I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio
Hello! Welcome to my little bio.
Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).
So give chase he would, and Richard would notice something fairly quickly.
This little guy was fast. He’d have to sprint to keep up with the pokemon as it bolted through the grass. It pivoted, skidding across the ground and turning sharp right as it continued its flight. Too fast, perhaps, as it would proceed to trip over its own feet and roll until it was eventually on its back, losing all momentum and looking up at Richard.
“Ni…do…!”
Just as quickly, it rolled back over onto its feet, pawing at the ground.
Seeing that Richard had managed to chase it, it seemed as though it was perfectly fine standing its ground now.
You’re on the road of Route 5. Full of old ruins and plenty of pokemon. Route 4 and Route 2 are easily accessible from here. Train pokemon in the current area? Who knows, maybe you could get a few quick levels here. Look for pokemon. Who knows, maybe you could find something neat here. If so, describe how you search and if you’re looking for anything in particular. Random event (Want to bully the GM? Ask him to make a random encounter for you that isn’t any of the above or below. Quality will vary.) You could probably find a few trainers on the plains. Exploring ruins may also yield some interesting results, perhaps.
“W-wai-” As Isla shrugged Yasu off, the other girl merely mumbled a quiet plea as Isla walked away. Yasu, once again, found her knees failing her as she’d fall to the ground. Didn’t seem like whatever was going on with her, she was going to be of any help at all here. Just watch as Dancing and Swiper engaged the Heracross, a furious pokemon charging towards them, horn poised to strike the Eevee.
“Herrrrra?!” Dancing was saved from the Aerial ace by mere inches as the pokeball plinked off of Heracross’ head. The pokemon’s body was enveloped in a white light, the pokeball plopping onto the ground in a little divot Dancing had dug out with Swipers help.
Shake
This, would at least, buy the two of them a bit of time. A few seconds as dirt was piled on top of the pokeball.
Shake
A neat little pile of dirt was piled on top of the shaking pokeball.
poof
Instead of just normally releasing the pokemon from the ball in usual fashion, there was a small burst of air as the pile of dirt was violently tossed into the air creating a small smokescreen. The Heracross stood just a little to the side of the pokemon, seeming a tad bit confused, and judging from the glare it was giving Isla - it was even more angry.
“Crsss-” This was only exacerbated by a ballistic pidgey dive bombed the other pokemon, slamming right into the back of the Heracross’ head, sending it crashing forward with a pained cry, even then, however, it was not slowing down as its horn glowed gold this time, pushing itself back up with its arms and beelining towards Dancing again, releasing a Fury Attack on the pokemon.
Hatty jumped up and down, waving its little arms as little droplets of dew scattered themselves about as it used Life Dew! Pidgey would find the damage it had done to itself completely healed.
You're in a Secluded grove off of route 1. Heading back to route 1 seems to be the only path. Train pokemon. (Skip the grind, and we get to the result. Tell me how you train and if you just grind wild mon or some other creative training) Maybe see if the wild pokemon in the field are of any interest to you. Random event (Want to bully the GM? Ask him to make a random encounter for you that isn’t any of the above or below. Quality will vary.)
“Lovely. Well, I’ll not be too far from here. I’d rather not get in the way of those angry tauros…” Laurel nodded, glancing a bit at the excavations going on nearby. She seemed mildly interested, but would quickly move further off the road into the plains proper, Verdue nipping at her heels as she’d follow after.
As for Richard, walking off the path and into the tall plains grass would soon find more pokemon easily. Or at least, something that looked like a pokemon. Large purple ears sticking out of the grass, quietly listening. A few seconds later a purple, spikey, rabbit like pokemon would bolt out of the grass, fleeing in the opposite direction of Richard. He’d have enough time to scan it and head after it, if he wanted too.
