As much as it still made sense, he had to agree with the other boy (Darius was it?) "yeah, I guess you're right. If this really was heaven, then I'm sure my big bro would have been here to greet me." Getting back to he feet, he wiped the tears from his eyes "but that just begs the question; where are we? I'm happy to finally be out of the coal mines and everything, but I'm not sure I like being dropped in some strange place like this" he said, more to himself then to the others with him. Joel was brought out of his musings when he noticed all of the strange creatures "oh wow. I didn't notice them" he said out loud, unaware that he was looking at things that shouldn't exist. "Should...should we ask them where we are. I mean unless either of you know, that is" he asked the other two kids with him

Hana stood in the middle of the crossfire, so to speak. As the two momentarily argued, Hana just continued to hold onto the glowing tree. Mabel had then climbed up a rock-face and asked for a compass. Hana didn't have such a thing with her. She really didn't bring anything into this world, besides clothes. She sighed as Rin took out a phone and tried to give her phone to Mabel.

"What's up there?" Hana said, barely audible to someone who was as high as Mabel.

"We're on a what! I mean, a he, or a she! I can't really tell! All I see is a wing on the far.. Right! Fuck, your phone doesn't work! Rin, catch your useless rubbish." Mabel went on as she continued to scale the pillar, the higher she went the more clear thing became.

They were on something's back, whether it realized that or not wasn't really in question. Because this thing was large enough to one shot all three of them if it really wanted to, just what was it though? The sullen girl finally reached the highest point of the brain-dried-pillar=thingy, and sat on a somewhat flattened spot. She licked her index finger and raised it into the air, she saw that in a movie once, though instead of air dominantly coming from any direction it blew in several and was a complete act of idiocy on her part.

It was a long way down, and she had seen what she needed to see. Mabel stepped down from her little sitting arrangement, missing her footing she slid down the pillar rear-first, as she made her descent down the surface rough edges scratched and skidded down her arms leaving visible marks that worsened until her feet finally touched the ground. Rolling up her sleeves to observe the damage. a few cuts and some scrapes a couple inches in length. She'd live, and there were more important things at hand anyway.

"We're on the back of a massive winged creature. As unbelievable as that sounds, that's literally what's going on." Mabel stated bluntly, pulling her sleeves back down and setting her gaze to the floor.

Rena was left with her mouth hung open, now she was about to argue with Adam about her being mistaken, because she seriously was convinced she was right. Fortunately Valair got involved before she could start something, he tried pushing on the same statue, and even if he faked the effort of trying to push it, no one could deny the heavy thump that resonated once the statue was allowed back down. This got Rena thinking, obviously she had some sort of inhuman ability, and now apparently Adam got super strength... so does this mean?

"Valair? Do you feel any different from before? It's starting to seem like we're not... quite normal anymore, I'm thinking you yourself might've gotten some super power as well." If it was true, that none of them were crazy and these strange abilities were reality, then they should use them to their advantage; to solve the puzzle and escape from the ice prison.

Even the thought of the ice reminded her how cold it was, her loaned coat wasn't nearly enough to fight it off. With this in mind Rena decided it was time to take a closer look at those sigils now the statues had been moved, for the moment she was ignoring the others so she could focus. Rena crouched over one of the small tiles, after examination she wasn't surprised to find it was made of the same elements as the statues, then she went to the next sigil, and so forth. When done she stood up and reported her findings, weird how she was already somewhat used to having supernatural abilities. "Right, so the tiles are made from the same stuff as the statues, guess that means we weren't wrong there. I can move them around myself since I know which is which. Now, any ideas where we're supposed to put them?"

This was definately confusing, he was watching a show on TV and then suddenly wasn't, finding himself in a place he had never seen before. He almost though he was in a cave before seeing sunlight poke in at spots. The confusion was definite. Now, that confusion had been shoved aside to be replaced by a feeling of creepiness. When he had gotten his senses about him he started to explore in an attempt to find an exit, and it didn't take long for the sense of being watched took hold. There were these insect-human-like things all over the place, winged with diferently colored tails.

