"...Max does realize cell phones exist right?" Lance couldn't help but comment, looking back towards him as Max was dealing with whatever drama he had decided to portal into and caused.

Mira glanced over at Runa as she said that they could see about going to ask the Shi'Ar for the device that might work to remove the Phoenix. She staying behind and helping out Avery was what she had done the last time the team had a space adventure. Going through the BiFrost to go talk to an alien race might be fun adventure. That actually seemed like the group she wanted to go with, as they were leaning towards doing that sort of thing at the moment.

"Sure, we can see about doing that. We'd have to be a little careful though, The Shi'Ar can be a bit difficult at times. Though unsure who is their leader right now. Things have been a bit chaotic over with them. But whoever wants to go talk with them we can head that way."

"So some of us leave and go try to get something from the Shi'Ar, and others stay behind to hopefully figure out something and try not to make the situation worse. Sounds like fun. I missed out on the last space adventure, so I think that I'll go with to see the Shi'Ar for help and get whatever it is that they might have."

"Well, definitely sounds like splitting up is the better option, especially since there seems to be the consensus that not everyone should immediately go to confront her. So two groups would definitely make it so that there are fewer people. Who wants to go to space and talk to the Shi'Ar, and well whoever is in charge there right now."

"Last encounter we had with them, it was Lilandra who was the leader there. Though that was a while ago, so it could have changed since then."

"Well, I'm not sure who is the leader there, but just know that their title is usually either the Majestor or Majestrix. Depending." Klara added. Her knowledge of the Shi'Ar was fairly limited, but she did at least remember that.

The information that they had was somewhat outdated a little bit it sounded like with regards to the Shi'Ar, which could be either a good thing that they haven't had too many interactions with them at all on Earth, or bad since they don't have a lot of info to go off of.

"...Guess that only leaves the question of whose going with what group since that sounds like the best option to me based on how the conversation has been going. Ed and Mira already made it clear which groups they would prefer to go with. That just leaves figuring where everyone else is going, and then figuring out where we go from there..."

"Well... I'm going to probably stick with whatever group Guin wants to go with..." Pietro commented, figuring he'd make that a known thing.

It had taken a few minutes, likely due to some conversations happening on the other end of the phone line, but Guin would eventually receive a short response that was straight to the point. New Orleans Botanical Gardens, we'll meet you there.

Pietro didn't really seem to believe Guin about anything like that, but he knew that she wasn't going to admit anything was wrong or something like that. He turned his attention towards the bigger issue again at hand, as several people seemed to be asking Jean for her input on the scenario. She hadn't seemed to say a whole lot with regards to everything at the moment, so he was curious as to what her thoughts were.

Jean had to think for a moment about the situation, about everything that she knew with regards to leading up to it. Hearing Guin's question, including the one spoken through her thoughts, it took a moment as she hesitated with regards to the answer. "..The Shi'ar might have something to allow the entity to be removed. They fear it's power more than we might, but they also have worshipped and treated it like a god a long time ago. So they likely would have something, though not sure how the relations between them and Earth is right now. However they are more likely to be more likely to just kill her than to remove it. There isn't a need to despair though, there always is a chance for hope. Marygold was, at least fully in control, even for just a moment which is what it seemed, yesterday. Which is when she called out for help. Even if she is grappling, if we can get her to be stable for a few minutes, we might be able to get the entity to out that way, it is a possibility."

"So... We have a chance to get the thing out before it gets too bad then?"

"It is possible yes."

"Time is running out though that much was obvious from what's been being said, so we're kind of working against the clock."

Lance glanced over to see the portal that Max had decided to summon up out of nowhere and jumped through as he clearly was freaking out and talking to others there. Though he was making the situation sound a lot worse than it currently was based on the information they had. Actually, they didn't have a whole lot of information to go off of aside from the fact that she was in New Orleans. "...And he thinks he's in charge again because of what exactly? We don't have a plan, or even a more specific idea of where she is when she could literally be anywhere in New Orleans, the area isn't exactly small."

"And a lot of things could change in 24 hours," Mira pointed out, looing at Max and those through the portal. She had no idea who it was that was really on the other side or who they were at all, having never met any of them.

Pietro looked through the portal, and recognized a few of the faces on the other side. Namely those of James and Casper, mainly from the whole reality warping incident his sister had caused a while ago. Though he didn't recognize the other guy there, and it was a bit obvious that Casper was freaking out a bit from the portal just being open. So he definitely wasn't going to go through the portal at the moment since not a whole lot of people were heading that way.

