I think you'll want to spend a bit more time thinking through the bio. For a jounin, your character is very outclassed by many of the other characters (even some of the Gennin and Chuunin) and would have a hard time holding his own. I'm willing to help you out as much as I can with this, but I'd need to know a few things.
For starters, we need to decide how you want your character to actually operate in combat. What sorts of tactics does he prefer? What strengths does he have? What are his weak points? Does her prefer operating at ranged or does he like to get up close for his attacks? I do know your character probably would want to operate at close range given his name. It might be good to think through some tactics he could do with that (it would be potentially good based of the history for him to have begun to develop some elemental kenjutsu (sword techniques) after realizing it was a potent combination).
Some example techniques would be:
- <Jutsu Name> ignites his blade with a hot flame, extending the offensive reach of the weapon by a few feet as well as making the blade harder to avoid.
- Rekindle - With a strong Katon chakra nature, Akira is capable of reigniting any object or individual that has been hit in the last few seconds by his sword of his flame techniques with a lesser version of the flame technique already used. The longer he waits between utilizing Rekindle from the initial attack, the weaker Rekindle is. Rekindle cannot be used on Rekindle.
But without knowing more about your character, it is hard for me to offer more advice (it is also really late at night for me right now).
What I may suggest, especially given how cutthroat some of the characters can be in this thread, is to consider playing a lower ranked character, such as a Chuunin or even a Gennin (there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, plus with a gennin we could start a squad for Kyokujitsugakure). The advantage to this is you will A) be less of a target B) be under the protection of other high ranking members of your village. This will allow you to get ideas for additional techniques that your character can learn as he progresses (I know you are eager to jump in right now, but your character just isn't quite Jounin level), as well as learn from some of the more experienced fighters on the thread (combat roleplay can be challenging).
Just don't feel discouraged. There is a lot of people on the thread who can help if you really want to commit to that jounin or if you want to get into the thread quicker, consider a chuunin or even a gennin. I'll work with you on either way you want to go.

Kisaki is a serious woman, much like her twin. Kisaki, of all of her siblings, is by far, consider the strongest of them and she is fully aware of this power gap with her siblings. Kisaki is also jealous of her sister's position as Assistant to the Sankage.
Kisaki often prefers to spend time away from other people, especially when she needs to think. She often spends this time with her horse, Sōin.
【History】
Kisaki is the oldest daughter of her family. Born at the Windspeaker's Temple during the war, Kisaki was considered blessed from her birth. The Windspeakers at her birth commented her eyes were so blue that she must be a child of Fuujin himself. It was that start that fostered Kisaki's skills. Like her brother, she lived many of her early years at the Temple. However, Kisaki far outpaced her brother in mastering the temple's secret techniques.
Even when the war was over and she was able to move back home, Kisaki, as well as Rin, stayed primarily at the Temple. Kisaki had begun to be groomed to take over for the current Windspeaker in the event that they step down. It was on Kisaki's tenth birthday that she would meet her companion, a beautiful white horse named Sōin. It would be noted by the priestesses that Sōin was born on the same day of the same hour of the same minute and second as she was. Since that day, the two have not been apart.
In addition to her training as Windspeaker, Kisaki spent significant time learning to be a horseman. Sōin and her have developed a deep bond from this training. The two travel together constantly, even when Kisaki doesn't need him to get places, resulting in a number of humorous scenarios in which Kisaki brought Sōin to a place she shouldn't have.
Kisaki was able to graduate at the top of her class as a gennin, beating out her brother for the same honor. She additionally excelled in her Chuunin exams, easily passing and earning herself the rank. Her promotion to Jounin was swiftly after that, making her one of Kyokujitsugakure's fastest promoted shinobi in many years.
Kisaki did meet someone at the age of 18 and was the first of her siblings to get married. She is currently married to Kakugyō, a member of the Nara clan, and head of Kyokujitsu no Tochi's military.

Kisaki's skills are highly slanted towards ninjutsu. She has a large chakra pool and incredibly fine chakra control. She is considered a prodigy at shape manipulation.
Kisaki's other traits are lacking, relying solely on her skill with ninjutsu in combat. She is decent with her fan staff in a pinch, but lacks any physical strength at all. Her speed is subpar unless augmented by some other type of technique and she lacks any skill for genjutsu.

