Shinobi is a profession where people mature faster as lives are cut short, the public unease in the Land of Fire remains festering since the Raikou had set up establishments across the country and in Konoha.

Who are the Raikou? The Raikou are a delegation of diplomats coming from the Land of Lightning. They are the Kumo Volunteers that stayed in Konoha since the last Great Shinobi War. Under the guise of helping Konoha to recover from its economic crisis, they work for the Raikage, who demilitarized Konoha Mainland and only made its protectors, the Police Force. Furthermore, its citizens has been fear stricken by Yokai Attack in broad daylight and at night.

Safety and reassurance has been more of a division than conquer, lots intended to leave Konoha for what its become. Even if there were said to be talented individuals, who rose to ranks of the Konoha 12, village people found scrutiny towards their remergence. The Konoha 12 is the national champions of the Land of Fire since its founding haydays.

Today, not only commemorated those who died against Pein but also the rising of the New Konoha 12.

Uchiha Yusuke

Yusuke is a reticent individual who's determined to his cause as the crimefighting denizen of Konoha by night and the genius playboy, billionaire, philanthropist and investor of the Kaminarimon Company by day.

In the day, Yusuke plays the moniker of a young prodigy businessman to mask his identity, he acts brash and quirky for a purpose, gauging the people around him & keep tabs like the playboy he staged. Alongside him are his beautiful three wives, who masterfully complete his act while protecting their lives, such polygyny is not just for taunting his competitors, he imposes with subtle pettiness to throw them off their game. He presents himself as someone more than meets the eyes, since people are curious how his company is dominating the business scene while he's having fun at Thunderburg, a restobar that rivals Ichiraku Ramen.

At night and behind the scenes, Yusuke is the charismatic leader of the socialist & autonomous organization of Uruha. A secret society within the rich side of Konoha, where Yusuke ensnares their funds upon the pretense of partnership, holding a fun diddylike parties to secretly lure the corrupt and kill them while they confess their misdeeds. Those remorseful of their actions sworn their allegiance to Yusuke and his inner circle, Uruha Propaganda has been on high and many flock to his socialist philosophy.

Uruha is known for its infamous vigilante frontliners, known as the Hachidangan, eight members including himself. Divided into Gold & Silver Bullets, each differing in philosophy, for the Gold Bullets, Yusuke surrounds it with mystique while for the Silver Bullets, he instigates, the strength of one Shinobi rules over another.

Still, Yusuke treats them as humans and with compassion.

Plot

Himitsuraku in terms of overall story deals with a Batman's Gothamesque, crime fiction plot in the village itself. With the most recent event being 7 years after our version of Pain arc, Konoha Mainland may've recovered physically but the wicked still go about sabotaging each other. Konoha Shinobi being too indulged in their classism sowed the seeds of distrust and uprising as of their situational injustices amidst reformation.

My inspiration is the noiresque arc progression of Robert Pattinson's Batman and you can already tell that there's some semblance of JJK.

If you've reached this section and read the Rulebook, I guarantee you as much that there is no need to rush towards the eventual destination.

For each every finished arc, we'll be taking longer breaks similar to how great movies like the MCU, take time to release their movies, the same goes here.

Characters

Now that you're aware that Himitsuraku balances AU and canon facts, I will spell out what it means to be a Shinobi by Rank.

You probably read the Lore Compilations and I bluntly say, most of you have the attention span of a 5-year old. So here's the gist, Genin are Academy Students, Chūnin are seasoned shinobi, this is where the grinding happens for the masses while Jonin is out of your league. In this AU, Jonin is treated with sacred rites and authority like being a Jedi Master. You don't just become a Jonin for the sake of it, once a Jonin, you're a Master Shinobi of the Council, a political figure.

We are Chūnin and for a thousand time to those who've RP'd in my RPs, I don't follow the Shounen Formula much. Enough of Genin babies & abused Jonins, in my experience, being Chunin is the ideal lineup for a Naruto RP's character roster because we can relate to something more mature. Statistically, it seems that when Naruto RPs were rampant on its haydays, a Chunin Roster promotes RP longevity.

Enough of that, basically, your role is a Chunin, ranging between 13-16 years old.

Get your IRL logic out of here! If you've read more than Japanese History, Warbooks and the like, you will understand that Naruto as a setting itself is filled with child soldier themes. Your age is just a number for mortality and experience is your guiding compass of maturity to overcome this Shinobi world.

You're an adult as soon as you're 13 and being a Shinobi taking in rigorous jobs, it's said that most don't age past 30, so the average lifespan of a Shinobi is 33.

One can say that those that lived past their 30s are fortunate.

Then again, Mortality vs Consent really depends on the era that one is situated on, if this bothers you, dont waste our time and leave.

The era we're in will be similar to the Cold Wars of IRL, inspired.

Factions

I'm not sorry for the Gen Z Slanging, that's your problem if you're triggered, moving on, because this is a neighborhood storyline, there will only be two prominent factions.

The factions are Uruha and Konoha 12.

What in the name of Jargon? Ok I'll spare you the brainrot.