”Ah, Nidoran. The Poison Pin Pokemon Male. You can tell because its purple.” the Chibi Camphor was holding a Nidoran in her hands.”Not my usual type, but I kinda like these guys. Small and typically spunky, just like me, heh. Very aggressive if its protecting a female Nidoran. They use their ears to detect and scan their surroundings. They’re usually found fairly commonly in the plains region.
Eh…Hold on, I think that one seems a little different then the others.”
Richard Obtained 500p!
Whether he decided to pursue the Nidoran or not, it wouldn’t be long before he’d find another. A comparatively small pokemon, standing by itself.A Falinks…though it was strangely, alone, without the rest of its other five. It seemed to be locked into battle with two angry looking Poocheyna. Richard could of course, interfere, though he could also just let nature take its course, as it were. The Falinks was on the losing side of this battle it looked like, despite the type advantage. It had several old wounds on it.
“Well, this is a bit weird.” The Ai chimed in whenever Richard decided to Scan the two, supposing he does. “Falinks hardly ever leave their peers In rare cases that they do get separated…Hm, that one looks pretty beat up too. I’d hazard a guess to say there’s a Pack of Poochyena, possibly led by a Mightyena that decided that that group of Falinks are its prey. Doesn't quite explain why its by itself, though...”
A pause.
“Oh, right, should do my whole pokedex thing eh…ahem. Poochyena, The Bite pokemon. They usually pursue their prey in packs, chasing it until its exhausted. However, they tend to actually be rather cowardly and the first sign of resistance from their prey is usually enough to send them running. Common near Giervor.
Falinks, the Formation pokemon. The largest of the six pokemon is the leader. It uses its large and extendable horn to issue orders to the other five following it -yawn- I’m tired now so that’s all you’re getting. Someone else is asking a lot of silly questions.
Richard Obtained 1000p!
Richard was of course, free to intervene or do nothing with this information as he wished.

“Mag-!” The pebble slammed right into the Magnemite, earning a disapproving electrical buzz from the pokemon as Aster would be finding herself paralyzed. As Yuu was giving its orders for a quick attack, the Steel/Electric type was already buzzing and readying another attack, electricity sparking between its magnets.
“-Mite!?” Only to give an equally surprised buzz as Riolu appeared behind it. Now, the attack itself didn’t do much damage, being a normal type move against a steel type. The toss, too, didn’t go quite as planned, what with Magnemite being able to float and all, it would have stopped short of the Snubbull if Snuggles hadn’t already elected to move on its own.
This would result in Snuggles jaws clamping on the Magnemite, the fiery fangs of the pokemon dealing severe damage to the Magnemite…but Magnemite wasn’t down yet! A blast of electricity burst from the Magnemite as an intense thundershock slammed into the Snubbull!
“Bzzzzt!” It was already powering up a second one as well, angrily flailing its little magnet arms as it continued to fry the fairy type with electricity with a continuous electrical blast.
“Shut down? The company went bankrupt, they lost the lease for the factory and the land went to the city. Nothing special. Anyways-” The Camphor Ai suddenly switched off of Richard’s pokedex as Chloe opened up hers.
“Ahem, anyways...not scanning that Rotom phone. Can’t actually, I won’t go into the technical mambo jumbo details. You’d just hurt your head. Anyways, yes, Aipom.
Aipom, the long tail pokemon. A mischievous pokemon that lives in the jungles around the more tropical regions of Eidda. Quick witted and troublesome, they like playing pranks on people and pokemon alike making them little more than a nuisance sometimes. One ran off with some important research data once. Have still yet to find it.
This one has no special attributes, but seems to have inherited an egg move from a parent.
Chloe gained 500p!
Riolu, the Emanation pokemon. Found in caves and spartan mountains, the diminutive pokemon has a special ability to read and see emotions. Often found training to better themselves and oftentimes challenging pokemon much stronger than themselves. A favorite of trainers with steadfast principles and a loyal pokemon through and through. They’re kind of annoying, in my opinion.