Description: A specialized staff made for Kisaki by the smith Masazane Iyo. The weapon has Symbols of Fuujin on each end of the staff which allow Kisaki to channel her combination of natures through to form blades of the corresponding element (including her Araton). In addition to this, the staff is able to open to reveal that it is, in fact, two massive warfans connected by a hilt. Instead of utilizing the blade, Kisaki can unfurl the fan, or fans, and make a sweeping motion to send a mix of those natures at an opponent. This has a much shorter effective range than most of her normal ninjutsu, but requires no handsigns. If she uses both, then spins the weapon, she can create a spiraling wall of mixed elemental chakra. The fans can be wielded separately if needed.

The ice is almost completely impervious to flames and physical attacks. Description: Kisaki's strongest jutsu, and the technique she derives her nickname from, that is capable of destroying a village in its full ferocity. After creating an initial 30 series of Fuujin, Kisaki marks an area in the sky, which brings forth storm clouds which expand by a radius of 2 foot for every additional Symbol of Fuujin (base 60 feet). Even within the beginning stages of this technique, Kisaki can call forth violent gusts of wind equivalent to B and C ranked Fuuton Techniques within the storm's column of control. In addition to the strong gusts of wind, Kisaki is capable of channeling her Raiton techniques into bolts of lighting at an opponent of comparable strength to her gusts of wind. Coupled with this is strong rain to obscure vision and augment Raiton techniques with a sudden drop in temperature that can quickly freeze the water she is is not protecting from that effect. Opponents that stay within the technique's bounds will quickly begin to receive the effects of frost bite and hypothermia. Once this technique reaches a 500 feet in diameter, the effects of the storm become equivalent to A and S ranked techniques that are called upon at will by Kisaki.

Kisaki is a serious woman, much like her twin. Kisaki, of all of her siblings, is by far, consider the strongest of them and she is fully aware of this power gap with her siblings. Kisaki is also jealous of her sister's position as Assistant to the Sankage.
Kisaki often prefers to spend time away from other people, especially when she needs to think. She often spends this time with her horse, Sōin.
【History】
Kisaki is the oldest daughter of her family. Born at the Windspeaker's Temple during the war, Kisaki was considered blessed from her birth. The Windspeakers at her birth commented her eyes were so blue that she must be a child of Fuujin himself. It was that start that fostered Kisaki's skills. Like her brother, she lived many of her early years at the Temple. However, Kisaki far outpaced her brother in mastering the temple's secret techniques.
Even when the war was over and she was able to move back home, Kisaki, as well as Rin, stayed primarily at the Temple. Kisaki had begun to be groomed to take over for the current Windspeaker in the event that they step down. It was on Kisaki's tenth birthday that she would meet her companion, a beautiful white horse named Sōin. It would be noted by the priestesses that Sōin was born on the same day of the same hour of the same minute and second as she was. Since that day, the two have not been apart.
In addition to her training as Windspeaker, Kisaki spent significant time learning to be a horseman. Sōin and her have developed a deep bond from this training. The two travel together constantly, even when Kisaki doesn't need him to get places, resulting in a number of humorous scenarios in which Kisaki brought Sōin to a place she shouldn't have.
Kisaki was able to graduate at the top of her class as a gennin, beating out her brother for the same honor. She additionally excelled in her Chuunin exams, easily passing and earning herself the rank. Her promotion to Jounin was swiftly after that, making her one of Kyokujitsugakure's fastest promoted shinobi in many years.
Kisaki did meet someone at the age of 18 and was the first of her siblings to get married. She is currently married to Kakugyō, a member of the Nara clan, and head of Kyokujitsu no Tochi's military.

【Abilities and Special Traits】
Kisaki's skills are highly slanted towards ninjutsu. She has a large chakra pool and incredibly fine chakra control. She is considered a prodigy at shape manipulation.
Kisaki's other traits are lacking, relying solely on her skill with ninjutsu in combat. She is decent with her fan staff in a pinch, but lacks any physical strength at all. Her speed is subpar unless augmented by some other type of technique and she lacks any skill for genjutsu.
【Weapons, Tools and Equipment】
Name of Weapon or Item: Senpū [Whirlwind]
Description: A specialized staff made for Kisaki by the smith Masazane Iyo. The weapon has Symbols of Fuujin on each end of the staff which allow Kisaki to channel her combination of natures through to form blades of the corresponding element (including her Araton). In addition to this, the staff is able to open to reveal that it is, in fact, two massive warfans connected by a hilt. Instead of utilizing the blade, Kisaki can unfurl the fan, or fans, and make a sweeping motion to send a mix of those natures at an opponent. This has a much shorter effective range than most of her normal ninjutsu, but requires no handsigns. If she uses both, then spins the weapon, she can create a spiraling wall of mixed elemental chakra. The fans can be wielded separately if needed.

