alter a target's senses to make them perceive, with all five senses, things that are not really there- or to fail to perceive things that are there. This can be used to distract and confuse his foes, or even to make them believe they have suffered injuries that they haven't.

As common with the Todoroki family, Eva's quirk is pyromantic in nature. But in her case, it's less to do with fire and more to do with pure heat. Specifically, Eva's Quirk is the ability to concentrate and generate intense heat all throughout her body, being able to focus it onto her hands and feet and transferring it to whatever she touches. If not for her gloves and boots keeping it in check, she would be able to melt concrete and metals into an amorphic state. Moreover, perhaps due to the intense heat or due to inheriting her Grandfather's quirk, she can also use this to convert matter she touches into crystals as hard as diamond.

The source of this being her own body heat, and by extension, her emotional state which may further increase that body heat. Much like distant relative Toya, this means that the more hot-headed and flared up her emotions get, the more intense the heat that disperses, the stronger her blows. Moreover, keeping it contained within herself makes her incredibly resistant to extreme cases of low temperature weather.

Normally, she can't control the particular details of her Quirk; she can't touch anything when it's active without resulting in burns and melting, and any crystals that may form, she can't shape it the way she'd want, nor keep the crystallization contained. However, once equipped with her gloves, she can contain and release the heat in as slow and carefully as she'd like and shape crystals how she sees fit.

Of course, because her body heat is the source of her Quirk, it's imperative she keeps a delicate balance within her body, something she has trouble with even now. Use too much heat, and she could suffer hypothermia regardless of the current temperature. Hold it in long enough without a means of cooling or hydrating herself, and she'd risk dangerous heat-related conditions such as a lethally-high fever or heat stroke, or worse, outright catch fire. The suit's automated heating/cooling systems helps mediate the rapidly-changing body temperature, but it's not an end-all solution to it, she still has to work to keep that balance physically and emotionally.

Her hero suit was tailor-made for her and her quirk; equipped with an AC cooler, a heater, and both regulated by an internal sensor for Eva's body heat. This suit is designed to help Eva keep a heat balance when using or not using her quirk, keeping herself cool while idle or her emotions creates an increase, and heating her up whenever she runs out of her quirk. Her gloves and boots are designed to absorb and concentrate Eva's heat via the internal insulation, allowing her to limit, compress, and expunge the excess heat with control and precision, and ventilate it outwards slowly and safely, or violently if Eva wills it.

The five doors shaped like a five-circle pattern on her palms can open up to release concentrated blasts of heat akin to a welding torch, allowing her to be more delicate and precise when melting objects or shaping the crystals she form.

The concentration of heat at the bottom of the boots is designed to ignite and act as propulsion for her feet, allowing her to levitate and with the help of the gloves, even fly at high speeds.

As an individual, Crobalt himself is down-to-earth and generally caring of the wellbeing of others, he's also fiercely determined to protect the commonfolk, even when he's in over his head with a pissed off Villain in hot pursuit. It's not that he's afraid of what's looking to smash his face in, but more that he's willing to put the safety of others far above his own as any self-respecting officer of the law should. His overly protective sister tends to chastise him for such reckless acts, but he'd long since accepted he'd never be on her level, so he chose instead to support her heroism in his own way. He also never skips a day of training.

Crobalt hails from the same lineage as Eva does, but the two siblings couldn't be any more different. Where his sister has an Active Quirk, Crobalt is seemingly Quirkless. But that hasn't stopped him trying to be someone his sister can count on. He's the good cop trying to do right in a society where folks like him are the minority. He harbors a respect for his grandfather's heroics, and strives to uphold his beliefs on what a hero should be wherever he can.

Since he seemingly has no quirk of his own, he has to result in clever tactics, quick thinking and thorough observations in the event he ends up having to square off against a quirk-using Villain, all while remaining focused under fire. though depending on the Villain's quirk, this may be little more than a delay tactic or a decoy to lure said Villain to areas where the risk of collateral is acceptably limited, all while relaying his findings to Pro Heroes on the way.

In reality, Crobalt actually possesses a dormant quirk that he's completely unaware of, but all evidence of it's existence is unknown to him, kept under lock and key. Only a handful of people know of this fact, his father being one of them. In simplicity, Crobalt has effectively been living a lie as a "Quirkless" who isn't actually Quirkless.

