Hello all. I am an experienced writer who is writing my own fiction stories on the side. I can role play any genre. What I love most is being able to go-all-out when weaving tales with other writers. It just makes the story more interesting, so I can't wait to write with you. :)
@MattchstickNah that's old. I need to go erase that because I've already recruited three people even while that was posted lol. Just let me know what character you're going for before you start working on it.
Race: Human Power Level: 960 Location: Third Floor inside a Coyote family's apartment. Tagging:@Renny@Obito Kashi
Bolt winced when he watched Taeto go smashing through the window. The country boy took a few steps back and then charged the window. He leapt onto the fire escape rail before springing off of it onto the window sill. He peered through the window, seeing Taeto slowly recovering from the throw (and painfully too).
Hey you! Stop right there! You ain’t going anywhere!
It was a different voice. A non-Budd Bot voice. Bolt glanced down at the cop, watching her acrobatically take to the fire escape on the first floor. That’s no ordinary cop, Bolt mused.
Buddabuddabudda!
Jets erupted underneath the Budd Bots booted feet, carrying them toward the window Bolt was perched on. The ginger panicked and dove inside the room. He landed in a crouch next to Taeto and snagged his arm. The three bots converged on the window before Kail had a chance to. Comically, the three became wedged in it. The walls surrounding the apartment window cracked. Their feet kicked and flailed as they tried to squeeze passed each other, spouting over and over:
Bolt would pull Taeto’s arm across his shoulders if he allowed him and narrow his eyes at the bots behind him. “I thought them bots were supposed to be smart.”
Bolt then blinked, glancing over at the stunned Coyote family whose dinner they had interrupted. He blushed and raised a hand, “Sorry ‘bout that!”
He then raced out of the dining room, heading for the apartment’s living room. As he came before the window, he released Taeto as he started unlocking it. Out of frustration, he asked him, “Geez, can’t you walk yet!? All that hoopin’ and hollarin’ and you nothin’ but a punk!” He raised the window and glanced across at the consecutive building. It was much shorter than the apartment. Below him was the roof of a one story shop.
December 11, 2016 was when I first posted Project Crossover and it has since come a very very very long way. The journey has been full of juicy storyline plots and lovely character interaction. As much as I would have loved to start and end with the same people, every GM who has ever ran a long-term game knows that that is never the case. People leave for various reasons. Some disappear for various reasons, but regardless we’re going to pay tribute to all of those players who were once upon a time in this game and are no longer with us. Whether their internet gave out, real life took them away, they lost interest, or what have you, we’re still going to give thanks to their contributions no matter how large or how little. Below is a list of our contributors who are no longer in this game, but who are always welcome to return:
Note: I originally wasn’t going to mention everyone because the system only notifies a few individuals and not all of them, but then I thought whatever.
Now, I’m sure you’re wondering why this post is going out now when it’s not December 11 yet. The reason is because I am always recruiting. This is a BIG game, and I’m always looking for talented writers and leadership to join the legacy. So if you would like to be a part of it. If you like engaging missions, a steady game pace, and watching your character develop alongside others. If you like a long-term game that lasts long enough for any storyline and in-character relationships to develop, then this is the game for you. Bring your creativity not your drama. Moving on.
Now, I am going to be dishing out some awards and achievements. First, I want to thank those players who have been with me from the beginning. They are my “Veteran” players and therefore will be receiving “Veteran Awards” in the form of an achievement on December 11, 2017. Those players are:
These players have been with the game since the beginning and have kept this baby moving. I am really thankful to have them. They are great writers both in game and out. They are just awesome people. I hope that they will be here next year so that I can thank them again, but I am glad that they are enjoying the story to stick around.
If these players remain active until December 11, 2017, then I will be rewarding them a second or third character slot (depending if they didn’t already achieve the second character slot) and a free level up for their characters. This level up will not drain the current XP they have collected. This is a free level up. They will also be awarded a 1 year Anniversary Achievement.
I am glad that I started this game in December around one of the best holidays that the entire world celebrates. I get to give out free gifts as a GM that normally, they would have to work for to receive.
Again, this is Project Crossover, a video game mashup game. If you are interested in joining, then I will be accepting new recruits at this time. We have a Spyro the Dragon mission getting ready to kick off, and after the current missions, including the Spyro mission have concluded, then we’ll have a Delta mission. Delta missions have the highest difficulty and where I am slightly unforgiving as a GM. Therefore, when you see a character with Delta as their rank, it basically means they can handle the mission. These ranks are not something you pick. It is something I give to you at the end of a mission if I feel your character has demonstrated the ability. Key words: your character. Sometimes a character’s personality makes them unfit naturally but that is okay. There are other squads who play an important role in support.
I will be erasing the inactive list on December 11. We will be starting fresh on that day. I hope with my current active cast that I’ll have more veteran awards to give out next year.
Ai is slender with little to no curves to her. She wasn’t blessed with the features that met society’s definition of the ideal woman. Her dark brown hair was died blue and purple and hangs from her scalp in a pixie cut. Her eyes are a dark amethyst with natural dark circles surrounding them. She normally has a tired look on her face, and it isn’t an expression of how she truly feels. She just naturally looks that way. For being such a skinny thing, not many expect her to be a ninja. Her school uniform is about as girly as she dresses. In her casual clothes, Ai wears long-sleeved shirts with the sleeves nearly passing her hands. She will wear comfortable skinny jeans and flats or Chuck Taylor low-cut sneakers. During colder seasons, she will wear a hoodie or a coat with a fur-lined hood. Her preferred colors are dark colors. Her skin is a pale cream color and she wears black nail polish on her fingernails. Last but not least, her most notable item, is her gas mask. Her black mask takes up half her face, leaving only her hair and eyes exposed. Her mask buckles behind her head beneath the blue and purple layers of her hair, veiling the face of a beautiful girl with pink bowed lips.