Description: By channelling a constant sphere of wind chakra around herself, Windspeaker Kisaki is able to levitate as if held aloft by currents of wind. She gains a sphere of influence around herself with which she can manipulate wind in myriad ways. The sphere extends six feet from Windspeaker Kisaki in any given direction. While within the Megumi no Fuujin, Windspeaker Kisaki is immune to all friendly Fuuton techniques. Windspeaker Kisaki’s control over the wind is so proficient that she is able to essentially fly. In addition, instead of performing handsigns, Windspeaker Kisaki is able to invoke symbols of Fuujin with simple movements that are not necessarily restricted to movement of the hands/arms. Kisaki is capable of weaving her Araton and the elements composing it into her Megumi no Fuujin for additional chakra cost, but adding the effects of those elements. This applies to all of Kisaki's techniques related to Megumi no Fuujin.

Weakness: Seishin no Fuujin can only be held for short moments of times, with a maximum of a few seconds. After use, this ability cannot be used for at least 30 seconds. Kisaki can use a partial version of it on herself, which reduces the restrictions on it dependent on what percentage of her body she transformed.

The weapons of the soldiers of Fuujin are primarily spears and blades, which can be enhanced with other properties from Kisaki's Araton Kekkei Tota, but ranged weapons such as bows are not outside the bounds of her abilities. However, ranged attacks are typically only Raiton due to the difficulty of maintaining high levels of shape manipulation over the other elements. The Soldiers of Wind can preform Judge Unworthy.

Description: Kisaki manifests an immense symbol of Fūjin in the air in front of her, twenty feet high and twenty feet wide, made of fragile ice. When the symbol is broken, an immense volley of Hyōton chakra is released in a 100 foot radius sphere that creates an exceptionally durable sphere of ice that is hollow inside. The ice is almost completely impervious to flames and physical attacks. While within the sphere, the body temperature of anybody not within the Megumi no Fūjin will begin to drop drastically, causing severe hypothermia after three minutes. Hyōton techniques within the sphere are twice as powerful as usual. If the Kamikaze no Fūjin: Hayate is within the bounds of the technique as it created, the storm will encompass the entirety of the interior of the sphere of ice.

Description: Kisaki's strongest jutsu, and the technique she derives her nickname from, that is capable of destroying a village in its full ferocity. After creating an initial 30 series of Fuujin, Kisaki marks an area in the sky, which brings forth storm clouds which expand by a radius of 2 foot for every additional Symbol of Fuujin (base 60 feet). Even within the beginning stages of this technique, Kisaki can call forth violent gusts of wind equivalent to B and C ranked Fuuton Techniques within the storm's column of control. In addition to the strong gusts of wind, Kisaki is capable of channeling her Raiton techniques into bolts of lighting at an opponent of comparable strength to her gusts of wind. Coupled with this is strong rain to obscure vision and augment Raiton techniques with a sudden drop in temperature that can quickly freeze the water she is is not protecting from that effect. Opponents that stay within the technique's bounds will quickly begin to receive the effects of frost bite and hypothermia. Once this technique reaches a 500 feet in diameter, the effects of the storm become equivalent to A and S ranked techniques that are called upon at will by Kisaki.

