There was a 'thunk' sound as Amisra slid down a rope after having help secure the sails. She loved to be up high, being a rigging monkey and looking out across the ocean. She knew that for some people it would make them nervous as one wrong step could easily mean a fall which often would lead to death, but there was something thrilling about that thought to Amisra. So often times she was found high up, untangling ropes or just sitting and enjoying herself. Now that they were in Port Vanarosa, however, she knew she'd need to come down to hear the orders of her captain.

Over the last week, Amisra had spent time getting to know the new human and testing his combat skills. She was pleased to find out he was rather skilled in hand-to-hand combat, but recognized that his bladed weapon fighting could use some work. So that had been part of her job when Tanithil wasn't working with Ismael on magic. She often teamed up with Arlen in order to teach the human general things that would be useful in the upcoming months.

Orders were given and it seemed she was just to have fun for the next week, but this just wasn't her. While she would take time to relax eventually, if only to avoid the ire of Tanithil who always complained she worked too hard, for now she knew one thing she could still help with. She was about to head in the direction of Arlen when she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned to see the familiar dark elven face and gave her friend and Ismael a smile as she listened to Tan speak. Her arms crossed over her chest in a teasingly judgmental way, the smile now turning into a smirk.

"I don't know Tan, what am I getting in return other than protecting the fate of the world?" She asked teasingly and paused briefly to allow him to respond before reaching into her pocket and tossing him a coin purse. "There should be a little more than enough for half in there, I expect my change. Have fun, you two. I'll join you for a drink later." She blew them a kiss before continuing her previous task.

As a former princess and skilled fighter, Amisra had always felt a sense of responsibility to protect those around her, and Ismael was no exception. She knew firsthand how it felt to be thrown into an unfamiliar situation, and she was determined to make his transition to life on the ship as smooth as possible. It was for this same reason she found herself approaching Arlen. "Is it just me or did the sea breeze just get a little warmer around here? Oh wait, it's just you." She knew it was a silly flirtatious line, but it was too hard for her to pass up the opportunity to tease a bit. "Care for some help with your duties, darling Arlen? Then we can go share a drink sooner...and maybe a bed." She gave him a playful wink, knowing he'd likely catch on to her teasing as this was commonplace for them.

All the while, the town's livelihood was interrupted by a rather unsettling sight. The black tattoo engraved on the orc's forehead was a sign of trouble. This was no minority of the so-called 'honorable savages' that some would attribute to the respectable Nabarask tribe, this was the actual savages. Stories of countless atrocities conducted by the brutal raids by the Dugmahords still scarred this land, even as its intensity had dropped since the Dark Elves took over. In fact, among the Riverbloom Plaze goers on that day, it would not be any surprise if there was one who had first-hand experience of those raids. As a result, the gigantic orc lumbering through the street attracted an abundance of suspicious and outright hostile glances from all species alike. What could possibly be going through the heads of the orc, many wondered?

Apathy was the answer.

Barrock simply didn't give a single crap about what the others were thinking of him. He was focused on getting his equipment maintained, as well as cashing on the payment that his previous employer had given him. Normally, payment in perishable goods would simply be rejected outright by the orc, but he relented this time around, seeing the young lady fumbling over the most basic of a transaction and simply shelling out what she could, and also her problematic circumstances. The contract was discounted too, but whatever, he had the money. But there is a reason why he didn't like to hang around towns and cities.

"You. Yes you, you tusker!"

It's these asses.

"I'm sorry but there are women and children here. You will not hurt them!"

And of course, it's coming from a dark elf.

"Stop right there! I cannot allow you to destroy this town!"

The dark elf stood from a distance, with a straightened hand pointing straight at Barrock, who simply ignored it completely. He continued lumbering rather clumsily with a clear limp on every step, clad in armor and a long straight sword at his waist. His hand held onto the scabbard loosely, but a finger perpetually tapping on its handguard. His bloodshot red eyes occasionally glanced at the obnoxious elf before looking up to the street, paying him very little attention, just as much as he deserved.

"You pigs deaf?! I said stop!"

Outside the Books and Cookies bakery, the sight of an orc amidst the inhabitants was hard to miss. The dark elf deliberately side-stepped to stand in his way as Barrock headed in a different direction earlier. Once it was clear he was not going to avoid this asshole, the orc approached him slowly but surely, the finger on the handguard continued to tap.

"Y-You know, I can fight. I will cut you into pieces! W-With my ancestral sword here!"

His voice faltered as the orc neared, dwarfing even creatures like him, but he was desperate to keep up the appearance. Barrock stopped right within striking distance of the elf, and the finger on that handguard now pushed the sword slightly out of its sheathe. For a moment, his piercing gaze met the hulk of the self-righteous dark elf, the latter's knees visibly trembling from fear. Bystanders held their breath at the standoff. Some tried to grab the authorities. Some braced for the bloodshed that were guaranteed to spill.

And the orc simply walked away.

To the surprise of many, he just walked away. No blood on the ground, no heads rolled. Sighs of relief were exchanged.

"That's right, go back to your pen coward!"

And a cry of victory. But for all intents and purposes, the dark elf did not win that fight.

Time: MORNING

Jun gingerly tucked the letter into an envelope and slid it into his backpack, making sure it was nestled safely amongst his array of useless belongings: electronics that he kept turned off to save what little battery life they had left, a pair of headphones now reduced to mere earmuffs, a wallet containing cards and money that were about as useful as Monopoly money in Avalia, and a key that might as well have unlocked a door on the moon. Even the cursed plastic bag that had nearly suffocated Jun to death and caused him to fall down the stairs found its way into the backpack. He should throw the bag away. He really should, but he couldn't bring himself to do that.

He wasn't going to leave anything behind, not a single thing. They were a symbol of his old life, a reminder of who he really was, and he needed that reminder now more than ever. He had to keep himself anchored to reality, and that meant not getting lost in this fantasy like the LARPers who were fully immersed in the roleplay. Hopefully, these items would be enough to keep him grounded until he could find a way back home.

Jun twisted the doorknob and cracked the bedroom door open just enough to peek through the narrow gap. The hallway was empty. He breathed a small sigh of relief and eased the door open a little further.

The hinges let out a soft creak. Jun winced and froze, holding his breath as he listened intently for any signs of movement. After a few tense seconds, he exhaled slowly and continued to push the door open, one inch at a time.

He slipped out of the bedroom, closing the door as quietly as possible behind him. His heart raced as he tiptoed down the hallway, eyes darting back and forth. Every creak of the floorboards seemed to echo through the house. But Jun pressed on, determined to escape.

