All in black, faceless masks, the leader has a pointy hat, they're carrying flamethrowers, and the ominous green smoke makes them look like Disney villains. And they're unrepentantly cultists.

You should see their leader, a glorious, hammy, bald son of a bitch with a goatee. Though despite uniting the third world and bringing order, law, and aid to contaminated areas of Earth that were abandoned by the world leaders, he's seen as the bad guy by GDI.

As for the cultist bit, the same can be said about Christianity and Islam, being radical Jewish/Abrahamic cults/heresies. In truth the Brotherhood also worships the same God, but aren't affiliated with the other three Abrahamic faiths and think Kane is their Messiah. Like how the Rastafarians believe that some Ethiopian Emperor was the second coming of Christ.

I guess that you're still open? Wanted to do something with a character from this series forever.
  • Name: Sylith Senjak (assumed)

  • Title: 'Soulcatcher' (Given Name)

  • Gender: Female

  • Appearance: Soulcatcher is short, wearing tight fitting black leather armour and a blackened steel morion with a mask that covers her face. Because of her sorcery she will never age and never lose her youthful beauty. When she speaks her voices changes with each line, as if spoken by a different person.

  • Personality: Soulcatcher is utterly insane, flitting between single minded obsession and an almost absentminded aimlessness. She is ruthless, cunning and ambitious. She will betray an ally given the smallest excuse and will make an enemy into an close ally for even the smallest gain. Any reversal of fortunes, however, will kindle in her a desperate need for retribution that she will pursue to the very end. Catcher schemes and manipulates, perfectly willing to let someone else do her work for her.

  • Ideals: Soulcatcher believes that the only things that matter are her own goals, whatever they happen to be at the time. There exists a rivalry between herself and her sister consisting of bitter hatred. Being the only one that she has known the longest however, she is reluctant to cause any permanent damage. When giving the choice of either taking The Lady's old empire and pursuing her sister, Soulcatcher chooses the latter.

  • Biography: Soulcatcher was a member of the Ten Who Were Taken, sister to The Lady who was the wife of the Dominator. The Dominator, The Lady and the Ten were among the most powerful sorcerers in the world and a force of evil. The Domination, as their empire was known, was eventually defeated by a General called The White Rose. Being too powerful to outright destroy, The leaders of the Domination were sealed away and entombed beneath a barrow for hundreds of years.

When The Lady was eventually released she freed the Ten but left her husband entombed so that she might form an empire of her own. Soulcatcher found and hired the The Black Company, a four hundred year old legendary mercenary company, into her service. They fought a war against a rebel uprising that threatened The Lady's rule that ended with a truly monstrous siege at The Battle of Charm that ended with the deaths of almost all of the Ten Who Were Taken, the decimation of The Black Company, and the annihilation of the rebel army.

At the climax of the battle it was discovered the Soulcatcher was a traitor, working against the empire and her sister. She was tracked down by The Lady and Croaker, annalist of the company, where she was caught and beheaded.

A decade later Soulcatcher emerged again in a place called Taglios, harboring a terrible grudge. The Company had been nearly destroyed and was on a journey to find it's roots and bring its history to an end. She stalked Croaker, now Captain of the company and lover to a Lady that had since lost her powers. Waiting for the right moment, she kidnapped him and forced him to use his medical knowledge to attach her severed head. Eventually Croaker escaped and took the Company back to its roots in Khatovar. Still seeking revenge but unable to follow, she placed herself into the position of leader of the Taglian territory that stretched from the city of Taglios south to the edge of the Plain of Glittering Stone.

Years later and reinforced with soldiers from a place beyond the plain and a Lady that had regained some of her powers, The Black Company defeated Soulcatcher and her armies and entombed her beneath the Fortress With No Name at the center of the Plain of Glittering Stone.

  • Powers: Soulcatcher is a sorcerer, once among the three most powerful in the world. Sorcers in The Black Company aren't restricted to a single class of magic and Catcher is no exception. She shows the capability to learn any sorceries she sets her mind to, even learning to summon and control lethal shadows, cast her thoughts into the minds of others, among other things. Other Taken show the ability to summon storms, shapeshift into deadly animals and absurd physical strength.
    • Durability: As an ancient sorceress, Soulcatcher has spent many hundreds of years weaving spells about her body giving her and astounding resilience. While not invulnerable, she has the capacity to survive almost any amount of physical damage short of total destruction.

    • Recon: Soulcatcher can look through the eyes of Crows and use them to send simple messages. When her enemies become aware of this, she shows the ability to use bats.

    • Illusion: She is able to use illusions to disguise herself and others.

  • Weapons: A sword, nothing special.

  • Equipment: None

  • Universe of Origin: The Black Company (Glen Cook)

Man, sometimes I wish I could play my favourite villain ever in stuff, but not only do I not have the confidence to play him at all but depending on when he's taken from he's either literally unkillable or a giant snake. So not exactly a good choice for anything really. XD

I wish I could play GILGAMESH, just to see the resulting fallout when he meets the golden poser, but I'd rather limit the franchises I'm pulling from.

Perhaps a bit OVER-Confident. But I have plans with Vader, he won't be killing them... most likely.

Are you guys fine with Vader being at your location in my next post or would you like me to hold off with him for like 2 post cycles?
