I'd like to think that Alphonse could see Suzy too? He was a guide for the recently deceased after all, so it would sense for him to be able to see spirits.

With this many people and possible scenes, I'd say waiting for rounds within your own scene is perfectly acceptable. I just wouldn't be conscientious of not letting one scene go with 60-70 replies overnight while the others are paused, lol.