Whenever the chills along his spine became strong enough, he would turn, almost spin, around to see them lying down. He always got the feeling that they were getting up and watching him, and he wished he could just pass it off as a result of being in a different place. Yes, the thought occurred to him that he might have fallen asleep and was dreaming, the this all felt too... real, to be a dream. Soon he spotted a pair up figures up ahead, one of them holding a bat and the other with some machinery. They looked human, and it was with that hope that he broke into a jog to reach them, not saying anything aloud out of fear of something going wrong if he made too much noise.

“Can’t say I do, though mine may not be as obvious. Given how both your powers are applicable to this problem though… I hope I figure it out soon if I have one.” While Rena went about identifying more objects, Valair instead stood still and tried to puzzle out what he might have been given on the way here. He didn’t really manage to get anywhere with that line of thought before another discovery by Rena seemed to give the three of them the final piece of the puzzle. It wasn’t a particularly hard one with Rena’s powers, but he shuddered to imagine how long it would have taken someone without that very specific ability.

Nonetheless between him and Adam, the two of them managed to shift the statues around until they sat over the matching sigils. He handled the lighter of the three; boron, titanium, and iron, and only just managed to move the iron rifleman statue in place as Adam set the heaviest of the six in place.

Yet when he opened the door, it was to the same result without any change. Valair tried a few times from either side before he stepped back with a frown and examined the piece again. Evidently somewhere along the way the three of them had messed up. “Huh…” he muttered as he approached the door and examined the top of its frame. He wasn’t sure how he had missed it the first time, but there was a distinct imprint that looked like one of the sigils would fit in just right. That probably meant that one of the sigils was supposed to go in then, but how to figure out which one? “There’s a slot for one of the sigils to fit inside on the door,” he called out to Rena as he returned to examine each statue in turn again.

It wasn’t immediately obvious, but he noticed the symbols on the floor just in front of each statue after a few moments. “Hey, Rena. Think you can match these to the big chart over there? Might tell us which statue belongs where.” Afterwards he walked around the room and touched each statue again on a hunch. He must have missed it the first time around, but with the mindset that he likely had a power that could contribute to this puzzle, Valair could feel it if just faintly. It was subtle and barely noticeable, but he could feel a slight tug within himself as he touched the cold surface of each carving. Eventually after a few cycles, he placed his hand on the statue and nodded. The tug he experienced with the other statues definitely wasn’t present with this one. “I think I’ve found the sigil that goes in the door,” he called out to the others again, “any luck with those symbols Rena?”

Within The Valleys on Lovos

Freedom of flight and the ability to feel the wind against its body again was all that the mighty Lovos could think of as it roared aloud, breaking the clouds as he soared and flew high into the skies. The wondrous feeling of it all excited the dragon more than ever as he practically ignored the tiny specks of dust on his back.

Though, uncertainty quickly came to its mind: he was sure he could no longer think or feel; that his mind was gone and his brain was no longer of any use. Yet, the magic he felt and strange speckle of dusts that he felt slowly crawl up and slide back down his large body told him that something was the cause of this. Something or someone was the cause of restoring the sanity of long lost dragon to its rightful state.

How could he return this kindness... this gift of life that he had thought once extinguished? Thinking carefully, an idea came to mind.

Almost immediately, Lovos lifted his body up before diving swiftly downwards. The spot where he felt the magic before; those pesky speckles of dusts... he knew where they were, and he simply had to meet them himself. They were not far from his head being at the center of his body, and with his quick movement, he simply flapped his wings backwards and lifted them up upon his head where there were tufts of hair that they could easily grab upon and climb around if they so needed to.

Were they to land safely, they would soon find themselves near the center of Lovos' Head.