Yodai Touho, before her coronation as Windspeaker, was a troubled woman. Nights of dreamless sleeps and sleepless dreams wore at her confidence, at her faith in herself, until her soul was exposed to the elements that govern the realms of body and mind. For most, an exposed soul leads to trepidation, and to doubt, and eventually to the great sleep - but not for Touho. Touho persisted, despite her exposed soul, and faith brought her back from the darkest place she had ever been in. It has been said, all too often, that once you reach rock bottom there is only one way to go - up. From the depths of despair did Touho rise, opening herself fully and truly to Fūjin, and she prospered.
Windspeaker Touho was never particularly determined or passionate in her youth - days would sail by, and she would sail by with them, idly waiting for something exciting or interesting to happen to her. She had daydreams of fantastical adventures, of a higher purpose, and occasionally of what life could have been like if she had taken a different path. For one who dwells in the dark recesses of the idle mind, the light can become hard to bear, and so did Touho retreat further into the depths of imagination. For the longest time she was stuck there, waiting for something to bring her unrealistic dreams to fruition, until before she realised it she was living her life inside a dream, only waking when she retreated deep into slumber and imagination.
Truth is a light that reveals everything - for better or for worse - and for one so used to the darkness the truth can be unwelcome. The truth offers no comfort, only the harsh gaze of reality, and Touho was used to nothing but comfort for most of her younger life. When shown the path, confronted with the great light, it seems like the best thing to do is retreat, and retreat Touho did until she was back in the comfort of the dark. Change rarely comes easily, but despite her initial apprehension Touho soon begun to see sense, to see the illusions that she had wrapped herself in for what they were, and turned to the light with her exposed soul. The light changed her, not because she saw some grand truth and was stricken by epiphany, but because her very soul was exposed to the universal truth - and at that moment she truly began to believe.
After that, Touho had a life of purpose. She was a Windspeaker, one committed thoroughly to Fūjin, and she used her newfound faith to give herself purpose. She is dedicated to her path, and she knows full well that she cannot retreat into the dark like she did as a child. This inner strength has shown itself multiple times, allowing her to make decisions that weaker beings would falter at, and allowing her to live full well with the consequences of her actions. Perhaps it could be said that she has little appreciation for life or anything she does not deem holy; that may well be true, but it gives her the strength to do what she feels she must, and her convictions are true enough to justify her actions - at least, they are to her and to Fūjin.
Touho is polite, well-spoken, and above all else kind. She may not have suffered the awful fates of some, but she knows that only chance spared her from such things and she shows the compassion and mercy towards the broken and less fortunate people that she feels they deserve. She looks after the lessermost people under her care, and through everything cares for them as much as she cares for herself. Certain values are expected of those who claim to be closest to any deity, and Touho delivers fully on these expectations. She is not kind for fear of damnation, or for any corrupt reason, she is kind because she sees herself a hundred thousand times over whenever she looks at anybody less fortunate than herself, and she would never wish the fate of the less fortunate on anybody because she knows how close she was to becoming one of those people.
There are few truly good souls in the world. Most are marred by imperfection and sin, and even those that claim to be truly golden hide behind a thin veneer of hubris. Perhaps Windspeaker Touho is one of these truly good souls - or perhaps she is not. She does not know, and for the most part, she does not care. Windspeaker Touho burdens herself only with her god and with her people - and for her people, there is no decision so hard that she cannot make it. Brutality and lack of emotion may enter into her heart, for a time, if a situation demands it - but above all else she cares for her people. Everything she does is for their wellbeing, and for the prosperity of her god. If this does not make her a truly good soul, then she is not a truly good soul - and at the end of the day, she cares little for titles.

The woman known as Windspeaker Touho started out life as an orphan, her father dead before her birth and her mother dead giving birth to her. In Shimogakure, this was not necessarily an uncommon fate. There were two major paths for an orphan in Shimogakure - to go to an orphanage, where you would be beaten, mistreated, and probably dead within five years... Or to go to the Temple of Fūjin, to be raised as an acolyte, and to be given purpose. Few were given the luxury of the Temple's life, but Windspeaker Touho was chosen - it was said that there was a presence about her that made the priestesses think of Fūjin, and in that respect she was worthy to join the temple.
Touho's early life - or what she remembers of it - was a mixture of chores, scriptures, and more chores. Life was not easy, but every day she ate well and she was kept warm, which was not a feat that all of the inhabitants of Shimogakure could boast. She felt content with her simple life. Days rolled by and as soon as Touho reached the correct age, she was trained in the arts of the Ninja, that she might serve her new god better. At this point, Touho was an arrogant teenager, and she thought she knew everything. She began to doubt that Fūjin even existed, lost faith in the scriptures she had been taught, and rebelled against the system that had spared her from death.
One night, after a particularly intense day of training, Touho found herself at the altar to Fūjin, questioning why she had been put on this path. She must have made some noise, for the revered priestess heard her, and she came over to comfort the young Touho. She explained that Fūjin's winds crossed many paths, and that while the current state of affairs may have seemed bleak, it was just a point on the journey leading Touho to her absolute destination. All she could think was that the revered priestess was full of herself.
Over the years, Touho's training increased and she became increasingly adept at Fūjin's arts, and she began to see more and more how right the revered priestess was. She dedicated herself to Fūjin's cause entirely, opting to join the military ranks of the priesthood, and continued down the path that she was set on. It was the least she could do for the people that saved her from an otherwise horrible life. Unfortunately for Touho and the other Windspeakers, Shimogakure was too close to the rampaging Nine-Tailed Fox and the Temple of Fūjin, as well as the rest of Shimogakure, were utterly destroyed in the rampage. Through some miracle, or perhaps Divine Intervention, Touho and a contingent of acolytes of Fūjin were not killed and spared beneath the rubble of the temple.
With nowhere else to go, Touho led her people out of the ruins of Shimogakure. It took them less than a week to find the village of Kyokujitsu no Tochi, and Touho petitioned Sankage Ayameko to allow the acolytes of Fūjin to stay with those at the holy mountain Fūjin. Ayameko graciously accepted, and Touho went to live at the Temple of Fūjin.
Touho very quickly rose through the ranks of the Windspeakers, being elected as their leader after two short years. Under Touho’s rule the Windspeakers became prosperous and worship of Fūjin gained traction, gathering many followers from the village. Touho personally delivered the children Kisaki and Rin into the world under the grace of Fūjin, and has remained a respected presence in the land ever since, contributing to the stories of Kyokujitsu no Tochi’s hospitability.
Now in her later years, Touho continues to teach the ways of Fūjin to the young acolytes at the temple and occasionally performs missionary services to countries all across the world. Touho can most often be found tending to the poor, helping orphans, or helping deal with issues such as common banditry in between her duties at the Temple of Fūjin.

