I started a roleplay with someone on Gaia in November and it's still going. She's been great! Posts have slowed down since we first started, but she keeps me updated with what's going on and actually plots with me on the side and asks for my opinion before doing something big to the plot which is all I could ask for! ^_^

Just want to throw out there a huge thanks to @Odin - I am currently working on a new Rp to launch soon and completely revamped my Cs code for it. Using his Bobs and Bits topic under articles made things a 100 times simpler for me. Thanks for throwing that topic together, this isn't the first time it has come in handy for me, it won't be the last.

@Lady Amalthea thanks for reminding me I should rework that thread a bit so it makes more sense. :/

Oh yeah, time to praise my Paradoxical peeps! @Sigil, @Morose, @Dragoknighte, @Nallore, @FantasyChic, @Mnkee, & @Natsu We have reached the first of what I hopes to be many milestones for this RP. That 6 month gold club mark has been hit! Here's to the first 6 months and many more to come!

There are a lot of people who come and go from RPs and the guild. Some of them stick around long enough to make an impression so you can maintain off-site contact with them and some don't. This isn't uncommon in forum communities such as The Guild and the like. But once in a blue moon, people come into your life that could be by pure accident that really does make an impression. It could be either they answered an interest check you set up, or you two joined an RP together. Maybe they messaged you at one point to compliment your writing style or just to say hello. Truthfully, it could be all of these things, none, or some little bit of each.

@Dirty Pretty Lies is such a person. She has been with me as both one of my most-common writing partners for the majority of the past 3 years, but also one of my best friends (I've got 4 of them in case you were wondering). And I can say so much about this incredible woman that would likely bring her to tears, so I'll just leave it at this. She is a brilliant writer with a soul that matches her talents. You feel or say what you want about her, but I know her to be one of the best people I know. It's fair to say that I love this woman with all my heart. Our stories that we've written, whether short-lived or not, have been among my favorites.

Here's to many more memories being created!

Even though I'm about 2 months into being on here, I hope to have that kind of relationship with certain fellow RPs as well. I mean, so far (just about) everyone I've come across has been super cool, helpful, and fun, both on the Guild and Discord. Aaaand, a huge TY to the mods (you know who you are!) who have been very sweet and helpful!

So yeah...be nice to your friendly neighborhood mods b/c they do this stuff in their free time to make our experiences better

i know we didn't have the best history together nor the best of relationships back then, but the fact you took and accepted me back in despite all the history drama that had happened earlier this year means so much. i am so glad to have such a phenomenal group of people around me writing in such an amazing set of RPs! yeah we might disagree with certain opinions, but that doesn't change the fact that y'all are still amazing people who i don't regretting spending most of my day with. i couldn't ask for any other partners, because these guys are the best there are around

it's fuckin amazing that bhhs is still going as strong as it is today, and all of that is due to the amazing set of writers we have in it. i really can't think of any better people to do this with :)

I've had a scattered brain of collaborations that sometimes stall, but every single one of you don't need me to post every week to still commit to my projects. I'm just going to say thanks for not giving up on me and keeping yourself invested even if at times it appears I've abandoned things or are taking way too long to the point other players or GM's would've called me on my bullshit and left me packing.

You're some of the best co-writers a dude can have. I don't deserve any of you.

That aside, I haven't known you as long as the other people you've tagged, but I do have to say that I enjoyed meeting you. We're like-minded for the most part, with similar interests such as anime and video games. I know some people think you're pushy and can be a bit of an asshole, but during the time I've known you, you seem like a pretty cool dude. Maybe I was on to something when I snagged your formatting.

Anyway, here's to the future and whatever RPs either of us end up roping each other into.

It is an amazing time for a GM when an Rp they are hosting reaches that moment when the forum reads "3 yrs ago." That event has come for The Walking Dead RP I am currently Gming. It has been an unbelievable last three years. The story started three years after the out break started and has just kept trucking. So many posts, people coming and going, people dying, people living. It has been AWESOME!

I have got to send out a huge thank you to each and every one of them. Some like Sigil and Nallore have been there with me since the beginning, others came in mid way, some are new to the grind. And it is a grind. I am nor will I ever be an easy GM to Rp with. Their patience, dedication, and talent is awe-inspiring. I might be the GM but they are the driving force that brings this and all my Rps to life. Thank you so much to being part of this journey.

Wanted to gush about the ever beautiful @MacabreFox for being truly wonderful and someone I am glad to call a friend! She writes so well. She is so great and I have already learned so much about RP by being around her. I used to be intimidated by this woman because she is SO. DAMN. GOOD <3 Thank you for VoD! Here's to more months of fun.

It took three years but it was three years full of fun and adventure. Okay, more like three years full of farting monks, flying bears, vomiting characters, and pants burning but hey we had a blast. (Literally in some cases.) Things did get drug out here and there but that happens. This RP was usually never dull and even when it was, it made up for it with certain shenanigans.

A lot of people walked through this Rp at one point or another but at the end we had only 6 characters left (5 Rpers) to cross the finish line and that is perfectly fine with me. I had the honor of having the greatest group to work with over these years. Taking them here, back tracking them, and going there. They put up with everything I threw at them, everything they threw at each other, and even throwing each other. Somethings I will never forget, other things have become a walking meme with my peeps.



I could tag everyone that walked through the RP but that would take a while and really just want to gush about those that stuck it out for the long haul. @Sigil @Dragoknighte @Rivaan @The Grey Dust - Thank you so much for this. It is rare for an RP to go so long, it is even rarer for it to come to an end. We have done both. Yes the end was a bit rushed. Okay, the last fight was anything but rushed, but the wrap up. It was a great run with you all. I hope to see with the next installment when I get the itch to host another fantasy dnd inspired RP. I love you guys, seriously..