From here, they could go towards the Dragon's enlarged eye seeking an audience, the ear to speak to it, or even towards its horn where there seemed to be a hole drilled in. What they wanted to do now would be completely up to them, although it was clear the dragon sought their attention.

Within the Forests on Gorlock

The creature simply looked at Tamaki's offering before smelling it with wonder, and ate a bit of the vegetables before smiling warmly at the cheerful girl. He understood her request quite well and he thought best on how to explain the situation to her. If there were humans with such oddities to them, then surely this was to be 'his' doing.

Walking towards Tamaki, the great creature's eyes flashed multiple colors as its irises began to flare up, before it promptly pressed its forehead against Tamaki's.

Then, she would have seen it through visions-

Gorlock and his entirety, the large primordial Titan of the Land walking and trailing proudly across the land. Before the scene seemed to have zoomed out and shown the entire world of Aurora before her eyes. A beautiful landscape unlike anything else, with all kinds of climates and places being seen far from above, only for the image to change once more like a slideshow. An image of a white robed man taking care of a younger version of the creature before her, before the image focused solely on the young man; indicating that this man was both this creature's caretaker and was possibly the one who may have brought them into this world. Then the scenes flashed backwards to Gorlock and then back to their current location, before the creature finally broke the trance.

What seemed like minutes in fact took only seconds to perform, and hopefully what the creature wanted to tell had been told; that they were on the back of a massive creature in a new world, and that it was possibly his caretaker who had brought them here.

Smiling at Tamaki once more, the creature took a nibble from her bento before looking towards Fiona... watching as multiple squirrels and birds began to assault her by giving her various different nuts and little flowers of the sorts as gifts, sensing her kindred spirit. It would have seemed that nature itself has already taken a liking to her without his interference.

Nonetheless, it was clear that the group of girls were welcome to stay until they sorted things out or decided what to do next... although, the distant noises of what could be a 'jet' can be slightly heard...

Within the Mountains on Kormog

Despite the idea of refreshing water hitting against you, the cold stream immediately rams against you and quite literally knocks the wind out of you all- pressing and pushing against you for a good minute or two until finally settling down.

Now fully soaked, you can hear the sizzling sounds of things crackling and being molded together... and upon looking back you can see that practically everything is smoldering black with various red streaks everywhere. Even the molten lava-like insects are stuck in place and unable to move, and the lava below looks now as if it could lead towards some hidden areas.

There's quite a few options now that you're not all hot and dry... being able to now look around more safely or even go through the gates that are not firmly open wide.

However, you can now hear the faint sounds of 'something' hitting against the rocks; a miner, perhaps? Could it be the source of the voice or perhaps some unknown dangers?

Looking around, you can also see that there's a ladder of sorts upon going passed the gate leading up and to god knows where, along with voices coming from above and the sound of distant footsteps.

The decisions are yours to make...

Kael’valtar, The City of Soaring Hopes

Almost immediately as you all begin to wonder about outside a bit, an elf robed in red suddenly appears and places a hand upon Mana's shoulder, before glaring intensely at you all with his amber eyes. Just staring at him and being in his presence you can feel something emanating from this elven man; sheer and raw magical power. He clearly knows that something is up with you three, and that you are not of this city.

"I see, so this is Cherin's doing. For there to be humans again... how absurd," speaks the Elf with a sharp tongue and as he places a hand on her chin, turning her head side to side with an observatory eye while glancing over Mana, almost as if she was some sort of rarity. "Feminine features, long green hair... Could easily be mistaken for a boy- yet you are without a doubt a girl. You," the Elf then turn towards both Joel and Darius, smacking the former on the chest while gripping the latter by the chin and examining him the same as he did with Mana, "yes, you're both male and human as well... Though, you're all too young- far too young, to be precise. Why would Cherin resort to summoning children of all things? We needed heroes, not infants who can barely walk or understand things."

Sighing, the Elf retracted his hands and snapped his fingers... before cloaks of sorts appeared out of thin air.