Jean heard the comments from both Perry and Ed, and she nodded her head slightly, "That might be helpful. Emotions are difficult to grasp sometimes but it is what makes us human. Though it is the major weakness point for the Phoenix when it is in a host. As for whether or not I'll join you all, I wouldn't be here if I wasn't going to. The Phoenix Force itself is neither good or evil, it actually tends to be a necessary being to exist, and even if we could destroy it in some way, I never would. The Phoenix might have partially been responsible for my death, it has saved me more often then not. I'd prefer for this to not end like it has before."

"Things won't happen like that again, we know partially what to expect of how this could potentially end, that gives us an advantage we didn't have last time in solving this before it gets worst." he commented, and looked over at the portal Max had created, "Though not sure if we should head out without at least a vague idea of what we'd want to do once we do encounter her."

Ah Time Travel. Something many consider to be convoluted and difficult, but to her was just another walk in the park. Though she had never actually tried to alter something that had happened with it before. So this entire situation was a bit unorthodox. Zari typically used the watch to travel between this reality and her home one more often, the time travel aspect had come later because of the Norns prophecy. It had been a fun challenge, but she was glad in this instance that she had it with her always anyway.

It had taken long to free everyone, not now that she knew what was going to happen and they could take things a little bit slower. Be more stealthy instead of bolting up the stairs like they had before. That had gone horribly wrong. So using her powers to get into the system before all had gone haywire was simple enough, and releasing everyone before he even knew what was going on.

Though she noticed a different problem now.

"...You know, might not have thought this fully through... Like great we stopped the really horrible alternative but well... We're here. But we're also still in the basement and there are two Mary Sues here right now... I've never done this sort of thing before it's kind of weird potential repercussions still..." she said directly to Andy. That definitely was going to be a problem. But now more onto the issue of Arcade, though others seemed to think that they shouldn't beat him to a pulp. She personally didn't care one way or the other. If he tried any more tech stuff she'd be able to take them out. Though hearing Dorian's comment about turning Usagi in, Zari laughed a little bit, "Yeah, Usagi isn't going to be a problem, she kind of got crushed like a tin can. Or will be if she hasn't already? It's confusing."

Zelda was glad to get out of that insane trap and game. No one had died, thankfully, but still, there had been incredibly close calls to keep from trying to kill everyone. Personally she was all for trying to beat Arcade up for what he did. How could anyone let that sort of thing go? He tried to commit murder! Everyone was saying leave him alone, well think about it this way, attempted murder was a serious charge that he could be arrested for, but the issue was she wasn't sure if she actually trusted that he'd actually stay behind bars for that one for long.

"You can't actually think to just let him walk away to just be arrested or something do you?" Zelda asked, her voice still a little on the quiet side, but it was obvious she was insanely annoyed with that thought. "If people like him actually stayed behind bars for long then there wouldn't really need to be a whole lot of heroes or heroes in training don't you think? Sometimes villains do get a change of heart, but most of them don't really change. At all." Yeah, she was annoyed with them at that point for even just wanting to leave him alone.

She was glad that they were heading out now. The chaos and noise was getting to be a bit much for her, and she preferred it from that. Whatever was going on with the others or anything like that, she very much didn't care. At this point it was just nicer to get away from all of that and just enjoy the sun and all.

Hearing Isaac's question as they walked along, it took a moment for her to come up with a full answer. "I prefer to just sahrt o' set dere, lestenin to de water... 'earin de birds around me and de waves. It's always been calmin to me," she ended up responding to him. It was always a good thing to relax and not worry about anything. Forget all of your worries and all, it was nice. Though usually she tended to be by herself when she did that sort of thing though and not usually with other people at the time.

"Mardi Gras is usually in March, so about 2 months ago," Lance commented, figuring to answer that question more or less.

It took a few minutes for everyone to get into the room, but once everyone was there, Scott and Jean walked in last and looked at everyone there. Klara was a little confused as to what it was that Annie was talking about, and actually she wasn't even sure what her name was again. "Um... What are you talking about?"

"Well, looks like everyone is here so guess it might take some explaining from the sounds of things," Pietro commented, not entirely sure what the whole plan was.

"Loos like we've got some newer faces around here since the last time we were really here for any length of time, for those who don't know, I'm Cyclops, but you all can just call me Scott, and this is Jean, we came to the mansion because we were closer and Gambit called us asking that we check on Marygold because of a message that he got from her saying she needed help."