Find pokemon (Specify if you’re looking for anything in particular or how you look). This place likely has some unique pokemon, if nothing else. Leave? Train a bit. Speed through the fluff and lets get some training done. Explore the old factory? It’s fine. Probably. Investigating that bzzt noise is probably fine. Random event (Want to bully the GM? Ask him to make a random encounter for you that isn’t any of the above or below. Quality will vary.)
The gust summarily sailed past the Buneary, barely able to just dodge it, the gust blowing up dirt and debris from the old hallway she found herself in. Rightly annoyed, the Murkrow would flap its wings, circling outside the window and picking up speed as it’d position itself directly in front of the window. A fierce cry followed as the Murkrow sped through the window, beak aimed right for the Buneary.
Sir Lopsalot, taking his trainers instructions, had already readied a power up punch.
There was a resounding noise that echoed through the hallway as beak met bunny fist. The Murkrow let out a pained squawk as sir Lopsalot took the full force of the Murkrows attack, sending the two pokemon flying backwards. The Murkrow would find itself skidding across the floor, while Lopsalot could likely easily regain his balance but the trading of blows was going to leave Lopsalot fairly injured.
thud
A noise from behind caused the Murkrow to shake itself off and take a look behind it. Clarissa had successfully, with some difficulty, caused the window to free itself from the ages it was left up and rusted, letting it slide down and shutting the Murkrow in there with them.
“Murrr…” The Murkrow seemed more amused then anything as it would flap its wings, hovering a few feet above the ground as black smoke started spilling from its beak, puffing out its chest - a Haze Attack was in coming!
Find pokemon (Specify if you’re looking for anything in particular or how you look) You can’t leave, now. You probably want to find a way out or the pokemon you came here looking for. The large bug pokemon barely even noticed Swiper or Dancing. Being both faster than the fox pokemon, the large blue beetle lowered its horn, running and picking up speed as it would aim its horn right at Dancing, a brutal Fury Attack.
Or at least, it would have been a dangerous attack.
The sand that had been knocked into Heracross’ eyes coupled with the Quick Attack to its legs, caused the large blue beetle to stumble, its large horn just a hairs breadth away from Dancing as it’d missed the first swipe, falling to the ground with a dull buzzing thud as its attack was interrupted.
While the pokemon took care of the Heracross, Isla herself moved to help Yasu up.
“I’m…fine, thanks for…asking…” This close to the other girl, if Isla herself wasn’t panicking too much she’d notice that Yasu herself was doing much the same. Absolutely freaking out and from her expression she was just barely holding it together. Her arm was trembling slightly and she was holding onto Isla’s arm with an absolutely vice-like grip.
Hatty was already scrambling to her own feet, giving a little nod of affirmation that she was alright, just as the Heracross was starting to get back to its feet as well.
“Heera….” Faster than either Dancing or Nickit could react, the large bug type lunged forward, its horn glowing a blue color as it used Aerial ace!

Laurel: Huh? Of course I am. Do you think I’d leave you? We did say we would travel together. It’d be quite unbecoming of me to simply leave you. Besides, I had a few other things to do as well in the area. I’m near the beach right now.
It didn’t take too terribly long to meet up with Laurel. She was waiting on the beach, not too terribly far from the cave. Munchlax was busy sleeping, a half eaten apple stuck in its mouth, laying on the sand. Someone had built a sandcastle on its belly. The pawprints left behind nearby as Verdue lept about in the sand likely made the culprit known.
“Richard.” She’d greet Richard with a faint smile. “Find something in the caves? I can’t imagine going in that place…ugh, I’d need so many baths…Ahem, anyways, if you’re ready shall we? Or do your pokemon need a bit of rest?” Laurel seemed to be just fine waiting until he was ready, so he was free to head back and heal up his pokemon.
When he was ready to go, Laurel would respond with a nod.