Flames of Law is Crobalt's (currently inert) Quirk. This Quirk ties to Crobalt's emotional state. By default Crobalt generates searing hot flames that he can use in a variety of ways, from enhancing his physical strikes to venting them from his limbs for high-speed movement, not unlike Iron Man's Repulsors. However, if his calm front begins to slip, his flames become more intense based on how emotional he gets, at the expense of energy consumption.

His Quirk requires the energy in his body from things like food, drink and rest to function optimally. If Crobalt runs low on energy, not only will his Quirks' flame intensity drop exponentially, but he can also put himself in a severely fatigued state, barely able to respond to incoming attacks. Acclimatizing to the strain his quirk puts on him through extended use could alleviate this to a degree, but it wouldn't truly stamp it out. He would first need to rouse said quirk from it's dormancy first before that could become a thing.

For Crobalt, a battle of attrition would be his worst enemy as he'd eventually burn himself out sooner or later. Assuming he can maintain his composure, at best he'd be able to hold his own for an hour or two of high intensity fighting.

Pyro Assisting Enforcer Armour (PAEA)

The PAEA armour is intended to act as both protection and efficiency assistant to Crobalt, protecting his body from harm up to medium-strength quirks and small arms fire, while also enabling more efficient use of his quirk by providing ignitable fuel from the gauntlets and boots to allow him to produce stronger flames at a lower energy cost. This also runs the risk of having the fuel explode from damage, so the armor is designed with a modular system in mind, that he can replace spent fuel canisters on the fly, carrying up to four spare canisters in a concealed pouch, or be able to jettison the compromised fuel canisters of the armour into the air to detonate harmlessly, or in a pinch, deliberately jettison and detonate them towards a target on purpose as a last ditch effort to bring down an adversary. The gauntlets and boots also enable a limited form of flight using his flames as propulsion, though he won't be able to use his weapons in flight since he'd be using his hands to stabilize himself, and he runs the risk of burning through his body's energy reserves with sustained flight.

Pro Hero GPS Tracker Watch - Worn on the left wrist, shows Crobalt the positions and hero names of Pro Heroes on duty in the nearby area, and lets him mark hotspots where Pro Hero intervention is required. A gift from his sister, which he takes great care to look after, especially considering prior to his own quirk's awakening, is the only way he has to call in the big guns when he's in over his head.

Police Pursuit Motorcycle - Primary transportation method. Feeling the wind while riding from point A to point B is one of the things that he enjoys when he's not engaged in a pursuit. Comes equipped with retractable wheels and a jet propulsion system for flight and jet-assisted leaps into the air, though the former may be dependent on air traffic control's clearance to engage in flight. A necessary tool post-quirk awakening to avoid burning himself out before he even enters the fray.

Police Standard Issue Sakabato, Wakizashi, and handgun - Nothing noteworthy, but they get the job done. Upon Quirk Awakening, eventually replaces them with custom-built versions that act as conduits for his Quirk without risk of heat-based damage to the armaments themselves.

Seiki Kanako, 17

Kanako's always jumpy and on edge. She doesn't trust people very easily, and she doesn't show a lot of concern for others either. She comes across as rude to people who don't know her, because she's mute, but most people assume she's ignoring them on purpose, even when she's paying attention. Still she tends to pay more attention to the sound and patterns of a person's voice than the words they're saying. Because of this, and the fact that she has to use sign language, write, or use her quirk for telepathy, she doesn't do great in conversations.
She keeps to herself, although when there is actually an emergency that's life threatening to a civilian she won't hesitate to jump in.
She tends to think more like a Villain than a Hero, which becomes quite noticeable whenever she links her mind to someone. She's a 'If they're not dead or dying, they're fine,' kind of person, especially when it comes to the rest of Class 2B.
It's not a secret to the rest of Class 2B that she grew up as a Villain, what is a secret is why she switched sides and became a Hero instead.

Gen 5 - Psychokinesis - Repressed

Kanako can link her mind to the mind of anyone within 25 meters who she has completely memorized the voice of. She establishes the link by aligning her mental voice to the voice of another person she's heard, until it's a 1 to 1 match. Once the link is established her mental voice usually goes back to an ambiguous voice, distinct from the other person's, to help her distinguish her thoughts from the thoughts of another. Her eyes and the eyes of whomever she links her mind to glow gold when her quirk is active.
From there it is an equal link for both sides, meaning both parties can attempt to manipulate the other. The person with the stronger will generally have more control over the other. If the other party has a significantly stronger will, they will be able to completely kick Kanako out of their head, and she will loose recollection of their voice. She can only link her mind to one person at a time.