"We don't know how many of you know the full extent of Mary's mental instability, and that is a problem. A big problem. The Phoenix can be manipulated and such usually by human emotion, it is part of what happened with me years ago. I was manipulated by a group known as the Hellfire Club who sought out to control the Phoenix, which resulted in emotions going haywire and which ended up resulting in the destruction that was caused," Jean explained, "That leads to the bigger issue."

"You mean the alternate persona that is a bit of a psycho that Mary developed a while ago?" Lance couldn't help, figuring that he'd clue in the few people in the room who really didn't know about that whole thing at all.

"Now, as Annie mentioned, the message she left sent to Gambit is one that mentions not being able to hold on for much longer, odds are this is referring to holding off the influence of the alternate personality, or it could refer to holding off the power of the Phoenix. Those are the two most likely instances of what it is.

"So if we're going to stop her or help with whatever is going on that would mean we'd need to find her first. And not sure about anyone else, but I haven't seen her in a while. Not to mention we don't exactly have any sort of idea how we could potentially help the situation. Since the the Phoenix has chosen not to leave, and it wouldn't easily be fought against for whatever reason...This is kind of seems like we're at a loss of what we can do..." Mira ended up speaking up, looking around at everyone.

"...I can answer that. Well, at least the first part. I did a spell, not sure how accurate it was with modern technology but fairly sure it worked. Spell said that right now Marygold is in New Orleans," Klara commented, looking around at everyone.

She had to stop herself from laughing at what she could hear with regards to Alexios popping up when he did again. Alexios seemed alright at least to her for the most part, plus it was amusing to her how much he messed with Zeke and Demetri for the most part. They seemed to be causing a bit of chaos over there so, which was more amusing to her than anything really at this point.

Janelle noticed that Isaac was ready to head out, and she accepted his hand to get up, and was glad to be heading out and all now. "Alright, let's see about 'eadin out, gettin a lettle loud and all 'ere anyway," she said to Isaac, clearly referring to the chaos around Zeke, Demi and Alexios and all. Heading to the beach would be way more calming than being around in this chaotic mess and drama that seemed to be going over there now.

"Not sure if it would work. I've never tried to use this sort of technology before. We'll find out though it seems," she commented, looking at the phone that Bethany had handed her and looking at it not entirely sure how it worked even with Bethany explaining it.

Lance saw Annie walk into the kitchen where they all were, right when Guin's message rang out through their minds. "...Guess that answers the question of whether or not we should be concerned, let's head downstairs then, but if you at least want to try the tracking spell Klara now. Otherwise we can maybe get an actual map downstairs."

Klara nodded her head, though she wasn't sure how it would work out entirely since the others seemed to miss the part of needing some water for her spell to work. Hopefully Bethany didn't mind if the screen got wet or anything. She turned on the kitchen faucet and just got a few drops of water floating around before turning it off again. "Følg henne," she said, the water around her glowing with a faint pink light, before one drop bolted and landed on the phone screen.

The screen started glowing as the water droplets seemed to be moving the map around all on it's own. Before eventually stopping on a place. "Looks like the map says she's in some place called New Orleans at the moment? I think. Sorry, not entirely sure how super accurate that even was with Midgard technology, a lot of our magic doesn't typically mesh too well with it." Klara said, before making the water disappear and handing it back over to Bethany.

"Well at least it gives us a potential start," Lance said, before he instantly headed out of the room to head down to the lower levels of the mansion. Though when he walked out into the main entrance area, he saw Guin and Pietro there, with Scott Summers and Jean Grey standing there. "Well can see where this is headed since those two are here," he commented, referring to the other two.

"Yeah, does it surprise anyone that all hell is breaking loose, that's kind of the norm," Pietro commented, before he picked Guin up and raced downstairs, figuring it was quicker that way, and Scott and Jean started heading that way as well.

As soon as Guin's words echoed throughout her mind saying that there was trouble, Mira got fairly concerned. For more than a few reasons, the others didn't seem to be super freaked, but she'd been around long enough that even though she didn't constantly talk with everyone, she definitely knew a lot that went around. "Danger, end program and save it so we can pick it up again, light up the War Room if you could please too," she spoke out loud, talking to the AI as the world around them dissolved and shifted back to the normal room that it had been before. Max for some weird reason created a portal, and she rolled her eyes a bit. "The War Room is literally right outside the door, we don't need a portal."

To prove her point she headed out of the room and stepped into the hall, and Max would be able to see her and she gave a slight wave as she walked over. "You made that a bit more complicated than it needed to be, your powers might be better used getting others down here faster since we don't need to take an elevator," she added as monitors lit up and she took a seat at the table nearby.

"Let me know if you require my assistance," a computerized voice rang out in the room, and Mira just nodded her head.