The trek down the main road of route 2 would slowly lead away from the coast as the treeline too, slowly started to diminish. The forest giving way to the sun and wind swept plains of the Western Eidda Plains region. Soon too, the road would split. One would go east, along route 4 towards Peltra. The other continued north across rolling hills and through the old ruins…which meant they had just taken their first steps onto route five.
-Route 5-
Rolling and hilly plains, the predominant foot hills of the Eiddan mountains to the north populated primarily by plains loving pokemon as well as those that hung around ruins and old places. Dark-type pokemon also tend to start being seen around here as well since its getting closer to Giervor, well known for their population of such pokemon.
A herd of wild Tauros could be seen running across the plains in the distance, a large cloud of dust behind them as they ran.
As Richard and Laurel would walk, they’d come across a small ruin that had been cordoned off. An emblem of the Giervor Historical society was plastered on a tent and the uniforms of the few people present made it easily identifiable who had done so.
“Alright.” Laurel turned to Richard. “I’m going to find some pokemon and train a bit more, Richard. Word of advice - the Leader in Giervor is a dark-type gym leader. You may want to try and find a pokemon that could help.” Laurel would say. “Also, I don’t want to sound pushy, but,” She’d glance to the side. “Don’t slack on your training. You already beat me once, It’d be shameful if you didn’t stay in top form.”

”Snubbull, the Fiary Pokemon. That might be its name, but its the most uncute fairy type I’ve ever seen.” The chibi camphor would say, making a particularly annoyed expression. A Snubbull was chewing on a toy near her. “Anyways, they’re known for being fairly cowardly usually, using their more intimidating features to scare fights away and turning tail if it doesn’t work. They like sleeping, the only relatable thing about them.”
Yuu and Jill obtained 1000!
”Response: It was said with a slightly more robotic tone than normal before it devolved into a mildly annoyed huff. ”Really? Really?! You’re going to treat me like some cheap generative AI? I’d be insulted if I actually cared what you think.” Rather loudly and suddenly, it would continue as the Professor relaxed on a chair, leaning back in it slightly as she sipped on a cup of virtual coffee in a mug that said ‘Emotionally Exhausted’. “You want some information about that old toy factory?” The pokedex camphor continued, the Snubbull dematerializing into a pokeball. “If I knew what was everywhere you’d be out of a job ya know? But let's start with the first. It's not strange that the place still has power. Probably cheaper to let it run instead of removing it. Your second query…Best I can say is to expect the usual urban pokemon. Like Rattata and similar. Maybe some trubbish or other trash loving pokemon. Some electric types might also make their home there. Of course, old places like that also might attract some ghost types. Not uncommon in Byjerlfal, especially at night.” A loud sip of the coffee. “Query: Your single brain cell need anything else?” It was asked in a slightly mocking tone.
…AI camphor seemed awfully chatty, a bit more upbeat then the real deal. Still a bit of a jerk, though.
It would be just about now that Aster would shuffle over towards the machine. It was hard to tell exactly what it was for, but it was connected to several old conveyor belts. As aster approached, she’d take notice of a few sparking arcs of electricity leaping from it…and towards…
”Ah, a Magnemite.” Before Yuu could close the pokedex or do anything else, the Ai had already scanned the pokemon. “The Magnet pokemon. Eeeh, well, thats surprising to find here. They constantly emit electromagnetic waves that allow them to float, and are typically found around more electromagnetically active areas. We might have to move them…mngh, well that’s a problem for actual me, not me me.”
Yuu, Jill, Chloe obtained 500p
The Magnemite seemed to take offense to Asters approach, its single eye angrily turning towards the Aipom and blasting a discharge of electricity towards it - a Thunder Wave!

Clarissa approached the Murkrow, stealthily, silently. Walking up behind it and scanning it with the pokedex.
“Ah, Murkrow. The so called Darkness pokemon. Don’t let the name fool you though, they’re perfectly friendly and if you befriend one, you tend to befriend the entire flock. They’re particularly feared and loathed in more rural areas, often seen as a sign or bad omen. Not untrue, they have a tendency to prank and lead travelers astray after offering help.