Gau is a friendly guy, who likes to challenge people in battles of wit. He’s sassy, and a bit snarky, and can come across as a bit stuck up, but he’s very loyal and protective when the situation calls for it.
He’s very honest, and doesn’t really understand people who lie for fun.
He likes to talk to people, and play chess with people who have equal skill to him, or are better than him, because he likes a challenge. He also likes to write poems, and listen to stories. Because of this, he’s a very good person to vent to, because he’ll always listen, and try to understand the best he can.

His family were originally from the UK, but moved to Japan before he was born, so he speaks with a British accent.
Gou grew up in a small, mostly unknown city, always having the dream of one day becoming a Hero. He has a supportive family, who encouraged him to pursue what he wanted, even though they didn’t have much money to get him into a good school.
He trained at a low rep public Hero high school, where he graduated top of his class, and then came to Eirei to finish his studies with a scholarship to cover his expenses. He started in class 1C before being promoted to 2B.
He's good at reading people, and has figured out a lot about his classmates from the way they talk, how they react to certain things, their expressions, and their body language. Gau tries to ignore the fact that almost all of his classmates are traumatized and or murderers. Tries being the key word.
He picked his Hero name, Jawbreaker, because it’s his favorite kind of candy.

He has the appearance of a Spiritwalker, being quadrupedal, having hooves, and a reptilian face, and a tail. He’s not very fast, but he is strong, and defensive.
He has enhanced strength, and all his senses are stronger than most people’s, except touch. He can track people by scent, pinpoint a person’s location from a single sound, see in the dark, and has a more defined sense of taste than the average person.
He has bark and moss growing on his back, and is like a walking mountain in a way. He blends into the wilderness well, with natural camouflage. Although he doesn’t get many opportunities to demonstrate this.
He can carry up to five people on his back at a time. He uses this in rescues and evacuations.
He has the jaw strength of an alligator, and venom that he can inject into his bite victims to paralyze them, although he tries to avoid doing this when he can, because the effects have a fifty fifty chance of being permanent.

Photonic Crystals allow the user to produce crystals made from unique materials that allow the crystals to be highly malleable in terms of various facets that affect light passing through them, namely the pigmentation, refractive index, and photoconductivity. These highly malleable emitted crystals are then able to be manipulated by the user, moving it telekinetically as well as altering the aforementioned light-affecting properties. Essentially, this allows the user to 'mould' the light passing through the crystals. By controlling the refractive index and pigmentation, the user is able to 'shape' lights into a holographic projection of various colours. By altering the photoconductivity, the crystals become highly electrically conductive when exposed to light, converting light into electricity, thus generating electrical discharge.

Manifest illusory holograms in the air by manipulating the refractive index of the shards. Typically they will take the forms of mass of lights shaped into various silhouettes, but by projecting an image or video through support items, it is possible to create a fully realized detailed holograms.

The photonic shards are scattered around in an area, each with its refractive index manipulated to be almost invisible while being photoconductive, essentially creating invisible electric minefield suspended in the air that can be moved as desired.

° Luminous Arc
Highly photoconductive shards are launched in a barrage of electrified projectiles. Because Energy from light is , the shorter the wavelength, the greater the photonic energy, thus the pigment of these shards are manipulated to determine the 'level' of electrical discharge by adjusting the light wavelength that is absorbed, leaving trails of 'arcs' behind them. The color goes from violet to red from weakest to strongest.

Unlike conventional computing, which uses electronic signals, raywatch uses photonic computing, allowing it much greater processing power than conventional computers. The highly malleable crystals of the Photonic Crystal quirk allow it to change its refractive index and pigment, allowing the formation of lights in various shapes and signals that act as a logic gate for computing, bypassing one of the challenges to fully realizing photonic computing. This novel technology replaces the conventional electron with protons for greater processing power, allowing data processing up to terabits per second compared to the gigahertz of modern computers, and even all but the most advanced of supercomputers. The high processing power of the raywatch allows it to perform futuristic functions such as a holographic interface and advanced AI to control tentacle fibres from the pauldron in Reiji's armour. The tentacles are equipped with a high-powered small bulb and photonic crystals, allowing them to emit electrical discharge at enemies that come too close. As sort of a prank, Yotsubashi Tomatsu programmed the AI to be in the form of a 'cultured 2d woman' named Prisma in order to embarrass Reiji.