"Hopefully it isn't that dire that we need to, but will let you know... I have a feeling where this is going, and it is not good..."

There was a large gust of wind, as Pietro came racing into the room with Guin and tow, setting her down on the ground when he came to a full stop. "Guess we wait for everyone else to get down here, if people don't hurry up though I can go race around and grab them if needed," the speedster said, seeing the portal that Max had created that seemed to connect to the Danger Room. "...Did you really make a portal to go here from the Danger Room? That's like, what, 30-40 feet or so to walk? Doesn't exactly take that long... Eh well whatever."

Guin would hear Pietro's voice in her head though, So... All hell is breaking loose as usual but what are your thoughts on this? And are you doing okay? Yup, Pietro was asking if she was alright for what probably felt like the hundredth time at this point, but he was pretty concerned, considering at this point if worst comes to worst, it might end up with one of her best friends dead, and all of that combined with the past month had him seriously concerned for her at this point.

Zelda had been about to make a comment about how Victoria's last attempts to get into the main system for the Framework had almost resulted in someone dying. And with how things were going it had been more likely to be her since they had thrown Victoria around in self defense a bit before. And she was going on about going down fighting? That hadn't exactly been working out entirely too well for her in the past, so why try again now?

Her thoughts were pulled away from that by April. April being sent flying.

She'd been keeping track of the lives, she knew that April had only one left. Which meant it was all over the instant she got sent overboard. There was nothing else right now that her brain could focus on. Her annoying older sister was just gone. She was massively panicking so she didn't end up saying anything to Victoria as the pain ripped through with regards to losing more lives. That was the very last thing on her mind with regards to it.

Well crap, this was not good! What button did Arcade hit? A quick scan of the system made it obvious. Everyone was dying, and there was no way for them to do things fast enough to save everyone. Even if they took down Arcade, people would be dead. This was not a good thing. She saw a symbol over everyone in the tanks, showing that they were close to death. Whereas April didn't have any symbol, meaning they were already too late to save her.

"...We need more time..." she muttered to herself under her breath, the floating robotic eye with her was just watching her, as she glanced down at the watch that was on her wrist.

"01011010 01100001 01110010 01101001 00101100 00100000 01101101 01100101 01110011 01110011 01101001 01101110 01100111 00100000 01110111 01101001 01110100 01101000 00100000 01110100 01101001 01101101 01100101 00100000 01100011 01101111 01110101 01101100 01100100 00100000 01101000 01100001 01110110 01100101 00100000 01100010 01100001 01100100 00100000 01100011 01101111 01101110 01110011 01100101 01110001 01110101 01100101 01101110 01100011 01100101 01110011 00100000 01101001 01100110 00100000 01111001 01101111 01110101 00100000 01100001 01110010 01100101 01101110 00100111 01110100 00100000 01110011 01110101 01110000 01110000 01101111 01110011 01100101 01100100 00100000 01110100 01101111 00101110 00100000 01001100 01100001 01110011 01110100 00100000 01110100 01101001 01101101 01100101 00100000 01110111 01100001 01110011 00100000 01100100 01101001 01100110 01100110 01100101 01110010 01100101 01101110 01110100 00101100 00100000 01110100 01101000 01100001 01110100 00100000 01110111 01100001 01110011 00100000 01100001 00100000 01101101 01101111 01101101 01100101 01101110 01110100 00100000 01111001 01101111 01110101 00100000 01101000 01100001 01100100 00100000 01110100 01101111 00100000 01100111 01101111 00100000 01100010 01100001 01100011 01101011 00101100 00100000 01100010 01110101 01110100 00100000 01110010 01101001 01100111 01101000 01110100 00100000 01101110 01101111 01110111 00111111 00100000 01001001 00100000 01100100 01101111 01101110 00100111 01110100 00100000 01110100 01101000 01101001 01101110 01101011 00100000 01101101 01100101 01110011 01110011 01101001 01101110 01100111 00100000 01110111 01101001 01110100 01101000 00100000 01110100 01101001 01101101 01100101 00100000 01110111 01101001 01101100 01101100 00100000 01110111 01101111 01110010 01101011 00100000 01101111 01110101 01110100 00100000 01110000 01100101 01110010 01100110 01100101 01100011 01110100 01101100 01111001 00101110!"

"Well I can't just let everyone die!" she responded, before seeing that Mary Sue had managed to get herself out of the Framework by sheer luck or something. "...Well guess now I'm going to be dragging two people with me instead of one." She tapped out a rhythm of sorts on the watch face, before a computer projection popped up in front of her with a keyboard and she started typing on it her fingers moving really quickly. "We need more time, let's get more time," she said to both Andy and Mary Sue. Andy would know exactly what she meant, Mary Sue, probably not.