"No matter, take this you three and meet me at the castle over yonder," he muttered as he handed them the robes and pointed towards the castle with exquisite architect. "Cherin has his ways of doing things, and I'll trust him... however, if you wish to gain allies you will need to prove yourselves. If you can get into that castle and find my workshop without getting caught, then I'll assist you."

With those words, the Elf walked calmly towards the castle without another sound... however, Mana would find that the Elf had slipped a note and a key within her robe, reading "The Shadows are your friend, girl", while Joel would find a locket suddenly around his neck from where the Elf had tapped his chest, and Darius would find earrings shaped like the sun suddenly over his ears.

It would seem as if the Elf has left you with some strange gifts...

Halls of the Fallen Saints

"Scientists among... Dwarves..."

A slight whisper filled Valair's head as he pressed his hand against the statue of the boy wearing a hat.

"Place my friends... and I... based upon... numbers... in... order..."

The voice sounded like a young boy, and suddenly the very image of the statue started to appear by the chart.

With a camera in hand, the essence of the young lad smiled cheerfully as he stood next to Rena, before pointing at one of the elemental fillings... but instead at the number above it. He pointed slowly, allowing Rena to follow along with her own hand and touch the same element fillings as him to see what elements the numbers belonged to: first at the number above Silver, then above iron, then zinc, then boron, then cobalt, and lastly titanium.

Retracting his hand, Valair could hear the boy's voice in his head once more as he smiled at him.

"Place them all... in proper order... then my sigil... on door..."

With that, the young boy raised his camera and took a picture... only to disappear as the flash illuminated the room.

To say that Rin was startled as it was revealed they were on top of a giant flying thing was one thing... but to suddenly feel the ground beneath them shake as with a big push they are thrown up high onto the air... the flying monster diving and moving to make them land near his gigantic head... She could see him now, more carefully now that they were thrown high onto the air... Rin believes she may have been screaming the whole time but she got quite a good luck.

Hana and Mabel were in the air too... and out of desperation she tries to reach out to them before they land onto the head... some of his hairs slowing the fall and letting her hang onto something to reduce her speed before she landed on the middle of the monster's head... And alive, which was something Rin for a few seconds was beginning to doubt "Hmmg auch... w-what the hell was that!? Mabel!? Hana!?" cries out Rin as she looks around for them.

((Note this is a collab post between Zombehs and I, so it has a bit both our writings in it.))

The two men were able to properly reposition the statues without any noticeable issues, it was then she really allowed herself to believe they're good as free. All the pieces were in place, the sigils were correct and so were the six standing statues, Vilair had the honors of opening the door for the first time. Yet nothing happened, Rena expected some flair behind their solving of the puzzle, no magic lights, or earth-shattering rumbling? From where she stood she clearly could see there was nothing within the doorway, it was still very well a door to nowhere, guess they really did mess up somewhere along the way.

There was good news to be had, however, Valair quickly found their problem; there was a missing sigil, but this one needed to be in the door. Whats more it looked like they missed a detail about the statues, a rather tiny symbols that were carved just in front of every statue, how did they miss that? He suggested that she should try matching them with the chart... or something along those lines. Rena shrugged, not like they had any other real avenues to explore.

It wasn't readily apparent, but close examination revealed similar symbols over a number of the tiles. A touch revealed that the elements were in fact hydrogen, helium, lithium, beryllium, boron, and carbon. Regardless whether the symbols were Aurora's words or numbers, it didn't matter as the realization hit her. After all those were the first six elements of the periodic table. They marked where each statue would go depending on how they were supposed to be ordered.

Valair almost jerked his hand away from the statue of zinc as a faint whisper slipped amidst his thoughts. Yet he stood firm and tightened his expression to catch every last word the statue whispered to him. They certainly sounded like the information needed to bring this headscratcher to an end, and Valair swore it could have been a boy the statue had been based off that spoke to him. The voice certainly sounded young enough and when it fell silent, he glanced back to check up on Rena.