Just as the exit loomed into view, Malachi's morning call echoed through the halls. The water-spraying man was clearly in a foul mood, a sharp contrast to Zion's irrepressible energy that made the whole house tremble with excitement for breakfast. The giant furry's hollering overpowered Jun's hurried footsteps toward the door that stood between him and his freedom.

Time: Morning
Location: Further off from Guavav Village than before - LOST

Equipment: Staff with unbreaking and shift enchantment(shifts into dagger), Her bag, Water Purifier, Flask, some shiny pebbles
Attire:Dress, which she decorated with flowers and hung little charms off the ropes, A small antler headdress with flowers and jewels, amulet with Millinia Crest, wooden butterfly earrings, various bracelets

Phia's head throbbed with pain as she sat at the base of the tree, her hand instinctively reaching up to touch the wound on her forehead. Her fingers came away sticky with blood, and she let out a soft curse. Tilting her head, she caught a glimpse of her reflection in a nearby puddle, her brow furrowing as she watched the crimson drops trickle down her face.

Oops.

She raised her hand to her head delicately, smiling at the warm sensation of her healing magic. She felt pleasant as the pain slowly diminished. She was dimly aware of voices close to her position, but she wasn't startled by this. After a moment she stood up and swiftly took out her dagger. Spinning it in her fingers, she pressed her thumb against the symbol of a staff. The dagger she was twirling quickly become a long staff which she stabbed into the ground a bit theatrically.

She knew she was lucky to have such expensive enchantments on her staff as they were normally out of her budget. In fact, she had no recollection of even purchasing them. Apparently, she had been found by the Guarav villagers, with nothing but her necklace and enchanted dagger on her person. Phia ran a hand admirably along her staff. Though she loved her life with her dear Menzai, the wonder, and mystery of her forgotten childhood plagued her daily. It was a big factor in why she always longed to venture out; sometimes she felt as if the answers were just somewhere in reach.

Phia recalled the voices she had heard and scoped out her surroundings slowly with her eyes. There had been at least two, and they weren't so vocal anymore. One male. One female. Two friends? Or two foes?

She could just lay low and avoid the confrontation, but that was no fun. Phia's wings twitched with excitement as she took to the air, her lithe form darting up into the trees. It did not take long before she found her targets before they spotted her. She grinned to herself. So easy. Dunno what Menzai is always worried about... Two fairies. I can handle this.

With a mischievous grin, Phia swooped down from the tree, landing gracefully in front of the two strangers. She twirled her staff, relishing in the weight of the weapon in her hands. She cleared her throat, adopting a serious tone as she raised the staff in a commanding fashion.

"Halt!" she declared, her voice ringing out across the forest. "Hello! ...You are trespassing in dangerous territory. If you continue south, you'll find yourselves in the midst of a hostile village. And trust me, you don't want to mess with them. You must state your business." After an awkward pause, she jabbed her staff into the dirt again for extra oomph.

"Now!"

Darius by@FunnyGuy and Dante by @Alivefalling

Time: Morning
Location: Gaurav Village

Equipment: 2 shot glasses, 300 Amas total, Flowers from Phia, Dante’s cellphone, and Dante’s knife

Darius was chuckling at Dante’s addon, not expecting but loving it at the same time. Both of them found the jest quite funny until a primal fear enveloped them entirely. The two stared blankly at Menzai as they felt the urge of fight-or-flight tug at their backs. That very feeling Menzai produced was so intense that it seemed to conjure a faint imagining of a large snarling wolf. And though faint, it felt very real as the twins looked into the maw of the beast before them. Darius was instinctively shifting into a fighter stance while Dante reached for his knife.

And just as suddenly as it arrived, the feeling ceased with Menzai taking notice of something off in the distance neither of the two could see.

“Shit,” Darius spoke under his breath as he slowly relaxed. He almost felt like he had been holding his breath. Things began to calm and Menzai took a single step forward before he finally spoke to them. He explained the feeling they both felt as uncurdled bloodlust and then proceeded to ask them the purpose of his demonstrating it to them.
“Well… um. Besides scaring the shit out of us for teasing you, it kind of reminded me of being in the ring with some of the guys I’ve fought against. You kind of let out this aura of intimidation so you can win the fight before it even starts. You make a guy jumpy, and all his instincts, his drills, and even his muscle memory go out the window.” Darius answered with his tone growing more confident as he spoke on the subject matter from his experience.

“Like Darius said, I saw it as a tactic to either reduce morale in your target or as something to be cautious about and aware of your surrounding. We need to be ready to act since Avalia has many dangerous creatures.” Dante removed his hand from the hilt of his knife and straightened his stance.

“Yeah, like Darius said,” He playfully elbowed Dante before taking a step toward Menzai. “But I’ve never seen anything like that though. Not gonna lie, you had me worried for a second.” Darius was all smiles, grateful that Menzai was just demonstrating.

Dante looked over to his brother and pushed Darius to the ground. “Don’t mock me, you idiot.”

The answers Dante and Darius gave him were unexpected leading Menzai to be a bit taken aback. A prosopect he had not considered or at the very least in detail. This exchange offered him a new observation on the brothers he failed to notice; very telling that these two had some experience with dangerous situation even if small. If their fit bodies weren't already telling enough.

Still, it was the time nor his intention though made sure to acknowledge the humans capabilities. A good sign that these two might have what it takes to endure and push through it all, but that was the future.

" An interesting answer, yes." Pausing while giving a nod of appreciation." But it is not the lesson I aim to teach. Perhaps when better experienced and comfortable we may touch on honing one's instinct in such a way. No, what I hoped to instill in the both of you was a taste of the dangers of the path before you. What awaits you, what awaits the humans are the evils of these lands foreign to your kind." His blank expression softened with a sadness as he gazed upward to the sky as if searching or seeing what was not apparent or visible." A darkness encroaches upon the realm. Whether it be the dark elves themselves or some other force using them, I cannot say." Inhaling deeply, the words hanging in the air, drifting off with the breeze to dissipate.

Turning his gaze back to his wards." Countless struggles and hardships stands ready just outside the confines of this forest. And my role in all of this is to ensure the safety of any human in need... and to train you." Menzai stated, his expression serious once more.

From there, Menzai began to quietly step around the brothers inspecting them, marking the details of their form and composures. He took a moment then to ponder over the interaction and all that has transpired; taking a moment to think while stroking at his chin wanting to make sure he had the necessary information to continue on.

