Big Red gave Druid Girl a look, she was listening but the little glimmers in her eyes said she wasn't believing what he was saying about exercising. "Always think in baby steps when it comes to physical capabilities. If you can comfortably do twenty push-ups today, you should be able to do twenty-one in a couple days. Same with anything physical whether it's strength related or stamina related." He said while giving the pair a slight flex show. He clearly didn't develop these muscles over-night, that build was one built on dedication to the physical arts and he clearly didn't expect them to even try and match his might. You didn't need immense strength to cast magic or shoot an arrow.

While in his stance he watched Archer Girl correct how she held herself with light movements. He remembered his own instructors smack where he was wrong with a walking stick. But not everyone learned through pain, he doubted bonking the poor girl would help her improve anything, if anything it'd probably have the complete opposite effect. "Once you get used to it and learn the footwork it's very easy to fight like this. Even with a weapon, because this is one of the basic stances for all forms of melee weaponry." He explained while catching the stick that Archer Girl tossed to him.

So she knew it as well despite being an Archer? He was genuinely surprised but let her say her piece as well. She gave the go ahead to strike, clearly aiming to block an overhead. The stick was held in his left hand, which coincided with his back leg. "I'm not going to be moving as fast as I can by the way, you wouldn't be able to watch the footwork that way." He said before his back leg swept in then forward in a crescent movement. The only point he was truly not balanced was when his foot barely tapped his other foot and left a trail of dust and a streak of lightly disturbed soil.

Now his left was leading, which if she looked at his upper body meant his left hand was now leading as well. The stick came up before it came down almost as if he were flicking it, but when it came into contact with Archer's stick there was a loud crack of wood on wood and he was putting some force behind it and was pushing down and forward to make Archer go down and back. He wasn't using his full strength, but about the same as your typical adult human male swinging. "Your feet never leave the ground until you're good with the stance. You lead with your weak hand and follow with your strong." Big Red stated before continuing. "If you want to try just speak up, I've found few learn by watching and more by doing or experiencing."
@Sep No @ for me, and yes towards the start of page 1 XD I think I even sent you a pm to let you know it was done
Iono who accepted x.x
As Kaze moved to catch up with Beniha he was growing increasingly more annoyed. These damn woods were hindering him and he couldn't just level the place or use his more widespread attacks. He needed to move someplace more open, and he could not walk on water. When he caught up a little he took note a good portion of the swarm of bugs were solely focused on him. "I'm gonna let you take care of this situation. I'll handle the bugs." He stated while his wing-like arm swung out.

It caught a rather large trees branch and swung him up into the air. This wasn't just a little baby height gain, he was very much airborne, a dozen stories up. The bugs that had been gunning for him followed him up. It was kind of interesting to see them so blindly focused on him, but that just made his oncoming task easier. Turning in mid-air he waited for a bug to approach before he gave it a thrust kick, splattering it like the rest that met his touch and sending him further up into the air.

Normally in the air options were limited when it came to movement. But the swarming bugs, spreading out now, made for good rebounding points. He might not be able to run fast but every time a bug came to him he struck it, and was blasted off in the opposite direction. His blows weren't wild at this point, they were calculated to send him to another target, like an elaborate game of ping pong or pinball. As he zipped through the air, back and forth up and down and cross-ways, a greenish smog was trailing behind him. Acidic vapor was pouring from his mouth as he 'flew'. Any bug that tried flying through it began to melt into a nasty sludge that rained onto the ground below. He wasn't one of the strongest in his branch just because of his physical prowess, with proper preparation he could cause massive damage in a wide-spread area like he was doing right now.
Drachen's eyes had lazily wandered during his walk through the dark streets, small globes of light from the lamps that were quick to dim the further out the light went. During his lumbering, and lazy, stride he took note of the people. He wasn't famous per-se, but he was a rarity. A rarity that had no issues leaving a mugger broken in an alley. Leaving behind the mumbled shushed voices he approached the edge of town that bordered the Wilde Wood. A carriage, black and expensive looking, was there with a singular coachman. He didn't care about the mans attire, but that shotgun let him know things weren't peaceful in the woods. Most likely for coyotes.

An exchange of invitation and glances was all there were. Neither man had any words for the other. With the invitation back in hand he tucked it into the inner chest pocket of his enormous coat. He was dressed decent, but he wasn't a materialistic man. Not to mention his size made it so everything he had was custom made, which jacked up the prices of clothing and footwear. He did move off to the side, lingering near the rear of the carriage instead of getting into it. Staying in such a small thing for a long time would destroy his knees.

A brief wait and a well dressed woman came up the street. A different set of hushed murmurs and voices trailing after her. If he had been a vagrant he would have labeled her as the perfect target to hit for immediate money. Still she approached and handed the driver her own invitation before it was returned to her. The driver spoke, saying they were early. Well it was better to be early than to be late, right? The pair were left waiting in silence for any others to show. But the big man wasn't too fond of silences. "Evenin', miss..." He rumbled out. His voice matching that frame easily, like deep rolling thunder. If he owned a hat he might have tipped it, but he wasn't really fond of head gear. They looked silly and not to mention it made his wild mane sit funny when worn for too long.

Big Red looked between the two girls. Archer Girl was clearly thinking about something while they moved out of the town to the fields beyond the walls. He did watch Druid Girl work, shooing away animals and checking for spiky plants. That second part got a raised eyebrow. He knew pain was something to be avoided, but minor pains could help build a greater tolerance to the bigger pains. Eh different people different desires.

"You'd be surprised what one afternoon of exercises can do for you." He said before shaking his head at her question of balance. "That's more acrobatic balance. I'm talking more of a combat balance." He explained before shifting his stance from just standing there. His feet were spread to shoulder width, one was slipped forward a bit, and his knees were in line with his toes. "This is the balance I mean. Even if another lizardman were here and tackled me I wouldn't fall and it's versatile for melee." He stated before leaning back, leaning forward, then to the sides. His feet never moved with his upper-bodies movements.

"If you can use this stance you'll excel in a physical fight, and from there I can show you proper foot movements that'll let you keep this balance even while shifting location or dodging." The behemoth stated before turning his attention to Archer Girl. It seemed speaking wasn't something he was good at multi-tasking with. "We have all afternoon, we can start with the easy balance training. Sparring with sticks. Or we can do the physical training you mentioned. I'd have had you walk and shoot but...we lack a target that won't break the arrows." He said while leaving the decision to them. He could go in any of those directions with the two girls. Although he was a bit wary with the sparring...neither of them had shown they were particularly skilled in melee combat...

Not done yet, getting tired and don't wanna lose progress
Oh you'd be surprised by the traits (cuz those are my own real life ones XD) but I'll change things about

I can't really find a picture of him, but just imagine an okay dressed Mr. Hyde from Van Helsing (The one with Hugh Jackman)