To his surprise a ghostly visage that matched up with the detailed statue stood next to her by the wall, pointing out certain things he couldn’t quite see from here. Though curiosity wanted him to walk over, he remained squarely in place. He certainly seemed to be the cause of the boy’s appearance, and he would hate to cause its disappearance before it finished with Rena. He blinked in surprise when the boy seemed to direct a smile directly at him, and nodded at the whisper in his head. Normally concerning, but this whole situation was beyond outlandish to care about something like that. Given the boy's disappearance with the camera flash, Valiar removed his hand and glanced at Rena. “So what did you learn? Got told that his sigil is the one for the door.”

The longer she stayed here, the more convinced Rena was that this place was just... flat out weird. Whatever Vilair did it summoned a ghost? Maybe it was a ghost, but it looked just like Hatboy. It wasn't talking, if it was... well Rena couldn't hear anything, everything was getting weirder and weirder. Turns out Hatboy was extremely useful, and by useful he gave her the solution, at least for how to position the statues. Rena had the order down pat, forgetting it at this point would be beyond frustrating that's for sure. When Hatboy disappeared, just as suddenly as he appeared in the first place, she looked back at Vilair. "Well... he told me the order to put the statues in, so real good things here."

"Finally then," Valair muttered in relief as he clenched and unclenched stiff fingers. The cold was really starting to get to him and the others as well apparently, so a solution was more welcome than ever. Under Rena's directions, he and Adam adjusted the statues and sigils to match up with the appropriate symbols.

He pocketed the zinc sigil first though. As the final statue slid into plate, he let out a tired sigh and trudged over towards the door. Though he had been left with the lightest of statues, they were still quite heavier than what he was used to on a day-to-day basis. The hatboy's sigil slotted into place rather nicely and he grasped the door's handle with a grin at the other two. "Now let's hope this works, otherwise I might actually flip."

Hana heard Mabel's explanation. It was quite an idea! Hana was quite skeptical that they were on a giant flying beast, but then she felt more shaking. This shaking was worse than the last one. Then, the ground began to tilt. As the floor became more of a wall, Hana struggled to reach the tree. Her arms flailed trying to grab on, but she couldn't hold on to the tree in time. She began to fall.

The wind was unbearable. It was a frigid wind due to the sheer speed that if blew onto her. It was terrifying. She felt as though she was going to die. Hana closed her eyes and accepted her fate. That, however, was only until something came over her mind. She couldn't die here. It wouldn't let her.

Hana stopped moving and held a single shape. The air moved against her, slowing her down. Slowly but surely, she managed to land in a tuft of hair. The titan's hair slowed her fall enough so when she landed, she only encountered minor amounts of damage. Still, the fall was large enough to knock Hana, or whatever was controlling her, out.

The torrent of water finally washed over them, and Max letting go of the railings wretched a lung-full while on his knees,
"*Cough* -never- *cough* -again- *cough* *cough*" He regain his composure and looked around his eyes still blurry the other two were still kicking. He helped them both up, the two coping in their own way with the sudden bath.

From above he heard the clicking of metal on stone and muffled voices, and noticed a lone ladder. Alarms bells went off in his head, those must have been the assholes that did this to him, his blood started to boil and he would have given anything to just rush up there and give them a piece of his mind. However, logic played a heavy card. There were a lot of voices top side and he and his new "friends" were in varying states of disarray.

"You two done coughing out your lungs?" He didn't wait for a response, "Good, cuz we gots some unpleasant neighbors upstairs."

There were advantages to being shorter than others. Sneaking around, fitting through tight spaces, being generally hard to hit with hay-makers, Shill would never say she didn't like being short. However, one distinct disadvantage became quickly apparent as the water that came rushing past reached well up past her mouth. The heat layering her whole body was extinguished in an instant, but a sudden panic took its place, furthered by that fact that she couldn't quite catch a proper breath.