" I have hope my explanation was clear enough. I wish to have it understood that I am here to be your guardian and teacher..." Trailing off as he folded his arms across his chest once more." And not to befriend. So we shall keep this professional and that includes nicknames. Is that clear?" A stern stare at the two when stating this.

Menzai gave the brothers a few minutes to take in and go over he said." If this is understood then we may begin training." Tilting his head with a brief scratch of his chin, thinking to himself momentarily before motioning towards them." Mr. Dante, Mr. Darius. May you please demonstrate what have managed to learn up to this point? Mind, this is merely a demonstration, nothing more." Making sure to drill in that distinction lest the brothers let things get to their head and become competitive.

Time: One week after Zora arrived into Avalia.
Location: Riverbloom, Daisy Bakery
Interactions: Aurora @mole, Rowan @GingerBobOh

Even though Zora was no stranger to moving her body, Rowan's training regime was, ironically enough, just inhuman. While she did understand that his reasons were good, as he wanted her to be capable of defending herself against any possible threat, His daily, spartan training regime were exhausting her quicker than she would have imagined. Due to that, she was quite grateful to Aurora's suggestion for them to take a break and visit a local bakery called 'Daisy', to rest, relax and eat some cake.

"No need to hold yourself, sister. Words of praise are always welcome." Zora replied with a chuckle. Her strong Jamaican accent drawing even more attention towards her, especially when coupled with her rather... 'exotic' attire.

Upon being asked by Aurora about her thoughts, Zora had to think for a bit, until she turned towards her again.

"While I have learned much about this land in the last few days, I feel there is still much to learn about it... Especially about magic." Zora said, with a thoughtful expression.

"There is a connection between magic, this land and its elements... I felt it before, when I arrived in Avalia, but now I can feel it a better. The pull I feel towards water, towards the ocean... It is much stronger here than it was in my past life." Zora said with an enigmatic expression.

Just as she finished replying to Aurora, she heard Rowan's complaints about their small, and very needed break. Thankfully, Aurora seemed to be on her side, at least regarding giving her a break from Rowan's spartan training regime. Rowan would quickly notice how a dangerous glint seemed to flash in Zora's eyes when he mentioned that she would have to learn more to be of 'use'.

"To use one another... It is a very dangerous type of relationship to have, Rowan. One never knows who is truly using who... And for what they are being used for..." she said, with an rather dangerous smirk.

Despite the rather 'subtle' words Zora used, it was undeniably a reminder that she would not accept being used, ordered or being made into a puppet. Despite having spent only a week together, both Aurora and Rowan would already have a very good idea of Zora's personality and they would know that truly 'taming' the woman would be next to impossible.

"Besides... I was able to keep up with you rather well in our sparring sessions, despite the cruel, spartan training regime you have been putting me, a delicate woman, into, wasn't I?" Zora asked, her expression quickly turning back to her usual one and the dangerous smirk giving way to a playful, teasing grin.

"You should let me at least eat a slice of this wonderful cake as a reward, you know?" Zora said with a chuckle, giving another bite into her cake as she gave a playful, mischievous wink towards Aurora, having noticed the stare she gave towards Rowan that caused him to sit down and enjoy his cake instead of complaining.

"This 'transmission bracelet' of yours, quite an impressive thing, isn't it? To communicate with one another instantly, regardless of the distance. The captains back on my world would gladly give an eye and a leg for this ability." Zora said with a chuckle, imagining the utter chaos that such bracelet would bring to the sea.

Time: Morning
Location: Forest; Near Guava Village
Interactions: Viola@13org, Phia@princess
Equipment: A pack with some supplies, seeds (in his pockets), a small knife, a mask that hangs from his belt, a weapon with a shifting charm that is either a sickle or a glaive, and a shield/drum with an unbreakable charm.

"Waiting for a rescue that never came."

Cyrus said nothing, the movement of vines went unnoticed as his head hung lower as if to study the blades of grass near his feet. The quiet voice in the back of his head whispered; reminding him that he had done nothing to help his sister. What good was there in helping others if he was the sort of man that had neglected those closest to him?

The sound of beating wings echoed through the forest as something moved towards them. One hand gripped the shield and the other rested against the mask hanging his belt. The other sounds of the forest carried on unbothered, there was no change in the chirps of nearby birds, nothing quieted or shifted in a way that warned of danger, and the air remained calm. So Cyrus relaxed again as well; if the forest did not consider what neared a threat, then neither did he.

“You are right, that home is gone from that place.” Cyrus spoke but just as he could not think of his unaccounted-for siblings as truly gone until he found proof, home would always linger as a place that might still exist until he saw it once more. Today was just not the day for it. “But home was more than just a place, and you are part of what made that place home so, for me, it is not entirely gone.” He offered his own perspective as his eyes traveled towards the nearing sound of wings.

It was a fairy who landed before them, twirling a staff and speaking with authority. "Halt!” The familiar fairy ordered, and Cyrus instinctively smiled the way an older sibling would when being given an order by a younger one.

Ophelia? Cyrus blinked as if he was seeing something that wasn’t really there and was trying to erase the mirage. But the fairy remained.

"Hello! ...You are trespassing in dangerous territory. If you continue south, you'll find yourselves in the midst of a hostile village. And trust me, you don't want to mess with them. You must state your business."

Ophelia, as bold and goofy as she’d ever been, slammed her staff into the ground. "Now!"

“You are not happy to see us?” Cyrus half stated, half asked as he tried to understand the not-entirely friendly greeting. He moved closer, there was no recognition in her eyes, Ophelia looked at them as if they were strangers. Or you have forgotten us? He wondered. Even Viola, with all she’d been through, had recognized him and Ophelia had not been so much younger that forgetting would’ve been easy. So what had this sister been through? “We search for lost family.” Cyrus offered a vague and cautious answer until he could better understand what was going on with Ophelia.

“And we are not trespassing, the forest belongs to everyone.” He added and extended a hand towards Ophelia. “Cyrus.” He introduced himself, searching for any hint of recognition from his younger sister.

"OWLBEAR INCOMING! HELP!! Holy crap, GET OUT OF THE WAY!!"

So you thought, lead the owlbear toward others, let someone else sort out your mess. Great plan, typical elf logic."

Throughout the journey, she remained at Bowyn's side, and after a couple of miles, she hopped onto Starfire’s back. Mister Luum insisted they give the human a scenic view of Avalia. It was a decision Rue initially was torn on; the longer they remained in the public view, the sooner Bardulf could be spotted. Now they were being rushed by an Owlbear with a human. Rue watched the scene unfold with a frown and folded her arms.