All physical projectiles without sufficient mass or velocity (Note: This effect is significantly stronger than that of the Megumi no Fūjin) that would come into contact with the armour are deflected, and Windspeaker Touho’s speed is vastly increased (she can move along the ground at a speed of between 50 to 70 feet per second). In addition, Windspeaker Touho’s taijutsu attacks become significantly more deadly, using the force of the wind surrounding her to lacerate the areas she hits subcutaneously. Yodai Touho, before her coronation as Windspeaker, was a troubled woman. Nights of dreamless sleeps and sleepless dreams wore at her confidence, at her faith in herself, until her soul was exposed to the elements that govern the realms of body and mind. For most, an exposed soul leads to trepidation, and to doubt, and eventually to the great sleep - but not for Touho. Touho persisted, despite her exposed soul, and faith brought her back from the darkest place she had ever been in. It has been said, all too often, that once you reach rock bottom there is only one way to go - up. From the depths of despair did Touho rise, opening herself fully and truly to Fūjin, and she prospered.
Windspeaker Touho was never particularly determined or passionate in her youth - days would sail by, and she would sail by with them, idly waiting for something exciting or interesting to happen to her. She had daydreams of fantastical adventures, of a higher purpose, and occasionally of what life could have been like if she had taken a different path. For one who dwells in the dark recesses of the idle mind, the light can become hard to bear, and so did Touho retreat further into the depths of imagination. For the longest time she was stuck there, waiting for something to bring her unrealistic dreams to fruition, until before she realised it she was living her life inside a dream, only waking when she retreated deep into slumber and imagination.
Truth is a light that reveals everything - for better or for worse - and for one so used to the darkness the truth can be unwelcome. The truth offers no comfort, only the harsh gaze of reality, and Touho was used to nothing but comfort for most of her younger life. When shown the path, confronted with the great light, it seems like the best thing to do is retreat, and retreat Touho did until she was back in the comfort of the dark. Change rarely comes easily, but despite her initial apprehension Touho soon begun to see sense, to see the illusions that she had wrapped herself in for what they were, and turned to the light with her exposed soul. The light changed her, not because she saw some grand truth and was stricken by epiphany, but because her very soul was exposed to the universal truth - and at that moment she truly began to believe.
After that, Touho had a life of purpose. She was a Windspeaker, one committed thoroughly to Fūjin, and she used her newfound faith to give herself purpose. She is dedicated to her path, and she knows full well that she cannot retreat into the dark like she did as a child. This inner strength has shown itself multiple times, allowing her to make decisions that weaker beings would falter at, and allowing her to live full well with the consequences of her actions. Perhaps it could be said that she has little appreciation for life or anything she does not deem holy; that may well be true, but it gives her the strength to do what she feels she must, and her convictions are true enough to justify her actions - at least, they are to her and to Fūjin.
Touho is polite, well-spoken, and above all else kind. She may not have suffered the awful fates of some, but she knows that only chance spared her from such things and she shows the compassion and mercy towards the broken and less fortunate people that she feels they deserve. She looks after the lessermost people under her care, and through everything cares for them as much as she cares for herself. Certain values are expected of those who claim to be closest to any deity, and Touho delivers fully on these expectations. She is not kind for fear of damnation, or for any corrupt reason, she is kind because she sees herself a hundred thousand times over whenever she looks at anybody less fortunate than herself, and she would never wish the fate of the less fortunate on anybody because she knows how close she was to becoming one of those people.
There are few truly good souls in the world. Most are marred by imperfection and sin, and even those that claim to be truly golden hide behind a thin veneer of hubris. Perhaps Windspeaker Touho is one of these truly good souls - or perhaps she is not. She does not know, and for the most part, she does not care. Windspeaker Touho burdens herself only with her god and with her people - and for her people, there is no decision so hard that she cannot make it. Brutality and lack of emotion may enter into her heart, for a time, if a situation demands it - but above all else she cares for her people. Everything she does is for their wellbeing, and for the prosperity of her god. If this does not make her a truly good soul, then she is not a truly good soul - and at the end of the day, she cares little for titles.