She tried to scramble up the rail, hold herself a little higher just to gulp down one good lot of air, but every time she'd end up swallowing more water than anything. Nevertheless, the quickest instants where she managed to inhale through her nose sustained her through the torrent, and by that alone she managed to avoid drowning.

When at last the flow ceased, Shill all but collapsed, knees weak and shivering despite the fact that the heat had returned, if not a tad less intensely. In fact her whole body shivered, her hands shook, her teeth clattered together, and for a few moments she just stayed there. Not too far, the bigger man coughed up the water he'd evidently swallowed, but Shill had no such luck. At least it had been a cool refreshment, even if it had been an absolutely terrifying experience.

Eventually the feeling passed, and with the assistance of the slick rail she got to her feet. A quick check told her she still had Mercy at her side, and none of her gear had been whisked away, which was good enough. Her ears caught the voices the bigger man referred to, but she didn't hear anything particularly malicious in them. Sure, whoever it was had likely just flooded the area with them in it, but Shill had a feeling that if someone wanted to kill them, it wouldn't have been too hard to actually do it.

"I dunno," she said, her voice clogged and she tried to clear her throat. "Maybe they don't know we're down here. Could be a good idea to go and see who it is, might tell us where we are."

Kael’valtar, The City of Soaring Hopes

@Card Captor@WaddleDaisy

As Darius looked about, gazing at the world before the trio, he decided that it was a scene that most people would consider to be ‘beautiful’. The sun was dipping under the horizon, its orange rays basking the gothic architecture of the city with radiant warmth. It felt wonderful to face, even as the sky above turned indigo, slowly transitioning into the blackness of night. Fantastic creatures roamed the cobbled streets and the skies, while armored warriors patrolled the town, settling disputes between individuals and keeping the peace. It was…ultimately not THAT odd of a place.

Before the brown-haired boy could go any further with his observations, however, a man, no, an elf in red garbs appeared from nowhere, speaking of things that Darius couldn’t completely understand. Cherin, was that the boy who had let them out? Or the person who brought them to this world? He was tempted to punch the elven male in the throat when his chin was suddenly lifted up, but in that instant, a lance of pain ran into his ears, causing Darius to clutch them. He could feel something hanging there, earrings that had somehow been pierced there at the same time as that elf’s examination.

And regardless of how much Darius wanted to say something in the contrary, he accepted the elf’s dark cloaks, also materialized from the aether, before wrapping it over himself. There was a direction for him to travel in, and a goal to be attained, followed by the ‘reward’ of that seemingly magical existence’s assistance at the end. The Elf was a rude shitstain, but then again, fiction had already prepared himself for that type of bullshit.

Darius breathed, assembled thoughts, gathered resolve and then stated, “Three people in the same type of cloak would stand out too much. Sounds like those guards may be on the lookout, judging by how this was supposed to ‘prove’ ourselves to that bastard.”

“We separate and meet up, ok?”

Of course, he really just didn’t want to be bogged down by a couple of crazies, but hey, they didn’t need to know that. Without another word, he marched off into the crowd, hood over his head. Admiring the scenery was secondary. What was important was getting some answers and maybe having the elf mage remove those earrings.
The Ruined City of Mankind, Halton

@chukklehed@ProfessorNV

The rainclouds coalesced, swirling in the sky as if two great existences were wrestling each other. The temperature was dropping rapidly, winds picking up on the rooftop, strong enough that Free could feel herself being tugged away, over the edge. As the clouds burst, sending billions of droplets down onto the flooded streets, something began to turn within the dilapidated city. No, not just ‘something’, but a multitude of gears spun by an array of waterwheels and windmills. Countless ripples bounced off each other on the ground floor, whilst everything else was utterly drenched. It was a rainstorm that assaulted the unfortunate humans, heavy droplets turned into irritating projectiles that stung when it struck exposed skin.