Without waiting, Rue used her polearm to push Bardulf away from the danger. Then, her gaze traveled to Bowyn. "It’ll be okay.” She assured him with a mischievous grin while slipping off Starfire’s back. Her Pegasus whinnied at the danger and pawed at the ground aggressively.

As the owlbear charged towards them, Rue sprang into action. With a fierce determination in her eyes, she lunged forward, her polearm extended in front of her. She stood her ground, ready to face the beast head-on. When the owlbear readied itself to pounce, Rue raised her hand, and a shimmering wall of ice shot up from the ground. The ice was thick and solid, rising to a height and width of nearly ten feet. It would buy everyone the reaction time they needed.

"Get ready while you can, everyone.” Rue’s voice remained calm, but firm, and didn’t offer suggestions to deviate from it.

The owlbear charged towards the ice wall and slammed into the wall with a deafening roar, but the ice held firm. The beast snarled and clawed at the wall, but it still could not break through. Rue stood behind the wall with her eyes fixed on the owlbear. Rue steadied her rapid breathing and watched the owlbear intently. Its eyes moved sideways and it began to slowly stalk its way around the wall with a low growl. ”The ice won’t hold for long – it’s too warm here. Hurry!”

Rue took on an attack stance once more and readied her pole arm. Her gaze became colder than the ice she’d created and she moved a step in front of Bardulf.

Bardulf expressing his desire to steer clear of danger was simply met with Mister Luum’s smile. He almost found it humorous that the human believed he had a choice in the matter. Crossing his arms, Mister Luum listened in on the observations Briggite had to share. Initially, it was almost disappointing, but something bit!

“Solaris blesses us,” Mister Luum commented both in reaction to the news and as a reply to Bowyn speaking of leaving the damsel high and dry. The opportunity not only presented adequate Avalian-flavored danger but it even came with a damsel in distress.

“OWLBEAR INCOMING! HELP!!” Mister Luum’s eyebrows rose excitedly with the identification of the threat.

“Steel yourself, Bardulf! This is a worthy first opponent! An owlbear!” He shouted just before a young blonde elf broke through the thick treeline with a somersault. Mister Luum was quite impressed with her swiftness, though he raised an eyebrow when she moved to his side. I don’t know her… Does she know me? Wait. Does she know me? Mister Luum was distracted enough not to witness Rue push Bardulf out of the way. His focus was entirely on the new face amongst their group, even with the owlbear breaking through the treeline and heading right toward everyone.

"Get ready while you can, everyone.” Rue's voice broke Mister Luum from the distraction.

“Huh?” His gaze first fell on Rue and Starfire before looking at the 10x10-foot wall of ice blocking the owlbear. “Rue what are you doing? I understand being eager to show your stuff but this is young Bardulf’s fight.” The elf forced his smile as he motioned for her to step aside. He shot a glance at the slowly melting ice wall, rather surprised by its ability to keep the owlbear from getting to them. I guess I should at least… Mister Luum noticed his staff wasn’t in his hands. He also noticed it wasn’t slung on his back either. “Not again! Brigitte, have you seen my staff?” Mister Luum peered around as if he’d find it somewhere on the ground in the immediate area.

“Wait. Did you take it? Did you steal my sta-?” Mister Luum pointed an accusatory finger in the face of the elven woman but his transmission bracelet started vibrating. “Stay put. I have to answer this,” He said as he proceeded to walk away from the group in the opposite direction of the owlbear to take the call. The bracelet indicated the call was coming from Drosis, so he was pleasantly surprised when Mister Luum saw the others were also called on the same transmission. Captain Morr! Lochee! Mr. Menzai! Rowan!

Unfortunately, it was just business. Everyone hung up so quickly after Drosis’ update that Mister Luum didn’t even get the chance to catch up with them.

“Ay ay cap’n!” He exclaimed just as Drosis ended the transmission. Mister Luum smiled happily at being reminded he could call any of his buddies up for a chat. On the subject of buddies…

“Bardulf, have you killed that- Ohh... nevermind.”

Time: Morning
Location: Port Vanarosa
Mention(s): Tanithil @Lava Alckon, Ismael @Th3King0fChaos
Interaction(s): Captain Drosis @Blizz, Amisra @Tae
Ever since their crew had been left in charge of a human, Arlen was both thrilled and fascinated. A grand mission, a new adventure, unknown dangers! It was exhilarating.

Since a week ago, a fresh sparkle had entered his ruby eyes. He was even more high-energy than usual, pestering his captain, his crewmates, but especially their shiny new resident human.

They were supposed to prepare, protect, and hide him until he was fit enough to help them overthrow Zanithel.

Thankfully, their human Ismael seemed up to the task.

When the elf had first seen him, he was admittedly surprised.

He had had no idea that humans could grow so tall!

They tested him, and Ismael proved his size wasn’t just for looks. In physical combat, the human held up well against himself and even Amisra. Often, he and the dark elven princess teamed up. They kept Ismael in shape, and brushed up his skills. At least for Arlen, though, he felt he was able to learn from the human, too. Some of it was useful, like combat techniques. Some of it was for pure curiosity’s sake, like trivia about Earth.

Discovering that Ismael had been a soldier, and knew how to handle firearms was a treat. Though he was very possessive of his darlings, Arlen conceded to lending him one of his pistols for a few days, just so the man could get comfortable with the flintlock mechanism. Because apparently, on Earth that was practically considered antique.

Once or twice, he had dropped on the man’s magic lessons with Tanithil. It was intriguing to witness the mythical elemental magic first hand. That, and Tani was genuinely a good teacher. Seeing him in his element was always exciting.

Today, they were finally mooring Saltrunner at one of Port Vanarosa’s many docks.

As soon as they did, they assembled to receive their orders. Perched on a railing, legs swinging, Arlen pouted at his assignment. Sure, smuggling was right up his ally. But the inescapable inventorying part of it? Urgh.

Still, he gave a cheeky two-finger salute, touching his index and middle fingers to his forehead, then flicking them off. “Gotcha, cap’n~” he affirmed, and pushed himself off onto the deck, getting to work.

He already had his eyes on a few mates he knew would help him out with sorting the cargo and money in exchange for a little something.

When Amisra found him, he was at the treasure hold; a small office kept under lock and key, guarded, and with some other security measures to boot.