_{Hologun - Selfmade}
A gun that uses shards of Photonic Crystals as the projectile. When fired, it emits bright light and shoots shards of the crystals, moulded to be highly photoconductive. As a result, the gun launched electrified crystal shards at high speed. If Reiji chose to alter their refractive index before shooting, the light emitted could be launched in the form of small holograms. After joining the Teknus Agency, the gun was upgraded by being able to interface with the raywatch, allowing AI assistance to perform trick shots.

_{Lumos and Spectra - Patented}
Two of the raywatch's peripherals are in the form of drones, acting as both 'eyes and ears' as well as 'limbs' of the raywatch. The raywatch drones can manoeuvre with great precision in an automated logarithm. However specific orders can be given via the raywatch. The drones are equipped with a camera, sound recorder, holographic projector, as well as a durable armour. Most importantly, they are also equipped with adaptors that can allow the raywatch to interface with conventional technology, allowing Reiji to hack into various systems with a processing speed of advanced supercomputers. They also have a compartment containing shards of Photonic Crystals that can be deployed and then controlled by Reiji for various purposes. The drones are named Lumos and Spectra.

To wit, she can be described as a good natured, energetic tomboy with a competitive streak and a penchant for flirting. Mischa, living up to her hero title, is a daredevil; she loves to take risks and get her adrenaline pumping. While many would think she doesn't take anything seriously, she is a very observant and intelligent person who is able to make snap decisions on the fly with a cool head. When dealing with villains she is known to throw in some quips to annoy them and throw them off their game.

She does have a secret that she desperately wants to keep; she is a massive nerd. Whether it's anime, manga, or video games she is just a nerd. The kind of nerd that learned Japanese just to read the RAWs of a chapter as soon as they are posted. The kind of person to make her own fan work and sell it under a pseudonym at comic cons because the last thing she wants is to destroy her social life. She has two kinds of sketchbooks. One she can show to people and the other she would have to kill them if they saw it.

_Origin
Mischa is a recent foreign transfer from the Netherlands with an impressive lineage; on her mother's side there has been a dynasty of heroes and her mother is currently one of the top ten heroes in the country while her father is a Croatian diplomat. Of course as a child she had no idea what her father actually really did though she knew exactly what her mother did. Saving people, news interviews, photo ops, public admiration, and all the sparkle. There was nothing else in the world she wanted more than be a hero just like her mother.

Mischa was an energetic, if not reckless child. She of course was talented and with talent and with such a familial reputation expectations were placed upon her not just by her own family but everyone else around her. She at first didn't feel it; it was fun to develop her powers in all sorts of ways everyday though as she got older she could not help, but to notice it. To be as exceptional as her mother, to grow faster, to do better even when she was already doing her best so she wouldn't bring shame to her family. The pressure caused her to act out more, act more reckless with Daredevil stunts in any attempt to differentiate herself from her mother.

The time for her to graduate from her high school's hero program passed and she enrolled in her mothers alma mater though she couldn't stand being there. It was suffocating to have the constant reminder of her mother breathing down her neck, the constant comparisons, and the questions. Mischa made a request to transfer to Eirei College under the pretense that she wanted to study in the country where the Symbol of Peace once resided. It wasn't entirely a lie, but the truth was that she wanted to get as far away from her family as possibly could, away from the pressure and expectations. She needed a chance to become her own person and hopefully putting countries between her and everyone else would do the trick.

Balance allows Mischa to manipulate the direction and strength of gravitational forces though it must be at the same time. For example, she could make it so she can walk on walls or 'fall' upwards or in another direction, using it to slingshot herself. However, this ability is not limited by touch; it has a range where she could use it to manipulate objects. For example, she could pull objects towards her or away from her as a form of defense or towards targets as a form of attack though can perform much more complex tasks to manipulate her environment. She can use it in more subtle ways for hand-to-hand combat. If she is able to focus the manipulation of the gravity's direction and strength on say a punch then she can increase its speed and strength though any string of attacks has to be thought out lest she accidentally pulls her limbs out of their sockets.