Clarissa obtained 1000!
“Krrrow?” The Murkrow, having been busy preening and cleaning its feathers seemingly, would turn just in time to see the Buneary leap into the air, and plant its little fist right into the side of its face. “Kroooow!” The dark type pokemon tumbled back, barely able to flap its wings before it was summarily launched outside of the window, tumbling away from the building before managing to steady and level itself.
“Muuuurrrr…” It hovered near the window, glaring at Sir Lopsalot. With a flap of its wings, it would loose a powerful gust towards the Buneary.
“Oh no, I’m always free.” Yasu grumbled. Hatty, by now, had managed to poke Yasu enough for the young woman to pick her up and carry her in her arms. “Alright, we better get going. The sooner we get this over with, the better.” She’d grumble. “And you two, keep up. I don’t want you straying from the path. Pokemon can get a little aggressive out that way.”
Following Yasu out of the temple, she’d lead them back out into the streets. A short trek later, they’d find themselves back on route 1. Yasu for the most part, kept quiet, not wanting to speak much. Hatty contented herself with simply sitting in Yasu’s arms, though every now and then Camilla and Isla would both catch the pokemon peeking over Yasu’s shoulder and just…staring.
Menacingly.
“I believe it was…right…here? Ah, yeah, here it is.” A fairy ways off the road, hidden behind a small cluster of trees was the tree Yasu had mentioned. “Its hard to see from the road, if you don’t know what you’re looking for. My family wanted to keep people away from it as much as possible, but…” Yasu shook her head. “...lets keep going.”
Heading off the beaten path, the group would find a small dirt trail along with more talismans hanging from the trees. The further they went, the more a feeling of something not quite right began to creep up as a cool mist began to cover the ground. Or rather, a feeling of the ancient nature of this place pressing down on the trio.
An oppressive nature that was soon broken by a loud cry.
“Herra!”
“Eeek!”
“Teeeen-!”
It happened quickly, from above one of the tall trees a large, insectoid blue pokemon fell to the ground.
A Heracross! Yasu had been knocked to the ground, Hatty rolling across the grassy floor as Yasu dropped her. The blue beetle pokemon wasted no time in turning to face the trio, glaring at the intruders as it readied its horn.
Well, she was half hoping someone would. Or at least she'd find herself falling into a portal and then hitting the ground in front of them at their destination. Did Sakura's portals even work like that? She didn't know, but it'd be super convenient if so. She'd never have to walk again! These rather pointless thoughts were bouncing around in Numakos head as she bolted towards the door and -
"Weh-"
The wall of spears shot up, Numako nearly found herself being impaled on them as she barely managed to stumble to a halt, breath lungs heaving as she caught her breath, taking a few steps back from the spears as Teratoma engaged alongside
"Note to self...work on cardio..." Numako steadied herself as Teratoma engaged. Well, she could weaken it, but if they could get a decisive blow on it before things got too bad, then that would be for the best. This ghost wasn't the only one that could throw hands, either. "Huff...alright...lets try this." Numako raised her hand, her gaze solidly on the Samurai, an open palm raised, extended forward as though she was trying to grab him from a distance.
As soon as the fist was closed, the floor rippled as though it was no longer solid material. Arms covered in decaying flesh, rotten sinew and old holy talismans shot up from the ground, intending to bind the arms and legs of their undead foe.
“Hm.” As they walked, Marzana would offer a pouty frown. “You lose them because a little thief decides she wants to play a game with you.” A total non answer once again as she’d take the necklace off from around her neck, holding it out in an open palm for Richard. “A family heirloom of sorts. This keystone is…sort of a key? Prison. That’s the easiest way I can explain it. That thief broke it, but I’ve made a new one. Anyways, don’t worry about the details, it won’t help. Just know they like to cause trouble. Me and Mattie here just finished dealing with one deeper in the caverns.”