After a few seconds, the computer screen disappeared and the watch on her wrist was glowing, she grabbed both Mary Sue and Andy by the arm and raced out of the room dragging them along, the glowing on the watch became brighter and brighter, before a portal opened up while they were in the hallway outside right in front of them and Zari dragged them through it. Mr. Eyeball the robot following along right behind them, figuring that the robot would try to keep them out of trouble. The portal was swirling with a dim green light as they ended up going through it.

They landed still in the same hallway farther away from the entrance to the room Arcade was in. Zari held her finger up to her mouth in a sign obviously meaning to keep quiet. She looked down at her watch and had a bit of a sigh of relief. Somehow in the chaos and panic, she actually had managed to hit her target of timeframe. "...We have about 30 minutes before Andy and I come up from the basement. We need to mess with Arcade's systems but not busting in like Andy and I did, since he had enough time to push the insta-death button on all of you. Mary Sue, figure this is probably really weird but I'll explain later, we don't have much time to fix this and save everyone."

Mira wasn't really finding anything else useful, and had wandered out of the park and was looking around to see what area she should head to next. She wasn't sure where to head. Though she had been leaning on heading towards Baker Street, when she saw that everyone was seemingly heading for the Pub. Hesitating for a moment, she eventually chose to head that direction now too.

Walking in, she saw Max and Perry already there, and she looked around the room to see if anything was interesting to see or anything. Behind the counter she saw what looked like a display case that had been tampered with, the outline in the dust of the display seemed to show that it likely was the Revolver weapon that had once been there. Definitely made an interesting note of sorts to keep in mind. The fact that it clearly had been taken off it's shelf for whatever reason.

"I've programmed various things for the Danger Room before, yet sometimes it still amazes me all that it can recreate perfectly," she commented to the others, choosing not to get anything from the bar as Max and Perry's drinks arrived. "I was passing by wondering what you two were up to, before I maybe head back to some of the other areas. Since as someone who likes the occasional detective story and Sherlock Holmes, I am kind of curious to see what Baker Street looks like."

"Well here's the thing, is that most ways sound like they are essentially going to only really be close enough and not actually getting her location. Whether through magic or trying to find her through technological means or whatever. And we don't know what she's doing or whether it's important or not."

"I mean, probably could try a spell of sorts, but for me that would require a map, but not necessarily any other sort of thing but a cup of water for me," Klara said with a shrug. "That is if you want to know where she is before we go there. In the event that she is actively doing something. Could at least give you a city, and then maybe more than that if you had a more detailed map of that area. But could give you an idea instead," Klara suggested, looking at the others again.

"That might be a good idea first," Lance wasn't too sure how great of an idea it would be to just pop in and check on Mary if she was in the middle of something. Heading off alone was weird to most people, not him really or anything like that, but everyone else found it more concerning than he did, so it might be best to just go with what everyone else seemed to think.

Annie and Guin
"...We figured it out during the Galactus incident," Pietro responded, clearly referring to himself and Guin. "But pretty sure it was before even the whole mess Wanda created, either that or it happened then."

"...The Galactus incident was over a year ago,"

"This could also prove to be a really big problem though. Because while her mind is splintered like that, who knows how the entity will act."

"Care to explain?"

"Part of what caused the Phoenix to go down the pathway it did with me, was in part due to the manipulations of the Hellfire Club. That wasn't the only thing that caused it though it was the biggest stressor. It was human emotions, thoughts, feelings those sort of things. With a personality split, well, that would make that much more complicated of a situation since you don't know which ones thoughts are fueling it."

"So... Decent chances that this could lead to all of us dying then? Sounds like fun. And yeah definitely sounds like we probably should go tell the others now."

She thought about Isaac's suggestion of where to go, and she thought that it did sound nice. A walk down by the beach, hearing the sounds of the water and waves. It was always a sort of nice place to be. And it wasn't super crowded or anything like that, which was a good thing at the moment still for her. Janelle preferred the calm and quiet still, too much noise was overwhelming to her and the peacefulness of the beach was always nice.

Hearing his other question, asking if she'd want company or something like that, she sort of nodded her head a bit, "Yeah, I wouldn't mend sahme cahmpany ahr anythin, and a walk by de beach sounds great," she said with a slight smile. Walks always were better to go on with others, as long as there would be too many people going. So that was fine with her.