Konoha 12 is your faction, give or take 6-9 Players, that's where your OC is gonna be, by virtue of fighting alongside the status quo, you see the Hokage's most prominent Chūnin Shinobi.

Uruha is the GM's faction, yes what better way to outright say that the villain/antihero group is your GM Team.

Experience Differences
To outright say it now, your Chūnin has six-months to 1-year experience, so at least that is something than nothing at all, your Chūnin has been part of the Konoha 12 for that duration.

Uruha on the other hand, being 18-21 years old, have more experience. So what is Uruha? Vigilantes, the very group that Konoha 12 is going to be clashing against with from time to time.

Every encounter with an Uruha Member is a boss-fight, so you really have to put effort in Teamwork.

Konoha Shinobi is majority of the Players that they'd often flock to, a staple in every Naruto Roleplay and in our universe, the strength of a Great Village is measured by how many villages they have as provincial territories, the following villages are part of the United Fire Republic:

Konoha is the bastion of green pastures, just like its abundant greeny leaves in its multiple forests and whenever people think of which village represents the Land of Fire, Konoha is just it! The face of an eastern global power that's part of the Great Seven Nations, founded by the Uchiha and Senju.

Yume is the village hidden among dreams, it's the oldest shinobi village in the Land of Fire, they're called Kansai Dreamers because of their out of this world scenes, mythical attractions like the Genjutsu Tree and the Forest of Beasts, this village produce principled ninja. Its Founders are the triumvirate between the Nara, Yamanaka and Akimichi clans.

Ame is the village hidden in the rain, oftentimes teased for being the butt of wars, shielding Konoha from catastrophic wars, in actuality, Ame is the most developed territory in the Land of Fire, known for its mass production of sci-fi ninja tools and the leading producer brand in the Shinobi World, in here, one can already name many Shinobi Corporations:
• Kaneki Corporation is known for developing multifaceted chakra networks, namely Chakra Nuclear Powerplants and Chakranet (Internet).

• Himeyuri Company is known for real to life prosthetics.

• Kaminarimon Company is the iconic billionaire company that every Shinobi knows.

Oto is the hidden sound village, known for its rice paddies and mass production of food products and it doesn't get any better than that, they're also the village that stands best as a fashion clothing icon and the place where Senjutsu Chakra is highly concentrated.

Others

Kiri Refugees, this role is for those who have read the Lore and know that Kiri is under civil war and understood the assignment, you understood that because Konoha and Kiri are war buddies, you don't need a Shinobi visa to enter Konoha.

Uzu Freemen, this role for those who understood the lore and assignment, by choosing an Uzumaki, you are aware of their tainted past as slaves to being bred for Kurama's vessels and that you were historically a great nation until Konoha and Kiri during Madara's reign, destroyed your dwelling place.

Kumo Volunteers, you understand that as a Kumo Volunteer, you never reveal that you're only helping Konoha just so your Raikage can dismantle the government of its rival, you help Konoha rise from the ashes after Pein's attack and their battle with the Akatsuki but you look out only for your interest at sowing seeds of discord.

Iron Mediators, you understand that you're a Samurai, dispatched by your Shogun as a peacemaker, you oversee the work ethic and development of reformation in Konoha.

Mirror Heaven & Earth, Changing is the signature virtual illusion reversal of the Uchiha, ones skill level in Genjutsu decides proficiency and reverses any virtual illusion of equal or lower rank.

Coerces targets into a bewitched state of hypnosis, victims under the control of said Uchiha is imperious to their bidding. Skilled Uchihas can rekindle ones traumatic memory alongside the physical increasing burning sensation, causing imbalance of Yin Chakra, this sinister sense is evidently why the Uchiha are feared for their Fire Style.

Flame Control is exclusive to the Uchiha Main Family, it's the pinnacle of all Uchiha Fire Style Jutsu, the magnitude of a B-Rank Skill Level means that the Uchiha has access to the Flame Control Sword and various weapon constructs.

Skill Level: B-Rank | Offense | Midrange | Kenjutsu

Meaning the Divine Quake Style, this school of swordsmanship on striking down the enemy mercilessly with superior speed and strength. Compared to the rest of the great sword styles, Tenshin-ryu is the most ‘simple’ rather than relying on techniques, practitioners of this style only seek to overwhelm their enemy in decisive battojutsu strikes performed in several short bursts. They use the Yang Release chakra to augment their physical strength, with masters of the style able to open all eight gates for a single strike before closing them, allowing them to survive at the cost of reduced lifespan every time they used the technique. Tenshin-ryu school philosophy, much like their sword style is simple. A sword exists to kill, thus they will be the swords that cut down enemies of people they protect.

Yusuke's Tenshin-ryū variant applies the principle of Shinsoku-ryū, something he learned from his wife, Aiko through her journal, by combining both principles, he likens this to that of Yūzora-ryū's space cutting.

During this empowered state, Yusuke opens all 6-gates to amass all his bodies chakra & vigor, allowing him to traverse space without recoil & commit speedblitz acts within an enclosed area of 11-meters radius, his Afterimages become corporeal.

Prolonged usae leaves Yusuke physically drained, oftentimes, commissioning him to the Hospital or nursed by his wives.
