The last day to use the extra 20% discount (on top of my regular work discount) is coming up fast--but I still have no idea what the hell I want to use it on this year.

The majority of Casual is practically Advanced writing; the problem stems from the fact that Casual is where most people go to RP, in turn leaving Advanced a wasteland.

Damn, and here I thought we were on the verge of a second guildfall.

@Cyrania I've already posted the second CS in the CS tab. It's under the original post I made for my characters.

As for the various other questions I've been asked:

This roleplay has modern technology. We've got electricity, we've got busses, we've got anything modern day imaginable. And yes, this does include guns (not like, AR rifles, but guns nonetheless).

HOWEVER.

The concept of firearms is antithetical to the nature of the roleplay I intend to run. It is supposed to be Stardew-lite or the like; a peaceful rural village simulator with slight magic. While those games do contain mention of guns (see: Stardew's Kent having war PTSD about no-man's land), it is not a topic I would like to focus on in this roleplay. It's like if someone were to make a Victorian child for a scifi mech game. The likelihood of it flowing well with the theme is slim, hence my desire to avoid it.

Magic is possible. It *will* be useable as the story progresses, but, like the inspiration before, don't expect much out of it now. You gotta work your way to unlock it, be it helping out the magic spirits, finding an ancient artifact or having slight magic heritage (like Mimi, though I don't want the entire cast to end up as mages lol). Again, this is inspired by everyone's favorite village/farming sims.

Monsters, while primarily existing in dark caves or abandoned ruins, do exist on the surface. You'd see them mostly in the wilderness/at night, not in the civilized portion of Starlight.

The rest mentioned were covered by @Lemons.
I'm home. Give me a few minutes to unwind and I'll answer some questions.
@Cyrania I did, and @Yankee didn't yell at me on Discord (or here) about it.

Consider them both accepted, Yankster.
Just different enough to mess with the eye. Like 2 notes out of tune.

Would it mess anything up if I turned the baker into just a whole chef / restaurant owner? I'm trying to get around a block.

Well, we don't have a restaurant as far as I'm aware, so I don't think it would step on anyone's toes.
Working on updating the CS tab with the proper information. Sometime in the future I would like to go in depth with the locale list as well.

also this is going to bug me tbh, one is pink and the other is light pink

*Pokes head in*
... It says you're still open to appications, soooo...

Just wanted to stop by and express interest in potentially joining. But I'll hafta read through the OOC tomorrow after work, and then possibly ask some questions if they haven't already been answered, before I express anything more than interest.

We're still in the market for players. There's only 5 of us with approved CSes (6 if we count Micki's secondary PC, and 7 if we count my potential secondary PC). Though there are a couple of people I'm waiting on for sheets, so that number is going to increase soon.
Got room for one more? 👀

Well, yeah. As long as you keep me from spending anymore on Gundam. Just put down 200 bucks worth.
@Carlyle

What sort of character? I know Mistress Dizzy is talking about doing a baker.

I've got a few ideas that won't overlap with Dizzy/a baker.