“Aw, miss me already? Knew ya couldn’t make it without me,” he joked, grinning when she made her appearance. He smirked at her flirtations; Amisra always obliged going along with him, just for the fun of it. “Wouldn’t be this sweltering if ya weren’t so hot, honey,” he countered.

At the offer for help, Arlen faux swooned. “My savior!” He gasped, laying a palm on his sternum. He swayed as if short of breath, but caught himself on a nearby table, and made eyes at Amisra. “Oooh, my,” he fanned himself. “Thy sin be temptation; my heart’s all a-flutter,” he fluttered his eyelashes as if to demonstrate.

But he quit the act as he couldn’t restrain the laughter anymore, and broke out in a light cackle at the silliness.

“Seriously, though, yeah,” he said when he’d calmed down. “I’ve got a few on the rest o’ the cargo.” He’d set them to catalogue and compile for sell-off their other spoils, such as silk, alcohol, and smoking goods. “But go through these with me?” he gestured at a couple of small wooden boxes where the more expensive (stolen) trinkets had been stashed.

He’d already counted up the gold; that was easy enough as the captain had excellent organizations. Various necklaces, pendants, rings, timetellers, memory glasses, and such always took longer to examine though. Couldn’t get a good price if you didn’t have an estimation of their value, after all.

When they were done, and had each picked the items they’d drop off in town, Arlen turned to Amisra with a renewed smirk. “So-o,” he prompted. “Drink…or bed, was it?” he gave her an appreciative look up and down. “Ya know I’m always up for some one-on-one time,” he purred. “Bu-ut, I think Tani’s gunna get lonely if we’re away too long, eh?” as he emphasized the other dark elf’s name, mischief shone in his gaze.

Bardulf

Time: Morning
Location: Southwest of Roshmi City
Interaction: Brigitte @Tae, Mister Luum @FunnyGuy, Rue @Potter, Bowyn @Helo, and Zeva @Pink Khione
Mention:

So much had happened in such a short time span. Bardulf felt the approaching danger in the back of his throat, as if the rage of the owlbear was so palpable it could permeate his lungs. Everyone prepared to face the oncoming threat as a fair looking elf women came charging through the treeline. Bowyn in proper fashion had his usual cutting sarcasm, Mister Luum had his special brand of chaos to provide to the situation, and Rue was being her usual sweet protective self in providing him a shield from the oncoming monster. As time seemed to slow down, he took a brief glance at the elf women hiding near Mister Luum, and noticed her bloodied arm. An image flashed in his head, that of the tragic night his wife was taken from him. He grabbed his head as he felt Rue push him with the polearm.

But then he saw it...the creature running from the treeline. Just before it would be blocked by the ice wall, the form of the creature only sent his mental into a further spiral. Was it....a bear? Again? Even if it held the head of an owl, the body and claws were very much that of the creature who took everything worth fighting for in one foul moment. At this point, Bardulf felt his emotions fight within him.

Even here....I'm cursed to relive this personal hell?
Fight...
What? Who..?
Kill
But, why?
To survive.
Rue has this. I can just run...
Protect. The pack.

It was then that a final flashback hit his mind's eye. A single phrase from his father back in the past.

"Rule #1 of the wild, Bardulf. Always protect the pack."

Everything came crashing down at once, as if a figurative lightning bolt slammed into his spirit. A flash of steel would be seen as Bardulf pulled his halberd from behind him. His expression was cold, calculating, and determined. His brows furrowed as an energy almost seemed to well within him. The cracks in the ice wall were obvious evidence that the next strike would break the wall. As the owlbear reared back to slam into the wall, Bardulf let loose the building desire within him and in that moment brought forth a surge of lightning that seemed to channel and traverse his body. Every bit of his nerves were sent into overdrive, his animalistic instincts pushed to their edge. He grit his teeth and waited for that crucial moment when the owlbear would break through that wall.

As the owlbear reared back, Bardulf pushed on his front foot, and spun around to bring his halberd to full speed. The wall cracked and broke as the owlbears final strike shattered it. But as the animal's body came lurching forward, its eyes would meet Bardulf's just as his weapon came swingingong on the side. Aim for the throat. Rip the carotid. His hunter's voice told him as his wrists turned to aim the blade. Sparks of errant electricity gave him just the small boost he needed to outspeed the creature, sinking the blade into the part of its head where fur met feathers, and where its hide appeared to be weakest. The creature's claw came speeding towards his torso, almost right where the bear from Earth had struck him a few weeks prior.

But this time was different. He had magic to hone his instincts, his speed, and his ferocity. It was with this magic that his inner hunter began to shine Dodge the strike. Gain leverage. Bardulf lifted his legs in an almost jumping motion, landing onto the creatures paw as it sunk into the ground. With his blade still in its soft spot, he pulled back his halberd to slice against the wound he made and slammed the end of his weapon into the creatures elbow, as if to try and snap its arm. Too large. Not strong enough. This new voice in his head rang out, prompting him to jump off the creatures arm and land once more behind Rue. It all would happen in mere moments, but finally his voice and emotions seemed to settle ever so slightly as he coldly spoke aloud.

"Not this time...This time I will show you whose the alpha." He knew his words made little sense, but to him it meant everything in the world to win this fight.

"What the fuck?"

The first things that came to Ismael's mind as he was brought to a new world. He was told so much, informed of much more, told how is all worked, and it plainly confused him. He died? He knew his ticket was up eventually but he never expected it to be in a dingy hotel room. All Ismael could think was that this seemed like some kind of story he heard some of his buddies talk about, it was increadibly jarring for the first little bit, but Ismael was calm. It seemed he was brought here before his death for some reason, and it seems that reason is to possibly save this world.

"Damn, I think I had a dream like this once"

After his summoning, Ismael was given to a group and was told they were not only to protect him, but train him and bring him to some place to learn how to hone his powers. Powers he has gained from being brought to this world right before his death. A strange idea, yet it was one that he had quickly accepted, one Ismael even joked about, and in the company he found himself in, it seemed to sit well.

The time before reaching port was quite simple, he was tested and trained in different regards. His physical combat was often pitted against the lovely Amisra, whom of which seemed to love to try and aim for low blows, to Ismael the is understandable yet it never felt good. If he didn't spar with Amisra, it was with Arlen, a man Ismael found intrest in because of his guns. Flintlocks were quite rare to see in the flesh, sure here it was their technological level, however, for Ismael it was still a real treat to be able to play with one.

