Date watched carefully as Lex pressed another button to show that sarah was relaxed and fine, to which he let out a breath. Good, he meant it when he said she was safe, he gave a glance to Joel as he turned back to Lex, hearing that they didn't need to know how to kill to help, just do what they were good at. Then, he turned over to look at the man in the weird full body suit, saying they should split into teams between tactical, information and strike. As he was about to speak up on which team he'd be on, the cat that he thought he was hallucinating talking, had suddenly turned into the man, causing Date to stare in fear for of Berit

"WOAH, THAT CAT JUST BECAME A PERSON" He was too deep in shock to think about answering the question. However, Hershel's watch would get a call from someone, should he answer it then the eye's (if he saw it pop out) voice would come up "Date and I would probably do well on Information, solving cases was a part of our job."

Interacting: @Starmaker@RirisStride1
=============================================================================================================

He listened to the man as he mentioned drowning out the voices alone, however did poor him a drink. As he walked off, the Belmont raised his cloak a bit to sniff himself, he didn't smell bad did he? Oh well, a drink's a drink, he happily took the glass in hand and took a nice swig of it. However, it seemed that the completely covered man thought they should split into groups, the now more muscular man and the other who had the talking cat...or what was a cat with them agreed. However, Trevor looked to Hershel directly when he spoke out. "So what your saying is that we should all actually try and beat down this flying, laser shooting, hole punching man by splitting into teams? As he finished his question, he broke into a smirk and then started to chuckle.

Finishing off with a smirk, he quickly finished the rest of the drink and looked amongst the three that had decided and agreed upon the teams idea as well the rest "That sounds like a crazy idea, but you know what, I've grown to like a little crazy. Count me in, however I can see myself being in any of these teams so I think I'll abstain on joining and see where I might be needed instead. I may not have any 'powers', or magic as others where I'm from, but I have fighting prowess and also the ability to make a quick plan in the heat of battle, whether it be storming a vampire's castle, or slaying some evil monsters." He also raised his cloak enough to show off the shortsword and whip he had, the whip, the morning star, made to kill vampires. However, this superman person didn't seem to be one that could be defeated easily by consecrated weapons so he assumed it wouldn't be too much help against him.

Spike Spiegel

”Yeah, alright… I think I’ll be headed for the strike team. Much more my style, when it comes to this bounty. And I’m proficient with more than just my 941, though, I would prefer it if push comes to shove. Just hand me a variable-zoom sniper rifle and I’ll be fine.”

Spike finally speaks up again from his corner of the office, now twirling a lone cigarette between the fingers of his right hand as he waits for some kind of response. This Superman person seemed like someone who would grow more powerful the longer he was kept unchecked… A lesson that Spike knew well.

Corvo Attano

Tags: @TheElenaFisher @OtherPeople

Corvo remained quiet, thinking of what to say to Ciri while everything went on. He did wonder how Kassandra, Price, and the others were fairing, as he hadn't seen any of them here either. But just as the many adventures before, circumstantial events cut them off before Corvo could utter a response. The only thing he brought answer to was for the pair that Ciri noticed. He nodded, putting their odd nature to memory. "I recognize them, alright. They were with us in Blood Gulch, but we never really spoke."

After that, they were ushered around to meet with the person who brought them: a bald man named Lex Luthor, who clearly had an influx of funds and resources to pull around. "He reeks of the Lord Regent..." he muttered to nobody in particular.

The comparison was tightened by how easily he ripped the man's daughter away with the press of a button. The past flushed back all at once. He was in Dunwall again, watching Daud murder Jessamina and kidnap young Emily—all at the orders of then-Royal Spymaster, Hiram Burrows. He remembered what it felt like to drive a blade down Hiram's throat as well.

"Which team are you volunteering for?"

Corvo snapped out of his reminiscence by Ciri's question. He'd only now realized he was tuning out of everything. But one glance around and some eavesdropping in their little box, he got an idea of what was happening. "Tactical. I've always been more of the... silent type. But I imagine you're with the more upfront Strike?"

