Yoshiba mulled over her response. The boy behind her wanting to do right by his mother was an admirable goal, but his anxiety annoyed her. She had lost everything and wanted to do right by them but she wasn’t scared. Why should she have been? Because Ishin was tough? Because this was the school that produced heroes like Knightmare, Snowman, and Racer Queen? No. She was confident. Strong. Ready.

But then the boy admired her hair, recognizing how cool her quirk was. Suddenly the whispers about how lame her hair was in her past seemed all washed away in a single, brief moment.

“Yep.” She smiled widely and for a moment she turned back to look at the group as her tentacles swayed behind her. “Sure is.”

“You’re Gendou, huh. I’m Yoshiba. Mizuhana Yoshiba. What kind of quirk do you got, Gendou? Is it as cool as mine?” She asked, without imparting an honorific. The blue-haired teenager didn’t care about that kind of thing.

So after thinking about it all day (and a little of the previous day and a half), I think I'm offically going to be accepting seven characters. The way I figure is most operations will allow us to split into strike teams of four and from there things can feel pretty cohesive. In events where we are not split up we can have more bullets flying at our heads. This also means I'll allow a little more overlap so each team can, if the sheets are good, have a tech specialist of their own and what not. Happy sheet making.

Additionally, I'll be giving notes on sheets during this interim period in case I see something that could be elaborated on or cleaned up.

“Or I’m bored.” She responded with a shrug and a smile, “But think how you want.”

Was she nervous? Sure. It was a new school in a big city and not her little village. She was on her own and trying to figure things out. All of the work she had put in not seeming like a rural was her attempt of making a good impression. Though she supposed good impressions weren’t something chain-smoking delinquents hiding away in the cold thought much of. Either way, she wanted to be ready to get through the very first day of school and missing the auditorium and getting a tongue lashing was not her idea of fun.

“I’ll see you in school. I’m getting cold.”

With that she was off to the... she checked her pamphlet again; right, the event hall. She was off to the event hall auditorium thingamajig.