As they walked, Marzana took a decidedly lazy approach, and curiously Richard would notice a distinct lack of wild pokemon on their way back up, almost as though they were avoiding something. Them, perhaps. The only ones that remained were a few Nacli that didn’t seem bothered.
“If you want to know more, boy.” A small smile formed on Marzana’s lips as she moved closer to Richard. “Come find me on route 4…but before that,” The entrance to the cave was in sight now, the walk not having taken long at all since there weren’t any wild pokemon or Richard wasn’t making a mad dash to flee from said wild pokemon. “I have…to go do my day job, so to speak, ahaha. Ta-ta. See you around, Richard. Or not. Come on Mattie.”
beep beep. Richards pokedex would ping the moment the two decided to leave. It was a text from Laurel.
Laurel: Richard, I think I’m about done here. I’m not sure if you’re aware, but Miss Clarissa ran into trouble and Byjerlfal and is requesting help…I plan on continuing on to Giervor, but I wasn’t sure you’d have a signal in that cave. You can thank me later for this information. I don’t care whether you go or not to help her, I’ll be fine.
Laurel: Munchlax is doing well, by the way. The little cretin has already eaten half the food I had prepared for this trip.
You’re on the beaches of Route 2. Going in through the window, the group would find themselves in the main factory area of the old factory. A few conveyor belts, old, rusted machines. Some spooky looking machinery that looked like it’d be pretty noisy if turned on. Upon Yuu and Jill climbing in through the window, Jill would have a rather amusing sight. A small group of about five rattata had apparently been congregating under the window. Asters' sudden appearance though, seemingly spooked them and caused them all to scatter.
A few lights flickered overhead, indicating the place still had power. Despite it being the middle of summer here in Byjerlfal too, a persistent chill permeated the area. A steady, rhythmic electrical bzzt noise could be heard coming from a nearby machine.
Find pokemon (Specify if you’re looking for anything in particular or how you look). This place likely has some unique pokemon, if nothing else. Leave? Train a bit. The Gastlys spherical body tilted to one side, almost mimicking a head being cocked to one side out of curiosity, observing the jerky. The ghost type proceeded to laugh, open its mouth and with its long, fairly big tongue licked up the jerky and proceeded to happily chew on it. Clarissa had at least avoided a battle, though she was now a bit...damp from it.
“Gaaaastly.” Seemingly satisfied, it proceeded to sink into the floor, leaving Clarissa alone, though she got the distinct feeling from her abilities that it was still nearby…and watching her. More disconcertingly though, was that the TV displaying static seemed to flicker, briefly showing something else…just as a door further down a hallway opened, all by itself. If she checked the front door, it would appear to be locked, as would any other door aside from the one that had opened.
If she decided to, indeed, head towards that room she’d find a small staircase leading up to a second floor. Seemed like it was a bunch of office spaces for management at one point. In a perhaps good display of luck, there was an open window at the end of the hallway. A Murkrow was roosting lazily on the window sill.

“Do I look like I know the answer to that?” Yasu responded gruffly. “But…well, Hatty probably has her reason.”
“Teen.”
“...she says she wants to make sure you're safe.”
“Teeeeen.” Hatty, was visibly pouting.
“No other reason, no.” That sounded like Yasu was lying about something, but Hatty didn’t respond as it finished eating its berry, hopped off the table and walked back over to Yasu where it’d hide behind her leg.
The more recent records for Camila wouldn’t show much. It seemed as though the dates surrounding the particular incident ten years ago…were missing. Like someone had done something to them or taken them.
“Hey, you done in there?” Yasu called towards Camila. “Hatty wants me to take you two to that old shrine, so you get out here or I’m leaving you behind.”
You could head back to route 2, or head on to route 3. Find trainers to battle. While sparse, there’s probably people here you could battle and train against. Train pokemon. (Skip the grind, and we get to the result. Tell me how you train and if you just grind wild mon or some other creative training) Maybe see if the wild pokemon in the field are of any interest to you. “Hmm…what indeed. Nothing too troubling, just a little catching and finding. A little thief stole something from me. A family heirloom of sorts, and I’d like someone like you to help find it.”
