@pkken There isn't no reason. As an academy and genin. I want you to have 1 nature release. A chuunin can have 2. A jounin 2 or more but they are limited too.
Though that doesn't mean in the roleplay you can't learn a nature technique as a Genin. So Genin in the roleplay with permission and training can learn new natures.
As Reflection said you could work towards the Kekkei Genkai. There isn't no point on having it.

We are just trying to keep the over powered sections out of this roleplay. One for realistic tones and two so peoples characters don't get crushed right away. Then no one has fun.

I personally feel that the Stone village loves using paper bombs. Two characters have stated they have a ton of paper bombs. Haha!

You are a Chuunin so you wouldn't have more then two nature chakra's especially since Jounin sometimes only can do two.
Don't put anything under A-rank till your character is titled Jounin and learn's an A-rank technique.
I will allow the B-Rank since chuunin can have that technique.

I agree with @Reflection and @Prosecco with the explosive clay. I do also agree with Reflection if you alter the technique down a bit in power or even make a new one similar. We could analyze it and put it through discussion. We just don't want to over powered jutsu's.

Occupation - Stone Village Jounin
Personality -Kaseki is not called the ‘Crystal Hidden in Stone’ for no reason. She is something that lies in middle of the Stone village that burns bright for her untraditional personality. Naturally a kind-hearted person she has proved to love every living thing even in the places of battle. Going to far to even save ninja on the opposite sides if she thinks it’s the right thing to do.
Being known as one of the sweetest Jounin known to the Stone village and any village at that. Her strong personality has let her find peace and calmness in life. Kaseki has faith that the world will one day become better and the villages will get along. Most frown to her creativity of imagination. She doesn’t mind that at all she keeps her judgment from other’s shadows and keeps to what she thinks. A very outspoken person when she thinks it’s the right time to speak.
Overall Kaseki is a calm and loving individual who will take the time to listen to any bodies story from any village or state in life. She believes you should listen before you act. Because that can cause a deathly outcome to disappear and have no conflict if you can at least understand everything.

Village - Stone
Background - Kaseki is known to be the ninja born to no village since she just appeared one day. Appearing around the entrances of the Stone village many just ignored her at first. A lot considered her to be around the ages four to six when the Stone village started noticing her. It was a week or two before some of the Stone village members started to worry for the child’s fate.
No one was doing it about it till the council was informed by the Genin’s and Chuunin of the village. Since they had lookouts and had to scout out around the village, they kept seeing Kaseki. After a little meeting an older Chuunin who still wasn’t to the stage of Jounin took on Kaseki because he didn’t want her to perish.
He was a very loving man by the name of Rokkī Supuritto and he didn’t end up naming Kaseki till months or even a year after he took her under his wing. After she got her name, she seemed to communicate more with everyone around her. Telling everyone her name and who her father was. She began to fit into the normalization of society.

Wanting to become a ninja just like Rokkī she ended up going into the academy and this terrified him. He didn’t want her to get hurt or be disappointed in herself. In the end she didn’t graduate at the top of her class, but she graduated in the middle levels of the academy. Kaseki was so proud of herself when she was titled Genin.
As a Genin she was able to do all the small little things of D-ranked missions and she was helping with all the one’s the other ninja’s hated. This caused most of the older ninjas of higher ranks to question her. She never disagreed or argued about getting a ‘lame’ mission. She was completely content with helping the elderly go around town, getting cats stuck out of trees or high places, helping the young children of the Stone village with simple tasks.
Once the Chuunin exams came around all the villages threw their readied Genin into the mix. Rokkī didn’t want Kaseki to go into the exams he thought she was to innocent and caring to pass and she was going to get killed. She talked to her father about it insuring that she would be perfectly fine. When she signed up Rokkī cried since he thought he was going to lose his only child.
In the end Kaseki came back with the title of Chuunin and was proud to show her father. This caused him to feel disappointed in himself to underestimate his daughter. Becoming a Chuunin most of the other ninjas who passed seemed to be completely surprised that she was able to pass. Especially the higher ranked ninjas from the Stone village who have watched Kaseki grow.