If it was not physical training, Tanithil was there to try and train Ismael's magic. Something wholly alien to Ismael, another energy within that can be controlled and produced to produce some magical effect. It was hard to understand, and harder to see results, yet nothing came easy, Ismael knew that. It was still annoying

Ismael had never felt at home on a ship, he may have been a Marine, it did not mean living on a ship was something he was used to. Now on a wooden ship that smelt of sweat, sea salt, and gunpowder. Honestly it was pretty bearable to things he has had to smell before, it was just quite a different life than that which he led, but he got pretty used to it. There was one issue he found, sea legs, he had never gained true sea legs, he didn't live on a boat, he was able to work on a boat, but to live on one is a different feeling. He needed to get used to the swaying and shifting of his center of gravity, something he was able to manage but not something he was used to, but he could fake it well enough to be normal, just don't ask him to run around on the ship at his full speed.

Yet he never needed to as Tanithil had often grabbed him, and today was no exception. Tanithil today came to grab him as they reached port, and with it came a cloak! Once given it, Ismael thanked him, "Oh! Thank you! Very swanky". Ismael chuckled as he adjusted it and listened to the explination Tanithil gave from Captain Morr. Soon they made it near the top deck where Tanithil sat at the stairs before reaching the top deck, Ismael did similar, as he nearly laid himself out on the stairs relaxing and listening. Ismael gave a small nod and a "Aye Aye Sir", when he was spoken to by Captain Morr about staying low and close to Tanithil. Ismael began to make mental notes of what was being said before Tanithil jumped up leading to Ismael doing the same.

"Port Vanarosa hu? Looks like a few places I know". Ismael said this while letting out a chuckle as he began to follow Tanithil to Amisra. There they spoke of some Disguise ring, where one spoke of the possibility of stealing it, Amisra seemed well enough with purchasing one so Ismael said with a chuckle as he rubbed the back of his head, "Oh good, I thought I was going to have to work the corner to get one". Before he let out a laugh and began walking down the plank to the dock while saying, "Well let's go!"

“So you thought, lead the owlbear toward others, let someone else sort out your mess. Great plan, typical elf logic.”

Zeva glanced over at the snowy-haired stranger that tossed her the biting words. She responded with an awkward, nervous smile; she wasn’t expecting the strangers to take too kindly to her leading danger straight to them. While they might hold a grudge against her for this, it was a much better option than dying alone in a forest.

The other fairy of the group reassured him, "It’ll be okay.”

Zeva nodded in furious agreement; she liked this fairy lady already. “Yes! We’ll be fine if we work together!” she beamed.

As the owlbear came into view from past the trees, the winter fairy took swift action, skillfully wielding her polearm against the beast that charged towards them. In the next second, a wall of ice sprung from the ground and kept the owlbear at bay. The ground beneath them seemed to shake as the large beast rammed the full force of its body towards it, but the ice wall remained strong.

Woah, that’s some cool magic! Wonder what it would be like to fight an ice magic user…

While the others in the group seemed appropriately focused on the beast, the light elf that Zeva gravitated towards earlier seemed to be lost in his own world. Honestly, his vocal absentmindedness was distracting Zeva from the imminent threat in front of them. He was rambling about things Zeva didn’t understand, going on about Bardulf and a lost staff – which one of them was Bardulf anyway? In the next moment, the light elf pranced away on his own while Zeva watched, bewildered. She couldn’t believe that her fellow light elf would abandon his friends in a moment of danger, something that Zeva herself would find inexcusable. There wasn’t any time to ponder this man’s virtue, however, and Zeva quickly refocused on the battle.

The next one to attack was the dark-haired man. Something seemed to take over him as he steeled himself for the owlbear’s charge. He drew his weapon, and with electrifying speed he swung his blade into the hide of the foul beast. The halberd sank a deep wound into its neck, and the man swiftly dealt another blow to its arm. Zeva couldn’t help but to be impressed by his strength and agility; she was sure he’d make a great opponent as well.

“I’ll have a go!” Zeva smiled mischievously as she readied her weapons. She winced, lifting up her injured arm, but she was eager to deal more damage to the beast in payment for the wound she received from it. The dark haired man did a great job, and the owlbear was staggering already. Even with the state her arm was in, it would be easy to land a hit.

Zeva jumped off her left foot and dashed towards the owlbear. The beast stumbled backwards and raised up its uninjured paw into the air in preparation to attack. Zeva swiftly altered course mid-sprint, and leaped above the beast’s swinging claws. An orb of light began to form in her hand, and she physically thrusted the concentrated light into the beast’s eyes, “Wa-pow!”

Now blinded, Zeva darted her daggers through its flesh, butchering an ‘X’ on its shoulder. After landing the attack, Zeva jumped backwards, away from the beast, and re-applied pressure to her bleeding arm. She was giddy in vengeful glee and sneered at the beast, Haha, how do you like that?”

As much as Bowyn hated to admit it, Mister Luum did have a point; fending off an owlbear was good training for Baldurf. A real fight was better experience than training or sparing and soon the human would be encountering things far more dangerous than an owlbear. He wasn’t going to admit it aloud though, and Mister Luum’s brief glimmer of capable leadership dissolved as the elf began rambling about his missing staff. Was this really the best the elves could come up with to be in charge of the human?

“You got this, but we have your back.” He offered to Bardulf because now, Luum was off to the side taking a call on his transmission bracelet.

Bardulf seemed to freeze for just a second, and they were fortunate that Rue had set up the ice barrier; it bought a few moments for the human to be ready as the vicious owlbear shattered through the wall of melting ice. The human launched his attack landing a few blows before jumping from the bear to behind Rue.

“I’ll have a go!” The strange elf who caused all of this now graciously offered to help.

“Well you did bring it here.” Bowyn muttered, but at least she was helping, even managing to blind the owlbear some. Which was more than Luum was doing at the moment, but then she proceed to taunt the angry and injured owlbear. Bowyn found this to be tacky, it was just a dumb angry bear after all.

Bowyn knelt down, one hand resting on the ground, his focus now set on the owlbear and his magic. Ice formed beneath his hand; the grass and dirt quickly froze and spread out from where his hand rested in a direct path toward the briefly blinded owlbear. The line of ice moved quickly, stopping its forward movement once it was directly beneath the owlbear’s paws. The ice moved swiftly upwards, sticking to the fur, wrapping around the owlbear’s feet, and making its way into the flesh. There was a distressed roar as the owlbear struggled to free itself, knocking one leg free but the ice held strong against the other leg as it worked its way up to the owlbear’s stifle and held the leg in place. Bowyns hand dug into the frozen earth, tightening the ice’s grip around the lower half of the owlbears leg as the ice began to crack.