More powerful feats would include strengthening the direction of gravity or slingshot them through the air to drop them back to the ground though she prefers not to do that as that is unbecoming of a hero. However, if she wishes to extend the range then it will take greater mental power and may take greater effort to exert the same level of control and strength she could normally.

_Supermoves
° Slingshot: By altering the direction of gravity and increasing the gravitational pull, Mischa can essentially slingshot herself or any target for that matter at high speeds. This can be used to increase the strength of her physical attacks and even projectiles, cratering and shattering reinforced objects.

° Float: By altering the direction of gravity into every direction and colliding into each other in equal force she can essentially cause something to just float. This is typically used by Mischa after Slingshot so she can remain in the air for longer periods of time and even float in place. The reason she can't simply just strengthen gravity upwards and have a weaker pull downwards is because it would stretch her like taffy.

° Shambles: Mischa alters the gravitational direction of several objects, constantly changing the direction as to create confusion and make it difficult to keep track where each object as they are used to attack the target.

_Ultramoves
° First Impact: Drawing her powers to their absolute limit, she first changes the surrounding gravity upwards with enough force to rip layers and layers of reinforced concrete, steel, and so on to create a solid mass that looks like a makeshift meteor and with all of her strength redirects its gravity towards at full speed. The impact of the attack leaves destruction in its wake.

Her hero costume is designed to look like a motorcyclist's outfit with a black leather jacket that is typically zipped up though there is a white t-shirt shirt underneath it, black leather pants, a black tool belt, red gloves and boots, and a red motorcyclist helmet.

The gloves and boots are designed to absorb shock from her using her quirk for high speed movement and impacts. The knuckles of the gloves have metal plates that act similarly to knuckle dusters and the soles of her boots are made with iron.

The motorcyclist's helmet appears like a normal red motorcycle helmet with an abnormal field of view and is exceptionally durable. The helmet however is outfitted with basic vision magnification, night vision, and an AI assisting GPS software. It also has Bluetooth so she can listen to music.

Chinmoku Akatsuki, known as Chin to his friends, is a bit of an oddball. He is outgoing and loves to be around people, and while he is a naturally loud person; he tends to observe first before engaging in group conversations. Chin carefully watches how people act and respond before joining the conversation himself. He usually prefers to listen and think before speaking rather than acting impulsively. While he prides himself on being honest, he can sometimes be overly blunt, speaking his mind without considering other people's feelings.

Born to a successful businessman who was often not home, Chin grew up in a strict household. His mom was consistently the driving force behind trying to get him to think before he acted at a young age. However, he was bullheaded and would often act without thinking. One day, he and a friend decided to mess with someone they thought was a strange man in an alleyway. This led to a dangerous situation where they both ended up hospitalized. With his mother's words echoing in his head, he made his first thoughtful decision and resolved to become a hero. He decided that it would be him who protected others like that Hero protected him and his friend. He wanted to protect his friend that day but failed and that failure will forever be in his memory.

Academically Chin does well for himself having always found the academics of school easy. If only he could remember to turn things in on time he would probably have a great grade. But often getting carried away doing other more interesting things makes him forget about the things he is supposed to be doing.

Despite academically not being as disciplined as he could be, he has spent most of his life training to protect himself using Martial Arts. This was a request by his father who figured that one day he would need it to defend the family and the familial name.

His Father is happy the path that Chin chose, however is wary as he feels that Chin may emberass the family if he ever makes a large mistake like other heroes have which have brought them down as a fall from Grace. But with the development of his quirk his father looks to profit off of his success and use it to catapult Chin into stardom.

Moves:
The shockwave: Think of a shockwave from a bomb, at the point of impact it's direct and small. The further it goes out the more widespread it gets and while it still can be dangerous it's not concentrated enough to do frightening amounts of damage, without just letting loose and destroying everything around him. This requires him to use Supportems for any ranged combat. He has no control of the shockwave once it's emitted.


Banshee Screech [in case of emergency only]
This move is his most devastating move. He increases the volume of his voice to high decibels and a massive shockwave comes out of his mouth unleashing itself on anything that is in front of him. This, however, has the issue of causing a lot of 'friendly fire' from the decibels of his screech to if someone is in front of him he doesn't want to get hurt.

Six King Fist: A devastating attack where he punches the person in the and chest unleashing a loud shockwave at the same time to try and knock them out.