“We’re looking for ghosts,” Mattie interjected.
“Pfft.” Marzana couldn’t help but to let out a little laugh. “Ahaha, Mattie you can’t just say that. No one will believe you. Well, no one but me and maybe that little thief. Ooh, if I see her again…” The eccentrically dressed woman would offer Richard a small, slightly unnerving smile. “Haa…no, that sounds like too much work and I’m already shirking things as it is.”
"Perhaps, but it is the truth," Mattie responded. "Well, an oversimplification, maybe, but the truth." She motioned to Marzana. "My friend here has lost some people of the... unalive persuasion and needs help re-gathering them."
“Ahah, well, its not people really. Its more similar to energy? Perhaps it would be easier to show you Hmngh…Mattie, thinking is hard. What do you think-”
beep beep
“Ah? Oh, I get a signal here. Tsk.” Marzana proceeded to click her tongue as she’d fish a phone out of her dress, somewhere. “Oh hello Otto. Oh, you sound unhappy, is there something wrong?”
There were the distinct words of a very annoyed male voice that said ‘late’ and ‘Rossaden’.
“Haaa...you always have so little faith in me. My track record is perfect you know. I'm in a cave now, so I'll be there soon.” Otto, did not sound happy about being obviously hung up on. She’d put the phone back in her dress, somewhere.
Mattie seemed unphased by all this, merely tilted her head to the side while Marzana has speaking. Once the other woman had hung up, Mattie asked, “Is there a problem?”
“Hm? Aw, does little Mattie care about me?” She’d ask, wrapping Mattie in a hug against her chest and giving her a little head pat. “No, no problem. Buuuut it does mean I have to go do my actual job for a while. That said…boyo. If you want to help me out, come to route four sometime. I’ll be waiting there for a bit.” Notably, she never answered Richards question about the ‘good feeling’. “Or don’t, and let misfortune befall all of Eidda. You're choice.”
If Richard had nothing else to ask or to say to them, the pair would leave. Taking him with them too, if he requested. Would give him a little more time to question them, if he did.
Marzana and Mattie are leaving. Following them out is likely the safest choice. That said, the eccentric pair may be more trouble than its worth, though it would let you question them more.
Quality will vary.)
The Chibi Professor was in a field full of flowers, surrounded by Cottonne. She was feeding them.
“Cottonee, The Cotton Puff Pokemon. I love these things. They make the best pillows to lay. If only I could sleep more, mngh. Anyways, they’re usually friendly pokemon and lots of people use their cotton as bedding and pillow stuffing. They also use it as decoys to escape predators and foes.”The professor fell on top of the dozens of Cottonne, where she’d proceed to fall asleep…
500p obtained!
As the Professor tried to sleep on the pile of fluffy cotton pokemon a small cry from off to the side alerted the entire cottonee and professor to its presence.
“Eh…A slakoth? The slacker pokemon, huh. They sleep for up to twenty hours a day, and time they don’t spend sleeping they spend eating. For some reason, people who see it seem to want to slack off and sleep as well…” Camphor grumbled lightly as the Slakoth slowly joined the Cottonnee in her in the pile. “Must be nice…sleeping that long…”
Chibi camphor has fallen asleep!

It was while he was scanning and texting, that he’d realize that Remi and Nevine…had left. By the time he had posed his question of leaving together, they had already skedaddled. A little rude, maybe, but Remi did say they were already leaving before he’d have started scanning. He’d ding and get a private text from Remi that read simply -
Remi: Sorry! Wanted to get moving. You talk to much sometimes ya know~? Hahah, not that its a bad thing. Gotta go train and get skill points if I’ma kick your butt next time!
Finding the Toy Factory wasn’t too hard, after that. He'd find himself arriving on scene just as Aster was bolting through the window.