On a C-Ranked mission after being declared a Chuunin. Kaseki ended up loosing her sight fully she already had the Albinism gene which was causing it to fail at such a young age. Though, this mission caused her, her eyes. Her and her team were escorting somebody from village to village as mist village ninjas attacked.
In between all the commotion one of her teammates were ready to slaughter one of the mist ninjas. Feeling as if this was the wrong thing, she jumped in between the attack using her own jutsu. The contact with both jutsus caused an explosion and shards of rocks flew everywhere. A scream from a team member echoed in her ears and somebody yelled that she was bleeding. Not being able to see she reached for her face and felt the liquidity of her own blood.
Losing her sight was a flash at things as she was instantly rushed back to the hospital in the stone village. The medical team didn’t think there was much they could do for her. Kaseki ended up being in the hospital at her village for a couple months with her eyes wrapped. The doctors ended up taking the wraps off and her father was so happy she still had her beautiful eyes. Something was different though and it was quickly noticeable. Kaseki couldn’t see and she looked around the room with a confused look on her face. “Father?” She called out. “Yes, sweetheart?” Rokkī replied. “I can’t see.” She stated and he sighed. “We know.” He knew she wasn’t going to be able to. “This was going to happen anyways. Your eyes were failing before lost.” This caused Kaseki to cry. She did know it was going to happen in the long run just not this quickly.

After she was able to leave the hospital, she went back into training which was completely different for her. She had to rely on her hearing and other sense vs her sight. After a few years of staying close to the village and training she ended up getting the hang of things again. Going back into doing the missions a Chuunin could or mainly Genin missions. She slowly developed her way back into the way of a ninja. Kaseki ended up becoming a Jounin without eyes. Though, it hasn’t shown to decrease her power and ability anymore then somebody that can see.

Equipment - Basic ninja weapons: A bow staff, two urban combat push daggers which sit in sheaths on her outer thigh, and twin dragon chain steel whips.
Clothing - Kaseki doesn't wear shoes so she can feel the earth around her which helps her see. From her ankles to an inch under her knee is wrapped with white bandages. Her hands to above her elbows are wrapped with white bandages too. She wears a black jumpsuit which is a tanktop and short combination. Thrown over that is dark gray vest and long skirt that has splits all the way up to her hips.
Personal Items - A beautiful hair clip she got from her father at a younger age. She always wears it in her hair.

Effect - The user creates a swamp by changing the ground beneath a target into mud, which the target sinks into. It is most effective when used against multiple and/or particularly large targets.

Effect - By encasing their arm in rock, the user can deal a powerful hardened punch against an opponent while being protected from direct contact with their target. If necessary, the weight of the rock can be increased to further increase the punch's destructive power.

Effect - This technique traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth which is almost instantaneously able to reform. The user is able to absorb the chakra of anyone trapped inside. However, the user's chakra is not evenly distributed throughout the dome. Near the back, relative to them, their chakra is much weaker, making the dome weaker in that spot.

The first team which includes Leaf, Sand and Mist have 10 individuals. Equaling out to 2 Jounin, 2 Chuunin, 5 Genin and 1 Academy. The second team which includes Stone and Cloud have 1 individual. Equaling out to 1 Jounin.

I am thinking of making NPC’s for the Stone and Cloud villages. I am also in process of making another character for stone and she will be out shortly.
I will also be looking for people who are interested in making characters for the Stone and Cloud village and I would appreciate if you could help find people to maybe fill those spots.
Till then the first side of the war is filled for it has 10 spots taken. The second side will either be filled up of Player characters and NPC’s or player characters.

Starting date outcome: April 22nd - April 30th. (This gives us a little over two weeks to try and find people for stone & cloud).

@Experiment 249 I might be starting this thing soon if nothing escalates. Always a gift when NPC's are a thing. (Might just have to make a bunch of simpleton characters for the stone and cloud along with my character).

EDIT: We also always could start the Roleplay showing one side of the war (the side who is being accused for the murder and how everyone is finding out). I have a few plans.
