Next Carol will be up in the next few days though I do have a RP where I'll have to review a bunch of sheets on the 30th. So probably not that day. Weirder stuff has happened, though.
It sounds like you let the Mass of sheets accumulate and it's going to lead to quite an Effect.

Because that's who I think of when I think of heroic POV. Amanda Waller. Haha~
Amanda Waller is legitimately a hero... in her own mind. She does what she does to protect the country and mankind. Even if her means are horrible. She's no different than any other anti-hero POV, except she doesn't do the dirty work herself.
If anything, if you were going to do a non-villainous Croc, Hillan's app helps as it establishes Croc is no longer a bad guy. Pretty easy to pivot from there into branching out as an (anti-?)hero.
