Amanda Waller is legitimately a hero... in her own mind. She does what she does to protect the country and mankind. Even if her means are horrible. She's no different than any other anti-hero POV, except she doesn't do the dirty work herself.
If anything, if you were going to do a non-villainous Croc, Hillan's app helps as it establishes Croc is no longer a bad guy. Pretty easy to pivot from there into branching out as an (anti-?)hero.

When did the TT/JJ disband in this? I revised it to where Kieran has has been here for 7 years rather than 4 so he likely would've also started pursuing heroics earlier as well. Especially with Clark's Superman being active at the time.
I dont think there are any specific dates. Could still be a team with other characters. Just Static was a member 9ish years ago for over a year, and a few others were members during that time. I don't think any of us are nailing down specifics so that prospective TT or YJ concepts in the future are fine. That's why we aren't even saying what the name of the team was and just being vague about it.