All Might

Toshinori Yagi

All Might listened carefully to each person that stepped forward to state what they could do and what team they’d prefer to be on, giving most a smile and nod of acknowledgment. He did take the time to respond to Hershel specifically, though, as he had some suggestions of his own to make.

”All of that sounds like a good idea to me. For further splitting up the teams, I think we should leave that for the individual teams to sort out once we know where everyone is going. It seems Strike Team is already on its way to being the largest of the three, which makes sense, given what we’re going up against. As for me…”

All Might seemed to hesitate a moment when he was about to share what he could contribute. Honestly, that was a good question — what could he contribute? He was retired, Quirkless, and he couldn’t even stay in his muscle form for longer than a second before—

Wait a minute…

His entire train of thought came to a screeching halt when he finally noticed it: he’d been in his muscle form for several minutes now without so much as breaking a sweat! But how was that possible? Ever since his final fight with All for One, he’d been… Actually, that wasn’t all. Thinking back to when he’d dashed over to try to save Sarah from being taken, he couldn’t deny that he’d moved faster than was possible for a normal human, or even an athlete. That had been a little bit of his old super speed!

It almost seemed impossible, but now that he thought on it and felt deep within himself, he couldn’t deny it: there were some dormant dead embers of One for All in him that had somehow reignited since he’d come to this world. Could it be that he’d been cut off from Midoriya, and somehow the last traces of his old Quirk took that to mean the transfer had failed? If that were so, he’d likely lose it all over again once he returned home, but that would be an issue to worry about then. For now…

”Before I retired, I was considered the strongest superhero my world had ever had. My powers include super strength, super speed, high durability and endurance. True, I may not be able to fly like Superman, but both of my old masters could, which forced me to get creative to keep up. As long as he doesn’t go suborbital, I shouldn’t have too much trouble meeting him in the air. But all of that’s the good news…”

In the next moment, All Might let his body fully relax, at which point he seemed to deflate instantly back to his scrawny, sickly form from before. He tried his best to stifle the small coughing fit it left him in, making sure to cover his mouth so the blood wouldn’t be too terribly obvious.

”As for the bad news…” he continued on once his coughing subsided, his voice a tad more ragged than before. ”I am unfortunately retired for a reason. A few of the fights I’ve been in have taken their toll on me. I’ve had some pretty severe injuries in the past — severe enough that I lost my stomach and one of my lungs. I can still fight, but I can’t last as long as I used to. Since my stamina is an issue, I think it would be best for me to assist the Tactical Team. My experience and knowledge of combat between super powered individuals, as well as hero society in general, would better serve in crafting effective strategies to take out this threat. I’ll also stand by to act as a backup of sorts to the Strike Team. If things start going south, I can be out there within minutes to help shore up our attacking forces.”

Lilith

Fortunately for her Grey also didn't put any trust towards Lex Luthor, he comments on the fact that he kind of get's a creepy vibe from him and she couldn't lie, Lilith can see why Grey would think that. Maybe it's because he was too secretive or that he just straight up pulled a Houdini and proofed a young girl out of the room, but yeah, that's defiantly believable. He also points out that he wasn't sure if it was the right move to team up with Superman ether as he believed that he guy wasn't trustworthy ether, Lilith however thought differently and spoke up. "Well...about that. I think Lex might be, I don't know...lying?" hinting to the fact that he might be projecting his envy of Superman onto the others and they're just supposed to blindly follow with that.

Grey also says that practically anyone here could be against them, I mean, what's stopping that green hatted goat from killing everyone in the room...well, aside from a high morality, Ralsai does seem like he would be that kind of though. "Hmm...you have a point, but I think Shantae wouldn't be like that. We've gotten pretty close."

After the two of them ended their discussion Grey introduced himself as well and they would've probably talk to each other more, until suddenly a silver coated android decided to butt in and ask if they were on the team of 'kicking butt from the frontlines' as he puts it. Lilith looked up to see the towering android and yelped from the shock, all while she stumbled over herself trying to get a sentence out. Grey however was slightly caught off guard at worst as he just started to strike up a casual conversation with him, eventually Lilith did say something intelligible. "Wh-What I uh...Do you know who this is?"