You’re in a pokemon center and the Poke Mart. The contest hall is currently holding a master-rank championship contest. Perhaps you could inquire how you could participate yourself. The resort area is famous for its well, resort. Sandy, sunny beaches, amusement park, Casino…and gym. Its often considered the toughest gym in the region. You can get to Route 1, Route 2, and Route 25 from Byjerlfal. Neither of the three routes are particularly dangerous. Frieda mentioned a cave system on Route 2. Perhaps there could be something interesting in the Commercial district or the Industrial district. You also saw a park on the way to the lab. Might be a good place to start, if you really wanted to stay in the city or avoid heading out, for a bit. It looked like someone unfamiliar walked into the lab while you were battling.
“No, go ahead. Just keep it quiet.” Yasu responded in affirmation to Camilla before turning her attention to Isla. “Mhm, Travel back towards Byerlfal on Route 1. About a third of the way there, you’ll see a tree with some talismans hung on it. Go south from that tree and you should soon find a small, overgrown path. That should take you to it. Wild pokemon are a bit more prevalent in that area though, so be careful if you do go.”
“Teeeen?.”
“...Hatty?”
“Teeen!”
“...No.”
“Teeen!”
“Geh-Fine! Fine! No need to shout, ugh.” Hatenna went back to happily munching on her Wiki berry as Yasu in turn winced from the loud shout. “Hatty wants us to go with you if you go to the shrine.” Yasu grumbled, frowning lightly as she’d rub the back of her head.
Camila’s phone call to Frieda would go through without much trouble. After a few moments of ringing, Friedas friendly voice would pick up.
“Oh, hello Camilla. Just the usual…the professor been a little disgruntled more than usual. Chloe Rothschild did show up…late and well, apparently some weird pokemon attacked her while she was in the lab? But anyways, ehm…Celebi? The Mythical pokemon…my knowledge isn’t well versed in Mythicals but lets see…”
Frieda would hum lightly to herself as Camila could hear the soft tapping of computer keys on the other end as she walked into the small record room. It was a small study, desk, filing cabinets, nothing too special. A computer hummed idly on the desk, likely a digital record of things while the filing cabinets possessed physical copies. Going through all the records would take ages, but starting would be better than not.
The most interesting thing at least, showed that many written records had been kept dating back nearly hundreds of years. Notable incidents from the records include that the village often had a festival of some sort every decade - supposedly meant for Celebi. This festival continued up until about a hundred years ago when a child went missing on said festival day. The parents, the family and likely Yasu’s ancestors called off the festival after that.
“Are you wanting to know anything specific? I assume you’re in Pines End and visiting the temple if you’re asking about Celebi. Habitation wise well…I mean, it loves the forest and is seen around there…I’m not sure what else to say. There are very few confirmed sightings of the Pokemon ever since it was first recorded so we know very little.” A pause as Camila would hear a sharp intake of breath. A few more keyboard taps. “Pines end used to celebrate some sort of…festival or something every decade, but the family that has run the temple for generations called it off after their only child went missing on the day of the festival. Also…” Frieda’s voice became a conspiratorial whisper. “I didn’t tell you this, but about ten years ago to the date today the Professor was asked for her opinion on an odd happening in Pines End. I don’t know the details but it involved the family that looks after the temple and apparently primarily, their kid-wah professor!”
The sound of the phone falling a Frieda supposedly dropped it.
“N-nono, just calling Camilla! She’s in pines end, was asking me about Celebi. Yes, yes, I know I’ll get back to work sorry,” She’d pick up the phone again. “Sorry Camilla, need to get back to work. Let me know how your investigation goes!”
You could head back to route 1, or head on to route 3. Maybe you wanna try resting at that Hotel. Random event (Want to bully the GM? Ask him to make a random encounter for you that isn’t any of the above or below. Quality will vary.)

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.
Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).
Have some dancing medjed.