“Someone should put this beast down.” By someone, Bowyn mostly meant Bardulf but it then occurred to him that maybe the human showing off his powers in front of a strange elf wouldn’t be the best plan. Another cry came from the owlbear as it finally tore its frostbitten leg free.

Time: Morning
Location: Near Guarav Village
Interactions: Cyrus @Helo, Ophelia @princess

Despite Viola's negative thoughts, particularly about Riverbloom, her brother's words still brought some peace to both her mind and heart, causing her to let out a very discreet and faint, but still noticeable smile. She knew that her 'home' the way she knew when she was young was gone, but that didn't mean that she couldn't reunite her missing siblings and maybe make a new one... That was, after all, the reason she started such a journey with Cyrus, wasn't it?

Their conversation was soon cut short when, from the direction where the sound came, a fairy suddenly appeared, swooping down from atop of a tree. Twirling her staff, the fairy girl ordered them to tell her who they were and what they were doing. Viola's immediate reaction was to get ready to fight, with the thorned vines twitching and getting ready to strike. The moment she looked at the fairy though, it was almost as if all her motivation to fight simply evaporated.

Too stunned to speak, Viola could simply look at the very familiar face of someone she thought she had lost. Her youngest sister, Ophelia. Almost instinctively, Viola began walking towards Ophelia, finding it difficult to believe in what she was seeing. Among all her siblings, Ophelia was by far the kindest and sweetest. To think she managed to survive, despite trusting others to a fault, gave her hope that her dear twin, Violetta, who was the most energetic amongst the siblings could also be alive.

"Ophelia...?" Viola asked, a faint smile beginning to form on her face as she gave one more step towards her lost sister. Even if for a brief moment Viola wanted to be close to her, just to be sure she wasn't hallucinating, to show Ophelia that despite everything that had happened, they were finally reunited, to reassure her that they would find Violetta and be all together again...

But before Viola could approach her, Ophelia slammed her staff into the ground, demanding them to identify themselves.

Hesitating, Viola's smile quickly turned into a pained expression, especially when she heard Cyrus' words, asking if she wasn't happy to see them. For Viola to show such emotions, especially in such a short amount of time was something rare and Cyrus knew that well, as the only other time he ever saw Viola showing her emotions like that was when she met him after escaping Daka Island.

Ophelia's complete lack of reaction, coupled with Cyrus' words made Viola immediately understand what was going on... Knowing that one of her siblings had died was perhaps, not as painful as knowing that they were still alive, but had completely forgotten about them.
Even after Cypress introduced himself, there was no reaction from Ophelia. Not even a hint of recognizing them. For her, they were merely trespassers.

"I... I see..." Viola said, her pained expression quickly turning into her normal, emotionless one as she held in and suppressed her feelings. One of the first things she had to learn how to do in order to preserve her sanity back on Daka Island. Neither the torture nor the experiments had broken her, it wouldn't be now that would either.

"Viola... My name, that is." she said, introducing herself in an emotionless tone as she walked back, returning to her spot nearby her brother Cypress.

"I am Cyrus' sister." Viola said, her eyes fixed on Ophelia, looking for any reaction, no matter how small it might be. Any hint that she might have not forgotten them forever.

Deep inside, Viola still hoped that there was a chance for Ophelia to remember them, that if they stood nearby her, she would slowly realize who they were... To remember who she once was.

“You are not happy to see us?”

Phia frowned uncertainly, visibly displaying her inner conflict in her expression. Was I too mean? Have I disappointed this green guy? ...No. I must stay strong in the face of danger. I shall not let them break me down!

She pondered his words as he moved closer. Not wanting him to gain dominance over the situation, she closed the distance and met his gaze fiercely. "Lost family." She repeated a moment after he spoke, tightening her grip on her staff. Her eyes narrowed with suspicion. Likely story...

“And we are not trespassing, the forest belongs to everyone.” Her eyes flickered between his face and the hand. “Cyrus.” Some recognition sparkled in her eyes but she was not sure of the significance herself.

Phia continued to stare at his hand with mistrust until a reluctant smile formed on her features. "My name's Phia." She took his hand and shook it with sudden enthusiastic vigor. "I guess that makes sense about what you said about the forest..."

"I... I see..." Her gaze fell upon the girl next to him with hair color similar to her own. "Viola... My name, that is...I am Cyrus' sister."

Phia looked between them, her chin raising as she considered her options. For a moment, her vision of them transported her to sea of blurry images.

These two were familiar, yet she had only just met them.

It felt as though she had encountered them in a distant dream.

Phia felt a random bout of sadness wash over her. She stood silently staring at them as if her eyes might water, but they never did.

Well. I think it's okay now. I was on guard for at least five minutes. She finally thought to herself.

"Viola and Cyrus," Phia began softly, a smile finally tugging at her lips. Her tone grew warm and kind as she declared, "It's wonderful to meet you two."

She moved up to them and gave them each a brief hug before standing before them. "I am ..." Phia took a moment to glance around, confirming she indeed had no idea where she was. "I am not sure where I am regrettably, but I can try my best to help you find your family. I'm very sorry that you have lost them." She put a comforting hand on each of their shoulders. "Please tell me about their appearance so I can help you locate them."

Time: Morning
Location: Gaurav Village
Interactions: Menzai @samreaper
Equipment: 2 shot glasses, 300 Amas total, Flowers from Phia, Dante’s cellphone, and Dante’s knife

Darius picked himself off the ground with a disgruntled grunt while Menzai replied to their answers. They were both off the mark, but Darius and Dante felt good about at least delivering somewhat acceptable answers. Darius glanced at Dante, quietly scheming his get-back. However, with Menzai’s instructions, it would have to wait. Besides, showing Dante up in magic use might be just the delight he needed. The whole thing about being professional with Menzai was a bit extra for the twins but they just figured the wolf man wanted to maintain his stoicism and continue to be seen as the wise, quiet teacher.

“Well, I learned this!” Dante piped up as he began to lift a large boulder half the size of a car with his magic that had been in their vicinity. “Bet you can’t do this Darius.” Darius was honestly impressed, and it showed as he stared wide-eyed up at the boulder.