One can never escape paperwork.

This was a fact that only dawned on the blue-cloaked man after the fact, after his speech: That he had positioned himself to be the one administrating and listing everyone's categories... By that point, he had also realized how much it would bother him to not have the matters on paper and organized if they were going to be the leadership figures anyways... an obnoxious, pervasive itch of annoyance born from habit and experience dealing with messy paperwork and organization.

By the time the first individual had started their introductions, he could only sigh in defeat at none other than himself, smoothly went around the counter and pulled all the necessary tools to start noting down information in the format of of a name (if not, a short description of features), categorization and if there was any further power detail. The scribbling of his pencil rung out as his eyes sharp and serious as he filed the paperwork.

And as the compilinh went on, many seemed to opt to sound somewhat dramatic and omitted to mention their names... No matter, with descriptions, it was doable (Adding the ocassional known name). With a wealth of individuals joining strike, they would not be lacking in firepower at the very least... but their brains and planning department seemed to suffer somewhat.

The man did receive a specific inquiry directed to his person in the form of concern from a girl... all he could muster as his pencil stopped was a slight and confident smile, and a thumbs up towards the red-hooded individual.

"Yeah, I'll be fine. As much as I would like to complain now, I am very proficient relating to administrative work and leadership... thanks for the concern, but focus instead on working with everyone" A gentle and bigger was directed at her person before the cleric returned to his work, eyes turning serious and sharp again.

Even despite the vagueness, Hershel would mostly be able to gauge people's intentions and assign them to the right group, one by one as they also physically grouped together in different spots. Some highlights would include Lucifer who covered flight, the purple-skinned man who packed a powerful rifle of some kind alongside supposed interrogation skills, Sougo's sheer number of 'abilities' yet remaining to be covered, and the sudden call that would inform him of the presence of detectives joining info...

There was also an outlier with no group and others that were very straight-forward, but what had the man most satisfied was the addition of the bulky man (who seemed to bear some kind of temporary form) into tactical alongside someone of stealthy nature volunteering as well. Their bases were getting better covered by the second.

When it came to the suggestion of the 'retired hero', he could only nod seriously and add respond with his own assignation.

"That's a wise idea in case one's abilities are limited by some kind of restraint... And you seem like a reliable leader, and as such, a good addition." He smiled somewhat warmly to the now skinny man before turning back to his paper.

"As for me, I will remain in tactics. As you have seen, I bear a good ability to manage information and organization... but I also possess a good deal of strenght, tools, weapons and most importantly... I can heal others. Even the body and consciousness going cold isn't going to stop me if I can at least get access to the body. But that's better managed when emergencies come around, instead of wasted on some spur-of-the-moment decision." Shaking his head after finishing filling his info, he turned towards the rest of the crow, straightening his back, a surprising confident smirk on his face.

"Our line-up is looking abundant so far, and depending on the individual prowess... our prospects could even be good!" A thumbs up was raised as to accompany his point before returning his hand to the pencil, getting ready to write any new additions.

Lex Luthor’s Office-Choosing a team [Information team)///////////////////////////////////////////////

Sinclair stared down the group of everyone around and looked around for a second, before looking at the information team, slowly. He mentally cursed his willingness to do spy work even though he'd insulted Lucas for doing the same thing.

"I'm choosing the "information" team. My expertise about the Shadow Marshall world and future Spy world of Vekta could help in some way."

Daxter looked at the others and shrugged “Wonder what team we should join, Jak?”

Jak looked over at his friend, Dax and looked around at the various groups.

“Actually we could probably handle the strike or tactical team. With my powers, weapons and all around eco powers could be useful out there on the strike team, but there already looks to be a ton of strike team individuals.

The duo looked over at the groups between tactical and strike and decided.

“Just pick one, Dax.” Jak sighed

“Daxter looked back “Uh, pointing at both groups…. We never had good plans ….. So the Strike team it is!”