Personality
Ai is soft-spoken and her voice is slightly distorted by her gasmask. She is very laidback in nature, hardly the type to freak out or over-react in most situations. She is generally friendly, but she can be quite biting to obnoxious people. Ai comes from a disciplined family, and she displays it in her mannerisms. She is confident in her abilities and is always eager to learn more about her powers. She hopes that one day when she learns to better control her quirk that she might be able to take off her mask. It’s a small hope since she’s worn the damn thing her entire life. Just one day without her mask on and being able to breathe the air that everyone else breathes would be nice.
Ai is absolutely terrified of having her mask lost or taken off by anyone. She will not allow anyone to touch it - not since the Kota incident. As much as she hates it, she knows that she needs it to survive.
History
Ai was born in Iga, Japan to Jiro, the pro-hero known as “Cobra” and Amaya, the pro-hero known as “Orchid.” The three make up the Murasakis, a ninja family that protects the Mie prefecture. When Ai was first born, the doctor noticed that she was having respiratory problems. She was crying, panting, and coughing as though she was struggling to breathe and they had to place her in a special NICU that filtered the air around her. They suspected allergies, but she hadn’t shown any signs of inflammation. The Murasakis were scared. Amaya stopped crime fighting for weeks until she was certain her baby was going to make it. With no other solution found, the doctor prescribed Ai with a special mask that she was to wear for the rest of her life, and it worked. Ai was able to grow up mostly living the life of a normal girl. Her friends thought her mask was cool, and they thought she was even cooler for being the daughter of pro-hero ninjas.
As Ai hit puberty and the children around her started to mature as well, emotions started to flare. When she was thirteen-years-old, her childhood friend Nakamura Kota expressed his adoration for her by kissing her on the cheek. They dated until she was fourteen-years-old, and by fourteen, Kota one day grew frustrated that Ai never kissed him back. He interpreted it as her not liking him and suspected there was someone else. They were in Ai’s room when the two had an argument that grew heated, and in a fit, Kota wrenched Ai’s mask from her face. As many times as Ai had told Kota that she wouldn’t be able to breathe without it, her warning didn’t become apparent until that moment when she fell to her knees, gasping desperately. Kota grew terrified and quickly returned her mask. Ai secured it to her face and cleared her lungs. By the time she returned her attention to Kota, she found him on the floor immobile. His eyes were wide open but he was unable to move. Ai shook him and started crying, her screams summoning her jii-chan, Nobu, the retired hero, “Black Mamba,” and her caretaker when her parents were away. Kota was rushed to the hospital and the doctors diagnosed that he had been poisoned by a nerve agent. Kota recovered all on his own with only an IV drip being administered. The doctor suspected that the toxin degenerated after an hour. The Murasakis were baffled how it happened and had suspected a villain, but Ai suspected that she had been the one.
News that Ai had toxic breath leaked around her school. Kota didn’t talk to her anymore, and in fact, he had gotten himself a new girlfriend since that day. Seeing him with another girl saddened and hardened her. She didn't need him. He had only weighed her down. Ai returned to her studies with fervor. She was supposed to be applying for the Chihaiten Academy that following year.
Quirk Name Miasma Emission (Emitter-Type) Quirk Description Ai’s quirk makes her breath a dangerous nerve agent that can affect her enemies in stages depending on the concentration they are exposed to.
Stage One is muscle weakness. Stage Two is muscle failure. Stage Three is numbness. Stage Four is paralysis.
There might be a Stage Five but rarely does she ever get that far. The nerve agent is unique to her being and is secreted from the mucosa lining her throat as a vapor. The emission is a gentle sweet smell like honeysuckle. Her real breath has a natural odor as any human’s does but that smell is not the gas. A victim with Stage Four exposure will recover after an hour.
Quirk Weaknesses
In order for Ai to be able to use her quirk, she must raise her mask. While her breath is toxic, the air naturally found on Earth is oddly toxic to her in return. She is only capable of exhaling the gas and must return her mask to her face in order to breathe without risk of asphyxiation. Because she relies on her mask to survive, Ai is terrified of ever losing it or having it removed. If ever pinned to the ground by an enemy and her mask threatened to be removed from her face, she will hysterically panic and violently attempt to escape the situation. Also, such an incident could cause her psychological trauma.
Ai cannot yet control the potency of her emission. However, the concentration of the exposure relies on the volume of the space she is in. A small enclosed space would be ideal for her gas to swiftly fill. A large or even open space reduces her gas’s effectiveness. An enemy would have to be within arms’ reach of her to be affected.
Other
Ai is proficient in Murasaki Ninjutsu, a martial art only taught to the blood relatives of her family. It isn’t fictional Naruto ass-ninja ninjutsu. It is real-world ninjutsu. With this art, Ai is capable of taking down foes much larger than her with proper pressure and technique.

Simply giving him a true human body beneath the mass of hair would be a good balancing factor instead of him being entirely made of hair. Likewise his backstory doesn't fit with the established canon of BNH as society has already come to accept even ugly people, so such insults wouldn't have occurred considering his age.
So those two are mainly it.
I really just don't want to accept such a character.
So you're saying that even if I made these changes you still wouldn't accept it? It would be a waste of time for me to even bother to?
I have two other characters that are pre-made. I will PM them to you and see what your take is on them. I made this one because it was different than the ones I've ever RPed before.
As for bullying, no matter what world you live in, bullying is a social norm. I doubt your role play takes place in the perfect world.