When Dominic tried the roof access door, it would not open, the door’s hinges having rusted over and becoming nigh unusable. Some extra physical force would prove to be all that was required though, and, with efforts redoubled, the door broke clean from the frame, leading up to shelter and a stone staircase, the steps spiralling downwards like that of a medieval tower. Whatever lights once present had been snuffed out with age, leaving the staircase appearing like a descent into abyss.

Noise could be heard at the bottom. Wind, perhaps? Or something more?
The Nest of the Highborn

Erich’s impromptu bullets shattered the corpses around him, revealing just how brittle and dry they were. A musky scent rose up from them as the wind sighed, almost as if lamenting the actions of that gun-toting maniac, but nothing else arose from it. Kevin’s jog, too, crushed bones in his wake, creating the same strange effect with each heavy step. There was definitely something unordinary in this cave, but what it was had yet to be determined by the trio.

The bodies of the insect-winged beings, while appearing to have been littered all over the place, like trash on the sidewalk, started to show an odd pattern in their arrangement. They were deliberately arranged in curls, the most mummified of them making up a long, and elegant curve, while the ‘fresher’ corpses had their bodies positioned like rays. They connected to the main ‘stem’, before branching out sporadically. From above, perhaps it would have looking like a flower or a snowflake, but from ground level, it simply looked…eerie. The eggshells and webbing were spread around everywhere in a relatively even distribution as well, each corpse having been sprinkled with that mixture.

And even though it looked as if they stared at the newcomers in the corner of their eyes, the ones with bodies broken by Erich’s rifle or Kevin’s feet did not rise again. The smell of death simply grew stronger, as the winds were roused by the aroma of life.

Erich continued walking through the cave, and continued his random shooting of the dead-alive creatures. With each one destroyed the air seemed to get more..odd. He couldn't quite explain it. Eventually he spotted a woman with a bat, seemingly as crazy as him raving to the dead-alive creature. He debated on aiming at her, shooting her outright, or simply saying hi. He decided to do a mix of both, he fired a singular warning shot into the ground in front of her. "Hi, names Erich. What's your affiliation towards the government and this experimental jedi mind trick they're trying to play on me, huuuh? Answer correctly and you win the prize of NOT DYING!" Erich shouted.

And then there were three. He spotted Kevin jogging towards them, "Oh god they have me surrounded! DUCK AND COVER JOHN!" He shouted and dove over behind a small rock. "You're not locking me up again, and you're definitely not getting my designs! STAY BACK! BACK I TELL YOU!" He shouted, shakily aiming between the two. If needed he would set John free, and by that he meant toss him as hard as possible down the cave and hope no one finds him ever.

Pressured gale after pressured gale, Mabel was sent rolling flying and tumbling towards the head of the creature she stood upon. Instinct, or something else pushed her to pull the dice from her pocket and flung them midair along with her. In an instant, they glew, and so did she, a bright yellow-white glow that seemed to quickly perish just as fast as it appeared. Afterwards, however, Mabel was fired towards the head of this beast, faster than the others..

She flew, her legs stabilizing below her as she did so, and quickly she aimed herself for a landing area. Her footing nearly gave out as they collided with the rough skin on the snout of the creature. But somehow she managed.

When she stood tall, turning to her right, Mabel came face to face with the eyes of the creature she stood upon.

"Hello there." She bravely stated, flippin her dice wihin her right hand.

Free quickly walked towards the roof access door once the rain started falling, not feeling particularly keen on getting soaked. She quickly pushed passed Dominic into the cover of the stairwell.

"Wonder what's down here?" She said aloud, listening to the noises coming up from the darkness. "Don't suppose you have a light, big guy."

As fast as the water came, it quickly disappeared down the tunnel they had just come from leaving the trio gasping for air. His arms ached slightly from the that the water had exerted on him as it went by and his lungs were finally re-leaved to be getting air again. He slowly looked around to see that the lava pools had been hardened by the flow of water allowing for travel deeper into the tunnels that had previously been blocked by the lava.