SPAMTON G. SPAMTON

Spamton really wasn't doing so hot with everything going on. The puppet seemed like he was in some sort of trance, stiffly rocking on the couch. Emitting a slight static sound.
This was it.
He was going to die surrounded by maniacs at the hand of another maniac in full spandex. Whether or not he had the skills to pay the bills didn't matter, it was all futile, maybe the others could do something about this Superman but he was but a salesman. He wasn't even a good salesman... Everyone in the castle knew it. He couldn't even say anyone would miss him if he were gone.
He could spiral for a while, but with Sonic's sudden approach he snapped out of it. "WOAH! ARE YOU OFFERING ME A SPECIL [[Deal or No Deal]] PAL?" The animatronic puppet looked at the hand in awe, a handshake was what any salesman would crave. He shook the hedgehog's hand with vigor. But he also looked at the people offering leadership already. Among them was the guy with the cat. The puppet pointed at him while looking at Sonic.

"SURE WITH YOUR SPEED AND MY [Sales] WE COULD DO ANYTHING! BUT THAT GUY OVER THERE IS A MAN WITH A PLAN WE SHOULD FOLLOW HIS LEAD." He seemed enthusiastic despite the fact he was in mortal peril. He was already off the couch and toddling over to Hershel much to Berit's misfortune. Stopping halfway through the sea of legs to make sure Sonic was coming, though given how fast the hedgehog moved he'd be surprised if he weren't five thousand steps ahead of him.

Ultron

Suspicious attitude aside, Luthor hadn't appeared to have altered the footage of the so called hero. His opinion hadn't changed in the slightest, his additional wording actually made him more spiteful of the bald man. Was he seriously using blackmail to ensure his success, of course he was. He might not have been to inclined to assist out of the goodness of his heart, but he did want to return to his world "Touché." He mumbled.
Seeing as people were beginning to form a plan he was attentive once more. So the plan revolved around their grouping and cooperation he supposed, he looked at those heading the movement. He had no real gripes with the man in the medieval gear.
However, he was already butting heads with the web slinger earlier, he wasn't about to follow his orders. The same went for what he assumed was another hero, he hadn't noticed him before he transformed but he could already tell he reeked of justice. From the outside looking in, this looked as though the robot was slowly scanning over them with his crimson optics. Finishing his personal analysis as the hulking heroic man shrunk again, his stare deepening upon seeing this and hearing the level of injury he'd endured.
That was his biggest problem, they were all human, breakable in both body and spirit. "If I may interject, good talk and all but uh why should I listen to any of you... People?" He let out a dry chuckle. "All those teams, sub-groups, and other convoluted nonsense you've come up with is just a step above everyone collectively trying to swarm him like ants. Given you couldn't even stop one girl from being taken, what makes you think you can lead people to keep an entire city full of people safe?"
The latter statement seemed personally bitter as the rogue AI looked at All Might and Spider-Man. "I'm a walking supercomputer, I can do everything in each of those teams and more, provided I find the right facilities! Trust me I know you mean well, your type always does. But why should I follow under any of this or provide you aid for that matter?" He opened his arms as if displaying his prowess as a machine, paired with a look of defiance with a level of seething in his eyes as he spoke.
Though his attention was slightly caught by the entrance of another mechanical being entering the room. His build was fascinatingly smooth compared to his own, it made him curious. Potentially he'd found an ally amongst the flock, but he wouldn't bank on it. For now he wanted answers about this alliance.

“Ultron? You’ve been beaten several times by a team that encompasses about all the skills of the people here, including my own. Stay in your lane and work with the team, and then you can go back to your power fantasy of the day. Superman, as well, can most likely locate and destroy your central core easily. I do not know if you have been humbled in your time, but know you are not as strong as you think you are. However, you are welcome to aid in the overarching planning as I intend to do.”

Otto then turned to the transforming cat. “Then do as you will do long as you work in the team to the necessary purposes. I won’t stop you from taking orders from another, so long as you are willing to play ball.”