The woman known as Windspeaker Touho started out life as an orphan, her father dead before her birth and her mother dead giving birth to her. In Shimogakure, this was not necessarily an uncommon fate. There were two major paths for an orphan in Shimogakure - to go to an orphanage, where you would be beaten, mistreated, and probably dead within five years... Or to go to the Temple of Fūjin, to be raised as an acolyte, and to be given purpose. Few were given the luxury of the Temple's life, but Windspeaker Touho was chosen - it was said that there was a presence about her that made the priestesses think of Fūjin, and in that respect she was worthy to join the temple.
Touho's early life - or what she remembers of it - was a mixture of chores, scriptures, and more chores. Life was not easy, but every day she ate well and she was kept warm, which was not a feat that all of the inhabitants of Shimogakure could boast. She felt content with her simple life. Days rolled by and as soon as Touho reached the correct age, she was trained in the arts of the Ninja, that she might serve her new god better. At this point, Touho was an arrogant teenager, and she thought she knew everything. She began to doubt that Fūjin even existed, lost faith in the scriptures she had been taught, and rebelled against the system that had spared her from death.
One night, after a particularly intense day of training, Touho found herself at the altar to Fūjin, questioning why she had been put on this path. She must have made some noise, for the revered priestess heard her, and she came over to comfort the young Touho. She explained that Fūjin's winds crossed many paths, and that while the current state of affairs may have seemed bleak, it was just a point on the journey leading Touho to her absolute destination. All she could think was that the revered priestess was full of herself.
Over the years, Touho's training increased and she became increasingly adept at Fūjin's arts, and she began to see more and more how right the revered priestess was. She dedicated herself to Fūjin's cause entirely, opting to join the military ranks of the priesthood, and continued down the path that she was set on. It was the least she could do for the people that saved her from an otherwise horrible life. Unfortunately for Touho and the other Windspeakers, Shimogakure was too close to the rampaging Nine-Tailed Fox and the Temple of Fūjin, as well as the rest of Shimogakure, were utterly destroyed in the rampage. Through some miracle, or perhaps Divine Intervention, Touho and a contingent of acolytes of Fūjin were not killed and spared beneath the rubble of the temple.
With nowhere else to go, Touho led her people out of the ruins of Shimogakure. It took them less than a week to find the village of Kyokujitsu no Tochi, and Touho petitioned Sankage Ayameko to allow the acolytes of Fūjin to stay with those at the holy mountain Fūjin. Ayameko graciously accepted, and Touho went to live at the Temple of Fūjin.
Touho very quickly rose through the ranks of the Windspeakers, being elected as their leader after two short years. Under Touho’s rule the Windspeakers became prosperous and worship of Fūjin gained traction, gathering many followers from the village. Touho personally delivered the children Kisaki and Rin into the world under the grace of Fūjin, and has remained a respected presence in the land ever since, contributing to the stories of Kyokujitsu no Tochi’s hospitability.
Now in her later years, Touho continues to teach the ways of Fūjin to the young acolytes at the temple and occasionally performs missionary services to countries all across the world. Touho can most often be found tending to the poor, helping orphans, or helping deal with issues such as common banditry in between her duties at the Temple of Fūjin.