As he continued to get his bearings he started to hear the voices from up a ladder on the other side of the gate they had been trying to get through. Filip wondered what could be waiting for them on the other side of that ladder and he wasn't entirely to eager to find out at the moment with his near death experience not far behind him.

"We should be careful. There is no telling what could be up that ladder. They could be armed for all we know, but it would be nice to meet some people that know where the hell we are at the moment." He said to the others as he straightened up and wondered what was the best course of action would be for now. "Let's take this slow and maybe get them to come down here where there could be more room for us to escape if they are not friendly."

Rin picked herself up after a few moment... surprisingly hurting less than she had expected after that terrible fall... and was somewhat annoyed as she saw that Mabel had landed perfectly alright and with flair. Still, groaning a little bit she catches sight of Hana a little ways away so she goes over to her side to check on her

"Hey... Hey... Kyoukai? Hey Kyoukai! Answer!" goes Rin as she shakes the cloaked, unconscious girl.

Big guy? Who the hell was this girl just rushing past him and talking to him like she was his best pal? He fixed her with a look that seemed to ask "You're kidding, right?" before he gave an annoyed sigh, walking down the stairs once more, coming past her without so much as a reply. In all honesty he really was curious as to what the noise was, easily could have been wind... but what if it wasnt?

He kept his body tense in case it be anything that he didnt expect.

With an aggravated sigh, he looked back at Free, considering she shared her... "name", he guessed if they were stuck for the time being he might as well not be a total ass. At least until he could lose her. "Dominic" he said to her, thinking it was enough of an introduction to keep her occupied.

Tamaki Asagami - Within the Forests on Gorlock

"O-oh my..." Tamaki stuttered as she was thrown into a hyper realistic vision, her brain almost unable to keep up with the cacophony of senses that were bombarding her. It was like looking through another being's eyes and the experience was much headier and exciting than anything the current virtual reality technologies could do, even at their most latest and expensive of cutting edge designs. Tears actually began to flow from the girl's eyes as she settled down into an uncharacteristic quiet state, too stunned at the beauty to even react like she normally would.

When the visions ended, the girl sniffled for a bit before smiling gently back at the mystic animal and bowing with her hands clasped together. "Thank you very much for that experience as well as answering my questions, Kami." A multitude of positive feelings were burbling within her heart, ranging from true wonder to satisfied happiness. This world was so pure and pretty... nature that was not despoiled in any way like a verdant untarnished jewel. And the love towards the creator as well as loyalty... those were qualities that Tamaki could not find any fault with. Rather, her impression rose even higher than before. It was wonderful.

"We've been brought onto the back into a vastly different world. In fact, this land we're on is actually the back of a grand creature who seems to be a giant living mountain with four legs." Speaking loudly so Fiona and the further away Chole could hear and putting them into the loop, the highschooler gratefully inclined her head towards their current caretaker. Then her expression froze as she heard something that was quite out of sorts with the more natural sounds. It was droning, unmistakably like that of a propulsion system... What came to her mind was the noise of an airplane, though it wasn't quite the same. "...I'm going to check that out..."

Frowning thoughtfully, Tamaki then took a running head start towards a tree that was just the right size in width for a person to climb up on. With a speed and efficiency that not even Tamaki knew she possessed, the cosplayer abounded up the tree like a particularly agile monkey. Surprised that she could do such a feat, the girl faltered for a moment before resuming her work, finding out her body wasn't as taxed as she had been in the previous world. Though she was physical, she wasn't quite this good... Still, conjectures about her newly found strength would have to wait until she checked out the approaching sound. Now situated in the crook of one of the taller trees via a balanced stance and holding onto a particularly sturdy branch, Tamaki peered out from the foliage towards the direction of the out of place noise.