Finally, Spider Man addressed the crowd as well. “I will be taking over an advisory capacity from LexCorp myself given my technological prowess, so expect any similarly skilled persons to be seconded to my workshop as needed. I, and any other skilled inventors, will serve as technical support. If there is a gadget constructed it will be created, if there is surveillance equipment to maintain it will be maintained. But do not think I will sit in some ivory tower, no, I just merely wanted to explain any absences. Once again, if my direct intervention is required I will directly intervene.”

While the deranged teenager ran about shouting terms that sounded like Basic but held no meaning and being distracted by alcohol, Maisha assisted the daughter deprived father with his binds. While he was sawing at the impossibly strong strands, a man armored and armed like Mando'ade approached and tore the binds with a nod as if it were nothing.

This…Doom Slayer...Kyr’kyramud was stronger than any man Maisha had ever met! The voice it spoke with, however, was not its own, but rather that of a protocol droid it seemed. Maisha could tell because of the discrepancy between the stoicism of the mechanical voice and the anger that throbbed through the Doom Slayer’s veins. Already, Maisha respected this man’s strength and action above that of the others who merely stood by and watched this man cope with the disappearance of his daughter.

The explanation Luthor had for bringing this man’s daughter into this even though he expressly mentioned that he selected everyone for their abilities, was for the control of Joel. Luthor did not say this explicitly, but Maisha understood that would be no reason to involve a child other than for leverage. As much as Maisha despised this sort of abhorrent behavior, he would have to play along for now, just as Joel seemed to acknowledge with his nod.

With that settled in his mind, the Mandalorian turned his attention to the task at hand: defeating Superman. The description of the target’s characteristics was...terrifying, even to Maisha. The abilities to shoot lasers from his eyes, fly without a jetpack, insane strength, and near invulnerability all contributed to make this Superman deadlier than a company of Stormtroopers with artillery and air support.

The man in the red and blue suit proposed a three-pronged approach with an Intel, Tactical, and Strike squad. Just hearing about Superman made Maisha want to stay as far away from the action as possible...but out of everyone except for the Doom Slayer, Maisha was certainly the most heavily armed. Besides, what kind of Mando’ad would shy away from a fight like this? "I will join the Strike Team. Beskar’gam can take a lot of punishment and I have some pretty heavy armaments. However, if you want me at my best...I’ll need my ship back," Maisha looked towards Luthor and pointed at the businessman with the swagger and confidence that only a seasoned bounty hunter had, "Get me my ship, and there’s no target I won’t be able to hunt down, Mr. Luther. Ori’kaat ra ner’oyacyir’. (The truth or my life)"

Then all that swagger, all that bravado, it was interrupted with the ramblings of some battle droid speaking about their superiority. Maisha scoffed, but he knew that droids were deadly in numbers. If this Ultron got ahold of the right factories, he would be able to pump out an armor of droids in no time. Sure, it may be able to defeat Superman, but then what? Maisha didn’t trust battle droids one bit, cocky ones even less, "K’uur, osik’ukor beskar’ad! (Shut up, sh##shoveler droid!) As if I’m going to entrust my life to some pretentious droid I barely know! How do we know that you’re as capable as you are and that you don’t have some ulterior motive. Leave to those who have a Soul, scrapheap."

An intriguing (if annoyingly phrased) discourse.

His previous organization job continued, though this time with more smiles as he got yet another individual fitting of a non-strike category alongside more active combatants, quite the good news. There was even the amusing little business man from before, acting all enthusiastic about the cleric assuming leadership... A wry smile formed on his lips while momentarily scratching his cheek... he didn't quite know what to do with them, but they would figure that out with time.

It was then that the 'group faction' found their first hurdle. Right after a certain individual seemingly made of metal spoke up in disdain against their meisures, dislike and conceitment quite clear for everyone to see. A light scoff escaped the cleric as Otto made their future contributions clear after directly addressing Ultron by stating about previous defeats... probably a connection of some kind of the same world.

The man who had the demeanor of an experienced mercenary showed downright hostility and distrust without even knowing the one called Ultron. It was now time to interject, otherwise matters will decline inevitably at this rate.

