Location: Unnamed Town in the area between the River Fairy Kingdom and River Port.
Interactions:
The small town in the middle of the woods was quite busy despite it being nighttime. It was quite far off from other towns. Children were laughing and playing in the warmth of the summer. Families were seated on blankets, enjoying meals together. The crickets chirped and the light from nearby street lamps lit up the park.
A large being obscured in a dark cloak had entered the small village. “What a feast this will be.” He spoke to himself in a low guttural tone. “Mother, this one goes to you.”
The being had three mouths on his face and two horns protruding from the hood of the cloak, his large size hidden under the cloth.
Once he had made it into the centre of the town, he let out a loud echoing burp. From there, it started. Lesser creatures began to swarm the area. Hundreds of insects clicked and chirped as they scuttled from all over. From cracks, dark corners, and crevices. They crawled from beneath homes and rocks, going straight for the townsfolk and anything in their path.
Horrific screams replaced the joyful laughs that had once filled the air as children attempted to find refuge in buildings but it would be of no use. Soon squeaks and growls joined the chorus of the pestilent swarm.
Mice, rats, and other manners of small mammals gnawed through doors, pursuing anything living they could find. The frenzy progressed as the children became rampantly aggressive. But what kind of assault was this? What was this illness of the mind?
Teeth to flesh. Tongues to blood. Skin, muscle, hair, and even bone amounted to simply food. The children could be spotted biting the limbs of their parents and even each other. The town echoed a cacophony of screams, crying, and the sounds of flesh squelching and tearing became louder with each passing moment.
The large being slowly walked around the town admiring the growing chaos as this occurred. However, this was not the end.
The plague finally hit the able-bodied adults who displayed the most viciousness. Parents did not hesitate for a second when they grasped at their babies and children. They tore into their faces eating their eyes and anything their teeth or claws gripped upon. They continued by ripping them apart and feasting on their organs, crunching on their bones. Even those torn in half or missing limbs and other various body parts tried to continue eating others until they bled out. The most civil-minded demi-humans devolved into hellish predatory beasts, escalating the carnage.
“YES! YES! YES! EAT MY MORTALS!” The being shouted before ripping off his cloak. “FEED YOUR GLUTTONOUS DESIRES FOR I AM GLUTTONY!” He yelled into the screams and cries.
The town eventually fell silent after almost an hour, as most creatures and people had bled out and died. It was time for Gluttony to finally begin his own feast. He walked around the gore filled streets, eating the corpses lying around the town. He lifted countless bodies up, swallowing them whole, stuffing his three mouths in uninterrupted pleasure until nothing was left but the blood stained ground and buildings.