“Wow, we got ourselves a big shot over here! Look out, dark elf king! My brother can pick up a big rock!” Darius teased. “But seriously, nice!” Darius rolled his shoulders as he paced in the small space as if he was warming up for something physical. Then he bounced on his toes. No other boulders around… Fuck. Still gotta make this look good. He continued his little routine before standing in a high crouch, his feet shoulder-width apart, and his hands raised up at chest level. “Get ready to rock and roll! Hahaha!” Darius mocked his brother once again before various stones in the area began to rise and gather around him. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, whoo! Eleven, twelve, thirteeeeen. Okay, one more. Fourteen! A bead of sweat rolled down Dairus’ cheek as he concentrated on lifting so many stones at once.

Dante laughed as he looked at Darius with a smirk. “Oh yeah, let’s do this!” He shouted as he shattered the boulder before quickly controlling the debris and fused the boulder back together, repairing it completely. Dante puffed his chest towards Darius. “Can ya beat that?”

“Please. ‘I Dante. I break big rock and…’” Darius was straining a bit but was still going to make his comeback. “‘And make small rocks. Then make big rock again.’ Watch the master!” Darius grinned with excitement as the stones around him began to revolve around him. It started slow but the revolving stones began to pick up speed. Darius crossed his arms across his chest with a cocky smirk as the stones continued their revolutions at speeds that would be adequate for defending him or inflicting damage on someone who got too close to him. “It’s all about finesse and style.” Darius explained before closing one of his hands in a fist and stopping the stones in place.

Dante sighed with a look of boredom towards his brother’s fancy showing of his magic “Yeah, don’t think so raw power is the way to go bro.” Dante replied but before Darius knew it the ground beneath him fell 3 feet.

“Shit! No!” Darius screamed as he suddenly fell. The stones hit the ground just as he did in a kneeling position. “Come on asshole, that’s fucked up!” Darius shouted as jagged spikes suddenly raised from the ground with light shaking in the area. It was an unintentional display of his magic due to his genuine anger toward his brother. “You wanna go?!” The ground below Darius raised back up but several feet higher. Standing up, he glared down at Dante. “Huh?!”

Dante looked up at his brother before turning and walking just out of range where his brother would lose control of the dirt he was on. “Look I'm Sorry. I think it's time to chill.”

Equipment: A pack with some supplies, seeds (in his pockets), a small knife, a mask that hangs from his belt, a weapon with a shifting charm that is either a sickle or a glaive, and a shield/drum with an unbreakable charm.

“It is wonderful to meet you too, Phia.” Cyrus smiled as he spoke and hugged Phia back. Cyrus always tried to hug people in the same way his mother always had, with the whole heart, in a way that let others know that they were loved. So he’d hugged Phia tighter than he’d meant to, holding on for an extra second as if it could make up for all the lost years, which was probably strange for someone who did not recognize him as family.

Phia seemed so much like the Ophelia he remembered, still kind enough to offer to help strangers she’d met in the woods, full of life and exuberance, he hoped that meant the world had been kind to her since they’d last seen her. When she asked for descriptions of those they searched for he thought about his answer for a moment. He could not simply stand here and describe Ophelia to herself. If Ophelia forgot who she was there was likely a reason for that, it felt unwise to force such a revelation here and now; damage to the mind was so much harder to heal than the body.

“It has been many years since we’ve seen any of our other siblings. I could describe them as they once were, as children, but time would’ve changed much of that. But time does not change the bonds, and we will know them when we find them.” Cyrus spoke confidently but kept his details vague. Without thought, his hand reached up and patted the hand Phia had placed on his shoulder. Viola could add in more details if she wanted to but it seemed unnecessary; the hands of fate seemed already working to guide their shattered family back together.

He noticed the amulet that hung around Phia’s neck, the Millinia family crest, but he did not comment on it. The fact that she wore it so openly told him that either the village she stayed at had no knowledge of their family or they knew and accepted her anyway. It would be a safe place to go. The village seemed a better option, someone there would have a better idea of what had happened and more information would be beneficial. Or at the very least, the truth could be spoken of in a place Phia found safe and familiar.

“Instead, maybe we could help you find your back to your village, maybe someone there knows something that could help us.” He offered, gesturing to the south as she had indicated earlier. He looked over at Viola, “What do you think? A worthy detour?” He asked, wishing he could speak more freely, to ask the sorts of questions that would better help him understand Viola’s thoughts and feelings at this moment. All he’d gotten was the brief glimpse of pain that had washed over the blank expression Viola normally wore when Phia had not recognized them. He would need to find the right moment to ask her about how they should handle the situation without being overheard.

Tanithil sported his usual grin as Amisra gave him the loan he asked for. Knowing her she'd likely make him pay for it later, but knowing him, he'd find a way to wiggle out of it. He was sneaky enough after all. At least that's what he'd tell himself. He patted Ismael on the back and began guiding him off the ship, with a particular destination in mind. The Odds and Ends Shop, where he felt he could get just about any small or large magical item of his choosing. The pefect place for a disguise ring to be sold. His hand casually moved towards the center of Ismael's back before moving back to his side. A small veil of shadow magic seemed to crawl up the cloak and bleed over the cowl so that a shadow would be cast over Ismael's face.

"Can't be havin' em see your pretty mug. Some of them might think they have a chance with ya." He joked, but it was all about concealing his identity for the time being. He also held the dagger Ismael kept on his side aloft, perfectly picked from the mans very own pocket. "Lesson one of places like this. Don't let anyone even so much as touch ya without you knowing their intent. Some bloke might come around and steal you blind." He chuckled and made sure the dagger made it back to where it belonged. "Places like these are crawling with eyes all the same. So if you do something, make it hard for anyone to see you, not just whoever you're targetting." He flashed a smile as he flashed a single ama coin between his fingers, jokingly messing with him once more before placing it into his palm. "Ya dropped this by the way, hehe." These random little lessons would be Tanithil's way of warning the pyromancer of the dangers of crawling in the dark.

As they made it to the Odds and Ends Shop, Tanithil brought them both into the confines of the store and approached the counter. There he saw who he believed to be the shopkeep and spoke up. "Lovely to meet ya. Not sure what your name might be but I'm sure it's a wonderful one. Say, would you happen to have ring enchantments in today? Possibly ones for disguisin'? I'm looking to goof around with a few of me mates and I think this would be the perfect gag to have when we'rebored." He looked back and smiled at Ismael before gesturing his way. "Don't mind me friend here. I'm just kinda draggin him around till we finally go to the pub. I hear there's already a crowd at one of em but I can't remember the name...Right! Anyway, disguise rings? Yes? No? Maybe? Yes?"