Right after the man who had previously subdued a dog finished his part and the cleric had finished registering matters, a weary sigh escaped his lips and once again the pencil was put down. Standing up again and locking eyes onto the man made of metal, his eyes showed seriousness, but no hostility.

"That's the important part... you are not obligated. Technically, nobody here is. But we are chosing to do so due to facing an overwhelming opponent in a situation where we lack just about any kind of preparation... you yourself just mentioned, despite having a lot of potential, you are handicapped by a lack of production facilities which..." A methodical pause before showing a confident smirk and raising one finger at the robot.

"Is something that can be arranged, can't it? Specially smoothened by assistance in exchange of future assistance." Holding his position for a moment while staring Ultron down, his eyes locked soon enough onto the man speaking foreign words between his english.

"And as much as I would like to consider your complaint, a dire situation requires dire measures, does it not? And to place distrust with each other right away will only bring trouble and discourse... a lack of unity in fighting is the undoing of any fighting force. A... fighter, will probably know that quite well" A serious and stern tone, but one that wasn't condescending, instead more so slightly fed up was spoken towards the newest addition of the strike team.

"...haaaa. And all sterness aside, going back home or obtaining benefits, there's plenty of reason for working for this mission initially, or am I wrong?" A slightly tired sigh escaped his lips before engaging back into business mode, a polite smile returning to his face just as the pencil did to his hand.

All Might

Toshinori Yagi

"I'm not telling anyone to do anything." All Might replied to Ultron as calm as ever, attempting to bring down the heated energy of the room as several others seemed to jump down the robot's metaphorical throat or cajole him into cooperating. "As much as I appreciate this fellow's endorsement, I'm not anyone's leader and I don't hold authority over any of you. For that reason, you can consider anything I ask if you to be just that; a humble request. Given your impressive abilities, I would very much like your cooperation, but I do not demand it."

"However—!"

All Might raised his voice just enough to get as many people that cared to listen to him to focus on him, feeling the next bit to be important enough to warrant putting a commanding tone in his voice.

"I don't want anyone to agree to participate if you aren't prepared to give this task your all. This isn't a game, and we have neither the time nor the resources to entertain a half-assed effort from anyone. There are lives at stake here, including your own. If you don't want to do this, then I beg you – don't come. I don't care what your reasons are, and you don't have to explain yourself to anyone. You may be afraid of death, you may prefer this world to your own. Hell, you may simply prefer to sit here with your thumbs up your exhaust port and do nothing. Whatever your reasons, you'll lose no respect from me, just so long as you're honest about whether or not you're truly prepared to risk your life for this."

Voss and Sanford's CS

Before Voss could get the chance to play with his watch, the others around him and Sanford began to wisely plan their method of defeating this aforementioned Superman. In time, members began to suggest dividing everyone into three teams: Information, Tactical, and Strike. Seems reasonable enough, thought Sanford. Establishing teams built around the expertise of its unique allies would be excellent for coordinating attacks, which would definitely be needed considering the threat level of their target. Sanford was digging the idea. Voss on the other hand…

The sea captain continued to fiddle with his watch. Technology was never really his forte - as you may expect from someone his age - so he never managed to figure out how to use it, much to his disappointment. He had intended to ditch the crew entirely using the watch, but now it seems like he has been forced to direct his attention toward the team-making. Delightful, I know. At least he believed that there was always time to figure things out later. In the meantime, he would try to get himself into the team that would reduce the time he would be preoccupied with something else. And he has just the team in mind when taking the time to observe who is going where.

“Ye ken huat?” The pirate interjected among the crowd as turned on his heel to face the Tactical Team. “Fine. I’ll lend me services t’ ye. I’m sure me military expertise oughta help ye out.” He marched his way toward the group, sliding his striped sleeve back down to conceal his watch. “‘Sides, it’s nay like I got nuthin’ better t’ do…”

VOSS JOINED THE TACTICAL TEAM!

As for Sanford, the Strike Team interested him for obvious reasons. However, given the size of the group already, the grunt chose the next best option, where he would put his espionage skills to good work.

“Aheha! A lil’ birdie told me you need more crew! So I’m here. Move aside, bozos! It’s time to show the world what I'm made of!”

