I've been with my current boyfriend for the past six years (on the 10th of October - iconic, I know) and it's been absolutely mental. The thing with these sorts of things is that, I never knew what having a proper crush was like, so when I was with him, I think I fell more in love over the course of being with him than when I actually asked him out - as a child, and I literally had no idea what he looked like, but went sheer off his personality. Safe to say, I didn't make a mistake! We've been through lots of ups and downs (most of which were initiated by me, cough) but it's been rather rewarding, it really has. I hope one of us can rustle together the required funds to go visit each other at some point.

For anyone who believes it's difficult, I sympathise with you completely. He's an entire continent away, in good old Germany, whilst I'm stuck here in the desert's sweet pearl - your much coveted party-city, Dubai. Of course, by ethnicity, I'm not even Arab, so that's...interesting. Err, too much information?
I didn't meet him here though! But there's just something so captivating about a person who can write brilliantly, isn't there? Like, I see people write on here and I IMMEDIATELY FALL IN LOVE WITH THEIR CHARACTERS BECAUSE THEY WRITE THEM SO WELL OHMYGOD.