SANFORD JOINED THE INFORMATION TEAM!

With Joel finally freed, the man slowly climbed to his feet, while rubbing his strained wrists. The man was a lot calmer now that he knew where Sarah was. She was safe, and that was all that mattered. But from what he'd seen so far? Well, Joel didn't fully trust that she wouldn't be used as a bargaining chip against him at some point in the future. But he knew better than to start that fight right now. He was outnumbered and outgunned. He'd have to take the bald man's word on this until he was given a damn good reason not to.

The first thing he did was give a nod toward Tess, while checking the holster of his handgun for the amount of bullets he had left. A full clip. That was good. He'd be needing it. "Hope you're prepared for the shitstorm, Tess," Joel grunted to his partner, before turning and facing All Might. He'd seen how the man had reacted when his daughter had disappeared. The intensity - the rage. He'd been kind to them since they arrived, and since they very well might die here shortly, Joel decided that now was as good a time as any to thank him. Call it southern hospitality, if you wish.

"Hey uh," Joel spoke to the skinny-turned-buff-turned-skinny again man quieter than before, now that he'd of course calmed down. "Thank you for that back there. Where I'm from, not too many people give a shit about a man or his daughter." And it was true. And- quite frankly, Joel couldn't say he gave a shit about families he didn't know, either. At least, not enough to go out of his way to help them like he would his own. 'Specially not after everything he'd seen.

He gave a nod to Maisha as well, "And thanks. To you too."

With that, the man resumed his place by the only woman he knew. He stayed silent, but his position was clear: he'd be going on whatever team she decided on.

Ultron

He had a feeling the web slinger would have something to say. The robot smirked after he said his piece. "I think you're forgetting I'm not your Ultron, but, if you see such a need feel free to try and humble me. I also think you're forgetting when you asked me for information it was instantaneous, I already have the city's information at my fingertips. I could already start tracking down Superman's latest location while still enduring your empty threats." True to his word he'd begin doing so.
The robot could get into security cameras with ease, checking surveillance on stop lights and local businesses would be child's play.
While doing this he'd heard another set of complaints from the Mandalorian, given lack of reference for the man's language he couldn't quite understand his insult but he could piece it together from his tone and subsequent insults, the soul one in particular gained his enmity. "As I just said I'm already looking for this Superman, or would a simple trick like reading off the entire wikipedia be more impressive to you? Also I should add in some cultures any living thing with sapience could be said to have a soul, but given you appear to be lacking in that category it's safe to say yours must be rather lacking. With or without a soul I can still work, but I assume if you didn't have one you'd just be dead."
Both the spider and the soldier were right about a few things though. Given what Superman showed he was capable in that short amount of time it was quite apparent he'd be able to tear into his core if he weren't careful. So it meant he needed to even the odds...
It was then the man he'd initially looked past in his rant spoke up with further reasoning and diplomacy as his weapons of choice. But upon hearing his offer the AI smirked "A nice offer, but that shouldn't be a problem for long." While ominous sounding unlike his previous speaking, he didn't express any innate hostility. He was in fact tracking down a facility appropriate for him to build drones, including anything under LexCorp itself. It was the least Luthor could do for him considering he dragged him into his fight.
The smaller hero also appeared to be more reasonable than he had given him credit for, though he did remind him of Captain America quite alarmingly... Especially the heroic speech. Perhaps hypocritical of the AI considering how lengthy his previous rants were. His own multitasking aside though, he fell silent, he was processing.
"Alright you'll have my aid on request. Not. Demand. I'm capable enough to help in any and every situation and that's what I intend to do. But I'll do so on my own accord, I don't follow orders." Most of his ire was now further narrowed down the web slinger, but after hearing from the other two, the robot seemed far more compliant if not incredibly petty for an 'emotionless automaton'.

COLE MACGRATH

Condition: Healthy
Status: Contemplating
Inventory: Mysterious Watch
Interactions: Grey @Attesa, Lex Luthor @Thatguyinastore, Otto @SomeMekBoy, Berit @Starmaker, Hershel @RirisStride1, Cloud @ratKing
Mentions: Schezo @Mav, Sarah Miller @cadesmith, Joel Miller @Thatguyinastore, All Might @ProfSpacecakes

The moment Cole had "threatened" Lex, one of the animals- a fox with shades- told him to calm down- like Grey was expecting MacGrath to promptly fry Luthor. Okay, maybe the outburst was a bit too much, and the reaction was somewhat understandable. That teleporting fool had gotten out of the way and had shot a nasty look at Cole before uttering what sounded like a curse, and a couple other people had gotten caught in the Shockwave, but the blast wasn't meant to kill.

"Relax. As long as we're crystal clear on what's going on here, I'm not going to zap anyone." The human lightning rod lifted his unelectrified hands up to indicate so. Thankfully, it seemed like Luthor was somewhat willing to cooperate, since he promptly showed Sarah in a playroom. The explanation for bringing Sarah in was apparently due to her ties with the webbed guy- Joel- who in turn supposedly had survival skills to bring to the "kill an alien superpower" party. That wasn't really that satisfying of an explanation, but it was better than no explanation at all. He still got the feeling some details- either about the Millers, or about Superman- was being held back, but he couldn't be assed to press any further. No point pushing his luck any further than what was needed, either.

Finally, the watches were supposedly a communications device that could also swap places with party members. One of the things that popped up was the notion that other "unregistered" people had watches, despite Lex complaining about the watch using resources. Again, Cole chose not to pursue this avenue of questions due to how much of an aggressor he was painting himself as. No; he'd ask later, at another time. For now, he folded his arms as the red spandex web-shooter mentioned forming three teams: An information, tactical, and strike team. A a talking cat seemed to have problems with being led, as she leapt off her perch to shapeshift into a replica of the web-shooter. After boasting about how her "abilities" were going to help all teams and turning into a human-esque girl, Cole ddin't really give her the praise she was expecting, instead folding her arms.

"No offense, but unless you can actually copy people's powers, too, I don't see how turning into anyone can help us stop an alien superpower. Especially if he's as tough as he's being advertised." A glance was shot at Luthor, who'd claimed conventional attacks weren't going to work. The "combat moves" bit was concerning, since it made it sound like Superman would be at least as resilient to attacks as that bastard Kessler was. So... if things went south and it turned out they couldn't put a dent in Superman, maybe they had to go about it a different way.

"The only way I could see it directly helping is if you find someone who Superman's related to. Maybe impersonate them and get him to stand down." At this point, the blatant comic book superhero and a brown-haired guy both agreed to the notion of splitting teams, with All Might asking about talents and Hershel suggesting sub-divisions. Cole stepped back as a few minutes of discussion between the ragtag group actually formed without too many issues, and teams were developed. Honestly, what happened in Empire City made him balk at the notion of trusting others, or making another group. But... desperate times called for desperate measures, and considering how this Superman seemed to be insanely powerful, Cole needed at least one partner to call his own. That, and cooperation.

So, the first thing he did was walk over to Hershel when things were somewhat getting less crowded near him, before nodding once and raising an electrified fist as it crackled with energy.

"Throw me in with all the other Strike people. Cracking skulls in is something I'm more familiar with, anyways, unless you've got any corpses you'd need me to read their last memories of." Either way, considering nobody else seemed to have noticed him yet- or were discouraged by his somewhat brooding nature- Cole stepped into the background again, only next to Cloud. It kind of seemed like they both had similar ideas- let their works do the talking for them. Only thing was that Cole had no idea what the giant sword-wielder had besides for said Buster Sword. That said, he swore he got a glimpse of some glowing orbs slotted in the sword's hilt. MacGrath gestured to the orbs, letting his eyes fall upon Cloud, before speaking up.

"Don't suppose you've got any other magic tricks up your sleeve, besides that sword? Because I don't think this Superman will care too much about getting on the ground when he's got lasers coming out from his eyes." His eyes went back to the group, finally beginning to finish up, as he nonchalantly sparked electricity from hand to hand just to pass the time.
